Abstract
The invention provides a deodorant for a refuse landfill, a preparation method and application thereof, wherein the deodorant comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.8% -2.5% of citric acid, 0.5% -2.8% of metal chelating agent and 1.2% -3.5% of nitric acidSodium, 1.5-4.0% of linalool, 1.0-3.0% of surfactant, 1.5-3.2% of thickening agent, 1.0-3.5% of buffer solution and the balance of water. The deodorant provided by the embodiment of the invention can remove NH in a refuse landfill3、H2S and other gases; the deodorant has simple components, convenient preparation, low cost and stable effect; the deodorant can simultaneously exert effects by combining multiple deodorization principles, and has good deodorization effect.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of deodorizers, in particular to a deodorizer for a refuse landfill, a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Based on historical reasons, china currently has a large number of irregular domestic garbage landfill sites. Since facilities such as site and side slope seepage prevention, leachate collection, landfill gas collection and the like are not arranged at the beginning of construction of the irregular domestic garbage landfill, the landfill causes serious pollution to the surrounding environment, and the odor of the landfill is a main problem. The main components of landfill odor comprise nitrogen-containing compounds, sulfides, halogens, derivatives, hydrocarbons, aromatic hydrocarbons, ketol-aldehyde phenol and other oxygen-containing organic matters, and the landfill odor has serious influence on human health. In recent years, the complaints of malodorous gas pollution in refuse landfills are increasing, and the complaints become environmental and social problems which need to be solved urgently. Among nitrogen-containing compounds and sulfides, ammonia (NH)3) And hydrogen sulfide (H)2S) is considered to be the main tributary of the foul odor of landfillsA donor. NH (NH)3Produced and released by ammonifying bacteria decomposing nitrogenous organic compounds; h2S is generated and released by reducing sulfate or decomposing sulfur-containing organic components by sulfate-reducing bacteria. Thus, landfill gas deodorization can be carried out by two different principles: removing or masking NH3And H2S, killing or inhibiting ammonifying bacteria and sulfate reducing bacteria.
The deodorant provided by the related art comprises zinc acetate solution, ethanol, zinc solution, citric acid, ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid ammonium, a dispersing agent and a synergist.
However, the deodorant has a poor deodorizing effect when it is used for deodorizing garbage in a garbage yard.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a deodorant for a refuse landfill, which can solve the problem that the existing deodorant has poor deodorizing effect when deodorizing refuse of the refuse landfill.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
in one aspect, the deodorant for the refuse landfill is provided, and comprises the following components in parts by weight:
0.8 to 2.5 percent of citric acid, 0.5 to 2.8 percent of metal chelating agent, 1.2 to 3.5 percent of sodium nitrate, 1.5 to 4.0 percent of linalool, 1.0 to 3.0 percent of surfactant, 1.5 to 3.2 percent of thickening agent, 1.0 to 3.5 percent of buffer solution and the balance of water.
In an optional embodiment, the metal chelating agent is any one of sodium tartrate, sodium gluconate and iron citrate chelate.
In an alternative embodiment, the surfactant is any one of stearic acid, sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate and fatty glyceride.
In an alternative embodiment, the thickener is any one of carboxymethyl cellulose, propylene glycol alginate, and methyl cellulose.
In an alternative embodiment, the buffer is any one of sodium phosphate buffer, sodium citrate buffer, and tris.
In a further aspect, there is provided a method of preparing a deodorant for use in a landfill, the method being for preparing a deodorant as defined in any one of the preceding claims, the method comprising:
mixing citric acid, a metal chelating agent and sodium nitrate, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixed solution;
mixing linalool and a surfactant, and uniformly stirring until emulsification to obtain an emulsion;
mixing the thickening agent with water, heating, and continuously stirring until the solid thickening agent is dissolved to obtain thickening liquid;
and mixing the mixed solution, the emulsion, the thickening solution and the buffer solution, adding the rest water after uniformly stirring, and continuously stirring to obtain the deodorant.
In an alternative embodiment, the ratio of linalool to surfactant is from 1.5 to 2.
In an alternative embodiment, the thickener is mixed with water and heated at a temperature of 70-80 ℃.
In an optional embodiment, the mixing time of the mixed solution, the emulsion, the thickening solution and the buffer solution after mixing with water is 2-3 hours.
On the other hand, the embodiment of the invention provides an application method of a deodorant for a refuse landfill, which is characterized in that the deodorant is diluted by 30-50 times (by mass) with water, atomized by automatic spraying equipment and sprayed on the surface or above the refuse pile body of the refuse landfill, so that malodorous gas is effectively removed.
The technical scheme of the invention has the following beneficial effects:
