Abstract
本发明公开了一种含有余甘子提取物的防晒乳制剂,解决了目前防晒产品容易具有的一些矛盾点:高防晒指数与稳定性之间的矛盾、高防晒指数与温和性之间的矛盾、高防晒指数与清爽的使用感之间的矛盾;通过加入余甘子提取物,具有提升制剂防护紫外线对皮肤损伤的能力,可以具有提升防晒效率的优势,从另外一个角度讲,在保证防晒效率的前提下通过加入余甘子提取物,可以降低防晒剂的使用量,能够提升防晒乳制剂稳定性;提升产品温和性;改善防晒制剂普遍存在的油腻肤感,使肤感更清爽。本发明还公开了一种含有余甘子提取物的防晒乳制剂的制备方法。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于化妆品领域,具体涉及一种含有余甘子提取物的防晒乳制剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
日常生活中,皮肤会接受紫外线过度暴晒,如果不采取防晒措施,会对皮肤造成一定的伤害,其中包括可以导致皮肤晒黑,造成细胞损伤进而引发皮肤癌的UVB辐射(波段:280nm~320nm)和加快皮肤光老化的UVA辐射(波段:320nm~400nm)。因此使用防晒化妆品来抵御紫外线对皮肤的伤害已成为越来越多消费者的选择,防晒产品的研发也成了化妆品研发中的热点。
随着国内防晒化妆品标识高SPF的放开,国内外品牌会纷纷上市高SPF值的防晒产品,市场竞争非常激烈,防晒市场的规模在持续增长,所以防晒护肤市场是一个机遇和挑战并存的市场。从消费者对防晒产品的喜好角度来讲,消费者在选择防晒产品的时候既会关注产品的SPF值的高低,也会注重产品使用时肤感的清爽与否。
高防晒指数的产品防晒效果越好,但同时也意味着要添加大量化学防晒剂或者物理防晒剂来提升防晒指数,过度使用会加重皮肤的负担,甚至还可能引起皮肤不良反应,也会使产品的使用肤感欠佳和稳定性面临挑战。
目前市面上防晒产品竞争激烈,消费者在购买产品时越来越关注防晒指数,同时也非常注重产品的清爽感与安全性。为了满足消费者对高防晒指数产品的需求,也为了能够是产品具有很好的防护紫外线损伤的能力,目前市面上的防晒产品普遍采用的方法是提升防晒剂含量或增加防晒剂种类,很可能会带来产品的安全性问题。另外提升防晒剂含量尤其是油溶性化学防晒剂,会导致产品的油腻感加重,也会使得体系的稳定性面临挑战。
余甘子为药食同源植物,富含多酚、维生素、多糖、黄酮、氨基酸及生物碱,多酚为余甘子最为显著的抗氧化有效成分,可以有效保护由于UVA及UVB辐照引起的角质细胞的损伤和凋亡,以及清除产生的活性氧簇、降低炎症因子的释放和减少基质金属蛋白酶(MMP3)的产生,具有显著的防护紫外线损伤能力。
目前国内外关于余甘子的应用多在抗氧化和抗衰方面,应用在防护紫外线损伤护肤品的方面鲜有报道,因此,开发一种含有余甘子提取物的防晒乳制剂,进而提升防晒效率,提升制剂稳定性,在达到同等防晒指数的前提下,显著降低防晒剂的使用,改善防晒制剂普遍存在的油腻感,改善高含量防晒剂产品可能存在的刺激性,防治紫外线对皮肤造成的损伤,成为亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种含有余甘子提取物的防晒乳制剂,通过加入余甘子提取物,可以具有提升防晒效率的优势,提升防护紫外线对皮肤损伤的能力,从另外一个角度讲,在保证防晒效率的前提下通过加入余甘子提取物,可以提升防护紫外线对皮肤损伤的能力,也可以降低防晒剂的使用量,从而能够提升制剂稳定性;提升产品温和性;改善防晒制剂普遍存在的油腻肤感,使肤感更清爽。
本发明的另外一个目的是提供一种含有余甘子提取物的防晒乳制剂的制备方法。
实现上述目的一种技术方案是:一种含有余甘子提取物的防晒乳制剂,按重量份计,包括以下组分:
上述所有组分的总重量份为100份;
所述防晒剂由化学防晒剂和物理防晒剂组成,所述化学防晒剂采用油溶性化学防晒剂和水分散性化学防晒剂,所述油溶性化学防晒剂采用甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯、双~乙基己氧苯酚甲氧苯基三嗪、二乙氨羟苯甲酰基苯甲酸己酯和/或乙基己基三嗪酮;所述水分散性化学防晒剂采用亚甲基双~苯并三唑基四甲基丁基酚;所述物理防晒剂采用表面经过疏水处理的二氧化钛或氧化锌。
上述的一种含有余甘子提取物的防晒乳制剂,其中,按重量份计,所述防晒剂的组成为:
上述的一种含有余甘子提取物的防晒乳制剂,其中,所述增稠剂采用丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸铵/VP共聚物和/或硅酸铝镁。
所述多元醇采用丁二醇和/或甘油;
所述活性物组分采用青刺果油、马齿苋提取物、姜根提取物和/或红没药醇。
上述的一种含有余甘子提取物的防晒乳制剂,其中,所述余甘子提取物由干燥去核的余甘子果实提取制成,所述余甘子提取物用于吸收UVB波段和UVA波段的紫外线辐射,减缓紫外线对皮肤的损伤。
本发明还提供了一种含有余甘子提取物的防晒乳制剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1,余甘子提取物制备步骤:采用干燥去核的余甘子果实提取制成余甘子提取物;
S2,按照上述的一种含有余甘子提取物的防晒乳制剂的配方准确称量各组分;
S3,将纯化水投入主配罐中,然后依次加入菊粉月桂基氨基甲酸酯、增稠剂和多元醇,搅拌混合均匀,加热至75~85℃,得到组分A;
S4,将油溶性化学防晒剂、物理防晒剂、己二酸二丁酯、鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷、鲸蜡硬脂醇、三十烷基PVP和聚二甲基硅氧烷依次投入油相预配罐,加热至75~85℃,溶解混合均匀,得到组分B;
S5,将组分B加入到所述主配罐的组分A中,保持75~85℃下均质乳化5~10min至均匀,开启降温;
S6,当主配罐的温度降低至65~75℃时,将对羟基苯乙酮加入到所述主配罐中,混合均匀,继续降温;
S7,当温度降温至40~45℃时,将水分散性化学防晒剂、1,2-戊二醇、活性物组分、硅石和余甘子提取物加入主配罐中,继续搅拌降温;
S8,当温度降至38℃及以下时,过滤出料,检验合格后罐装,即得一种含有余甘子提取物的防晒乳。
上述的一种含有余甘子提取物的防晒乳制剂的制备方法,步骤S1,余甘子提取物的具体制备方法如下:
S11,粉碎步骤:将干燥洁净的大戟科叶下珠属云南植物余甘子的干燥去核果实用植物粉碎机粉碎,过4~6目筛,得到余甘子粉末原料;
S12,提取步骤:以60~80%的乙醇水混合液为溶剂,将粉碎好的余甘子粉末原料和溶剂按固液质量比1:5~10g/ml,提取温度为50~80℃进行加热回流提取1~3次,每次加热回流提取的时间为1~3h;
S13,浓缩步骤:使用旋转蒸发仪、水浴加热对提取液进行浓缩,浓缩温度为40~70℃,浓缩至无醇味,得到浓缩液;
S14,冷冻干燥步骤:使用冷冻干燥机将浓缩液在低温下干燥成粉末,获得余甘子提取物。
上述的一种含有余甘子提取物的防晒乳制剂的制备方法,其中,余甘子提取物的得率≥60.0%,所述余甘子提取物的多酚含量≥40.0%,没食子酸含量≥2.0%。
采用本发明的含有余甘子提取物的防晒乳制剂及其制备方法的技术方案,通过加入余甘子提取物,可以具有提升防晒效率的优势,提升防护紫外线对皮肤损伤的能力,从另外一个角度讲,在保证防晒效率的前提下通过加入余甘子提取物,可以提升防护紫外线对皮肤损伤的能力,也可以降低防晒剂的使用量,从而使得制剂具有以下优势:
(1)、能够提升制剂稳定性;
(2)、提升产品温和性;
(3)、改善防晒制剂普遍存在的油腻肤感,使肤感更清爽。

余甘子提取物的具体制备方法如下:
S11,粉碎步骤:将干燥洁净的大戟科叶下珠属云南植物余甘子的干燥去核果实用植物粉碎机粉碎,过4~6目筛,得到余甘子粉末原料;
S12,提取步骤:确称取100g粉碎后的余甘子粉末,加入60%乙醇水混合液1000ml,60℃回流提取3小时,提取2次,合并滤液,抽提过滤得到提取液;
S13,浓缩步骤:使用旋转蒸发仪对提取液进行浓缩,旋转蒸发至原体积的1/10及无醇味,得浓缩液;
S14,冷冻干燥步骤:使用冷冻干燥机将浓缩液在低温下干燥成粉末,获得粉末状的余甘子提取物,经计算得率为61.23%。
进行余甘子提取物在UVB和UVA波段吸收的测定,包括以下步骤:
将余甘子提取物以60%乙醇稀释至1mg/ml,以60%乙醇溶液为参比,用紫外分光光度计测量其在280~400nm的紫外吸收值,在280~400nm之间选取10个点测试。结果如表2所示:

由表2可知:余甘子提取物能够有效吸收UVA波段和UVB波段的紫外线。
余甘子提取物中总多酚含量的测定,包括以下步骤:
(1)没食子酸标准曲线的绘制:精密称取没食子酸标准品0.0025g于20ml容量瓶内,加乙醇至刻度,溶解,制成没食子酸标准品溶液。将所述没食子酸溶液品溶液对倍稀释,获得不同浓度的没食子酸标准品溶液。分别吸取不同浓度的没食子酸标准品溶液0.5ml于10ml容量瓶中,加入10%的福林酚溶液5ml,摇匀后静置5min,加入10%碳酸钠溶液至刻度线,避光静置反应1h,使用紫外-分光光度计于740nm处其吸光值,以吸光值为横坐标,以没食子酸的浓度(mg/ml)为纵坐标绘制没食子酸标准曲线。浓度在0~0.125mg/ml呈线性,线性回归方程为:Y=0.0319X-0.0027,R2=0.9902。
(2)余甘子多酚含量的测定:采用福林酚比色法,取0.5ml浓度为0.1mg/ml的提取液于10ml容量瓶中,按照上述方法测定吸光度,根据标准曲线计算总多酚含量为42.0%。
余甘子提取物中没食子酸含量的测定,包括以下步骤:
(1)没食子酸对照品溶液制备步骤:精密称取没食子酸对照品于20ml容量瓶内,加乙醇至刻度,溶解,备用。
(2)供试品溶液的配置:称取本发明制备的余甘子提取物适量,于20ml容量瓶内,加乙醇至刻度,溶解,备用。
(3)过滤:将没食子酸对照品及供试品溶液使用0.22μm滤膜过滤。
(4)线性相关性考察:将所述没食子酸溶液对照品溶液对倍稀释,注入高效液相色谱仪进行分析,进样量为10μl,以每个对照品的进样浓度Y为纵坐标,峰面积值X为横坐标,绘制标准曲线,得到线性回归方程及线性范围;高效液相色谱仪的参数如下:
色谱柱:Agilent ZORBAX SB-AQ C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);
检测波长:270nm;
柱温:30℃;
流速:1.0mL·min-1;
流动相:A相为0.1%磷酸水溶液,B相为乙腈,洗脱条件:0-10min:10%B。
没食子酸对照品溶液倍比稀释后,浓度在6.55μg/ml-209.6μg/ml呈线性,线性回归方程为:Y=28.477X-8.4814,R2=1。
(5)余甘子提取物中没食子酸含量确定步骤:吸取供试液10μl,注入高效液相色谱仪,通过没食子酸对照品溶液的色谱峰和待检测的供试液的色谱峰对比,以线性回归方程计算,得到余甘子提取物中没食子酸的含量为2.13%,对余甘子提取物的质量进行控制。
实施例1和实施例2的含有余甘子提取物的防晒乳制剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1,余甘子提取物制备步骤:采用干燥去核的余甘子果实提取制成余甘子提取物,具体制备步骤参照S11-S14;
S2,按照表1中的配方准确称量各组分;
S3,将纯化水投入主配罐中,然后依次加入菊粉月桂基氨基甲酸酯、增稠剂和多元醇,搅拌混合均匀,加热至75~85℃,得到组分A;
S4,将油溶性化学防晒剂、己二酸二丁酯、鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷、鲸蜡硬脂醇、三十烷基PVP和聚二甲基硅氧烷依次投入油相预配罐,加热至75~85℃,溶解混合均匀,得到组分B;
S5,将组分B加入到所述主配罐的组分A中,保持75~85℃下均质乳化5~10min至均匀,开启降温;
S6,当主配罐的温度降低至65~75℃时,将对羟基苯乙酮加入到所述主配罐中,混合均匀,继续降温;
S7,当温度降温至40~45℃时,将水分散性化学防晒剂、1,2-戊二醇、活性物组分、硅石和余甘子提取物加入主配罐中,继续搅拌降温;
S8,当温度降至38℃及以下时,过滤出料,检验合格后罐装,即得一种含有余甘子提取物的防晒乳。
对比例1和对比例2的防晒乳制剂,参照上述制备方法制备。
稳定性考察测试:
1、对表1中对比例1和实施例2的防晒乳制剂进行稳定性考察测试,产品稳定性考察参考标准GB/T 29665-2013《护肤乳液》,为了获得更稳定的产品,考察条件要求高于GB/T29665-2013,依次在-15℃、5℃、25℃、40℃和49℃条件下,分别测试15天、30天、45天、60天及90天,观察每种防晒乳制剂的稳定情况,稳定性测试结果如表3所示:

2、请参阅图1,对对比例1、实施例2的防晒乳制剂的乳化粒径及低温下高含量固体防晒剂析出风险进行LEICADM2700M偏光显微镜对比。
表3中,对比例1的防晒乳制剂在-15℃和49℃的条件下,未能通过稳定性考察。49℃高温情况下,对比例1的防晒乳制剂长时间放置后出现析油的情况,-15℃低温情况下,对比例1的防晒乳制剂长时间放置后出现不细腻情况。从图1的显微镜图片也可以看出,对比例1的乳化粒径偏大,低温长时间放置会有固体防晒剂析出的风险。而实施例2的防晒乳制剂在-15℃、5℃、25℃、40℃和49℃的条件下,90天均未发生析油现象,49℃耐热考察,恢复至室温后喷雾无油水分离现象,-15℃耐寒考察,恢复至室温后与试验前无明显性状差异。实施例2的显微镜图片显示出乳化粒径细小均匀,长时间低温放置也没有固体防晒剂的析出迹象。
通过对比例1、实施例2的对比可以发现,在保证防晒指数的情况下,可以通过降低防晒剂对制剂稳定性进行改善。因此本发明的一种含有余甘子提取物的防晒乳制剂具有提升产品稳定性的优势。
急性眼刺激试验:
实施例1和对比例2的防晒乳制剂进行急性眼刺激试验,选择3只健康成年白色家兔进行试验,试验室温度:20-24℃,相对湿度:60-70%。试验前动物要在实验动物房环境中至少适应3天时间。轻轻拉开家兔一侧眼睛的下眼睑,将受试物0.1mL(100mg)滴入(或涂入)结膜囊中,使上、下眼睑被动闭合1s,以防止受试物丢失。另一侧眼睛不处理作自身对照。滴入受试物后24小时内不冲洗眼睛。若认为必要,在24h时可进行冲洗。若上述试验结果显示受试物有刺激性,需另选用3只家兔进行冲洗效果试验,即给家兔眼滴入受试物后30s用足量、流速较快但又不会引起动物眼损伤的水流冲洗至少30s。在滴入受试物后1、24、48、72小时以及第4滴和第7滴对动物眼睛进行检查。如果72小时未出现刺激反应,即可终止试验。如果发现累及角膜或有其它眼刺激作用,7天内不恢复者,为确定该损害的可逆性或不可逆性需延长观察时间,一般不超过21天。参照《化妆品安全技术规范(2015版)》规定进行刺激反应评分。急性眼刺激试验的测试结果如表4所示:

实施例1的防晒乳制剂在对比例2的防晒乳制剂的基础上将小分子防晒剂水杨酸乙基己酯去掉,加入余甘子提取物进行对比,由表4的急性眼刺激实验结果可知,实施例1的防晒乳制剂对家兔的眼刺激性试验未见刺激性反应,而对比例2的防晒乳制剂对家兔的眼刺激性试验是微刺激性。因此本发明的一种含有余甘子提取物的防晒乳制剂在保证防晒效能的基础上具有更温和的优势。
感官评估:
将对比例1的防晒乳制剂和实施例2的防晒乳制剂进行感官评估,具体感官评估实施方法为:首先对对比例1的防晒乳制剂和实施例2的防晒乳制剂进行编码,对比例1编码为541,实施例2编码为369。选取21名感官评价员,通过成对比较的方式,对两款测试品进行评估。结果如表中所示5所示:

由表5可知:实施例2的防晒乳制剂相对对比例1的防晒乳制剂在使用时和使用后的清爽感、黏滞感、残留感三个感官指标上表现优秀,这正是防晒产品追求的肤感体验。从感官评估数据得出实施例2的防晒乳制剂使用后皮肤更轻盈、更干爽、更舒适。因此本发明的一种含有余甘子提取物的防晒乳制剂在保证防晒效能的基础上具有较佳的使用感。
机测防晒测试:
本实验采用Colipa2011的标准体外测试方法测定,通过测定防晒乳制剂的紫外吸光度或透过率来评价防晒乳制剂的防晒效果。本实验采用UV2000s型防晒系数分析仪。
将表1中的实施例1-2及对比例1-2的防晒乳制剂以2mg/cm2的量涂敷在PMMA板上,干燥15分钟后,使用UV2000s测量,结果见表6。

实施例1的防晒乳制剂在对比例1的防晒乳制剂的基础上加入余甘子提取物,结果如表6所示:实施例1的防晒乳制剂的防晒效能优于对比例1的防晒乳制剂,说明本发明的一种含有余甘子提取物的防晒乳制剂具有提升防晒效能的优势。考虑到含有高含量防晒剂的防晒乳制剂的稳定性及使用感,实施例2的防晒乳制剂在对比例1的防晒乳制剂的基础上,将防晒剂含量降低,同时加入余甘子提取物,结果如表6所示:实施例2的防晒乳制剂的防晒效能与对比例1的防晒乳制剂的防晒效能相当,说明在适当降低防晒剂含量,提升稳定性及使用感的情况下,本发明的一种含有余甘子提取物的防晒乳制剂仍具有较好的防晒效能。考虑到产品的温和性,实施例1和对比例2不同的是去掉小分子防晒剂水杨酸乙基己酯,加入余甘子提取物,在提升温和性的情况下,本发明的一种含有余甘子提取物的防晒乳制剂的防晒效能仍表现良好。
本发明的含有余甘子提取物的防晒乳制剂,通过乳化剂搭配增稠剂组成防晒制剂的稳定骨架,和防晒剂、润肤剂、多元醇、对羟基苯乙酮、活性物组分及余甘子提取物共同组成一种防晒乳制剂。通过加入余甘子提取物,具有提升制剂防护紫外线对皮肤损伤的能力,可以具有提升防晒效率的优势,从另外一个角度讲,在保证防晒效率的前提下通过加入余甘子提取物,可以降低防晒剂的使用量,从而使得制剂具有以下优势:1、能够提升制剂稳定性;2、提升产品温和性;3、改善防晒制剂普遍存在的油腻肤感,使肤感更清爽。本发明还提供了该一种含有余甘子提取物的防晒乳制剂的制备方法,工艺操作简便易实现。
综上所述,本发明的含有余甘子提取物的防晒乳制剂及其制备方法,解决了目前防晒产品容易具有的一些矛盾点:高防晒指数与稳定性之间的矛盾、高防晒指数与温和性之间的矛盾、高防晒指数与清爽的使用感之间的矛盾。本发明的含有余甘子提取物的防晒乳制剂具有良好的稳定性和温和性,肤感清爽不油腻,使用感较佳,提升了制剂防护紫外线对皮肤损伤的能力。
本技术领域中的普通技术人员应当认识到,以上的实施例仅是用来说明本发明,而并非用作为对本发明的限定,只要在本发明的实质精神范围内,对以上所述实施例的变化、变型都将落在本发明的权利要求书范围内。
Claims (3)
1.一种含有余甘子提取物的防晒乳制剂,其特征在于,按重量份计,包括以下组分:
上述所有组分的总重量份为100份;
所述防晒剂采用化学防晒剂,所述化学防晒剂采用油溶性化学防晒剂和水分散性化学防晒剂,所述油溶性化学防晒剂采用甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯、双-乙基己氧苯酚甲氧苯基三嗪、二乙氨羟苯甲酰基苯甲酸己酯和乙基己基三嗪酮;所述水分散性化学防晒剂采用亚甲基双-苯并三唑基四甲基丁基酚;
所述增稠剂采用丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸铵/VP共聚物;
所述多元醇采用丁二醇和甘油;
所述活性物组分采用马齿苋提取物和红没药醇;
所述余甘子提取物由干燥去核的余甘子果实提取制成,所述余甘子提取物用于吸收UVB波段和UVA波段的紫外线辐射,减缓紫外线对皮肤的损伤;
按重量份计,所述防晒剂的组成为:
2.一种如权利要求1所述的含有余甘子提取物的防晒乳制剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1,余甘子提取物制备步骤:采用干燥去核的余甘子果实提取制成余甘子提取物;余甘子提取物的具体制备方法如下:
S11,粉碎步骤:将干燥洁净的大戟科叶下珠属云南植物余甘子的干燥去核果实用植物粉碎机粉碎,过4~6目筛,得到余甘子粉末原料;
S12,提取步骤:以60~80%的乙醇水混合液为溶剂,将粉碎好的余甘子粉末原料和溶剂按固液质量比1:5~10g/ml,提取温度为50~80℃进行加热回流提取1~3次,每次加热回流提取的时间为1~3h;
S13,浓缩步骤:使用旋转蒸发仪、水浴加热对提取液进行浓缩,浓缩温度为40~70℃,浓缩至无醇味,得到浓缩液;
S14,冷冻干燥步骤:使用冷冻干燥机将浓缩液在低温下干燥成粉末,获得余甘子提取物;
S2,按照如权利要求1所述的一种含有余甘子提取物的防晒乳制剂的配方准确称量各组分;
S3,将水投入主配罐中,然后依次加入菊粉月桂基氨基甲酸酯、增稠剂和多元醇,搅拌混合均匀,加热至75~85℃,得到组分A;
S4,将油溶性化学防晒剂、己二酸二丁酯、鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷、鲸蜡硬脂醇、三十烷基PVP和聚二甲基硅氧烷依次投入油相预配罐,加热至75~85℃,溶解混合均匀,得到组分B;
S5,将组分B加入到所述主配罐的组分A中,保持75~85℃下均质乳化5~10min至均匀,开启降温;
S6,当主配罐的温度降低至65~75℃时,将对羟基苯乙酮加入到所述主配罐中,混合均匀,继续降温;
S7,当温度降温至40~45℃时,将水分散性化学防晒剂、1,2-戊二醇、活性物组分、硅石和余甘子提取物加入主配罐中,继续搅拌降温;
S8,当温度降至38℃及以下时,过滤出料,检验合格后罐装,即得一种含有余甘子提取物的防晒乳。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种含有余甘子提取物的防晒乳制剂的制备方法,其特征在于,余甘子提取物的得率≥60.0%,所述余甘子提取物的多酚含量≥40.0%,没食子酸含量≥2.0%。
