城市容貌和环境卫生是衡量城市管理水平、居民生活质量的重要指标。然而,在市政设施、居民楼栋、园林景观、交通工具等随意涂鸦或张贴的小广告成为城市管理的一个顽疾,给城市管理带来了巨大挑战,群众反映强烈。近年来,共享单车被广泛的投放于城市道路及其周边,极大地方便了群众便捷出行,具有流动性强的特点。正因如此,共享单车遭受各种涂鸦和贴纸的严重污损,对城市容貌造成恶劣影响。作为城市管理部门,有必要开展共享单车污损的便捷处理方法研究,为群众的日常生活提供良好城市环境。
目前,对于涂鸦或贴纸的清除方法大多采用手工铲除、溶剂清除等、高压冲洗等;在实践中,手工清除存在施工效率低、清除不彻底等缺陷;溶剂清除存在环境影响大、安全隐患高、操作复杂的不足;高压冲洗也存在施工不便、适用范围窄等问题。
发明内容
本申请所要解决的技术问题是克服现有涂鸦贴纸清除操作复杂、条件苛刻、安全性差等问题,提供一种涂鸦贴纸快速清洁材料及制备方法和应用。

本申请的第一方面,提供一种涂鸦贴纸快速清洁材料,所述清洁材料由以下原料制得:表面活性剂1~3%,溶剂75~90%,碱性调试剂2~5%、防污剂1~2%。
进一步地,所述表面活性剂由脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,十二烷基苯磺酸钠、硬脂酸钠中的一种或按任意比例混合的多种组成。
进一步地,所述溶剂由乙醇、异丙醇、去离子水中按任意比例混合的多种组成。
进一步地,所述碱性调试剂由碳酸钠、氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾的一种或按任意比例混合的多种组成。
进一步地,所述的防污剂由聚四氟乙烯、十七氟癸基三乙氧基硅烷的一种或按任意比例混合的多种组成。
本申请的第二方面,提供一种利用如上所述的涂鸦贴纸快速清洁材料制备得到的清洁剂。
本申请的第三方面,提供一种如上所述的清洁剂的制备方法,所述的方法具体包括以下步骤:
在去离子水中加入乙醇或异丙醇得到溶剂;
在所述溶剂中加入表面活性剂充分混合得到第一混合液;
在所述第一混合液中加入防污剂并充分混合得到第二混合液;
在所述第二混合液中加入碱性调试剂,以调整pH为7.0±0.5,得到清洁剂。
本申请的第四方面,提供一种如上所述的清洁剂在清除油性笔或中性笔的涂鸦和/或印迹中的应用。
本申请的第五方面,提供一种如上所述的清洁剂在清除贴纸胶痕中的应用。

实施例1:
请参阅图1,本实施例所述清洁材料由以下过程制得:
1)在70份去离子水中加入20份异丙醇,搅拌10分钟得到混合均匀的溶剂;
2)向溶剂中加入1份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、1份十二烷基苯磺酸钠、1份硬脂酸钠,搅拌10分钟得到混合液;
3)向得到的混合液中加入1份聚四氟乙烯、1份十七氟癸基三乙氧基癸烷,搅拌10分钟得到混合液;
4)向混合液中加入适量碳酸钠,在pH计的实时测量下调整pH为7.0。
本实施例所述清洁材料用于清除材料表面的涂贴印迹和贴纸胶痕。将清洁材料手工涂刷到固体表面上,经2~3分钟的渗透润湿,即可彻底清除油性笔、中性笔的涂鸦和印迹;经3~5分钟的渗透润湿,即可彻底清除贴纸胶痕。

1)在50份去离子水中加入20份异丙醇、20份乙醇,搅拌10分钟得到混合均匀的溶剂;
2)向溶剂中加入2份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、1份十二烷基苯磺酸钠,搅拌10分钟得到混合液;
3)向得到的混合液中加入2份十七氟癸基三乙氧基癸烷,搅拌10分钟得到混合液;
4)向混合液中加入适量氢氧化钠,在pH计的实时测量下调整pH为7.2。
本实施例所述清洁材料用于清除材料表面的涂贴印迹和贴纸胶痕。将清洁材料手工涂刷到固体表面上,经1~2分钟的渗透润湿,即可彻底清除油性笔、中性笔的涂鸦和印迹;经2~4分钟的渗透润湿,即可彻底清除贴纸胶痕。
实施例3:
请参阅图1,本实施例所述清洁材料由以下过程制得:
1)在65份去离子水中加入20份异丙醇、5份乙醇,搅拌10分钟得到混合均匀的溶剂;
2)向溶剂中加入2份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、1份十二烷基苯磺酸钠,搅拌10分钟得到混合液;
3)向得到的混合液中加入1份聚四氟乙烯、1份十七氟癸基三乙氧基癸烷,搅拌10分钟得到混合液;
4)向混合液中加入适量碳酸钠,在pH计的实时测量下调整pH为7.5。
本实施例所述清洁材料用于清除材料表面的涂贴印迹和贴纸胶痕。将清洁材料手工涂刷到固体表面上,经1~2分钟的渗透润湿,即可彻底清除油性笔、中性笔的涂鸦和印迹;经2~5分钟的渗透润湿,即可彻底清除贴纸胶痕。
实施例4:
请参阅图1,本实施例所述清洁材料由以下过程制得:
1)在30份去离子水中加入40份异丙醇、20份乙醇,搅拌10分钟得到混合均匀的溶剂;
2)向溶剂中加入2份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、1份硬脂酸,搅拌10分钟得到混合液;
3)向得到的混合液中加入1份十七氟癸基三乙氧基癸烷,搅拌10分钟得到混合液;
4)向混合液中加入适量氢氧化钾,在pH计的实时测量下调整pH为7.5。

3)向得到的混合液中加入1份硬脂酸钠,搅拌10分钟得到混合液;
4)向混合液中加入适量氢氧化钠,在pH计的实时测量下调整pH为7.5。
本实施例所述清洁材料用于清除材料表面的涂贴印迹和贴纸胶痕。将清洁材料手工涂刷到固体表面上,经0.5~1分钟的渗透润湿,即可彻底清除油性笔、中性笔的涂鸦和印迹;经1~2分钟的渗透润湿,即可彻底清除贴纸胶痕。

Claims (9)
1.一种涂鸦贴纸快速清洁材料,其特征在于,所述清洁材料由以下原料制得:表面活性剂1~3%,溶剂75~90%,碱性调试剂2~5%、防污剂1~2%。
2.如权利要求1所述的涂鸦贴纸快速清洁材料,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂由脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,十二烷基苯磺酸钠、硬脂酸钠中的一种或按任意比例混合的多种组成。
3.如权利要求1所述的涂鸦贴纸快速清洁材料,其特征在于,所述溶剂由乙醇、异丙醇、去离子水中按任意比例混合的多种组成。
4.如权利要求1所述的涂鸦贴纸快速清洁材料,其特征在于,所述碱性调试剂由碳酸钠、氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾的一种或按任意比例混合的多种组成。
5.如权利要求1所述的涂鸦贴纸快速清洁材料,其特征在于,所述的防污剂由聚四氟乙烯、十七氟癸基三乙氧基硅烷的一种或按任意比例混合的多种组成。
6.利用如权利要求1至5中任一项所述的涂鸦贴纸快速清洁材料制备得到的清洁剂。
7.如权利要求6所述的清洁剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的方法具体包括以下步骤:
在去离子水中加入乙醇或异丙醇得到溶剂;
在所述溶剂中加入表面活性剂充分混合得到第一混合液;
在所述第一混合液中加入防污剂并充分混合得到第二混合液;
在所述第二混合液中加入碱性调试剂,以调整pH为7.0±0.5,得到清洁剂。
8.如权利要求6所述的清洁剂在清除油性笔或中性笔的涂鸦和/或印迹中的应用。
9.如权利要求6所述的清洁剂在清除贴纸胶痕中的应用。
