Description

Sunscreen composition with gel network structure and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetics, in particular to a sunscreen composition with a gel network structure and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Ultraviolet rays not only cause sunburn, but also cause damage to the skin such as cell damage, DNA damage, photoaging, and in the most severe cases, skin cancer. Therefore, protecting the skin from ultraviolet rays and caring the skin after sunburn is a great challenge for daily cosmetics.
The solar ray contains ultraviolet rays in three regions of A-wave ultraviolet ray (UVA, 320-400 nm), B-wave ultraviolet ray (UVB, 280-320 mm), and C-wave ultraviolet ray (UVC, 100-280 nm). Wherein UVC is scattered and absorbed when passing through the ozone layer and cannot reach the ground; most of the UVB is absorbed through the ozone layer, the rest reaches the ground, and the UVA reaches the ground surface less well absorbed by the ozone layer. So that UVA and UVB have an effect on humans. Among them, UVA is a main cause of photoaging, and has the following characteristics: 1) 97% of the ultraviolet light reaching the ground is UVA, although UVA is lower in energy than UVB; 2) Influences can be generated in irrelevant regions, seasons and time of day; 3) The permeability to the skin is strong, and the skin can reach the dermis and deeper; 4) After long-term exposure, skin aging phenomena such as spots, wrinkles, sagging and the like are generated. UVB is the leading cause of sunburn and tanning and has the following characteristics: 1) Shorter wavelength, higher energy, leading to immediate sunburn; 2) Causing the epidermis to be thickened and fallen, and direct DNA damage; 3) The main cause of tanning; the purpose of sunscreen is to protect the skin from the harmful effects of ultraviolet light. The deciding factors influencing the purchase of the sunscreen product by the consumer are as follows: 1) strong protection ability, 2) convenience of use, 3) well-known and trusted brands, 4) natural and organic ingredients, 5) price, 6) skin feel and taste, so a sunscreen product which can meet the requirements of high protection, convenience of use (including smearing and removing), high cost performance and comfortable skin feel of consumers is still urgently to be developed.
The prior sunscreen product, for example, patent CN106176302A discloses a phase inversion sunscreen composition and a preparation method thereof, comprising the following components: 50-70% of water, 3-15% of polyhydric alcohol, 0.03-2% of humectant, 0.1-1% of thickener, 15-35% of organic sunscreen agent, 1-15% of inorganic sunscreen agent, 5-18% of dispersant, 1-6% of film forming agent, 1-6% of skin feel regulator, 0.1-3% of preservative and 1.0-6% of emulsifier. The composition contains ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate, octocrylene, ethylhexyl salicylate, homosalate and combinations thereof, more preferably contains one or more of benzophenone-3, benzophenone-4 and avobenzone, and the composition prepared by the invention through a phase inversion technology and a sticky and oily feeling reducing technology has high sun protection value and high waterproof and sweat resistance effects. Patent CN114404330A discloses a sunscreen composition and a preparation method thereof, comprising an inorganic sunscreen agent, an ultraviolet absorbent, a blue light absorbent, a red light absorbent and an active repairing component; the product has good sun-screening performance, can cover full spectrum, and can comprehensively protect ultraviolet rays, red light and blue light; has good skin-adhering property, fluidity and refreshing degree, does not generate whitening phenomenon, and has waterproof and sweat-proof performance.
In addition, the structure of the existing sunscreen product is mainly water-in-oil type, and the defects of heavy skin feel, high cost and the like exist. In view of such problems, researchers have also developed various sunscreen products with gel network structures, but most products are prone to have problems of roughness caused by uneven dispersion of a physical sunscreen agent, oil production caused by the fact that the gel network structure cannot wrap dispersed oil droplets, greasy skin feel caused by excessive addition of water-soluble polymers with gel network structures, and the like due to reasons of inappropriate selection of water-soluble polymers capable of forming the gel network structures, inappropriate collocation of components, inappropriate surface treatment of the physical sunscreen agent or inappropriate selection of particle size ranges. Therefore, it is necessary to find a composition which can meet the requirements of consumers and overcome the common problems of non-water resistance, uneven dispersion of sunscreen agents, difficult smearing, sticky skin feel and the like of the sunscreen products with gel network structures.

In some embodiments, the composition is prepared by a method comprising the steps of:
(1) Stirring and dissolving the phase C and the phase B under the heating condition of 85-90 ℃ to obtain a material 1, wherein the shearing rotating speed is 15-17Hz;
(2) Grinding and dispersing the material 1 and the phase A by using a three-roller machine under the condition of normal temperature to obtain a material 2;

(1) According to the invention, an oil-in-water structure is selected, and after the product is coated, volatile substances are volatilized, and the hydrophobic zinc oxide is remained to adsorb other chemical sun-screening agents to form a waterproof film on the surface of the skin, so that a waterproof effect is achieved.
(2) Whether the sunscreen agent is uniformly dispersed or not has great influence on the sun protection index (SPF and PA), the traditional sunscreen product is added with a large amount of grease or film forming agent to disperse and fix the sunscreen agent, and the invention combines hydrophobic zinc oxide and gel network thickening to ensure that the sunscreen agent is uniformly dispersed and cannot shift along with rubbing, movement and the like, thereby obtaining higher SPF and PA values under the same addition proportion.
(3) The invention adopts the gel network-shaped thickening agent, the viscosity is higher between 40000 and 60000, but the gel network-shaped thickening agent has a structure which is relatively intolerant to ions, so that the gel network-shaped thickening agent is thixotropic due to the ions which touch the surface of the skin in the hand coating process, is easy to push away and is moist and refreshing.
(4) In general, oil-in-water sunscreen products have a large amount of chemical sunscreen agents added to achieve a high sunscreen value, and a large amount of emulsifying agents are added to emulsify the sunscreen agents to achieve an emulsifying effect. The invention suspends the oil phase in the system through a polymer gel network, realizes stable formula, and has better skin feel and lower cost because of lower content of the emulsifier.
(5) The invention solves the problem that most sunscreen products of gel network systems on the market are sticky, has simple preparation method, is different from the traditional sunscreen heating preparation process, only needs partial heating, and the rest can be prepared at room temperature, has wide application, can adjust different proportions of physical sunscreen and chemical sunscreen under the structure, can still obtain stable products, and is convenient for meeting the requirements of consumers on different types of sunscreen.
