Abstract
本发明公开了一种衣服面料表面防污处理工艺,先采用纤维素酶和超声相结合的技术将壳聚糖低分子化,通过降低壳聚糖的分了量,使壳聚糖更多的氨基和羟基裸露出来,解决了大分子壳聚糖水溶性差的问题,同时也利于后续接枝反应的进行,然后利用低分子量壳聚糖表面的活泼基团与预处理面料中的羟基进行反应,将壳聚糖接枝在面料的表面,利用壳聚糖能够形成透气透湿膜的性能,在面料的表面形成涂层,达到透气透湿的目的,再将氨基改性聚二甲基硅氧烷接枝在壳聚糖的表面,氨基改性聚二甲基硅氧烷在壳聚糖表面形成微结构,产生表面荷叶效应,从而可以极大提高面料的防污性能,达到更好的疏油效果。

本发明涉及纺织品制备技术领域,具体涉及一种衣服面料表面防污处理工艺。
背景技术
当今社会,人们对着装面料的要求在不断地提高,除保暖、舒适、时尚是人们追求的目标外,而有特殊功能、技术含量高的纺织品,越来越受到消费者的青睐,由于纺织染化料的技术进步,也推动了具有特殊功能纺织物的研发,目前高端市场对防水防污面料的需求比较大。
涂层技术是用于防水防污面料整理中常用的一种技术,它是将纳米微粒加入到涂层剂中去,然后将其在织物表面进行精细涂层,经烘干和一些必要的处理,在织物表面形成一种功能性的涂层,可以获得较好的防水防污效果,但如果通过多次水洗后,其效果会明显下降。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种衣服面料表面防污处理工艺,解决现有的面料防污处理工艺防油、防污、透气性能不佳的技术问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采取如下技术方案:
一种衣服面料表面防污处理工艺,其特征在于,具体步骤如下:
(1)将织物面料放入到碱溶液中,进行碱活化处理,然后将织物面料取出,洗涤至中性,烘干,得到预处理面料;
(2)将预处理面料浸入到低分子量壳聚糖溶液中,然后加入硅烷偶联剂,加热搅拌反应,待反应完成后,取出面料,进行洗涤,干燥,即得到改性面料;
(3)将改性面料浸轧在整理剂中,进行浸轧处理,随后取出面料,进行烘干、洗涤、干燥,即完成面料表面防污处理;
其中,整理剂由如下质量份数的原料所组成:氨基改性聚二甲基硅氧烷3-5份、封闭型异氰酸酯交联剂2-4份、异丙醇80-100份。
优选的,步骤(1)中,碱溶液的浓度为1-2mol/L,碱活化处理时间为2-3h。
优选的,步骤(2)中,低分子量壳聚糖的制备方法如下:将纤维素酶加入到壳聚糖溶液中,超声加热搅拌反应,待反应完成后,过滤,将滤液用无水乙醇进行沉淀,然后抽滤分离,真空干燥,即得到低分子量壳聚糖。
优选的,所述纤维素酶与壳聚糖溶液的质量比为1-3:100,壳聚糖溶液的质量分数为8-15%。
优选的,超声频率为30KHz-50KHz,加热反应温度为30-50℃,加热反应时间为1-2h。
优选的,步骤(2)中,低分子量壳聚糖溶液和硅烷偶联剂的质量比为80-100:2-4,低分子量壳聚糖溶液的质量分数为10-20%。
优选的,步骤(2)中,所述硅烷偶联剂为KH550或KH560。
优选的,步骤(2)中,加热反应温度为40-60℃,加热反应时间为1-2h。

与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
(1)本发明采用纤维素酶和超声相结合的技术将壳聚糖低分子化,通过降低壳聚糖的分了量,使壳聚糖更多的氨基和羟基裸露出来,解决了大分子壳聚糖水溶性差的问题,同时也利于后续接枝反应的进行;
(2)本发明利用低分子量壳聚糖表面的活泼基团与预处理面料中的羟基进行反应,将壳聚糖接枝在面料的表面,利用壳聚糖能够形成透气透湿膜的性能,在面料的表面形成涂层,达到透气透湿的目的;
(3)本发明利用氨基改性聚二甲基硅氧烷与壳聚糖的活泼基团进行反应,将氨基改性聚二甲基硅氧烷接枝在壳聚糖的表面,氨基改性聚二甲基硅氧烷在壳聚糖表面形成微结构,产生表面荷叶效应,从而可以极大提高面料的防污性能,达到更好的疏油效果。
具体实施方式
以下通过具体较佳实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明,但本发明并不仅限于以下的实施例。
需要说明的是,无特殊说明外,本发明中涉及到的化学试剂均通过商业渠道购买。
本发明所使用的织物面料的制备方法如下:将涤纶纤维和氨纶纤维经5个捻回/厘米的加捻工艺制作成经丝,将腈纶纤维和纳米复合聚酯纤维经5个捻回/厘米的加捻工艺制作成纬丝,并在喷气织机上采用经纬交织的平纹组织法织造而成。
封闭型异氰酸酯交联剂为阴离子水性封闭型异氰酸酯交联剂,牌号为JL-1001,购自合肥缔邦纳米科技有限公司。
实施例1
一种衣服面料表面防污处理工艺,具体步骤如下:
(1)将织物面料放入到1mol/L的氢氧化钠溶液中,进行碱活化处理2h,然后将织物面料取出,洗涤至中性,烘干,得到预处理面料;
(2)将20g预处理面料浸入到1000g,10wt%的低分子量壳聚糖溶液中,然后加入20g硅烷偶联剂KH550,在50℃下加热搅拌反应2h,待反应完成后,取出面料,进行洗涤,干燥,即得到改性面料;
其中低分子量壳聚糖的制备方法如下:将2g纤维素酶加入到100g,10wt%的壳聚糖溶液中,在超声频率为30KHz,40℃下加热搅拌反应2h,待反应完成后,过滤,将滤液用无水乙醇进行沉淀,然后抽滤分离,真空干燥,即得到低分子量壳聚糖;
(3)将20g改性面料浸轧在1200g整理剂中,浸轧处理45min,随后取出面料,浸轧带液率为70%,然后在180℃下烘焙1min,洗涤、干燥,即完成面料表面防污处理,其中,整理剂由如下质量份数的原料所组成:氨基改性聚二甲基硅氧烷3份、封闭型异氰酸酯交联剂2份、异丙醇80份。
实施例2
一种衣服面料表面防污处理工艺,具体步骤如下:
(1)将织物面料放入到2mol/L的氢氧化钠溶液中,进行碱活化处理3h,然后将织物面料取出,洗涤至中性,烘干,得到预处理面料;

其中低分子量壳聚糖的制备方法如下:将3g纤维素酶加入到100g,12wt%的壳聚糖溶液中,在超声频率为40KHz,50℃下加热搅拌反应1h,待反应完成后,过滤,将滤液用无水乙醇进行沉淀,然后抽滤分离,真空干燥,即得到低分子量壳聚糖;
(3)将20g改性面料浸轧在1200g整理剂中,浸轧处理45min,随后取出面料,浸轧带液率为70%,然后在180℃下烘焙1min,洗涤、干燥,即完成面料表面防污处理,其中,整理剂由如下质量份数的原料所组成:氨基改性聚二甲基硅氧烷4份、封闭型异氰酸酯交联剂3份、异丙醇90份。
实施例3
一种衣服面料表面防污处理工艺,具体步骤如下:
(1)将织物面料放入到2mol/L的氢氧化钠溶液中,进行碱活化处理2h,然后将织物面料取出,洗涤至中性,烘干,得到预处理面料;
(2)将20g预处理面料浸入到800g,20wt%的低分子量壳聚糖溶液中,然后加入35g硅烷偶联剂KH550,在50℃下加热搅拌反应1h,待反应完成后,取出面料,进行洗涤,干燥,即得到改性面料;
其中低分子量壳聚糖的制备方法如下:将2g纤维素酶加入到100g,15wt%的壳聚糖溶液中,在超声频率为40KHz,40℃下加热搅拌反应2h,待反应完成后,过滤,将滤液用无水乙醇进行沉淀,然后抽滤分离,真空干燥,即得到低分子量壳聚糖;
(3)将20g改性面料浸轧在1500g整理剂中,浸轧处理60min,随后取出面料,浸轧带液率为80%,然后在180℃下烘焙1min,洗涤、干燥,即完成面料表面防污处理,其中,整理剂由如下质量份数的原料所组成:氨基改性聚二甲基硅氧烷5份、封闭型异氰酸酯交联剂4份、异丙醇100份。
实施例4
一种衣服面料表面防污处理工艺,具体步骤如下:

将实施例1-4和对比例1-2中经处理过的面料分别水洗20、50、100次后进行性能检测,具体步骤如下:
透湿率:按GB/T 12704.2-2009检测;
拒油性:按GB/T 19977-2014检测;
耐沾污性:按GB/T 30159-2013检测,测试结果如下表所示:
从表中可以看出,采用本发明的工艺处理后的面料具有较高的透湿量,在满足髙防污的前提下能够使人体汗液及时排出,保持内环境干爽舒适,并且经过多次洗涤后,仍能保持良好的防油防污性能。
最后需要说明的是:以上实施例不以任何形式限制本发明。对本领域技术人员来说,在本发明基础上,可以对其作一些修改和改进。因此,凡在不偏离本发明精神的基础上所做的任何修改或改进,均属于本发明要求保护的范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种衣服面料表面防污处理工艺,其特征在于,具体步骤如下:
(1)将织物面料放入到碱溶液中,进行碱活化处理,然后将织物面料取出,洗涤至中性,烘干,得到预处理面料;
(2)将预处理面料浸入到低分子量壳聚糖溶液中,然后加入硅烷偶联剂,加热搅拌反应,待反应完成后,取出面料,进行洗涤,干燥,即得到改性面料;
(3)将改性面料浸轧在整理剂中,进行浸轧处理,随后取出面料,进行烘干、洗涤、干燥,即完成面料表面防污处理;
其中,整理剂由如下质量份数的原料所组成:氨基改性聚二甲基硅氧烷3-5份、封闭型异氰酸酯交联剂2-4份、异丙醇80-100份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的衣服面料表面防污处理工艺,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,碱溶液的浓度为1-2mol/L,碱活化处理时间为2-3h。
3.根据权利要求1所述的衣服面料表面防污处理工艺,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,低分子量壳聚糖的制备方法如下:将纤维素酶加入到壳聚糖溶液中,超声加热搅拌反应,待反应完成后,过滤,将滤液用无水乙醇进行沉淀,然后抽滤分离,真空干燥,即得到低分子量壳聚糖。
4.根据权利要求3所述的衣服面料表面防污处理工艺,其特征在于,所述纤维素酶与壳聚糖溶液的质量比为1-3:100,壳聚糖溶液的质量分数为8-15%。
5.根据权利要求3所述的衣服面料表面防污处理工艺,其特征在于,超声频率为30KHz-50KHz,加热反应温度为30-50℃,加热反应时间为1-2h。
6.根据权利要求1所述的衣服面料表面防污处理工艺,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,低分子量壳聚糖溶液和硅烷偶联剂的质量比为80-100:2-4,低分子量壳聚糖溶液的质量分数为10-20%。
7.根据权利要求1所述的衣服面料表面防污处理工艺,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,所述硅烷偶联剂为KH550或KH560。
8.根据权利要求1所述的衣服面料表面防污处理工艺,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,加热反应温度为40-60℃,加热反应时间为1-2h。
9.根据权利要求1所述的衣服面料表面防污处理工艺,其特征在于,步骤(3)中,所述改性面料与整理剂的浴比为1:60-80。
10.根据权利要求1所述的衣服面料表面防污处理工艺,其特征在于,步骤(3)中,浸轧时间为30-60min,浸轧带液率为60-80%。
