技术领域
本发明涉及饲料技术领域,特别是涉及一种鳜鱼饲料及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
鳜鱼又名桂鱼、鲈桂,肉食性;在鱼类分类学上属鲈形目。鳜鱼身体侧扁,背部隆起,头尖嘴大,大眼,体青果绿色带金属光泽,体侧有不规则的花黑斑点;小细鳞,尾鳍截形,背鳍前半部为硬棘且有毒素,后半部为软条。鳜鱼与黄河鲤鱼、松江四鳃鲈鱼、兴凯湖大白鱼齐名,同被誉为中国“四大淡水名鱼”。鳜鱼肉质细嫩,含有蛋白质、脂肪、少量维生素、钙、钾、镁、硒等营养元素,肉刺少,可补五脏、益脾胃、充气胃、疗虚损,适用于气血虚弱体质,可治虚劳体弱、肠风下血等症。唐朝诗人张志和在其《渔歌子》写下的著名诗句"西塞山前白鹭飞,桃花流水鳜鱼肥",赞美的就是这种鱼。鳜鱼经济价值高,也是宴席上必备佳肴。
近几年鳜鱼养殖主要以活鱼为饵料进行养殖,但以活鱼为主要饵料,会造成鳜鱼养殖成本高,经济效益低,且不利于操作,同时会造成细菌病毒的水平传播,增加养殖风险。目前可以通过驯化技术在苗种阶段对鳜鱼进行饲料驯食,可以使95%以上鳜鱼苗摄食膨化颗粒饲料,直到养成商品鱼规格售卖。摄食膨化颗粒饲料的鳜鱼不仅养殖成本大大降低,方便操作,还缩短了养殖周期,同时阻断了活鱼带来的细菌病毒的水平传播,降低了养殖风险,有利于全国性的推广。但现有的鳜鱼养殖技术还有待进一步提高,且当前的水产养殖终端,高密度高产量是养殖者追求的目标,其带来的养殖风险也会增大,池塘水体承载能力有限,对鱼的排泄物和饲料残渣处理能力不足,水污染会反复不断,也会减弱鱼体免疫力,肝胆综合征,肠炎,细菌病等病害频发,养殖户过度滥用抗生素,致使细菌耐药,鱼肉残留,水体残留,造成了重大的经济损失。近年来,水产养殖业先驱竭力倡导无抗减抗养殖,怀着对食品负责,对人类饮食安全负责的理念,对养殖业提出了更高的要求,如何完成健康养殖是养殖者面对的共同课题。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明提供一种鳜鱼饲料,该鳜鱼饲料的淀粉含量低,且添加具有免疫增强作用的药用昆虫原料和具有保肝护胆作用的中草药,采用该饲料驯化鳜鱼,不仅能够降低使用活鱼仔养殖鳜鱼的成本,减少活鱼仔携带病原菌的传播,缩短养殖周期,提高鳜鱼养殖经济效益,还能提高鳜鱼免疫力,从而达到高效养殖,高效利用饲料,快速增长的目的。
本发明提供了一种鳜鱼饲料,包括黑水虻虫、发酵豆粕和绞股蓝,该鳜鱼饲料的淀粉含量与所述鳜鱼饲料的质量比为(6-8):100。
鳜鱼是一种凶猛的肉食性鱼类,终生都是以活鱼为食,对糖类物质的耐受力差,长期摄食膨化饲料会引起肝胆综合征,肠道应激等问题,因此造成体质减弱,免疫力下降,特别是在高温期更容易爆发疾病。
本发明人针对鳜鱼肉食性和不耐高糖的特点,在研究实验基础上,发现采用上述原料加入鳜鱼饲料的配方中,并且降低饲料中的淀粉含量得到的鳜鱼饲料,一方面能够满足膨化饲料生产加工的条件,另一方面采用该饲料喂养鳜鱼,能在鳜鱼长期摄食高蛋白饲料水平条件下,减轻鳜鱼糖代谢障碍的影响,有效减少肝胆综合征发病率,同时,通过添加中草药制剂,增强肝脏肝细胞功能,促进肝胆循环,提高鱼体免疫酶活性,改善肠道功能,进而提高蛋白质的代谢效率和营养物质的充分吸收。
其中,发酵豆粕是豆粕经过微生物发酵得到,消除了本身含有的抗营养因子,豆粕中含有的植物蛋白等大分子营养物质进一步被降解成小分子肽等短链营养素,同时发酵过程中,微生物还能合B族维生素,并改善豆粕中的矿物元素可利用的性质,进一步提高豆粕利用,有效减少豆粕抗营养因子对鱼肝肠道造成的损伤。绞股蓝是葫芦科绞股蓝属攀援草本植物,生长在海拔300-3200m的地区,国内主要分布在秦岭以及长江以南的地区,绞股蓝的主要生物活性成分是绞股蓝皂苷和绞股蓝多糖(木糖、鼠李糖、阿拉伯糖、甘露糖、葡萄糖醛酸等),还包括黄酮类化合物、氨基酸、无机素等多种成分,具有抗炎、抗氧化、降血糖、降低胆固醇、增强免疫力和调节血脂血压等多种生物学功能,通过脂质体包裹的绞股蓝皂苷在体内外均可显著促进淋巴细胞的增殖,增加疫苗的特异性抗体,增强针对疫苗的细胞免疫应答,并可促进细胞因子的分泌,且绞股蓝粗多糖能改善环磷酰胺诱导的小鼠免疫器官中免疫酶活性的降低,通过提高抗氧化酶活性起到保护免疫器官的作用,绞股蓝多糖可以显著提高断奶仔猪血清、空肠SOD、CAT、GPx活性,并降低MDA含量,增强断奶仔猪的抗氧化能力,同时,我国绞股蓝资源丰富,将其作为鳜鱼饲料添加剂开发具有一定的潜力。不仅如此,黑水虻虫的蛋白质含量较高、氨基酸含量丰富,尤其黑水虻幼虫,蛋白质含量约40%,经过脱脂处理,蛋白质含量达60%左右;黑水虻虫体内的各类氨基酸含量较为均衡,富含鱼类生长所必需的谷氨酸、赖氨酸、蛋氨酸等氨基酸(占总氨基酸含量约46%);且黑水虻虫油富含不饱和脂肪酸,含有月桂酸、棕榈酸和亚油酸等优质的脂肪酸,如月桂酸,易于吸收,同时对囊膜病毒结构具有破坏作用,因此,黑水虻虫可以作为优质的蛋白质原料替代鱼粉,同时,黑水虻虫还富含抗菌肽(天蚕素、防御素等)和壳聚糖等多种活性物质,能明显激活机体的免疫系统,促进体液免疫和细胞免疫功能,从而提高机体的免疫力,将其作为鳜鱼饲料的原料之一,能够提高养殖鳜鱼机体抗氧化能力、免疫力和生长性能,显著提高鳜鱼的存活率,能够对鳜鱼的生物抗氧化体系重要调控酶产生重要的促进作用,可以显著增强鳜鱼的抗病能力,基于黑水虻虫的抗氧化蛋白以及抗菌肽的作用,能够使鳜鱼的血清免疫酶活性显著升高。

上述配方中鸡肉、磷虾为动物蛋白源,主要提供蛋白质;黑水虻虫为动物蛋白源,一是主要起免疫增强作用,二是具有诱食作用,三是提供蛋白质;鱼溶浆主要增强诱食效果;发酵豆粕为植物蛋白源,主要提供蛋白质,与豆粕相比,抗营养因子少,消化利用率高;高筋面粉和木薯淀粉主要提供淀粉,在制备饲料过程中起膨化效果和黏结作用,木薯淀粉的淀粉含量约为75%,高筋面粉的淀粉含量约为63.5%,而配方中的其他原料或多或少都含有少量淀粉,估算下来上述配方制备得到的饲料,淀粉含量为6-8%;磷酸二氢钙主要用来补充磷和少量钙;预混料主要为多维多矿预混料,补充鱼类生长所必需的维生素和矿物质;鱼油含有高不饱和脂肪酸,是细胞膜磷脂的重要组成成份,对保持细胞膜等生物膜的正常流动性和生理学功能具有重要意义,尤其是鱼油中含有的EPA和DHA,是鱼类所特有的,也是海水鱼类所必需的脂肪酸。
采用上述配方制备得到的鳜鱼饲料,饲料蛋白50%左右,脂肪12%左右,淀粉含量7%左右,该饲料的营养需求符合鳜鱼所需要的营养水平,而淀粉含量高低在鳜鱼营养需求中不起主要作用,仅仅只是为了满足制备膨化饲料而添加,经过生产试验,该淀粉水平可以满足制备膨化饲料的要求,同时也不会使鳜鱼因长期摄食膨化饲料会引起肝胆综合征,肠道应激等问题。
本发明还提供了所述的鳜鱼饲料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
混合原料:将动物性蛋白原料、黑水虻虫、诱食剂、发酵豆粕、黏结剂、添加剂、预混料、绞股蓝混合,粉碎,过筛,得到混合物;
制备鳜鱼饲料:将混合物进行调制,挤压制粒,烘干,冷却,外喷油脂,即得。
在其中一个实施例中,所述混合原料步骤包括:将绞股蓝粉碎,过筛,得到绞股蓝粉;将动物性蛋白原料、黑水虻虫、诱食剂、发酵豆粕、黏结剂、添加剂、预混料混合,粉碎,过筛,加入所述绞股蓝粉,混合,得到混合物。
在其中一个实施例中,所述混合原料步骤中,绞股蓝粉碎后,过60-80目筛,得到绞股蓝粉。
在其中一个实施例中,所述混合原料步骤中,将动物性蛋白原料、黑水虻虫、诱食剂、发酵豆粕、黏结剂、添加剂、预混料混合,粉碎,过60-80目筛,加入所述绞股蓝粉,混合,得到混合物。
在其中一个实施例中,所述制备鳜鱼饲料步骤中,所述调制包括:在95-100℃的水蒸气中调制5-7分钟;所述挤压制粒的温度为90-105℃,所述烘干的温度为85-90℃。
本发明还提供了所述的鳜鱼饲料在鳜鱼养殖中的应用。
采用上述鳜鱼饲料喂养鳜鱼,一方面能够通过低淀粉含量的饲料驯化鳜鱼,使鳜鱼慢慢适应至最终完全摄食本发明的低淀粉含量的饲料,降低利用活鱼仔养殖鳜鱼的成本,减少活鱼仔病原菌的传播,缩短养殖周期,提高鳜鱼养殖经济效益。还能通过上述鳜鱼饲料中的药用昆虫原料和保肝护胆的中草药成分,提高鳜鱼免疫力,从而达到高效养殖,高效利用饲料,快速增长的目的。

定义:
鱼溶浆:由鱼粉加工的压榨液浓缩而成的一种饲料原料。
发酵豆粕:利用现代生物工程发酵菌种技术与中国传统的固体发酵技术相结合,以优质豆粕为主要原料,接种微生物,通过微生物的发酵得到的一种饲料原料。
高筋面粉:指淀粉含量约为63.5%的面粉。
木薯淀粉:是木薯经过淀粉提取后脱水干燥而成的粉末。
预混料:指由一种或多种的添加剂原料与载体或稀释剂搅拌均匀的混合物。

黑水虻虫(购自广州安芮洁环保科技有限公司),鱼溶浆(购自荣成市港湾顺发鱼粉厂),发酵豆粕(购自福建优晟饲料有限公司),多维多矿预混料(购自珠海恒兴饲料实业有限公司),绞股蓝(购自湛江恒兴养殖技术服务有限公司)。
实施例
一种鳜鱼饲料及其制备方法。
一、混合原料。
将绞股蓝500g粉碎通过80目后混合均匀,制成绞股蓝粉备用。
鸡肉粉496.5公斤,磷虾粉200公斤,黑水虻虫60公斤,鱼溶浆10公斤,发酵豆粕100公斤,高筋面粉40公斤,木薯淀粉40公斤,磷酸二氢钙3公斤,多维多矿预混料30公斤,混合均匀后,经过超微粉碎机,使所有成分都能够通过80目的筛网,然后加入绞股蓝粉,再混合,得到混合物。
二、制备鳜鱼饲料。
将混合物输送至调制解调器进行调制,通入95~100℃的水蒸气调制5~7分钟,然后在90~105℃的温度下进行挤压制粒,在85~90℃条件下将饲料颗粒烘干,将烘干后的膨化颗粒饲料输送至真空喷涂腔中,在饲料外表喷涂20公斤的精炼鱼油,即得。
制备得到的鳜鱼饲料输送至带包装仓进行包装。
本实施例制备得到的鳜鱼饲料,其中木薯淀粉的淀粉含量约为75%,高筋面粉的淀粉含量约为63.5%,而配方中的其他原料含有少量淀粉,故本实施例中饲料的淀粉含量为6-8%。
实验例1
采用上述实施例制备得到的鳜鱼饲料养殖鳜鱼,与投喂活鱼仔养殖鳜鱼,进行大塘实验对比。具体实验操作如下所示。
2021年9月23日-2022年4月28日在广东省罗非鱼良种场对鳜鱼进行大塘实验。实验场地为土塘,约4.5亩,水深1.7米左右,鱼的初重为25克,养殖密度为一亩4000条,每塘放苗约1.6万条。
投喂方式为:人工手投,每天2次,每天按照鱼体重2-4%投喂量进行投喂。
试验结束时,使用实施例的鳜鱼饲料投喂的鳜鱼均重1.32斤,饲料系数1.22,成活率达97%。
投喂活鲮鱼仔均重1.21,饲料系数4.3,成活率93%。
实验例2
采用上述实施例、对比例制备得到的鳜鱼饲料养殖鳜鱼,进行大塘实验对比。具体实验操作如下所示。
2021年10月17号日-2022年4月12日在西樵镇罗村对鳜鱼进行大塘实验。实验场地为土塘网箱6个,网箱尺寸长宽高10*8*2,水深约2米,鱼的初重为33.3克,每个网箱的养殖密度为一个网箱2000条,分两组,每组3个。
投喂方式:人工手投,每天2次,每天按照鱼体重2-4%投喂量进行投喂。
试验结束时,使用功能性低淀粉鳜鱼膨化饲料组网箱的鳜鱼平均重1.15斤,平均饲料系数1.11,成活率达98%。
投喂活鲮鱼仔组网箱平均重1.06,平均饲料系数4.1,成活率98%。
根据实验例1、实验例2的结果,可看出,实施例的鳜鱼饲料,有效的改善了鳜鱼的肝脏和肠道健康,增强了鳜鱼自身免疫力,提高了鳜鱼对饲料的消化利用率。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。

1.一种鳜鱼饲料,其特征在于,包括黑水虻虫、发酵豆粕和绞股蓝,该鳜鱼饲料的淀粉含量与所述鳜鱼饲料的质量比为(6-8):100。
4.权利要求2-3中任一项所述的鳜鱼饲料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
混合原料:将动物性蛋白原料、黑水虻虫、诱食剂、发酵豆粕、黏结剂、添加剂、预混料、绞股蓝混合,粉碎,过筛,得到混合物;
制备鳜鱼饲料:将混合物进行调制,挤压制粒,烘干,冷却,外喷油脂,即得。
5.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述混合原料步骤包括:将绞股蓝粉碎,过筛,得到绞股蓝粉;将动物性蛋白原料、黑水虻虫、诱食剂、发酵豆粕、黏结剂、添加剂、预混料混合,粉碎,过筛,加入所述绞股蓝粉,混合,得到混合物。
6.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述混合原料步骤中,绞股蓝粉碎后,过60-80目筛,得到绞股蓝粉。
7.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述混合原料步骤中,将动物性蛋白原料、黑水虻虫、诱食剂、发酵豆粕、黏结剂、添加剂、预混料混合,粉碎,过60-80目筛,加入所述绞股蓝粉,混合,得到混合物。
8.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备鳜鱼饲料步骤中,所述调制包括:在95-100℃的水蒸气中调制5-7分钟;所述挤压制粒的温度为90-105℃,所述烘干的温度为85-90℃。
