In addition, the grinding mechanism of the present invention includes a grinding portion provided on the belt 38, the grinding portion including a grinding wheel 33; the polishing mechanism is arranged on the belt 38, the belt 38 is a basic connecting structure, the arrangement of the polishing mechanism and a subsequent spraying mechanism is convenient, in addition, the polishing mechanism comprises a polishing part arranged on the belt 38, and the polishing part comprises a polishing wheel 33; the polishing part is arranged to play a good role in friction polishing, and the polishing wheel 33 is a steel wire wheel and mainly plays a polishing role in subsequent use; in addition, the material spraying mechanism in the present invention includes a mold release agent pipe 32 provided on a belt 38; the release agent pipe 32 is provided with a jet orifice; the release agent pipe 32 is equivalent to a liquid storage pipe structure, so that the subsequent spraying of the release agent is convenient, and particularly, when the release agent pipe is used, the release agent pipe 32 is required to be made of PPR materials and has flexibility; the mold release agent can conveniently follow the belt 38 to run, interference during bending motion of the subsequent belt 38 is avoided, and in addition, the mold release agent is pumped into the mold release agent pipe 32 from the mold release agent storage container; the release agent pipe 32 is drilled in the direction of the belt 38 to form the injection port, and the release agent is injected from the drilled hole; the size and the distance of the drill holes are determined according to the dosage of the required spraying release agent; in addition, in order to avoid the influence of the existence of the belt 38 on the spraying of the release agent, holes are formed in the belt 38, so that the release agent is conveniently sprayed on the surface of the lining trolley template 1.
In addition, in the present invention, the driving device 4 includes a rocker mechanism, which is connected to the belt 38 through a traction cable 31; rocker mechanism's setting, make things convenient for being connected between drive division and the wire rope 31 of drawing, in addition, rocker mechanism's setting, made things convenient for and swung under the drive of drive division, thereby realize wire rope 31's reciprocating motion, and then realize grinding device 3's reciprocating motion, the final operation of polishing to the lining cutting platform truck that realizes, in addition, when actually arranging, be connected with a drive division respectively at grinding device 3 both ends, two drive division cooperations are used, make grinding device 3 by reciprocal pulling under the drive of two drive divisions, then realize the operation of polishing.

Further, the grinding equipment further comprises a supporting device 2, wherein the supporting device 2 is arranged at the end part of the to-be-ground lining trolley template 1; the supporting device 2 comprises a supporting frame body 2-11, and the driving part is arranged on the supporting frame body 2-11; the supporting device 2 is arranged, so that the polishing device 3 can be conveniently placed when not used, in the invention, the supporting frame bodies 2-11 are main supporting structures, the appearance of the supporting frame bodies 2-11 is similar to that of the lining trolley template 1 to be polished, and the supporting device 2 is arranged on the end face of the lining trolley template 1 when the lining trolley template is conveniently used subsequently; such setting makes things convenient for grinding device 3 from strutting arrangement to lining cutting platform truck template's steady transfer.
Further, in the invention, the support frame body 2-11 comprises a support template 2-12, the support template 2-12 comprises a top template 2-1 arranged on a support main body 2-4, two ends of the top template 2-1 are respectively connected with a bottom template 2-2, and the bottom template 2-2 is connected with the top template 2-1 through a rotating part 2-3; the bottom template 2-2 is connected with an adjusting mechanism; the support main bodies 2 to 4 mainly play a supporting role, so that the subsequent polishing devices 3 can be conveniently placed and arranged when the subsequent polishing devices 3 are not used, and the subsequent use of the lining trolley template 1 cannot be influenced; in addition, the top template 2-1 plays a role in supporting the upper part, the bottom template 2-2 plays a role in supporting the side surface, and the arrangement of the polishing device 3 can be well realized by matching the top template 2-1 with the bottom template 2-2; in addition, as a greater optimization, the bottom template 2-2 is connected with an adjusting mechanism, the adjusting mechanism is arranged, the bottom template 2-2 can be opened and closed conveniently, the overall lateral size of the support frame body 2-11 can be changed conveniently, the tensioning degree of the polishing device can be changed as required, and the polishing device is suitable for different environments better.

When the polishing device is used for polishing the lining trolley, the support device is in an open state and keeps the same section shape with the lining trolley, and the polishing device is arranged on the template; the pad trolley may be ground in the longitudinal direction for subsequent use.
After the polishing operation is finished, the lining trolley enters a working state; in order to not affect the normal use of the lining trolley, the polishing device needs to be returned to the support, and after the polishing device is returned to the support device, the bottom stretching oil cylinder is retracted to enable the bottom templates 2-2 at two sides to be in a folding state; and meanwhile, the jacking oil cylinder is retracted, so that the whole support device is in a downward moving state, the whole size of the support device 2 is reduced, the polishing device 3 is prevented from being in a normally tensioned state, and the service life of the polishing device 3 is prolonged.
Further, in the invention, the driving part is arranged on the support frame bodies 2-11 through a traveling mechanism; the walking mechanism comprises a sliding mechanism arranged on the support frame body 2-11; the sliding mechanism comprises a sliding track 48 arranged on the support frame bodies 2-11, and the driving part is hung on the sliding track 48 through the connecting frame 42; the connecting rocker arm 46 is connected to the support frame bodies 2-11 through a rotating part; according to the invention, through the arrangement of the travelling mechanism, the driving part can conveniently move along the axial direction of the lining trolley template 1, in addition, the travelling mechanism comprises a sliding mechanism which plays a good bridging role, the sliding mechanism comprises a sliding track 48, the sliding track 48 plays a guiding and connecting role, the connection of the driving part on the sliding track 48 is facilitated, meanwhile, the transverse movement of the driving part on the sliding track 48 is also facilitated, in addition, in order to facilitate the connection between the driving part and the sliding track 48, the driving part is connected on the sliding track 48 through a connecting frame 42 in the invention, the connecting frame 42 is hung on the sliding track 48, and then the hanging connection of the driving part on the sliding track 48 is realized, meanwhile, the connecting rocker arm 46 is connected on the support frame bodies 2-11 through the rotating part 47, the rotating part 47 can be a rotating shaft and other structures, and when in actual connection, the connecting rocker arm 46 can also be connected with the support frame bodies 2-11 through a rotating pin shaft; of course, in order to facilitate the arrangement of the connecting rocker arm 46, it is required that the connecting rocker arm 46 is not connected with the support frame body 2-11, but connected with the support frame body 2-11 through the connecting frame 42; as shown in the figures.
Further, in the present invention, the sliding track 48 is C-shaped; a connecting column 421 is arranged on the connecting frame 42, and a movable roller 422 is arranged at the end part of the connecting column 421; the moving roller 422 is disposed inside the slip track 48; according to the invention, through the arrangement of the sliding rail 48 and the movable roller 422, a good bridging effect is achieved, the connecting frame 42 is conveniently hung on the sliding rail 48 through the connecting column 421 and the movable roller 422, and the connecting frame 42 is well hung on the sliding rail 48.
Further, the traveling mechanism further comprises a pulling mechanism 5 arranged on the support frame body 2-11, the pulling mechanism 5 comprises a winch 51 arranged on the support frame body 2-11, and the winch 51 is connected with the connecting frame 42 through a pulling steel wire rope 52; the arrangement of the pulling mechanism 5 plays a good bridging role, and is convenient for the winch 51 to drive the connecting frame 42 to move by pulling the steel wire rope 52 during subsequent use, so that the transverse movement of the connecting frame 42 on the sliding rail 48 is realized, during actual use, the winch 51 drives the pulling steel wire rope 52 to move, so that the connecting frame 42 is moved, the connecting frame 42 is moved to drive the driving part to move, the driving part drives the polishing device 3 to move by pulling the steel wire rope 31, so that the polishing device 3 is moved at the position of the lining trolley template 1, and the whole automatic polishing of the lining trolley template 1 by the polishing equipment is realized.
Further, in the invention, a guide wheel mechanism is arranged on the support frame body 2-11, the guide wheel mechanism comprises a wire rotating pulley 53 arranged on the support frame body 2-11, and the pulling steel wire rope 52 is arranged on the wire rotating pulley 53; the arrangement of the guide mechanism facilitates the arrangement of the pulling steel wire rope 52 and the change of the position of the connecting frame 42 by the winch 51.
Further, in the present invention, the driving portion includes a driving motor 43, a rotating disc 44 is disposed at an end of the driving motor 43, a connecting rod 45 is connected to an edge of the rotating disc 44, and the rotating disc 44 is connected to a connecting rocker arm 46 through the connecting rod 45; the driving motor 43 drives the rotating disc 44 to move, and the rotating disc 44 drives the connecting rod 45 to move, so that the connecting rocker arm 46 swings; the connecting rod 45, the rotating disc 44 and the connecting rocker arm 46 form a double-rocker-arm structure.
Further, in the present invention, a material spraying mechanism is further disposed on the belt 38, and the material spraying mechanism includes a mold release agent pipe 32 disposed on the belt 38; the release agent pipe 32 is provided with a jet orifice; the release agent pipe 32 is connected with a feeding mechanism; the material spraying mechanism of the present invention includes a release agent tube 32 disposed on a belt 38; the release agent pipe 32 is provided with a jet orifice; the release agent pipe 32 is equivalent to a liquid storage pipe structure, so that the subsequent spraying of the release agent is convenient, and particularly, when the release agent pipe is used, the release agent pipe 32 is required to be made of PPR materials and has flexibility; the belt 38 can be conveniently followed to run, interference during bending motion of the subsequent belt 38 is avoided, and in addition, the release agent is pumped into the release agent pipe 32 from the release agent storage container; the injection port is formed by drilling a hole in the release agent pipe 32 in the direction of the belt 38, and the release agent is injected from the inside of the drilled hole; the size and the distance of the drill holes are determined according to the dosage of the required spraying release agent; in addition, in order to avoid the influence of the existence of the belt 38 on the spraying of the release agent, holes are formed in the belt 38, so that the release agent is conveniently sprayed on the surface of the lining trolley template 1; in the present invention, the release agent pipe 32 is connected to a supply mechanism, and the supply mechanism is mainly a release agent storage container pump for supplying the release agent to the release agent pipe 32; the primary design objective is to achieve the supply of mold release agent into the mold release agent tube 32.
Further, in the present invention, the polishing portion of the polishing mechanism is connected to the belt 38 via the pad 34; the release agent pipe 32 in the material spraying mechanism is also connected with a belt 38 through a backing plate 34; the backing plate 34 is of a rectangular plate structure, so that the release agent pipe 32 and the polishing wheel 33 are conveniently connected with the belt 38, the backing plate 34 plays a good bridging role, in addition, the arrangement of the backing plate 34 well increases the local structural strength of the belt 38, the polishing wheel 33 and the release agent pipe 32 are conveniently connected on the belt 38, and the connection stability of the polishing wheel 33 and the release agent pipe 32 on the belt 38 is also ensured.
Further, the backing plates 34 in the respective polishing portions are simultaneously connected with the release agent pipes 32 in the material spraying mechanism in the present invention; by the arrangement, the influence of excessive arrangement of the backing plates 34 on the subsequent operation of the belt 38 is avoided, and the integrated arrangement of the grinding wheel 33 and the release agent pipe 32 is facilitated; in addition, in the actual design of the present invention, one pad 34 is disposed at each polishing portion, and the release agent pipe 32 is connected to the end of each pad 34, thereby achieving a stable connection between the release agent pipe 32 and the belt 38.
Further, in the present invention, each of the grinding portions includes at least two grinding wheels 33; the grinding wheels 33 are arranged adjacent to each other in a mutually attached manner; by adopting the arrangement mode, the transverse grinding area of the grinding part of the grinding machine is ensured, the two grinding wheels 33 have the mutual abutting and fastening effects, and the stability of the arrangement of the grinding wheels 33 is better ensured.
Further, in the present invention, the traction cable 31 is connected to the belt 38 through the cable clamp 36; in the invention, the traction steel wire rope 31 is connected to the belt 38, and the traction steel wire rope 31 is arranged for facilitating the subsequent pulling of the belt 38, and the polishing operation is realized by rubbing the steel wire rope traction polishing belt 38 in a short-distance reciprocating cycle; in addition, the arrangement of the wire rope clip 36 facilitates the connection of the traction wire rope 31 on the belt 38.
Further, in the present invention, the wire rope clip 36 is connected to the belt 38 through the pad 34 in the grinding part; the steel wire rope clamp 36 is connected with a belt 38 through a fixing bolt; the fixing bolt penetrates through the belt 38, the steel wire rope clamp 36 and the corresponding backing plate 34; the stable connection between the wire rope clamp 36 and the belt 38 is conveniently realized through the arrangement of the fixing bolt.
Further, in the present invention, the release agent pipe 32 is connected to the belt 38 by a U-shaped clip 37; the release agent pipe 32 is connected to the backing plate 34 corresponding to the belt 38 through a U-shaped clamp 37; according to the invention, the arrangement of the U-shaped clamp 37 is convenient for the arrangement of the release agent pipe 32 on the belt 38, and when the mold release agent pipe 32 is used in the subsequent process, the mold release agent is automatically sprayed on the template through the release agent pipe 32 fixedly arranged on the belt 38; the U-shaped clip 37 is disposed through the belt 38 to form a fitting clearance with the belt 38, thereby effecting the fitting connection of the release agent tube 32.
Further, in the present invention, the grinding wheel 33 is connected to the belt 38 by the connecting bolt 35; this arrangement facilitates the arrangement of the grinding wheel 33 on the belt 38, and specifically, the grinding wheel 33 is connected to the pad 34 on the belt 38 by the connecting bolt 35.
The polishing device 3 disclosed by the invention mainly comprises a belt 38, a traction steel wire rope 31, a steel wire rope clamp 36, a steel wire wheel (polishing wheel 33), a base plate 34, a connecting bolt 35, a release agent pipe 32 and a U-shaped clamp 37; the wire wheel is fixed on a belt 38 through a backing plate 34 by a connecting bolt 35; the backing plate 34 is arranged between the belt 38 and the wire wheel; the release agent tube 32 is secured to a belt 38 by a U-clip 37 through a backing plate 34.
When the lining trolley template is used, the traction steel wire rope 31 is used for dragging the grinding belt 38 to rub in a short-distance reciprocating cycle manner so as to realize the curved surface grinding operation of the lining trolley template 1.
The release agent pipe 32 is fixed to the belt 38, and the release agent is pumped into the release agent pipe 32 to perform the spray operation on the pattern plate.
The template disclosed by the invention is suitable for being used in a narrow area when the template 1 of the lining trolley works, integrates the functions of polishing and spraying, solves the problem of difficulty in polishing and spraying the lining trolley, and reduces the labor force.
A belt 38 for a multifunctional lining trolley is characterized by comprising a traction steel wire rope 31, a mold release agent pipe 32, a grinding wheel 33, a backing plate 34, a connecting bolt 35, a steel wire rope clamp 36, a U-shaped clamp 37 and a belt 38.
The traction steel wire rope 31 is fixed on a belt 38 through a backing plate 34 by a steel wire rope clamp 36;
the release agent tube 32 is secured to a belt 38 by a U-clip 37 through a backing plate 34.
The grinding wheel 33 is fixed on a belt 38 through a backing plate 34 by a connecting bolt 35;
the backing plates 34 are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the belt 38 and are designed with bolt holes.
When the invention is used, the grinding operation is realized by rubbing the steel wire rope traction belt 38 in short-distance reciprocating circulation. And the automatic spraying of the release agent to the template is realized through the release agent pipe 32 fixedly arranged on the belt 38.
In the invention, the grinding parts are arranged in a plurality of rows, and the interval between the grinding parts in each row is not fixed, particularly according to the reciprocating stroke of the traction device.
In addition, the backing plate 34 is a steel plate, is arranged on two sides of the belt 38, is drilled at a proper position, and is respectively fixed with the polishing wheel 33 and the release agent pipe 32 by bolts and a U-shaped clamp 37; the bolts are tightened to form an integral part of the belt 38.
Meanwhile, the release agent pipe 32 is made of PPR material and has bendability; the release agent is pumped from the release agent storage container into the release agent tube 32. Drilling a hole in the release agent pipe 32 in the direction of the belt 38, and ejecting the release agent from the drilled hole; the size and the spacing of the drill holes are determined according to the dosage of the required spraying release agent.
A notch is reserved at the position, corresponding to the drill hole of the release agent pipe 32, of the belt 38, and the release agent is sprayed to the surface of an object to be sprayed through the notch; the length of the belt 38 is determined by the length of the article to be painted.
When the polishing function is used, the polishing belt 38 is arranged on the surface of the template to be polished of the lining trolley, and the steel wire wheel directly contacts the surface of the template 1 of the lining trolley; the traction steel wire rope 31 needs to be externally connected with a driving device 4 capable of providing a reciprocating motion driving force to drive the whole belt 38 to reciprocate, and the polishing operation of the lining trolley template 1 is realized through friction generated by the reciprocating motion of the steel wire wheel and the surface of the template.
When the spraying function is used, the release agent pipe 32 is connected to external pumping equipment, and the release agent is pumped into the release agent pipe 32 from a release agent storage container; drilling holes in the release agent pipe 32 towards the direction of the belt 38, wherein the size and the interval of the release agent sprayed out of the drilled holes are determined according to the required spraying release agent dosage; a gap is left in the belt 38 corresponding to the bore of the release agent tube 32 through which the release agent is sprayed onto the surface of the stencil to be sprayed.
The multifunctional lining trolley belt 38 has the functions of polishing and spraying, is suitable for polishing operation in a narrow space, solves the problem of polishing and spraying of the lining trolley, and reduces labor force.
A use method of automatic polishing equipment for a lining trolley template 1 is characterized by comprising the following steps of;
the using method comprises the following steps:
step 1: before working, the grinding device 3 is placed on the supporting device 2; adjusting the tightness of the traction wire rope 31; the polishing device 3 is attached to the end face of the lining trolley template 1 to be polished;
step 2: simultaneously starting the driving parts at the left side and the right side of the supporting device 2; the driving part drives the connecting rocker arm 46 to swing, so that the traction steel wire rope 31 pulls the belt 38 to reciprocate; polishing the lining trolley template 1 through the polishing part;
and step 3: step 2, continuously polishing the whole lining trolley template 1 by the polishing device 3; after the lining trolley template 1 is polished, spraying a release agent on a polishing area until the whole template surface finishes spraying operation;
and 4, step 4: after the spraying operation is finished, polishing and spraying operation of the lining trolley template 1 are finished; and (3) repeating the steps 1-3 if the grinding operation and the spraying operation of other lining trolley templates 1 are needed.
Concretely;
the polishing equipment disclosed by the invention is mainly used for polishing the tunnel template and spraying the release agent. The structure mainly comprises a grinding device 3, a driving device 4 and a traveling mechanism.
In the polishing device 3 disclosed by the invention, two polishing wheels 33 for polishing are arranged side by bolts at intervals of 300mm in the direction that a belt 38 faces a template surface, and a release agent pipe 32 and a traction steel wire rope 31 are arranged on the other surface of the belt 38.
The release agent pipe 32 is connected to a pump in the release agent tank 321 via a hose.
The polishing devices 3 are arranged along the circumferential direction of the template; two ends of a traction steel wire rope 31 on the belt 38 are respectively fixed on connecting rocker arms 46 of the left and right driving devices 4, and under the action of a driving part, the connecting rocker arms 46 do reciprocating motion to drive the belt 38 to do reciprocating motion along the surface of the lining trolley template 1, so that the polishing operation of the template surface is completed.
The driving device 4 mainly adopts a crank rocker mechanism, and mainly comprises a connecting frame 42, a driving motor 43, a speed reducer set, a connecting rod 45 and a connecting rocker arm 46; the middle part of the connecting rocker arm 46 is arranged on the connecting frame 42 through a pin shaft 47, one end of the connecting rocker arm 46 is connected with the belt 38, the other end of the connecting rocker arm is connected and hinged with a connecting rod 45, the connecting rod 45 is hinged with a rotating disc 44 arranged on the motor and speed reducing unit, and the rocker arm is driven to move back and forth through the rotation of the motor.
The motor and the speed reducer set are fixedly arranged on the connecting frame 42; the same mechanism is installed at the lower ends of the left side and the right side of the trolley template, and the motors at the two sides are opposite in rotation direction to drive the belt 38 to move synchronously.
The connecting frame 42 is provided with a moving roller 422 at the top and a release agent box at the side.
A traveling mechanism: the running mechanism mainly comprises a sliding track 48, a double-drum winch 51, a wire-rotating pulley 53 and a limit switch 54.
The walking driving force is provided by a double-drum winch 51, a pulling steel wire rope 52 of the double-drum winch 51 is respectively connected with two sides of the connecting frame 42 through a wire rotating pulley 53, and the track support 41 is arranged on the support frame body 2-11; the rail bracket 41 is transversely arranged, a sliding rail 48 is arranged on the rail bracket 41, and the moving roller 422 is arranged in the sliding rail 48; the connecting frame 42 and the belt 38 can be driven to travel back and forth along the trolley rail through the double-drum winch 51; a limit switch 54 is arranged at the end of the track support 41 to control the running distance.
The end part of the trolley is provided with a supporting device 2, the supporting device 2 is an adjustable bracket and is separated from the template surface of the trolley, and the grinding mechanism stops on the adjustable bracket when not working.
According to the automatic polishing and spraying equipment for the lining trolley template 1, the rail supports 41 are arranged on the lower portions of the left side and the right side of the trolley template and used for mounting the crank rocker driving part, the crank rocker driving part can longitudinally reciprocate along the rail, and the crank rocker mechanism drives the multifunctional belt 38 to perform polishing and spraying operation on the surface of the whole lining trolley template 1.
The invention aims at realizing the grinding and spraying of the mould surface of the lining trolley in the tunnel under the condition of small space, can effectively improve the construction quality of the concrete surface of the secondary lining of the tunnel, and has convenient operation and low cost in the construction process.
The concrete construction steps are as follows:
step 1: before working, the multifunctional polishing belt 38 is placed on the supporting device 2, and the driving part is also arranged on a sliding track 48 on the supporting device 2; meanwhile, the tightness of the belt 38 and the rocker arm connecting traction steel wire rope 31 is adjusted, so that the belt 38 is tightly attached to the template surface.
Step 2: simultaneously starting a driving motor 43 of crank rocker mechanisms on the left side and the right side, driving a belt 38 to circularly reciprocate along the lining trolley template 1 through a rocker arm, and polishing the template surface;
and 3, step 3: starting a double-drum winch 51 of the travelling mechanism, and pulling a steel wire rope 52 to pull a crank rocker mechanism to travel along a longitudinal rail, so that the belt 38 performs reciprocating motion and simultaneously performs longitudinal grinding;
and 4, step 4: polishing the template end to stop the double-drum winch 51 of the travelling mechanism, starting the double-drum winch reversely, and polishing repeatedly until the polishing operation is finished; the end of the track support 41 is provided with a limit switch 54, and the crank rocker mechanism support touches the limit switch 54 to stop the double-drum winch 51 of the travelling mechanism to prevent the mechanism from derailing due to misoperation;
and 5: starting a release agent pump to spray the release agent; until the whole template surface finishes spraying operation;
and 6: after the spraying operation is finished, the polishing driving mechanism and the multifunctional belt 38 return to the position of the initial position supporting device 2;
and 7: the double-drum winch 51, the release agent pump and the crank-rocker mechanism driving motor 43 of the mechanism are stopped successively;
and step 8: and finishing the polishing and spraying operation.
It is clear that the specific implementation of the invention is not restricted to the above-described embodiments, but that various insubstantial modifications of the inventive process concept and technical solutions are within the scope of protection of the invention.
