技术领域
本申请涉及隔音结构的技术领域,尤其是涉及一种隔音结构及音频车。
背景技术
防止声音的传播一般从抑制音源,控制噪音传递路径、隔音及吸音等几个方面寻求对策。
在一些需要隔绝声音的环境中,为了使声音与外界隔离。所采用的隔音结构包括与外界接触的外蒙板,以及和内部环境接触的内蒙板,外蒙板和内蒙板之间浇筑有隔音混凝土。采用比较致密的混凝土做隔音壁,根据重量法则,隔音壁的面密度越大,声波越不容易透过隔音壁,隔音效果也越好。
针对上述中的相关技术,发明人认为使声音与外界隔离的环境如果需要进行空间移动时,用致密混凝土形成的隔音结构重量比较重,用该隔音结构分隔出的空间在移动的时候比较笨重。
发明内容
为了减轻隔音结构的重量,本申请提供一种隔音结构及音频车。
第一方面,本申请提供一种隔音结构,采用如下的技术方案:
一种隔音结构,包括支撑件,所述支撑件包括外蒙板和内蒙板以及安装于外蒙板和内蒙板之间的骨架,所述骨架整体为网格状,骨架的网格孔中填充有岩棉;
隔音结构还包括隔声层,所述隔声层依次设置有第一夹层、第二夹层、第三夹层以及第四夹层,第一夹层与内蒙板连接;
所述第一夹层包括阻尼隔音毡;
所述第二夹层包括两种密度不同的隔音棉,隔音棉呈条状结构,且两种密度不同的隔音棉交错式拼接;
所述第三夹层包括复合吸音板;
所述第四夹层包括阻尼隔音毡。
通过采用上述技术方案,通过支撑件可以对隔音结构提供支撑,骨架的网格中填充的岩棉绝缘性好、耐热性强、还能抗腐蚀,使支撑件还能对隔声层起保护作用;当声音传递到隔声层时,声波先传递到第四夹层的阻尼隔音毡上,然后传递到第三夹层、第二夹层、第一夹层,声音在隔声层中传递时逐层递减,从而使隔声层达到隔绝声音传递到外界的效果,隔音结构在保持一定强度的基础上还能达到隔音的效果,整个隔音结构的重量也大大降低,使隔音结构能够应用到需要移动的隔音环境,例如音频车、转播车;
更进一步的,声波经过两种密度不同的隔音棉时反射的角度不同,能够更大程度的减弱声波的传递;两种密度不同的隔音棉在拼接时相互挤压,从而使第二夹层形成凹凸不平的平面,凹凸不平的第二夹层的反射面增大,也能更大程度地减弱声波的传递。
可选的,所述第一夹层由至少两张阻尼隔音毡拼接而成,第一夹层中的相邻两阻尼隔音毡拼接处和第二夹层中两种密度不同的隔音棉拼接处相互错位。
通过采用上述技术方案,第一夹层中的相邻两阻尼隔音毡拼接处和第二夹层中两种密度不同的隔音棉拼接处相互错位,从而形成保证隔音层的整体密闭性,从而能够延长声波传递的路线,提升隔音效果。

通过采用上述技术方案,吸音棉通过一些石英砂、白云石再配合纯碱制经融化加工制作而成的纤维棉,纤维互相缠绕,吸音棉表面有很多的孔隙,起到吸音的作用;隔声层位于支撑件和吸音棉之间,当声波经过吸音棉时,声波在吸音棉内摩擦从而使声能转换成热能,热能传递到第二夹层时,由于隔音棉密度不同,反射声波的角度不同,吸收的热量也不同,因此会先形成温度差,温度由高向低转移时,能够促使温度较高的吸音棉温度加速下降,并且,由于温度能影响声音的传播,温度越低声音传播速度也更低,因此第二夹层通过设置不同密度的隔音棉,能够从整体上降低声音的传播速度,提升隔声层的隔音效果。
可选的,所述复合吸音板包括阻尼隔音毡以及安装于阻尼隔音毡相对两面的木板层,所述木板层由至少两张木板堆叠而成。
通过采用上述技术方案,木板和阻尼隔音毡的配合形成的复合吸音板的隔音效果更强。
可选的,所述密度大的隔音棉面积比所述密度小的隔音棉面积大。
通过采用上述技术方案,可进一步提升隔音层的隔音效果,具体而言,密度越大的隔音棉隔音效果越好,理论上来说,如果全部使用高密度的隔音棉隔音效果最好,但在实践证明,当使用整片高密度的隔音棉时,容易发生声桥现象,反而影响隔音效果,在本申请中,通过间隔设置小面积的密度小的隔音棉,可避免声桥现象的发生,同时由于密度大的隔音棉条面积大,也优化了隔声层的隔音效果。
第二方面,本申请提供一种应用该隔音结构的音频车,采用如下的技术方案:
一种音频车,所述音频车的车厢采用上述隔音结构制成,所述外蒙板作为车厢的外皮。
通过采用上述技术方案,将上述隔音结构来安装成车厢,能够减轻车身的重量,在音频车行驶的过程中,音频车的车厢内的声音也不易传播到外部环境,外部环境的声音也不易传递到音频车内。
可选的,所述车厢侧壁的隔声层上端与车厢顶部的隔声层过盈抵接,所述车厢侧壁的隔声层下端与车厢底部的隔声层过盈抵接。
通过采用上述技术方案,不同平面的隔声层相互过盈抵接,能够减少声音从隔声层相互拼接的间隙中传播出去。
综上所述,本申请包括以下至少一种有益效果:
1.隔音结构提供了更好的隔音效果,同时整体的重量减轻,更适用于可移动的隔音环境的搭建;
2.相互交错的不同密度隔音棉不仅能够为声波反射提供角度不同,进而优化隔音效果,也能降低声音传播的速度、避免声桥现象,从而使隔音结构的隔音效果明显提高。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图1-8对本申请作进一步详细说明。
本申请实施例公开一种隔音结构。参照图1,一种隔音结构包括支撑件1以及安装于支撑件1上用于隔音的隔声层2。
参照图2,支撑件1包括外蒙板11和内蒙板12,以及安装于外蒙板11和内蒙板12之间的骨架13。骨架13整体为网格状,骨架13的网格孔中填充有岩棉14。岩棉14绝缘性好,耐热强且耐腐蚀,骨架13和岩棉14的配合既能对支撑件1起支撑作用,也能对隔声层2起保护作用。
隔声层2依次设置有第一夹层21、第二夹层22、第三夹层23以及第四夹层24,第一夹层21与内蒙板12连接;第一夹层21包括阻尼隔音毡3;第二夹层22包括两种密度不同的隔音棉,隔音棉呈条状结构,且两种密度不同的隔音棉交错式拼接;第三夹层23包括复合吸音板;第四夹层24包括阻尼隔音毡3。
在安装隔音结构过程中,外蒙板11的一面与外部环境接触,外蒙板11的另一面和骨架13之间粘接有胶层15,胶层15使骨架13能够与外蒙板11稳固贴合,从而使得骨架13为外蒙板11提供稳定的支撑作用,内蒙板12和骨架13之间也是通过胶粘,为了使内蒙板12可以更加牢固的安装于骨架13上,内蒙板12粘接在骨架13上后,还通过钉子钉在骨架13上。
参照图3,第一夹层21靠近内蒙板12并且与内蒙板12固定粘接。第二夹层22中的其中一种密度的隔音棉间隔粘接于第一夹层21上,另一种密度的隔音棉卡接于相邻两粘接好的隔音棉之间。两种不同密度的隔音棉相互过盈抵接在一起,从而使第二夹层22上不易因为两种不同密度的隔音棉拼接而出现间隙。
在本实施例中,密度大的隔音棉面积大于密度小的隔音棉面积,在一具体的示例中,密度大的隔音棉面积是密度小的隔音棉面积的两倍,隔音棉可为均匀的条状结构。密度大的隔音棉固定粘接在第一夹层21上,密度小的隔音棉过盈配合于两密度大的隔音棉之间。声波经过两种密度不同的隔音棉时反射的角度不同,能够更大程度的减弱声波的传递,密度大的隔音棉面积更大起主要的隔音效果且效果也能更好,两种密度的隔音棉间隔设置,可避免声桥现象的发生。在一具体示例中,密度小的隔音棉的密度小于80kg/m3。
设置第二夹层22厚度时,密度大的隔音棉的厚度可以和密度小的隔音棉厚度相等,密度大的隔音棉的厚度也可以大于密度小的隔音棉的厚度。两种密度不同的隔音棉在拼接时存在相互挤压的情况,从而使第二夹层22形成凹凸不平的平面,在本实施例中,密度大的隔音棉的厚度大于密度小的隔音棉的厚度,从而使得第二夹层的表面凹凸程度更加明显,反射面进一步增大,也能更大程度地减弱声波的传递。
参照图4,第三夹层23包括复合吸音板,复合吸音板包括阻尼隔音毡3以及安装于阻尼隔音毡3相对两面的木板层4,木板层4包括至少两张木板,本实施例的一个木板层4有三张木板堆叠而成。一个木板层4的多张木板之间相互粘接,木板和阻尼隔音毡3也相互粘接。
在具体实施中,隔音结构的大小由实际的应用空间的大小决定,而形成各夹层的材料,如阻尼隔音毡、复合吸音板等具有尺寸的限制,因此,当应用空间较大时,各夹层可能需要通过材料拼接来满足尺寸需求。参照图5和图6,在一实施中,第一夹层21上由至少两个阻尼隔音毡过盈拼接而成,第一夹层21的相邻两阻尼隔音毡的拼缝处与第二夹层22中两密度不同的隔音棉拼接处相互错位。当声音从第二夹层22进入第一夹层21时,声波不易从第二夹层22中两密度不同的隔音棉拼接处直接传递到第一夹层21的相邻两阻尼隔音毡的拼缝处,延长了声波的传递路线。
同样的,当第三夹层23由至少两张复合吸音板过盈拼接而成时,第三夹层23中相邻两复合吸音板拼接处和第二夹层22中两种密度不同的隔音棉拼接处相互错位。更进一步地延长声波的传递路线。
当第三夹层23由至少两张复合吸音板过盈拼接而成时,第四夹层24也由至少两张阻尼隔音毡拼接而成,第三夹层23中相邻两复合吸音板拼接处和第四夹层24中的相邻两阻尼隔音毡拼接处相互错位,第三夹层23中的拼缝和第四夹层24拼缝相互错位,也能在一定程度上也能延长声波传递的路线。
可以理解的是,图5和图6所示意的结构中,各夹层都存在由多片材料拼接而成的情况,然而,在实际应用中,由于材料的尺寸具有多种选择,在本申请的实施例中,除了第二夹层一定存在拼接缝的情况外,其他夹层根据选择的材料尺寸不同,不一定会同时存在拼接缝的情形,由此可见,本申请的其他实施例中的,第一夹层21、第三夹层23和第四夹层24也可以均不存在拼接缝或其中任一一层或两层存在拼接缝的情况。基于此,在对各夹层安装的过程中,可根据实际的结构情况,对拼接缝进行错位设置。
参照图7,隔音结构还可以包括吸音棉5,吸音棉5安装于第四夹层24背离第三夹层23的一面上。因为吸音棉5的材质一般具有多孔隙,能够吸收声能将声能转化成热能。热能传递到隔声层2上时,由于第二夹层22有交错的两种密度隔音棉,所以两种密度隔音棉一开始吸收的热量不同,但是温度高的隔音面会向温度低的隔音面传递温度,从而使第二夹层22上的高温可以被分散降温,使整个隔声层2的温度降低。温度也会影响声音的传播速度,温度越低声音传播速度越慢。所以隔声层2能够从整体上减低温度来影响声音的传播速度,使隔声层2达到更好的隔音效果。
需要补充的是,隔音结构也可以和吸音棉配合使用,吸音棉粘接在第四夹层24上。让声音先经过吸音棉使声能先转化成热能,隔声层2适当吸收吸音棉的热能,从而降低隔声层2和吸音棉的整体温度,通过低温降低声音的传播速度,使隔声层2和吸音棉的配合能够更好地隔绝声音的传播。
本申请实施例一种隔音结构的实施原理为:
隔音结构通过支撑件1对隔声层2起支撑作用,然后隔声层2起主要的隔音作用,隔声层2和支撑件1的重量较低,用隔音结构搭建的隔音空间方便人移动。
本申请还公开了一种音频车。参照图8,音频车的车厢的侧壁、车底和车顶都采用上述的隔音结构制成,外蒙板11作为车厢的外皮。安装隔音结构时,可以先将支撑件1围合制成车厢的住轮廓,车厢侧壁的外蒙板11和车顶、车底的外蒙板11焊接固定。车厢侧壁的内蒙板12和车顶、车底的内蒙板12也通过焊接固定。
参照图8,当支撑件1都安装好之后,再将隔声层2粘接在支撑件1上。车厢侧壁的隔声层2上端与车厢顶部的隔声层2过盈抵接,车厢侧壁的隔声层2下端与车厢底壁的隔声层2过盈抵接。隔声层2之间通过过盈抵接从而减少因为安装隔声层2而产生的间隙。
参照图9,由于音频车的车厢面积较大,所以隔声层的第一夹层21上由至少两个阻尼隔音毡过盈拼接而成,第一夹层21的相邻两阻尼隔音毡的拼缝处与第二夹层22中两密度不同的隔音棉拼接处相互错位。第三夹层23由至少两张复合吸音板过盈拼接而成时,第三夹层23中相邻两复合吸音板拼接处和第二夹层22中两种密度不同的隔音棉拼接处相互错位。第四夹层24也由至少两张阻尼隔音毡拼接而成,第三夹层23中相邻两复合吸音板拼接处和第四夹层24中的相邻两阻尼隔音毡拼接处相互错位,第三夹层23中的拼缝和第四夹层24拼缝相互错位。
参照图8和图9,第四夹层24背离第三夹层23的一面粘接有吸音棉5,吸音棉5铺满整个车厢内壁,不同平面的吸音棉5相互卡接。吸音棉5吸收声波时能够将声能转换成热能,热能传递到隔声层2时,第二夹层22中不同密度的隔音棉吸收的热量不同,反射的声音角度也不同,温度高的隔音棉能够将温度传递到温度低的隔音棉上,从而降低整个第二夹层22的温度,温度越低声音传播的速度也越慢,进而提高隔声层2的隔声效果。
以上所述的隔音结构或者音频车中,隔音结构的具体尺寸可以参考以下数据。外蒙板11和内蒙板12均由具有3mm厚度的铝板制成,外蒙板11和骨架13之间粘接的胶层15厚度具有2mm,骨架13的厚度为40mm。第一夹层21的阻尼隔音毡的厚度为3mm,第四夹层24的阻尼隔音毡具有5mm的厚度。第三夹层23内的阻尼隔音毡3的厚度为6mm。第三夹层23的整体厚度为22mm。第二夹层22中,两种密度不同的隔音棉厚度可以都设置成30mm,或者密度大的隔音棉厚度具有30mm,密度小的隔音棉厚度具有25mm,使第二夹层22的凹凸平面比较明显。
以上均为本申请的较佳实施例,并非依此限制本申请的保护范围,故:凡依本申请的结构、形状、原理所做的等效变化,均应涵盖于本申请的保护范围之内。

Claims (9)

1.一种隔音结构,其特征在于:包括支撑件(1),所述支撑件(1)包括外蒙板(11)和内蒙板(12)以及安装于外蒙板(11)和内蒙板(12)之间的骨架(13),所述骨架(13)整体为网格状,骨架(13)的网格孔中填充有岩棉(14);
隔音结构还包括隔声层(2),所述隔声层(2)依次设置有第一夹层(21)、第二夹层(22)、第三夹层(23)以及第四夹层(24),第一夹层(21)与内蒙板(12)连接;
所述第一夹层(21)包括阻尼隔音毡;
所述第二夹层(22)包括两种密度不同的隔音棉,隔音棉呈条状结构,且两种密度不同的隔音棉交错式拼接;
所述第三夹层(23)包括复合吸音板;
所述第四夹层(24)包括阻尼隔音毡。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔音结构,其特征在于:所述第一夹层(21)由至少两张阻尼隔音毡拼接而成,第一夹层(21)中的相邻两阻尼隔音毡拼接处和第二夹层(22)中两种密度不同的隔音棉拼接处相互错位。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔音结构,其特征在于:所述第三夹层(23)由至少两张复合吸音板拼接而成,第三夹层(23)中相邻两复合吸音板拼接处和第二夹层(22)中两种密度不同的隔音棉拼接处相互错位。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔音结构,其特征在于:所述第三夹层(23)由至少两张复合吸音板拼接而成,所述第四夹层(24)由至少两张阻尼隔音毡拼接而成,第三夹层(23)中相邻两复合吸音板拼接处和第四夹层(24)中的相邻两阻尼隔音毡拼接处相互错位。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔音结构,其特征在于:所述第四夹层(24)背离第三夹层(23)的一面设置有吸音棉(5)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔音结构,其特征在于:所述复合吸音板包括阻尼隔音毡(3)以及安装于阻尼隔音毡(3)相对两面的木板层(4),所述木板层(4)由至少两张木板堆叠而成。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔音结构,其特征在于:所述密度大的隔音棉面积比所述密度小的隔音棉面积大。
8.一种音频车,其特征在于:所述音频车的车厢采用权利要求1-7任意一项所述的隔音结构制成,所述外蒙板(11)作为车厢的外皮。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种音频车,其特征在于:所述车厢侧壁的隔声层(2)上端与车厢顶部的隔声层(2)过盈抵接,所述车厢侧壁的隔声层(2)下端与车厢底部的隔声层(2)过盈抵接。
