本发明专利公开了一种抗初老肌肤绽放活性油组分,包括以下重量份原料,光果甘草提取物10‑20份,金钮扣提取物2‑10份,聚甘油脂肪酸酯10‑20份,其余为植物提取油。本发明的抗初老肌肤绽放活性油组分及应用设计科学合理,总多酚含量非常高,具有很强的抗氧化能力。并且在金钮扣醇含量的检测报告中,抗初老肌肤绽放活性油组分的金钮扣醇含量也非常高,该结果可以确保有效的的抗皱能力。最后,该产品的美白功效亦得到了证实,在抗酪氨酸酶试验报告中抗初老肌肤绽放活性油组分表现出了非常强的络氨酸酶抑制效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及化工技术领域,具体涉及一种抗初老肌肤绽放活性油组分及应用。
背景技术
抗初老,现在20多岁的年轻人都开始了,听起来很夸张,但现代生活节奏比以前快很多,日出而作、日落而息反而成了年轻人的梦想,出门暴晒一天,回来通宵工作、看剧和买买买早就成了日常生活的节奏,所以皮肤自然会出现很多初老的现象。
比如说皮肤的皱纹,就困扰许多20出头的年轻人,眼角、额头、或者脸颊两边都有可能出现各种皱纹,主要表现有:①痘印难消,年龄的增长、不规律的作息时间、皮肤长时间的缺水等,使肌肤蛋白质和水分逐渐流失,皮肤修复能力越来越差;②肌肤暗沉无光,太阳暴晒后肌肤黑色素的沉淀、肌肤补水不充足、清洁不到位等,使肌肤内黑色素沉淀越来越多,肌肤暗沉无光;③毛孔粗大,毛孔粗大是蛋白质流失的结果。水油失衡、皮脂腺分泌过多,会造成毛孔粗大;④肌肤干燥缺水,皮肤干燥是因为皮肤水分流失、胶原蛋白减少,严重且时间较长者还会产生细纹。
从上面的表现可以看出人体初老主要的原因是人体的生理功能下降和来自外部因素的积累造成的。
研究表明金钮扣中的生物活性成分(主要是N-烷基酰胺类:金钮扣醇,多酚类:单宁,萜类)具有放松肌肉,尤其是脸部肌肉,以及抗氧化的作用;光果甘草中含有大量的三萜类、酚类和甾醇是良好的抗氧化剂、皮肤消炎剂,还对酪氨酸酶依赖性黑色素合成有抑制作用。但是在植物提取过程中和现有的配方中,很难做到有限保持其成分的生物活性,主要是生物活性成分在萃取过程中易氧化、光分解和置于皮肤或上皮组织时无法被有效吸收。
目前暂没有一个有效的配方组合,能够完全发挥金钮扣和光果甘草中生物活性,本发明的目的在于提供一种油基组分在金钮扣和光果甘草中,通过简单的原料成分,最有效地保证抗初老作用,又能保证肌肤吸收。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具备美白、抗皱和抗氧化的抗初老肌肤绽放活性油组分及应用。
为了克服上述现有技术中的缺陷本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种抗初老肌肤绽放活性油组分,包括以下重量份原料,
光果甘草提取物10-20份,
金钮扣提取物2-10份,
聚甘油脂肪酸酯10-20份,
其余为植物提取油。
进一步地,所述聚甘油脂肪酸酯为聚甘油-4油酸酯,植物提取油为伯尔硬胡桃籽油或牡丹籽油。
进一步地,抗初老肌肤绽放活性油组分包括以下重量份原料,
光果甘草根提取物10-20份,
金钮扣花/叶/茎提取物2-10份,
聚甘油-4油酸酯10-20份,
其余为伯尔硬胡桃籽油或牡丹籽油。

光果甘草根提取物12-16份,
金钮扣花/叶/茎提取物4-8份,

一种抗初老肌肤绽放活性油组分制备方法,包括以下步骤,
步骤(a)把新鲜的光果甘草和金钮扣在避光的条件下脱水处理,然后超低温冷却再进行粉碎研磨;
步骤(b)将光果甘草和金钮扣粉末,聚甘油脂肪酸酯,以及植物提取油引进反应容器内混合,其中该反应容器内状态为无氧气氛;
步骤(c)将混合物在无氧的密闭容器内,使用超声波发生器对混合物空化处理;
步骤(d)将步骤(c)的混合物放到有搅拌器的容器中,饱和无氧状态密闭容器,然后搅拌混合物并进行微波处理,使混合物温度在60至200℃下加热;
步骤(c)和步骤(d)连续循环若干次,在每个步骤之间,将混合物在无氧气氛下冷却至不低于室温2个小时;
最后混合物筛分。
进一步地,所述步骤(a)新鲜的光果甘草根和金钮扣花/叶/茎粉碎研磨的粒径小于500μm。

抗初老肌肤绽放活性油组分的实施例1
一种抗初老肌肤绽放活性油组分,包括以下重量份原料,
光果甘草根提取物12-16份,
金钮扣花/叶提取物8-8份,
聚甘油-4油酸酯14-18份,
其余为伯尔硬胡桃籽油。
抗初老肌肤绽放活性油组分的取得:步骤(a)把新鲜的光果甘草根和金钮扣花/叶在避光的条件下脱水处理,然后超低温冷却再进行粉碎研磨;步骤(b)将光果甘草根和金钮扣花/叶的粉末,聚甘油-4油酸酯,以及伯尔硬胡桃籽油引进反应容器内混合,其中该反应容器内状态为无氧气氛;步骤(c)将混合物在无氧的密闭容器内,使用超声波发生器对混合物空化处理;步骤(d)将步骤(c)的混合物放到有搅拌器的容器中,饱和无氧状态密闭容器,然后搅拌混合物并进行微波处理,使混合物温度在60至200℃下加热;步骤(c)和步骤(d)连续循环若干次,在每个步骤之间,将混合物在无氧气氛下冷却至不低于室温2个小时;最后混合物筛分,分离固体光果甘草根和金钮扣花/叶的粉末渣饼,液体为油胶束态。
油胶束态的抗初老肌肤绽放活性油组分进一步说明:聚甘油是一种复杂的混合体,含有线型、支链型和环状结构,且自身具备较多亲水羟基。聚甘油脂肪酸酯在伯尔硬胡桃籽油中分散,分散后的线型、支链型和环状结构能够吸引且束缚多酚类的羟基,并且由于本身是一个混合体结构,在提取多酚类时搅拌把线型、支链型的聚甘油脂肪酸酯折叠,更有利于多酚类的羟基束缚在聚甘油脂肪酸酯上,这就是抗初老肌肤绽放活性油组分的油胶束态,即在伯尔硬胡桃籽油油基中的聚甘油脂肪酸酯胶束光果甘草根和金钮扣花/叶中的多酚类的羟基。
值得一说的是,油胶束态的稳定必须要使溶液中的含水量低于10%,因为水中的-OH会直接影响油胶束态的稳定以及光果甘草根和金钮扣花/叶中的活性成分稳定。
油胶束态能够使光果甘草根和金钮扣花/叶中的活性成分稳定地萃取和保留在聚甘油脂肪酸酯的混合体结构上,这样使用时能够长久稳定地衣服与皮肤表面,便于皮肤吸收。
其中,油基中的伯尔硬胡桃籽油或牡丹籽油中的成分含有大量的不饱和脂肪酸,包括不限于油酸亚油酸/>以及大量的生育酚和甾醇(β-谷甾醇、5-燕麦甾醇)。油酸/>亚油酸/>和生育酚具有很好的抗氧化性和抑菌效果,这样可以使抗初老肌肤绽放活性油组分不需要添加防腐剂和稳定剂,都能很好地储存。令人意想不到的是对这些成分大大提高了光果甘草根和金钮扣花/叶中活性成分的稳定。
下表为抗初老肌肤绽放活性油组分中的主要活性物(总多酚类含量和金钮扣醇含量)在不同过氧化值中的伯尔硬胡桃籽油+聚甘油-4油酸酯油基萃取试验结果。

一种抗初老肌肤绽放活性油组分,包括以下重量份原料,
光果甘草根提取物12-16份,
金钮扣花/叶提取物8-8份,
聚甘油-3二异硬脂酸酯14-18份,
其余为伯尔硬胡桃籽油。
抗初老肌肤绽放活性油组分的取得:步骤(a)把新鲜的光果甘草根和金钮扣花/叶在避光的条件下脱水处理,然后超低温冷却再进行粉碎研磨;步骤(b)将光果甘草根和金钮扣花/叶的粉末,聚甘油-3二异硬脂酸酯,以及伯尔硬胡桃籽油引进反应容器内混合,其中该反应容器内状态为无氧气氛;步骤(c)将混合物在无氧的密闭容器内,使用超声波发生器对混合物空化处理;步骤(d)将步骤(c)的混合物放到有搅拌器的容器中,饱和无氧状态密闭容器,然后搅拌混合物并进行微波处理,使混合物温度在60至200℃下加热;步骤(c)和步骤(d)连续循环若干次,在每个步骤之间,将混合物在无氧气氛下冷却至不低于室温2个小时;最后混合物筛分,分离固体光果甘草根和金钮扣花/叶的粉末的渣饼,液体为油胶束态。

该对照试验组中与比实施例1和实施例2的区别是不加入聚甘油脂肪酸酯(聚甘油-4油酸酯或聚甘油-3二异硬脂酸酯),其他组分与实施例1和实施例2相同,且试验方法相同。
实施例1,实施例2及对照试验组的提取工艺遵循下述方法:
一种抗初老肌肤绽放活性油组分制备方法,包括以下步骤,
步骤(a)把新鲜的光果甘草和金钮扣在避光的条件下脱水处理,然后超低温冷却再进行粉碎研磨;步骤(a)新鲜的光果甘草根和金钮扣花/叶/茎粉碎研磨的粒径小于500μm,新鲜的光果甘草和金钮扣脱水至固含量为90%,且在-30℃至-80℃的低温环境下进行粉碎研磨;
步骤(b)将光果甘草和金钮扣粉末,聚甘油脂肪酸酯,以及植物提取油引进反应容器内混合(反应容器内的温度为聚甘油脂肪酸酯或植物提取油的熔点温度),其中该反应容器内状态为无氧气氛;
步骤(c)将混合物在无氧的密闭容器内,使用超声波发生器对混合物空化处理,超声波发生器在小于100kHz的空化频率下持续对混合物超声空化处理1-35分钟;
步骤(d)将步骤(c)的混合物放到有搅拌器的容器中,饱和无氧状态密闭容器,然后搅拌混合物并进行微波处理(微波处理时间为1-60分钟,期间加入指示氧捕集器或脱氧化合物),使混合物温度在60至200℃下加热;
步骤(c)和步骤(d)连续循环若干次,在每个步骤之间,将混合物在无氧气氛下冷却至不低于室温2个小时;
最后混合物筛分,混合物筛分是在孔隙率为3-12μm的滤布上在35-50℃下以不低于2000转/分钟的速度离心不低于10分钟,以从中分离出油性馏分、固体物质并获得均匀的液体提取物。
下表为抗初老肌肤绽放活性油组分中的主要活性物(总多酚类含量和金钮扣醇含量)在不同过氧化值中的萃取试验结果。
其中实施例1、实施例2和对照试验组中采用的伯尔硬胡桃籽油、聚甘油-3二异硬脂酸酯和聚甘油-4油酸酯的原料分析。

其中上述试验的原料中光果甘草根和金钮扣花/叶的原料参数。
上述试验多酚总含量测试使用福林-西奥卡特酚试法,其原理为:
根据Singleton和Rossi(Ragaee等人,2006[1],使用福林-西奥卡特试剂作为颜色指示剂。当Folin-Ciocalteu试剂被改性时,它的比色性能也发生了改变与分子复合的,特别是与酚类化合物的-OH功能反应时等,1999[2])。此反应产生深蓝色,其最大吸收约为725nm。在该波长下,参考已知浓度的校准曲线,可以测定受试样品的多酚浓度,如图1所示为实施例1、实施例2和他们的对照组。

上述试验金钮扣醇含量采用高效液相色谱法定量分析HPLC,如图3所示为实施例1中的抗初老肌肤绽放活性油组分中的金钮扣醇色谱图,其结果基于两个独立实验的平均值(n=2)。
定量分析结果显示抗初老肌肤绽放活性油组分的金钮扣醇含量为700mg/kg。
值得一说的是,把实施例1批次为OA.C11RSMP.03的抗初老肌肤绽放活性油组分进行抗氧化测试。实验原理,CAT(过氧化氢酶)法是一种分光光度法,可用于评估样品的总抗氧化能力。CAT测试测量产品清除自由基的能力,这是一种抗衰老活性的指标,且CAT测试非常适合于油基产品(抗初老肌肤绽放活性油组分属于油基成分)。此测试评估产品阻止氧化自由基反应的能力。用紫外分光光度法测定自由基对可氧化底物的损伤。在被测产品中加入抗氧化剂可防止自由基作用于可氧化底物上。
2,2’-azobis-2-amidinopropane dihydrochloride(AAPH)用于生成活性氧,桐油作为可氧化底物。(6-hydroxy-2,5,7,8-tetramethylchroman-2-carboxylicacid)一种维生素E类似物,用作外用参考值和CAT结果以每单位重量样品的Trolox当量表示。如图2所示。
把实施例1批次为OA.C11RSMP.03的抗初老肌肤绽放活性油组分进行美白提亮活性测试(IN TUBO络氨酸酶抑制)。
实验原理:抗酪氨酸酶试验是一种分光光度试验,允许评估样品的能力。测试样品与纯化酪氨酸酶在其底物酪氨酸存在下孵育。首先,酪氨酸被酪氨酸酶代谢成左旋多巴,然后在480nm处用分光光度法定量测定多巴酚红。
样品的抑制活性用(%)表示,与阴性对照进行比较。
测试结果下表对应图2:

结论:报告内的功效测试结果及数据分析可证实实施例1中的抗初老肌肤绽放活性油组分总多酚含量非常高。因此,它具有很强的抗初老能力。
并且在金钮扣醇含量的检测报告中,抗初老肌肤绽放活性油组分的金钮扣醇含量也非常高,该结果可以确保有效的的抗皱能力。
最后,该产品的美白功效亦得到了证实,在抗酪氨酸酶试验报告中抗初老肌肤绽放活性油组分表现出了非常强的络氨酸酶抑制效果。
一种抗初老肌肤绽放活性油组分在化妆品中应用。抗初老肌肤绽放活性油组分加入在生理上可接受的介质。其中,所述生理上可接受的介质包括至少一种辅助剂和香精。
辅助剂作为提升使用肤感时:
抗初老肌肤绽放活性油组分属于脂肪醇、脂肪酸是带极性的有机物,有些使用场景把它看成为非离子表面活性剂,因为它既有亲油基团,又有亲水基团。少量的该类有机物的存在对表面活性剂的表面张力及其他性质有显著影响,其作用大小是随碳链加长而增大,一般来说呈线性变化关系。
其作用原理是脂肪醇、脂肪酸能插入(参加)表面活性剂胶团,促进胶团的形成,同时由于该极性有机物与表面活性剂的分子间有强烈的相互作用(碳氢链间的疏水作用加极性头间的氢键结合),使两分子在表面上定向排列得很紧密,大大改变了表面活性剂胶束性质,达到增稠的效果。
所以抗初老肌肤绽放活性油组分可以选择一种或多种以下物质进行增加稠度,从而提高肤感。例如:海藻酸及其(铵、钙、钾)盐、果胶、透明质酸钠、瓜尔胶、阳离子瓜尔胶、羟丙基瓜尔胶、黄蓍胶、鹿角菜胶及其(钙、钠)盐、汉生胶、菌核胶等。
辅助剂也作为调节产品的PH值的一种生理上可接受的介质,例如调节酸度调节柠檬酸、山梨酸等,调节碱性的有碳酸氢钠、磷酸氢二钠、氢氧化钠等。
香精要除去合成香精,最要用天然提取物。抗初老肌肤绽放活性油组分的香精可以包括70种已知植物提取物香精,如紫丁香、玫瑰、茉莉等的花提取物,香草、山鸡椒、月桂等的叶提取物,香橙、柠檬、柑橘等的皮提取物,薄荷、薰衣草等全草提取物,樟脑、鸢尾草等根提取物。
在现实使用中一般不采用动物性香精,例如:麝香、龙涎香、灵猫香、海狸香。
抗初老肌肤绽放活性油组分中加入香精的目在于增加使用者的从嗅觉上的享受,而不是功能性地增加或者改变抗初老肌肤绽放活性油组分的功能。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (5)
1.一种抗初老肌肤绽放活性油组分,其特征在于:由以下重量份原料组成,
光果甘草根提取物12-16份,
金钮扣提取物4-8份,
聚甘油脂肪酸酯14-18份,
其余为植物提取油;其中,植物提取油为伯尔硬胡桃籽油或牡丹籽油;所述光果甘草根提取物、金钮扣提取物、植物提取油和聚甘油脂肪酸酯形成油胶束态;所述光果甘草根提取物、金钮扣提取物、植物提取油和聚甘油脂肪酸酯的含水量低于10%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗初老肌肤绽放活性油组分,其特征在于:
