本发明涉及一种通过向包含至少一种表面活性剂的洗涤剂组合物中掺入糖类同分异构体来增加所述洗涤剂组合物的发泡特性的方法。
在许多洗涤剂应用中,消费者寻求高发泡能力。例如,在用洗发液洗发期间未产生足够的乳脂状稳定泡沫的洗发水在市场上没有成功的机会。这同样适用于手工洗碗洗涤剂,尽管在许多情况下根本不能建立起发泡能力与清洁性能之间的直接联系。
因此,除了性能要求,例如清洁性能和皮肤相容性,发泡行为是另一个重要的产品特征。然而,并非所有表现令人满意且使用经济的表面活性剂混合物都表现出所需的发泡行为。
因此,一直需要能够增加洗涤剂组合物的发泡特性而不损害其清洁特性的成分。
令人惊讶的是,已经发现糖类同分异构体显著增加了洗涤剂组合物的发泡特性。
因此,在第一方面中,本发明涉及一种增加包含至少一种表面活性剂的洗涤剂组合物的发泡特性的方法,所述方法包括向所述清洁组合物中加入糖类同分异构体,以及任选地评价其效应的步骤。
在第二方面中,本发明涉及糖异构物作为泡沫增强剂或泡沫促进剂的用途,特别是在包含至少一种选自由阴离子、阳离子、非离子和两性表面活性剂组成的组的表面活性剂的洗涤剂组合物中的用途。
在另一个实施方式中,本发明涉及一种改善洗涤剂组合物中阴离子、阳离子、非离子和/或两性表面活性剂或它们的混合物的发泡特性的方法,所述方法包括将糖类同分异构体与至少一种表面活性剂混合。
如本文所用的术语“泡沫增强剂”是指有利地影响洗涤剂组合物的关于发泡能力、泡沫稳定性(在静置某时段后保持泡沫)、泡沫量/体积(与良好的清洁效应相关联)、泡沫的乳脂状(与调理效应相关联)、泡沫密度、泡沫质地和/或泡沫速度(在非常短的时间段后产生泡沫)的泡沫特性的试剂。
糖类同分异构体(CAS 100843-69-4)是众所周知的美容剂,其具有用于短期和长期保湿的独特皮肤结合机制。
在本发明的所有实施方式中,最优选的糖类同分异构体是基本上由以下组成的糖类同分异构体
a)1.5重量%至5重量%,优选地2重量%至4重量%的阿洛酮糖,
b)1重量%至5重量%,优选地1.5重量%至4.5重量%的甘露糖,
c)10重量%至30重量%,优选地15重量%至30重量%的果糖,
d)20重量%至60重量%,优选地25重量%至60重量%的葡萄糖,以及
e)0重量%至5重量%,优选地0重量%至4重量%的半乳糖。
如本文所用的术语“基本上由……组成”是指可以存在特定的其它组分,即不会实质地影响化合物或组合物的基本特征的那些组分。理想地,所列成分的总量总计为至多100重量%。然而,不排除可能存在少量来自异构化过程的未知(糖)杂质,然而所述杂质的量为至多5重量%,优选地至多2.5重量%,最优选地至多1.5重量%。
最优选地,在本发明的所有实施方式中,糖类同分异构体基本上由以下组成:a)2重量%至3重量%的阿洛酮糖,b)1.5重量%至2.5重量%的甘露糖,c)15重量%至25重量%的果糖,d)20重量%至40重量%的葡萄糖,和e)0重量%至1重量%的半乳糖。
所述基本上由成分a)至e)组成的糖类同分异构体是通过植物来源的葡萄糖的异构化来制备的,并且可作为其水溶液(25-50重量%)以商品名从DSMNutritional products Ltd.商购获得。所述糖类同分异构体也已经用于实施例中。
基于洗涤剂组合物的总重量,根据本发明使用的糖类同分异构体的量优选选自0.01重量%至10重量%的范围,更优选地0.1重量%至7.5重量%的范围,最优选地0.2重量%至5重量%的范围。进一步合适的范围是从0.25重量%至2.5重量%和从0.5重量%至2重量%。根据本发明的特别优选的范围是从0.2重量%至1重量%,更优选地0.25重量%至0.75重量%,例如0.3重量%至0.6重量%。
在一个有利的实施方式中,根据本发明的洗涤剂组合物优选地包含至少一种阴离子表面活性剂和/或至少一种两性离子表面活性剂,例如特别是月桂醇聚醚硫酸盐和/或烷基酰胺丙基甜菜碱,最特别地,所述洗涤剂包含至少月桂醇聚醚硫酸钠和/或椰油酰胺基丙基甜菜碱作为表面活性剂,甚至更优选地不存在皂。这种阴离子和/或两性离子表面活性剂在所述洗涤剂组合物中的总量优选选自30重量%至75重量%的范围,最优选地40重量%至60重量%的范围。最优选地,基于所述洗涤剂组合物的总重量,所述洗涤剂组合物还包含至少40重量%的水,最优选地至少45重量%的水。
在另一个特别有利的实施方式中,根据本发明的洗涤剂组合物中存在的至少一种表面活性剂优选包含至少一种皂。
术语“皂”在本文中以其普遍意义使用,即,它是指脂肪族、烷烃或烯烃一元羧酸的碱金属或烷醇铵盐,以及它们的混合物。钠、钾、镁、单乙醇铵、二乙醇铵和三乙醇铵阳离子或它们的组合特别适合于本发明的目的,然而,优选使用钠或钾皂。
用于本发明目的的特别优选的皂是众所周知的碱金属盐,例如特别是具有约8个至22个碳原子,优选地约8个至约20个碳原子,最优选地约10个至约18个碳原子的天然或合成脂肪族酸(链烷酸或链烯酸)的钠盐和/或钾盐。甚至更优选的是相应的饱和酸(链烷酸)的盐。
进一步优选的是,在根据本发明的洗涤剂组合物中使用的皂包含至少85%的具有12个至18个碳原子的脂肪酸。
待在本发明的洗涤剂组合物中使用的特别优选的皂是硬脂酸、棕榈酸、月桂酸和/或肉豆蔻酸的钠盐和/或钾盐。
应当完全理解的是,皂可以原样使用,或者可以通过向洗涤剂组合物中加入相应的酸和相应的碱而在所述组合物中“原位”形成。
根据本发明的洗涤剂组合物中的至少一种皂的量优选选自3重量%至95重量%的范围。
如果根据本发明的洗涤剂组合物是(挤出的)皂条,则基于洗涤剂组合物的总重量,根据本发明的洗涤剂组合物中的至少一种皂的量优选选自30重量%至95重量%的范围,更优选地40重量%至80重量%的范围,最优选地45重量%至65重量%的范围。
如果组合物是液体皂、或皂膏、或融化和倾倒型皂条,则根据本发明的洗涤剂组合物中的至少一种皂的量优选选自3重量%至35重量%的范围,更优选地5重量%至30重量%的范围,最优选地7重量%至20重量%的范围。
除了皂之外,根据本发明的洗涤剂组合物还可以包含阴离子、阳离子、非离子和/或两性表面活性剂以形成表面活性剂混合物。然而,优选地,如果存在的话,则皂本身构成总表面活性剂混合物的大于75重量%,优选地大于80重量%,更优选大于85重量%。
在本发明的所有实施方式中,基于所述组合物的总重量,所述液体皂或皂膏或融化和倾倒型皂条中的水含量优选选自20重量%至75重量%的范围,最优选地20重量%至60重量%的范围。
待包含到根据本发明的洗涤剂组合物中的合适的阴离子表面活性剂包括但不限于脂肪族硫酸盐、脂肪族磺酸盐(例如,C8至C22磺酸盐或二磺酸盐)、芳香族磺酸盐(例如,烷基苯磺酸盐)、烷基磺基琥珀酸盐、烷基和酰基牛磺酸盐、烷基和酰基肌氨酸盐、磺基乙酸盐、烷基磷酸盐、羧酸盐和羟乙基磺酸盐以及它们的混合物。

根据本发明的特别合适的阳离子表面活性剂涵盖烷基胺,例如优选地二甲基烷基胺(二甲基月桂胺)、二油酸二羟乙基烷基胺、酰氨基丙基二甲胺乳酸盐(椰油酰胺丙基二甲胺乳酸盐);烷基咪唑啉,例如优选地烷基羟乙基咪唑啉、乙基羟甲基油烯基噁唑啉、烷基氨乙基咪唑啉;乙氧基化烷基胺,例如优选地PEG-n烷基胺、PEG-n烷基氨基丙胺、泊洛沙胺;季化合物,例如优选地四烷基铵盐;烷基三甲基氯化铵、PEG-n烷基氯化铵、二烷基二甲基氯化铵(羟乙基十六烷基二甲基氯化铵)、烷基酰胺丙基烷基二甲基甲苯磺酸盐(椰油酰胺丙基乙基二甲基铵乙基硫酸盐)、PEG-n酰基甲基二乙基铵甲基硫酸盐、二烷基羟丙基甲基铵甲基硫酸盐和烷基二甲基铵羟丙基蛋白质水解产物(椰油酰胺羟丙基水解毛发角蛋白)。
优选地,表面活性剂选自由以下项组成的组:椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、月桂醇聚醚硫酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、月桂基磺基琥珀酸二钠、甘油硬脂酸酯、PEG-100硬脂酸酯以及它们的混合物。

本发明的洗涤剂组合物还可以包含一种或多种任选的成分,例如珠光剂或遮光剂、增稠剂、润湿剂、螯合剂,以及增强其外观、感觉和香味的添加剂,例如着色剂、芳香剂、防腐剂、pH调节剂等。本发明的洗涤剂组合物的pH优选维持在约4.5至约10.5,更优选地约5.0至约10.0的范围内。
能够悬浮水不溶性添加剂和/或倾向于向消费者表明所得产品是洗涤剂组合物的市售珠光剂或遮光剂适用于本发明。珠光剂或遮光剂可以以基于组合物的总重量,约1重量%至约10重量%,优选地约1.5重量%至约7重量%,更优选地约2重量%至约5重量%的量存在。
合适的珠光剂或遮光剂的示例包括但不限于以下物质的单酯或二酯:(a)具有约16个至约22个碳原子的脂肪酸和(b)乙二醇或丙二醇;或者以下物质的单酯或二酯:(a)具有约16个至约22个碳原子的脂肪酸,(b)下式的聚亚烷基二醇:HO-(JO)a-H,其中J是具有约2个至约3个碳原子的亚烷基并且a是2或3;含有约16个至约22个碳原子的脂肪醇;下式的脂肪酯:KCOOCH2L,其中K和L独立地含有约15个至约21个碳原子;不溶于洗涤剂组合物中的无机固体,以及它们的混合物。
珠光剂或遮光剂可以以预先形成的、稳定化的水性分散体的形式引入洗涤剂组合物中,例如可以商品名“Euperlan PK-3000”从Henkel Corporation of Hoboken,NewJersey商购获得。这种材料是二硬脂酸乙二醇酯(乙二醇和硬脂酸的二酯)、月桂醇聚醚-4(CH3(CH2)10CH2(OCH2CH2)4OH)和椰油酰胺基丙基甜菜碱的组合,优选地重量百分比分别为约25至约30:约3至约15:约20至约25。
能够赋予洗涤剂组合物适当粘度的市售增稠剂适用于本发明。如果使用的话,则增稠剂应在组合物中以足以将所述组合物的布氏粘度提高到约500厘泊至约10,000厘泊的量存在。合适的增稠剂的示例非排他性地包括:以下物质的单酯或二酯:1)下式的聚乙二醇:HO-(CH2CH2O)zH,其中z是约3至约200的整数;和2)含有约16个至约22个碳原子的脂肪酸;乙氧基化多元醇的脂肪酸酯;脂肪酸和甘油的单酯和二酯的乙氧基化衍生物;羟烷基纤维素;烷基纤维素;羟烷基烷基纤维素;和它们的混合物。优选的增稠剂包括聚乙二醇酯,更优选PEG-150二硬脂酸酯,其可以商品名“PEG 6000DS”购自Stepan Company ofNorthfield,Illinois or from Comiel,S.p.A.of Bologna,Italy。基于洗涤剂组合物的总重量,洗涤剂组合物中增稠剂的量优选地选自0重量%至7重量%,优选地1重量%至5重量%,最优选地2重量%至4重量%的范围。
能够给洗涤剂组合物提供保湿和调理特性的市售润湿剂适用于本发明。合适的润湿剂的示例非排他地包括:1)水溶性液体多元醇,其选自包括以下的组:甘油、丙二醇、1,3-丙二醇、己二醇、丁二醇、二丙二醇以及它们的混合物;2)下式的聚亚烷基二醇:HO-(R"O)b-H,其中R"是具有约2个至约3个碳原子的亚烷基,并且b是约2至约10的整数;3)式CH3-C6H10O5-(OCH2CH2)c-OH的甲基葡萄糖的聚乙二醇醚,其中c是约5至约25的整数;4)尿素;和5)它们的混合物,其中甘油是优选的润湿剂。
优选地,在所有实施方式中,洗涤剂组合物包含至少一种润湿剂。如果在洗涤剂组合物中存在,则至少一种润湿剂,优选地甘油,的量优选地选自基于洗涤剂组合物的总重量,0重量%至90重量%,优选地5重量%至40重量%,最优选地15重量%至30重量%的范围。

其他合适的螯合剂包括植酸及其钠盐、葡糖酸及其钠盐、和羟基亚乙基二膦酸(editronic acid)及其钠盐。
洗涤剂组合物中螯合剂的量优选地选自基于洗涤剂组合物的总重量,0重量%至0.5重量%,优选地0.02重量%至0.3重量%,最优选地0.05重量%至0.20重量%的范围。
合适的防腐剂包括季铵盐-15,其可作为“Dowicil 200”从密歇根州米德兰(Midland,Michigan)的Dow Chemical Corporation商购获得,并且以基于组合物的总重量,约0%至约2.0%,优选地约0.05%至约0.10%的量存在于组合物中。
洗涤剂组合物中防腐剂的量优选地选自基于洗涤剂组合物的总重量,0重量%至5重量%,优选地0.05重量%至2重量%,最优选地0.1重量%至1.5重量%的范围。
根据本发明的优选洗涤剂组合物是液体清洁组合物、洗涤凝胶、皂条、洗发香波、沐浴露、洗发香波、体用香波、头发洗剂、泡沫浴露、淋浴露以及剃须制剂。
本发明的洗涤剂组合物可与本领域已知的任何个人清洁实施方式结合用于身体上,所述个人清洁实施方式为例如洗脸巾、网或有孔膜、浴球(pouf)、海绵、刷子等。所述组合物可以与此类实施方式中的一者或多者一起以套件形式销售。
本发明的组合物还可以“基本上不含”油或硅胶。如本文所用,“基本上不含”应意指基于组合物的总重量,保湿清洁剂组合物含有小于约1%,例如小于约0.5%或小于约0.2%的油和/或硅氧烷。
在一个优选的实施方式中,根据本发明的洗涤剂组合物是含水清洁组合物,其包含至少20重量%的水。
在另一个优选的实施方式中,根据本发明的洗涤剂组合物是(固体)皂条
提供以下实施例以进一步说明本发明的组合物和效应。这些实施例仅是说明性的,并不意图以任何方式限制本发明的范围。

所有泡沫测试均使用自动化SITA泡沫测试仪R 2000完成。
测试参数:

搅拌时间/测量间隔: 10s
搅拌速度: 1500U/min
1.澄清的固体皂
在本实施例中使用了即用的透明融化和倾倒型固体皂基料。
*商业皂基料(皂块)
方案:
-将皂块切成小片。
-将碎片放入烧杯中并水浴加热至65℃
-将液体皂缓慢倒入耐热塑料模具中。
-一旦皂完全冷却,就使其干燥至少24小时。

2.不透明的固体皂
在本实施例中使用了即用的不透明融化和倾倒型固体皂基料。

-将碎片放入烧杯中并水浴加热至65℃
-将液体皂缓慢倒入耐热塑料模具中。
-一旦皂完全冷却,就使其干燥至少24小时。

3.霜状清洁剂
在此实施例中使用了传统的霜状清洁剂。
方案:
混合A相,并在搅拌下加热至70-75℃
于70-75℃将B相缓慢(10min)加入到A相中,并
于70-75℃搅拌100min(200rpm)
加入在加热阶段损失的水量(75℃)
在搅拌下冷却至40℃
加入C并搅拌至均匀
在搅拌下加入D相

相比于参考物,本发明的组合物显示出在发泡速度和泡沫体积两方面的发泡特性的改进。
4.活体评估
已经在体内研究中通过一组30名志愿者在前臂上对以下皂基清洁剂(参考-4、本发明-6)进行了盲法测试。
志愿者接受了以下施加指导:润湿施加区域(1个前臂/产品),通过轻轻按摩20秒来施加产品,然后更用力按摩10秒并让泡沫停留1分钟。使用雾化器进行标准化冲洗(3次)并通过用纸巾轻拍进行标准化干燥(3次)。
志愿者已被要求在首次施加后回答两个与泡沫特性有关的问题。表4b中概述了调查问卷的评估结果。

根据本发明的配方的泡沫密度已经被评级为显著高于参考配方的泡沫密度。此外,根据本发明的配方的泡沫被描述为更丝滑和更光滑,以及更不发粘且更不呈水状,这反映了整体更好的泡沫质地。

·对于包含溶液1A的混合物,用VWR模拟涡流混合器以速度10搅拌达1min的持续时间
·对于包含溶液1B的混合物,通过手动振荡搅拌1min
·标记泡沫的高度
·测量液体表面(搅拌前)与泡沫最大高度(泡沫高度)之间的差值。基于安慰剂(设定为100%),结果以mm计且以%计在表5d中描绘。
Claims (15)
1.一种提高包含至少一种表面活性剂的洗涤剂组合物的发泡特性的方法,所述方法包括向所述洗涤剂组合物中加入糖类同分异构体的步骤。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述糖类同分异构体基本上由以下物质组成:a)1.5重量%至5重量%的阿洛酮糖;b)1重量%至5重量%的甘露糖,c)10重量%至30重量%的果糖;d)20重量%至60重量%的葡萄糖;和e)0重量%至5重量%的半乳糖。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中,基于局部组合物的总重量,所述糖类同分异构体的量选自0.01重量%至10重量%的范围,更优选地0.1重量%至7.5重量%的范围,最优选地0.2重量%至5重量%的范围。
4.根据权利要求1或3所述的方法,其中所述至少一种表面活性剂包括至少一种皂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中所述至少一种皂选自由以下项组成的组:具有约8个至22个碳原子,优选地约8个至约20个碳原子,最优选地约10个至约18个碳原子的脂肪族酸的钠盐或钾盐,以及它们的混合物。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述的方法,其中所述至少一种皂选自由以下项组成的组:硬脂酸、月桂酸和肉豆蔻酸的钠盐或钾盐,以及它们的混合物。
7.根据权利要求4至6中任一项所述的方法,其中所述洗涤剂组合物是挤出的皂条,并且基于所述洗涤剂组合物的总重量,所述至少一种皂的量选自30重量%至95重量%的范围,优选地40重量%至80重量%的范围,最优选地45重量%至65重量%的范围。
8.根据权利要求4至6中任一项所述的方法,其中所述洗涤剂组合物是液体皂、皂膏、融化或倾倒型皂条,并且基于所述洗涤剂组合物的总重量,所述至少一种皂的量选自3重量%至35重量%的范围,更优选地5重量%至30重量%的范围,最优选地7重量%至20重量%的范围。
9.根据权利要求4至7中任一项所述的方法,其中所述至少一种皂构成了所述洗涤剂组合物中存在的表面活性剂的总量的大于75重量%,优选地大于80重量%,更优选地大于85重量%。
10.根据权利要求4至9中任一项所述的方法,其中所述洗涤剂组合物包含至少一种附加表面活性剂,所述至少一种附加表面活性剂选自由以下项组成的组:椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、月桂醇聚醚硫酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、月桂基磺基琥珀酸二钠、甘油硬脂酸酯、PEG-100硬脂酸酯、十二烷基葡糖苷,以及它们的混合物。
11.根据权利要求1至10中任一项所述的方法,其中所述洗涤剂组合物还包含至少一种润湿剂。
12.根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中所述至少一种润湿剂是甘油。
13.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其中所述洗涤剂组合物是液体清洁组合物、洗涤凝胶、皂条、洗发香波、体用香波、泡沫浴露、淋浴露或剃须制剂。
14.糖类同分异构体作为泡沫增强剂和/或泡沫促进剂的用途。
15.根据权利要求14所述的用途,所述用途用于增加泡沫体积。
