1. A cultivating device capable of detecting vitality of vegetable seeds, comprising:
the device comprises a device main body (1), wherein an installation cavity (102) is arranged inside the device main body (1), a temperature control box (2) used for adjusting the internal temperature of the installation cavity (102) is installed above the installation cavity (102), a condenser, an evaporator and a compressor are installed inside the temperature control box (2), and a ventilation hole (201) used for discharging compressor air is installed on the upper end face of the temperature control box (2);
it is characterized by also comprising:

detection device (5), detection device (5) that are used for the vegetables seed vigor to detect are located the top of seed artificial containers (4), detection device's (5) lower terminal surface is provided with slip monitoring box (505) that are used for adjusting the detection position, three camera module (506) are installed to the below of slip monitoring box (505).

A cultivating apparatus for detecting the viability of vegetable seeds as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the device is characterized in that two sealing doors (101) used for opening and closing the device body (1) are arranged on the front end face of the device body (1), maintenance boards (103) used for disassembling and maintaining the device body (1) are mounted on two sides of the outside of the device body (1) through fixing screws, and the illuminating lamps are mounted on the inner wall of the device body (1) and the inner wall of the maintenance boards (103).

step two: closing the sealing door (101), adjusting the temperature of the temperature control box (2), starting the illuminating lamp, and adjusting and controlling according to the optimal temperature for cultivating vegetable seeds, so that the seeds can germinate rapidly at constant temperature by using different seeds in different seasons in different regions, and the protease of the seeds can rapidly decompose and react due to the constant temperature;
step three: the electric gear (504) is turned on, the electric gear (504) rotates outside the positioning tooth row (403), the moving block (502) drives the detection device (5) to move above the seed incubator (4), the germination condition of seeds in the seed incubator (4) is detected, the detected data is remotely sent to a computer through the wireless transmission module through the camera module (506), and workers remotely check the data;
step four: adjusting the micro spray head (409) according to the detected germination condition of the seeds, adjusting the water content in the seed incubator (4) by regulating the flow of the micro spray head (409), and performing electric adjustment according to the germination condition of the seeds;
step five: after cultivating, open sealing door (101), according to the vernalization effect of every group seed artificial containers (4), take out different seed artificial containers (4), drive threaded rod (306) through servo motor (304) and rotate, threaded rod (306) drive sliding block (407) and remove, make sliding block (407) slide in sliding tray (303) inside, seed artificial containers (4) roll-off combined bay (3) remove to device main part (1) outside, take out the vegetable seed that the vernalization was accomplished.
