At present, information such as soft texts and products is pushed to users in various modes such as popup, screen flashing and button messages, and the like, and the method is widely applied. In order to ensure the conversion rate of the push, various ways are often adopted to push the relevant information to the user, which results in waste of resources and high cost. Moreover, after the user has completed information conversion in some way, the information is pushed to the user in other ways, which results in poor user experience. However, if only a single method is used to push information to the user, the conversion rate of pushing is not high.
In order to solve the above problem, embodiments of the present application provide a management method and apparatus for information push, a computer device, and a storage medium, which are used to achieve both conversion rate and cost of information push.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart illustrating a management method for information push according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The method can be applied to a server, and the application scenario of the method is not limited in the application. The following describes the information push management method in detail, taking the application of the information push management method to a server as an example.
As shown in fig. 1, the management method for pushing information specifically includes steps S101 to S105.
S101, a pushing strategy of information to be pushed to a target user is obtained, wherein the pushing strategy comprises multiple pushing channels and pushing sequences among the multiple pushing channels.
Wherein, the information to be pushed includes but is not limited to soft texts, products and the like. Before the information of the soft text, the product and the like is pushed, a pushing strategy is created in advance. Illustratively, the push policy includes various information such as a push purpose, a target user, push content (i.e. information to be pushed), multiple push channels corresponding to the issued push content, a push sequence among the multiple push channels, and a push frequency. The push purpose is, for example, to complete the push conversion of a certain product or soft document, the push content is also information to be pushed, and the target user is also a push object corresponding to the information to be pushed.
For example, a push policy model as shown in fig. 2 is created, in which a push channel includes a wechat public number, a today's headline, and a short message, and the push sequence of the wechat public number is prior to the today's headline, and the push sequence of the today's headline is prior to the short message.
Illustratively, the configured push policy is saved, such as storing the push policy in a local database or a cloud. And acquiring the configured push strategy by inquiring a local database or a cloud.
S102, based on the pushing sequence among the pushing channels, pushing the information to the target user by adopting the corresponding pushing channel.
After the push strategy is obtained, according to the push sequence among the multiple push channels in the push strategy, firstly, the push channel with the most front push sequence is adopted to push information to the target user.
For example, still taking the above listed push channels including the wechat public number, the today's headline, and the short message as examples, since the push sequence corresponding to the wechat public number is prior to the today's headline, and the push sequence corresponding to the today's headline is prior to the short message, then the information is pushed to the target user by using the wechat public number push channel first.
In some embodiments, said pushing the information to the target user by using the corresponding push channel includes:
and newly adding tracking identification information corresponding to the current push in the information, and pushing the tracking identification information to the target user by adopting the corresponding push channel.
Each push corresponds to unique tracking identification information, that is, different pushes correspond to different tracking identification information. Illustratively, the tracking identification information includes, but is not limited to, an id number.
For example, before pushing information each time, a corresponding id number is newly added to the information to be pushed, and then, based on the pushing sequence among the multiple pushing channels, the information to be pushed including the tracking identification information, such as the id number, is pushed to the target user by using the corresponding pushing channel. And tracking the data of the current push through tracking the identification information.
S103, acquiring return data of the target user, and judging whether the information is received by the target user according to the return data; if yes, go to step S104; if not, executing step S105;
s104, finishing pushing the information to the target user;
s105, based on the pushing sequence among the multiple pushing channels, pushing the information to the target user by adopting the pushing channel in the next pushing sequence, and returning to execute the step S103.
According to the push sequence among the multiple push channels in the push strategy, firstly, after the push channel with the most front push sequence is adopted to push information to a target user, the return data of the target user is obtained. Illustratively, after pushing information to be pushed, which includes tracking identification information, such as an id number, to a target user by using a push channel with the earliest push sequence, return data of the target user is obtained.
For example, the footprints and the specific browsed contents accessed by the target user in the webpage and the application program are important user behavior marking data, the data are used as return data according to a uniform standard format, and the return data are reported to obtain the return data of the target user. And then, judging whether the information to be pushed is received by the target user or not according to the returned data of the target user.
In some embodiments, said determining whether the information is received by the target user according to the backhaul data includes:
extracting the returned data, and judging whether the returned data has the tracking identification information;
and if the tracking identification information exists in the returned data, judging that the information is received by the target user.
Illustratively, if the tracking identification information is an id number, data extraction is performed on the returned data, and whether the id number exists in the returned data is determined.
If tracking identification information such as id numbers exists in the returned data, that is, the user performs a behavior operation of opening push, at this time, it is determined that the information to be pushed is received by the target user, that is, the conversion purpose is completed.
On the contrary, if tracking identification information such as an id number does not exist in the returned data, that is, it is indicated that the user has not performed the action operation of opening the push, at this time, it is determined that the information to be pushed is not received by the target user, that is, the conversion purpose is not completed.
In some embodiments, after the determining whether the trace identification information exists in the backhaul data, the method includes:
if the tracking identification information does not exist in the returned data, historical behavior data of the target user is obtained, and whether the information is received by the target user is judged according to the historical behavior data.
In practical applications, it is possible that before the pushing operation of the information such as the software and the product to be pushed is performed on the target user, the target user already refers to the information such as the software and the product, and in this case, after the information such as the software and the product is pushed to the user by using the corresponding pushing channel, the user is likely not to open and refer again, that is, the corresponding tracking identification information does not exist in the returned data. However, the conversion purpose is achieved, and the pushing operation to the target user is not needed.
In order to avoid unnecessary extra pushing operation, when tracking identification information such as an id number does not exist in returned data, the historical behavior data of the target user is obtained instead of immediately determining that the information to be pushed is not received by the target user, and whether the information is received by the target user is accurately judged according to the historical behavior data.
In some embodiments, said determining whether the information is received by the target user according to the historical behavior data comprises:
checking the coding information of the product according to the historical behavior data;
if the verification is passed, judging that the information is received by the target user;
and if the verification is not passed, judging that the information is not received by the target user.
Illustratively, for products, each product corresponds to unique encoding information, data extraction is performed on historical behavior data of a target user, the encoding information of the product is obtained, and the encoding information of the product is verified. If the verification is passed, judging that the information is received by the target user; otherwise, if the verification fails, the information is judged not to be received by the target user.
For example, the order number of the product is obtained through the historical behavior data of the target user, and the order number is checked. If the verification is passed, judging that the product push is received by the target user; and otherwise, if the verification is not passed, judging that the product push is not received by the target user.
And if the information such as the soft texts, the products and the like is judged to be received by the target user, namely the conversion purpose is achieved, ending the pushing operation of pushing the information such as the soft texts, the products and the like to the target user.
Illustratively, when determining that the information such as the soft text, the product and the like is received by the target user and the conversion purpose is achieved, the target user is marked with a label to identify that the pushing operation is completed, and all pushing operations under the pushing strategy for the target user are finished, so that the cost is reduced.
If the information such as the soft text, the product and the like is judged not to be received by the target user, namely the conversion purpose is not achieved, pushing the information to the target user by adopting a pushing channel of the next pushing sequence based on the pushing sequence among the multiple pushing channels in the pushing strategy.
For example, if the push channel includes the wechat public number, the today's headline, and the short message, the push sequence of these is that the push sequence corresponding to the wechat public number is prior to the today's headline, and the push sequence corresponding to the today's headline is prior to the short message, for example, the information is pushed to the target user by using the wechat public number push channel. If the information is not received by the target user after being pushed, namely the conversion purpose is not achieved, pushing the information to the target user by adopting a present top pushing channel.
Then, the operation in step S103 is cycled to obtain the backhaul data of the target user, and determine whether the information is received by the target user according to the backhaul data. The detailed operation can refer to the above embodiments, and thus is not described herein again.
Therefore, only when the push information of the previous push channel is not received by the target user, the push channel can be switched, other push channels are used for pushing the information to the target user, and compared with the situation that all push channels adopt a concurrent push mode, the cost is greatly reduced.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, the management method for information push further includes step S106 and step S107.
S106, counting the multi-pass data of the target user;
and S107, updating the pushing strategy according to the multi-pass data.
For example, the push policy is not fixed after configuration is completed, but is continuously updated and refined according to the behavior of the user. The data returned for multiple times are analyzed by counting the data returned for multiple times of the target user, so that information such as a pushing channel and a pushing sequence among the pushing channels is updated.
For example, according to the returned data, when it is determined that the conversion rate is high when the push times reach a certain number, the push times in the push policy may be updated to the value of the number.
For another example, according to the returned data, if it is found that the information is not received by the target user all the time by using a certain push channel, the push channel in the push policy may be deleted, and the push policy may be updated. Therefore, information can not be pushed to the target user through the push channel according to the updated push strategy, and invalid push operation is avoided.
The push strategy can be continuously adjusted and updated along with the returned data corresponding to the behavior operation of the user, so that the push strategy is continuously perfected, and the push efficiency is further improved.
In the above embodiment, a pushing policy for a target user is obtained by obtaining information to be pushed, where the pushing policy includes multiple pushing channels and pushing orders among the multiple pushing channels, based on the pushing orders among the multiple pushing channels, the corresponding pushing channels are adopted to push the information to the target user, then return data of the target user is obtained, and whether the information is received by the target user is determined according to the return data, if the information is received by the target user, the pushing of the information to the target user is finished, that is, the information does not need to be pushed to the target user through the other multiple pushing channels, so that while a conversion rate is ensured, the cost is also reduced.
