When the invention is used, the belt 38 is pulled by the steel wire rope to carry out the rubbing operation of short-distance reciprocating circulation to realize the polishing operation. And the automatic spraying of the mold release agent to the mold plate is realized through the mold release agent pipe 32 fixedly arranged on the belt 38.
In the invention, the polishing parts are provided with a plurality of rows, and the intervals among the polishing parts of each row are variable, and are specifically determined according to the reciprocating travel of the traction device.
In addition, in the invention, the backing plate 34 is a steel plate, is arranged at two sides of the belt 38, is drilled at proper positions, and is respectively used for fixing the grinding wheel 33 and the release agent tube 32 by bolts and the U-shaped clamp 37; the bolts are tightened to form a unitary body with the belt 38.
Meanwhile, the release agent pipe 32 is made of PPR material and has flexibility; the release agent is pumped from the release agent storage container into the release agent pipe 32. Drilling holes in the release agent pipe 32 towards the direction of the belt 38, and spraying release agent from the drilled holes; the size and spacing of the holes are determined according to the amount of release agent required to be sprayed.
A gap is reserved at the position of the belt 38 corresponding to the drilling hole of the release agent pipe 32, and release agent is sprayed to the surface of an object to be sprayed through the gap; the length of the belt 38 is dependent upon the length of the article to be sanded and sprayed.
When the polishing function is used, the polishing belt 38 is arranged on the surface of the template to be polished of the lining trolley, and the steel wire wheel is directly contacted with the surface of the template 1 of the lining trolley; the traction steel wire rope 31 is externally connected with a driving device 4 capable of providing reciprocating motion driving force to drive the whole belt 38 to reciprocate, and polishing operation of the lining trolley template 1 is realized through friction generated by reciprocating motion of the steel wire wheel and the template surface.
When the spraying function is used, the release agent pipe 32 is connected to an external pumping device, and the release agent is pumped into the release agent pipe 32 from the release agent storage container; drilling holes in the release agent pipe 32 towards the direction of the belt 38, wherein the size and the interval between the holes sprayed by the release agent in the drilled holes are determined according to the required amount of the release agent sprayed; a gap is left at the drilling position of the belt 38 corresponding to the release agent pipe 32, and the release agent is sprayed on the surface of the template to be sprayed through the gap.
The multifunctional lining trolley belt 38 has polishing and spraying functions, is suitable for polishing operation in a narrow space, solves the difficulty in polishing and spraying the lining trolley, and reduces labor force.
The application method of the automatic polishing equipment for the lining trolley template 1 is characterized by comprising the following steps of;
the using method comprises the following steps:
step 1: before working, the polishing device 3 is placed on the supporting device 2; adjusting the tightness of the traction wire rope 31; the polishing device 3 is attached to the end face of the lining trolley template 1 to be polished;
step 2: simultaneously starting the driving parts at the left side and the right side of the supporting device 2; the driving part drives the connecting rocker arm 46 to swing so that the traction steel wire rope 31 pulls the belt 38 to reciprocate; polishing the lining trolley template 1 through a polishing part;
step 3: step 2, continuously carrying out until the polishing device 3 polishes the whole lining trolley template 1; after polishing the lining trolley template 1, spraying a release agent on the polished area until the whole template surface finishes spraying operation;
step 4: after the spraying operation is finished, polishing and spraying operations of the lining trolley template 1 are finished; and if the polishing operation and the spraying operation of other lining trolley templates 1 are needed, repeating the steps 1-3.
Specifically, the method comprises the following steps;
the polishing equipment disclosed by the invention is mainly used for polishing tunnel templates and spraying release agents. The structure mainly comprises a polishing device 3, a driving device 4 and a travelling mechanism.
In the polishing device 3 disclosed by the invention, two polishing wheels 33 for polishing are arranged side by side at intervals of 300mm by bolts on a belt 38 facing the direction of the die plate surface, and a release agent pipe 32 and a traction steel wire rope 31 are arranged on the other surface of the belt 38.
The release agent pipe 32 is connected to a pump in the release agent tank 321 through a hose.
The polishing devices 3 are arranged along the circumferential direction of the template in a through length manner; the two ends of the traction steel wire rope 31 on the belt 38 are respectively fixed on the connecting rocker arms 46 of the driving devices 4 on the left side and the right side, and under the action of the driving part, the connecting rocker arms 46 do reciprocating motion to drive the belt 38 to reciprocate along the surface of the lining trolley template 1, so that the polishing operation on the mould surface is completed.
The driving device 4 mainly adopts a crank rocker mechanism and mainly comprises a connecting frame 42, a driving motor 43, a speed reduction unit, a connecting rod 45 and a connecting rocker 46; the middle part of the connecting rocker arm 46 is arranged on the connecting frame 42 through a pin shaft 47, one end of the connecting rocker arm 46 is connected with the belt 38, the other end is connected with the connecting rod 45 in a hinged manner, the connecting rod 45 is hinged with the rotating disc 44 arranged on the motor and the speed reducer unit, and the motor rotates to drive the rocker arm to move back and forth.
The motor and the speed reducer unit are fixedly arranged on the connecting frame 42; the lower ends of the left side and the right side of the trolley template are provided with the same mechanisms, and motors at the two sides turn oppositely to drive the belt 38 to synchronously move.
The top of the connecting frame 42 is provided with a movable roller 422 and the side is provided with a release agent box.
And a traveling mechanism: the travelling mechanism mainly comprises a sliding rail 48, a double-drum winch 51, a wire rotating pulley 53 and a limit switch 54.
The walking driving force is provided by a double-drum winch 51, a pulling steel wire rope 52 of the double-drum winch 51 is respectively connected with two sides of the connecting frame 42 through a wire rotating pulley 53, and a track bracket 41 is arranged on the support frame body 2-11; the track bracket 41 is transversely arranged, a sliding track 48 is arranged on the track bracket 41, and the moving roller 422 is arranged in the sliding track 48; the connecting frame 42 and the belt 38 can be driven to travel back and forth along the trolley track by the double-drum winch 51; a limit switch 54 is provided at the end of the rail bracket 41 to control the travel distance.
The end part of the trolley is provided with a supporting device 2, the supporting device 2 is an adjustable bracket and is separated from the die plate surface of the trolley, and the polishing mechanism stops on the adjustable bracket when not working.
The automatic polishing and spraying equipment for the lining trolley template 1 is characterized in that rail brackets 41 are arranged at the lower parts of the left side and the right side of the trolley template and used for installing a crank rocker driving part which can longitudinally reciprocate along a rail and drive a multifunctional belt 38 to polish and spray the surface of the whole lining trolley template 1 through a crank rocker mechanism.
The invention aims at realizing polishing and spraying of the mould surface of the tunnel lining trolley under the condition of small space, can effectively improve the construction quality of the secondary lining concrete surface of the tunnel, and has convenient operation and low cost in the construction process.
The concrete construction steps are as follows:
step 1: before working, the multifunctional polishing belt 38 is placed on the supporting device 2, and the driving part is also arranged on a sliding rail 48 on the supporting device 2; and simultaneously, the tightness of the belt 38 and the rocker arm connecting traction steel wire rope 31 is adjusted, so that the belt 38 is tightly attached to the die plate surface.
Step 2: simultaneously, the driving motors 43 of the crank rocker mechanisms at the left side and the right side are started, the belt 38 is driven by the rocker arms to reciprocate along the circumferential direction of the lining trolley template 1, and the template surface is polished;
step 3: the double-drum winch 51 of the travelling mechanism is started, and the crank rocker mechanism is pulled to travel along the longitudinal rail by pulling the steel wire rope 52, so that the belt 38 reciprocates and simultaneously polishes along the longitudinal direction;
step 4: the double-drum winch 51 of the travelling mechanism is stopped when the end head of the template is polished, and is reversely started to reciprocally polish until polishing operation is completed; the end of the track bracket 41 is provided with a limit switch 54, and the crank rocker mechanism bracket touches the limit switch 54 to stop the operation of the double-drum winch 51 of the travelling mechanism, so as to prevent the mechanism from derailing due to misoperation;
step 5: starting a release agent pump, and spraying the release agent; until the whole die plate surface finishes the spraying operation;
step 6: after the spraying operation is completed, the polishing driving mechanism and the multifunctional belt 38 are retracted to the position of the initial position supporting device 2;
step 7: a double-drum winch 51, a release agent pump and a crank rocker mechanism driving motor 43 of the sequential stopping mechanism;
step 8: and finishing polishing and spraying operation.
It is obvious that the specific implementation of the present invention is not limited by the above-mentioned modes, and that it is within the scope of protection of the present invention only to adopt various insubstantial modifications made by the method conception and technical scheme of the present invention.

the rocker arm mechanism comprises a connecting rocker arm, one end of the connecting rocker arm is connected with the traction steel wire rope, and the other end of the connecting rocker arm is connected with a driving part; the driving part drives the traction steel wire rope to move through the connecting rocker arm;
the automatic polishing equipment for the lining trolley templates further comprises a supporting device, wherein the supporting device is arranged at the end part of the lining trolley templates to be polished; the supporting device comprises a supporting frame body, and the driving part is arranged on the supporting frame body;
the support frame body comprises a support template, the support template comprises a top template arranged on the support body, two ends of the top template are respectively connected with a bottom template, and the bottom template is connected with the top template through a rotating part; the bottom template is connected with an adjusting mechanism;
the outer shape of the support frame is similar to the outer shape of a to-be-polished lining trolley template;
when in use;
the supporting device is arranged on the end face of the lining trolley template;
the driving part is arranged on the support frame body through a travelling mechanism; the travelling mechanism comprises a sliding mechanism arranged on the support frame body; the sliding mechanism comprises a sliding rail arranged on the support frame body, and the driving part is hung on the sliding rail through a connecting frame; the connecting rocker arm is connected to the support frame body through the rotating part; the driving part can move along the axial direction of the lining trolley template through the arrangement of the travelling mechanism;
the belt is also provided with a spraying mechanism, and the spraying mechanism comprises a release agent pipe arranged on the belt;
the polishing part in the polishing mechanism is connected with the belt through a backing plate; the release agent pipe in the spraying mechanism is also connected with the belt through a backing plate;
the backing plates in the polishing parts are simultaneously connected with the release agent pipes in the spraying mechanism.

An automated lining trolley form grinding apparatus in accordance with claim 1 wherein said slip track is C-shaped; the connecting frame is provided with a connecting column, and the end part of the connecting column is provided with a movable roller; the moving roller is arranged inside the sliding rail.

The automatic polishing equipment for the lining trolley templates according to claim 1, wherein the travelling mechanism further comprises a pulling mechanism arranged on the supporting frame body, the pulling mechanism comprises a winch arranged on the supporting frame body, and the winch is connected with the connecting frame by pulling the steel wire rope.

The automatic polishing equipment for the lining trolley templates according to claim 1, wherein the driving part comprises a driving motor, a rotating disc is arranged at the end part of the driving motor, a connecting rod is connected to the edge of the rotating disc, and the rotating disc is connected with a connecting rocker arm through the connecting rod.
5. An automated polishing apparatus for a lining trolley form according to claim 1, wherein the mold release pipe is provided with a jet port; and the release agent pipe is connected with a feeding mechanism.
6. An automated lining trolley form grinding apparatus in accordance with claim 1 wherein each grinding section comprises at least two grinding wheels; adjacent grinding wheels are mutually attached.
7. A method of using an automated polishing apparatus for a lining trolley form as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein;
the using method comprises the following steps:
step 1: before working, the polishing device is placed on the supporting device; adjusting the tightness of the traction steel wire rope; the polishing device is attached to the end face of the template of the lining trolley to be polished;
step 2: simultaneously starting the driving parts at the left side and the right side of the supporting device; the driving part drives the connecting rocker arm to swing so that the traction steel wire rope pulls the belt to reciprocate; polishing the lining trolley template through a polishing part;
step 3: step 2, continuously carrying out until the polishing device polishes the whole lining trolley template; after polishing the lining trolley template, spraying a release agent on the polishing area until the whole template surface finishes spraying operation;
step 4: after the spraying operation is finished, polishing and spraying operations of the lining trolley templates are finished; and (3) if the polishing operation and the spraying operation of other lining trolley templates are required, repeating the steps 1-3.
