Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of cosmetics, in particular to a sun-screening composition and a sun-screening agent.
Background
In hot summer outdoors, ultraviolet rays in sunlight can influence the cuticle and dermis layers of the skin, so that the skin is sunburned, peeled, sunburned and the like, and the skin is damaged. And the barrier function of the skin after sun-drying is weakened, the water loss is serious, and ultraviolet rays can induce skin cells to release various inflammatory mediators to excite inflammatory reaction. Meanwhile, the ultraviolet rays generate excessive free radicals inside and outside the epidermal cells, so that abnormal cell activities are caused, and skin aging is promoted. The damage to human health caused by excessive ultraviolet radiation is increasingly aggravated, and protection against ultraviolet radiation is an extremely urgent problem. Therefore, sun protection is very important, and sun protection products are becoming daily skin care products. The development of safe and effective sun protection products is a potential branch of modern fine chemical engineering. Skin-nourishing type sun cream with both sun-proof and skin-care functions is gradually favored in recent years. With the development of the global environment-friendly industry, more areas in the sea are forbidden to use sun-screening products in the future, the sun-screening product market is affected, and the components of the sun-screening products in the future are more environment-friendly. It is expected that sun protection products will gradually evolve towards safe and environment-friendly.
The physical sun protection has a relatively wide sun protection spectrum, can refract and reflect various ultraviolet rays, and has relatively strong sun protection capability. And is inert in itself, does not photodegradation, and does not have the problem of absorption by the skin. The physical sun-screening agent can be coated for sun screening without waiting and frequent coating. Safe and efficient, and is very popular with consumers.
At present, most common sun cream is prepared by crushing pearls and then directly adding the crushed pearls into the sun cream, and the prepared pearl powder particles have large specific surface area, are easy to agglomerate, are not easy to absorb, even easily block pores to cause folliculitis, and influence the exertion of the efficacy of the pearl powder. Not only the sun-screening efficacy of the sun-screening composition cannot be improved, but also the skin feel of the sun-screening composition is affected to a certain extent.

Alternatively, the physical sun-screening agent consists of an oily dispersion of zinc oxide and an oily dispersion of titanium dioxide in a mass ratio of 1:2.
Zinc oxide and titanium dioxide are used as two common physical sunscreens, are insoluble in water, are easy to whiten, are unevenly distributed and are easy to transmit light, and can only be solved by superposition coating, but the superposition coating is easy to cause false white and unnatural dressing.
The sun-proof composition comprises pearl powder, the pearl is a classical beauty medicinal material since ancient times, the medical macroscopical huge records of the historical generation such as the 'materia medica outline' and the 'Kaibao grass and wood' indicate that the pearl has the effects of tranquillizing, detoxifying, retaining youthful looks, moistening and tendering skin and the like, the skin is glossy and white, the beauty mechanism is that the pearl contains various amino acids and microelements required by human bodies, the nutrition components of the pearl are close to the nutrients required by human skin, the pearl is easy to be absorbed by the human bodies, and the pearl has good beauty and health care effects. Pearl powder processed from pearl is one of the most common ways to apply pearl cosmetology.
The inventor finds that the pearl powder has good isolation protection and anti-radiation effects, and the fine solid particles of the pearl powder can absorb and reflect a part of ultraviolet rays and various radiation rays, have a protective effect on radiation ray damage, can avoid sunburn formation, and have a good sun-proof effect, thereby delaying skin aging. In addition, the pearl powder can reduce the content of Malondialdehyde (MDA) which is a lipid peroxide degradation product, improve the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD), inhibit the lipid peroxidation of the biomembrane caused by free radicals, thereby achieving the effects of resisting oxidation, delaying aging and the like.
The pearl powder is widely accepted as an anti-aging and whitening functional component in cosmetics, but has the defects of strong ionic property and easy agglomeration, and has poor compatibility in a common system.
Meanwhile, the inventor also finds that different particle sizes of the substances have a certain influence on the action and efficacy of the substances. For pearl powder, the particle size of the pearl powder added into the sun-screening composition is too large, so that the film forming property of the composition is affected, and the sun-screening index and sun-screening performance of the prepared sun-screening agent are affected; too small particle size is easy to agglomerate, easy to block pores to form a safety problem, and has a certain influence on the stability of a system after being added.
Therefore, a modification treatment is required to solve such problems. The pearl powder is mainly composed of calcium carbonate, the surface of the pearl powder is provided with a plurality of hydrophilic hydroxyl groups, and lauroyl lysine or triethoxy octyl silane is used for carrying out surface coating modification on the pearl powder. Not only the calcium carbonate and microelements contained in the pearl powder are in a closed space, but also the condensation of hydroxyl and water molecules is reduced, and the formation of hard agglomerates is lightened; meanwhile, as lauroyl lysine/triethoxy octyl silane is coated on the surface, steric hindrance repulsive force is generated, and the pearl powder aggregation is shielded. Improving the dispersibility of the water-based emulsion in a cosmetic system and avoiding damage to the system. The surface of the pearl powder is also enabled to present the lipophilicity of the coating material, so that the pearl powder can be better applied to a cosmetic system, and the compatibility with other substances is improved.
The surface modified pearl powder with proper particle size is selected to be compounded with the physical sun-screening agent, so that the sun-screening index of the sun-screening product added with the physical sun-screening agent is effectively improved. The surface modified pearl powder has good compatibility in a sun-proof product system added with a physical sun-proof agent, and can keep the activity efficacy of pearls. And on the premise of synergistically improving the sun-screening effect of the sun-screening product added with the physical sun-screening agent, the effects of whitening, removing freckles, improving brightness and lubricating can be achieved, and the prepared sun-screening product is fresh, cool, mild and free of irritation. Meanwhile, in order to prepare a sun-screening product with the same sun-screening effect, the addition proportion of the physical sun-screening agent is reduced, the use feeling of the formula is improved, and the safety of the formula is further enhanced.
The sunscreen composition further comprises 2 to 7wt% of an emulsifier, 5 to 15wt% of an emollient, 0.2 to 2wt% of a film former, 5 to 15wt% of a humectant, 0.2 to 0.5wt% of a preservative, and the balance water.
The emulsifier comprises one or more of lauryl PEG-9 polydimethylsiloxane ethyl polydimethylsiloxane, PEG-10 polydimethylsiloxane, polydimethylsiloxane PEG-10/15 crosslinked polymer, sorbitan olive oleate, cetyl PEG/PPG-10/1 polydimethylsiloxane, sorbitan sesquioleate, polyglyceryl-3 diisostearate, polyglyceryl-6 polyhydroxystearate and polyglyceryl-4 diisostearate.
Emollients include any one or more of cyclopentadimethicone, caprylic/capric triglyceride, dioctyl carbonate, and coco-caprylate/caprate.
The film forming agent comprises any one or more of acrylic acid (ester)/polydimethylsiloxane copolymer and VP/eicosene copolymer.
The humectant comprises any one or more of glycerol, butanediol and 1, 3-propylene glycol.
