本发明公开了一种防污清洗剂,属于清洗剂技术,现有清洗剂清洗后防污持续性差或完全没有防污性,清洗后不久需再清洗,本发明包括以下质量百分比的组分:阴离子表面活性剂0.1%~20%,非离子表面活性剂0.1%~20%,碱性助剂0.05%~15%,乙二醇醚0.5%~%15%,水溶性高分子0.1%~10%,聚四氟乙烯超细粉0.01%~5%,其余为去离子水,各组分的质量百分比之和为100%。本发明提供的防污清洗剂用于换气扇、炉灶、吊顶等油污渍清洗。经喷雾、擦拭后在其表面形成拒水性、拒油性膜,延长清洗时间,减少清洗次数。

本发明属于清洗剂技术,具体涉及一种防污清洗剂。
背景技术
换气扇、抽油烟机、炉灶、微波炉、吊顶、墙面等都由金属、塑料、玻璃、陶瓷等材料制得的。因烹饪时的油烟等,厨房用具表面附着各种油污渍。为了除去这些油污渍,需使用清洗剂。虽然油污清洗了,但清洗后防污持续性差或完全没有防污性,清洗后不久需再清洗。这样增加了清洗次数和清洗的工作量。

CN105368171(A)公开一种防水耐沾污柳编处理剂及制备,按质量百分比包括以下组分:蜂蜡3%~5%,聚四氟乙烯微粉2%~4%,云母粉2%~4%,滑石粉2%~4%,苯乙烯4%~6%,丙烯酸丁酯6%~8%,液体石蜡2%~4%,过硫酸钾0.5%~1%,平平加O-25 0.3%~0.5%,成膜助剂10%~15%,羧甲基纤维素0.5%~1%,水40%~50%。该处理剂具有良好的成膜性,耐水性能好、耐沾污性能好。
CN101429400(A)公开具有增强的防油防水性及耐擦洗性的丙烯酸涂料组合物,按质量百分比包括以下组分:将0.05~1.0质量份数的氟碳表面活性剂、0.05~1.0质量份数的聚己二醇醚类分散剂和0.1~5.0质量份数的聚四氟乙烯微粉与20~60质量份数的丙烯酸乳液混合,得到具有增强的防油防水性及耐擦洗性的丙烯酸涂料组合物。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题和提出的技术任务是克服现有清洗剂清洗后防污持续性差或完全没有防污性,清洗后不久需再清洗的缺陷,提供一种清洗后赋予被清洗的表面拒水、拒油、抗污性能而延长需要再清洗时间的防污清洗剂。
为达到上述目的,本发明的防污清洗剂,其特征是包括以下质量百分比的组分:阴离子表面活性剂0.1%~20%,非离子表面活性剂0.1%~20%,碱性助剂0.05%~15%,乙二醇醚0.5%~%15%,水溶性高分子0.1%~10%,聚四氟乙烯超细粉0.01%~5%,其余为去离子水,各组分的质量百分比之和为100%。
本发明的防污清洗剂中:所述的阴离子表面活性剂为烷基硫酸酯盐、聚氧乙烯烷基醚硫酸酯盐、烷基磺酸盐中的1种或2种以上的混合物,优选十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠。
本发明的防污清洗剂中:所述的非离子表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚中的1种或2种的混合物,优选AEO-9、AEO-20、烷基酚聚氧乙烯(10)醚和辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚(OP-10)。
本发明的防污清洗剂中:所述的聚四氟乙烯树脂超细粉为调聚法、高温裂解法、辐照裂解法得到的聚四氟乙烯超细粉中的1种或2种以上的混合物。聚四氟乙烯树脂超细粉的分子量约3万~20万,平均粒径为0.1~20μm。
本发明的防污清洗剂中:所述的水溶性高分子为丙烯酸系列均聚物或共聚物、马来酸系列均聚物或共聚物、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物中的1种或2种以上的混合物,如丙烯酸/甲基丙烯酸共聚物、丙烯酸/马来酸共聚物、甲基丙烯酸/丙烯酸甲酯等共聚物,优选丙烯酸聚合物,水溶性高分子的质量平均分子量为1000~50000。
本发明的防污清洗剂中:所述的碱性助剂为碱金属氢氧化物、烷醇胺中的1种或2种以上的混合物,优选氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾、二乙醇胺,三乙醇胺。
本发明的防污清洗剂中:所述的乙二醇醚溶剂为二乙二醇乙醚、二乙二醇二甲醚、二乙二醇丁醚、二乙二醇异丁醚中的1种或2种以上的混合物,优选二乙二醇甲醚、二乙二醇乙醚。
作为优选技术手段:该防污清洗剂还包括螯合剂、防菌防霉剂、抗静电剂、香料中的至少一种。
本发明利用聚四氟乙烯超细粉的拒水、拒油、防污特性,在清洗后表面分散的聚四氟乙烯超细粉,在表面发挥拒水、拒油、防污特性,防止再附着。本发明的防污清洗剂对换气扇、抽油烟机、炉灶、微波炉、吊顶、墙面等表面的油污渍有优异的清洗效果。同时被清洗的表面赋予拒水、拒油、抗污的性能。使用本发明防污清洗剂清洗后,需要再清洗时间至少延长1倍以上。

一种防污清洗剂,包括以下质量百分比的组分:
作为阴离子表面活性剂的十二烷基硫酸钠:0.5%,
作为非离子表面活性剂的OP-10:0.5%,
作为碱性助剂的氢氧化钠:1.5%,
作为乙二醇醚溶剂的二乙二醇乙醚:5.0%,
作为水溶性高分子的水溶性丙烯酸共聚物:1.5%,
作为聚四氟乙烯超细粉的裂解法PTFE超细粉:0.2%,

根据实验,用本发明技术方案部分述及的相应的阴离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂、碱性助剂、乙二醇醚、水溶性高分子、聚四氟乙烯超细粉代替上述实施例中的各成分,可以取得同样的技术效果。
本发明的防污清洗剂,制造时将各组分按照比例混合,搅拌均匀即可。

1.一种防污清洗剂,其特征是包括以下质量百分比的组分:
阴离子表面活性剂0.1%~20%,
非离子表面活性剂0.1%~20%,
碱性助剂0.05%~15%,
乙二醇醚0.5%~%15%,
水溶性高分子0.1%~10%,
聚四氟乙烯超细粉0.01%~5%,
其余为去离子水,
各组分的质量百分比之和为100%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防污清洗剂,其特征是:所述的阴离子表面活性剂为烷基硫酸酯盐、聚氧乙烯烷基醚硫酸酯盐、烷基磺酸盐中的1种或2种以上的混合物。
