Specifically, the traditional Chinese medicine extract is prepared by weighing the medicinal materials according to the composition of the traditional Chinese medicine composition, crushing the medicinal materials into traditional Chinese medicine powder, adding water with the amount which is 6-8 times of the total weight of the medicinal materials, soaking for 15-30 min, decocting for 1-1.5 h, filtering, collecting filtrate, adding water with the same amount of the medicinal residues into the medicinal residues, decocting for 1h, filtering, collecting filtrate, repeating the steps once, combining the three filtrates, and evaporating and concentrating at 100 ℃ to 1/8-1/10 of the original volume.
(3) Adding probiotic agent into the Chinese medicine extract obtained in the step (2) to obtain fermentation raw material, and fermenting the fermentation raw material at 32-37 ℃ for 2-3 days to obtain fermented product;
(4) Adding straws, mushroom residues and the fermentation product obtained in the step (3) into the traditional Chinese medicine filter residues obtained in the step (2), uniformly mixing, stacking into a stack, adding water, keeping the initial water content at 56-60%, fermenting and decomposing for 20-40 d to obtain a decomposed organic fertilizer; wherein, covering the piled materials with straws, and lifting the straws once every 48 hours and turning the straws for 4 to 5 times.
(5) Mixing the decomposed organic fertilizer and sawdust (sawdust of 10-40 meshes) in proportion to obtain the organic matrix.
Comparative examples 1-9 were prepared according to the above method, and when no probiotic was included, the maturation fermentation time was increased by 1-3 months.
Test example 1 Effect of organic substrate on plant growth
The organic substrates obtained in examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-9 are used as test soil, alfalfa seeds are used for pot culture tests, 13 groups are arranged in total, wherein 1 group is a control group, and the control group adopts soil commonly used for pot culture; 12 treatment groups were prepared by using the organic substrates obtained in examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 9, respectively; each group is provided with 10 repetitions, and each repetition is provided with 20 alfalfa pots; the growing period of the potted plant is observed, and the time of emergence, the rate of emergence, the trefoil stage and the height of the seedling are counted, and the results are shown in table 1 and figure 1.

as can be seen from table 1 and fig. 1, in example 2, compared with comparative examples 1 to 5, the effect of emergence time, emergence rate, trefoil stage and seedling height in comparative examples 1 to 5 is significantly lower than that in example 2, which indicates that the effect of planting organic substrate prepared by combining lactobacillus plantarum TH103, lactobacillus rhamnosus zrx or other strains with a traditional Chinese medicine composition having antibacterial and insecticidal efficacy, or planting organic substrate prepared by combining lactobacillus plantarum TH103 and lactobacillus rhamnosus zrx alone without adding a traditional Chinese medicine composition is far less than that of planting organic substrate prepared by combining lactobacillus plantarum TH103 and lactobacillus rhamnosus 3242 with a traditional Chinese medicine composition for fermentation, and indicates that the combined use of lactobacillus plantarum TH103 and lactobacillus rhamnosus zrx can enhance the absorption and efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine formula, and the traditional Chinese medicine composition can promote the growth of probiotics and further promote the growth of plants, thus having very significant effects of promoting the growth of plants, resisting diseases, increasing yield and improving crop quality.
Compared with comparative examples 6-9, the comparative example 1 shows that the effects of emergence time, emergence rate, trefoil stage and seedling height in the comparative examples 6-9 are obviously lower than those in the comparative example 1, and that the probiotics jointly uses lactobacillus plantarum TH103 and lactobacillus rhamnosus zrx which are compatible with straw, sawdust and mushroom residues and can promote plants to absorb effective ingredients in the straw, the sawdust and the mushroom residues, so that the synergistic effect on promoting plant growth is achieved.
Test example 2 Effect of organic base on tomato planting
In the same greenhouse, the organic matrixes obtained in examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-9 are used as test soil to plant tomatoes, 13 groups are arranged in total, wherein 1 group is a control group, the control group 1 adopts greenhouse planting common soil, and the control group 2 respectively adopts the organic matrixes obtained in examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-9; each group is designed with 6 replicates, the same variety is cultivated, the daily management measures are the same, the disease and pest morbidity, the yield and the quality (the content of soluble total sugar, the content of lycopene and VC) of the tomatoes are statistically analyzed, and the results are shown in table 2.
Wherein, the incidence rate of diseases and insect pests (%) = number of diseases/total number of surveys × 100; the content of soluble total sugar is measured by a sulfuric acid-anthrone method phenol method; the lycopene is measured by using an ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer; the VC content is measured by iodometry.

as can be seen from table 2, compared with the control group and the comparative examples 1 to 5, the incidence of plant diseases and insect pests is significantly reduced, and the yield and the tomato quality are significantly improved in the examples 1 to 3, which indicates that the organic substrate for planting prepared by using lactobacillus plantarum TH103, lactobacillus rhamnosus zrx or other strains in combination to prepare a traditional Chinese medicine composition with antibacterial and insecticidal effects, or using probiotic alone in combination to prepare an organic substrate for planting prepared without adding a traditional Chinese medicine composition, has far better effect than using lactobacillus plantarum TH103 and lactobacillus rhamnosus zrx in combination to prepare an organic substrate for planting by fermenting traditional Chinese medicine compositions, and indicates that the combination of lactobacillus plantarum TH103 and lactobacillus rhamnosus zrx can enhance the drug effect absorption and drug effect of the traditional Chinese medicine composition, and the traditional Chinese medicine composition can promote the growth of probiotic and the probiotic to further promote the plant growth, thereby having very significant effects of promoting the plant growth, resisting plant diseases and insect pests, improving the yield and improving the crop quality.
Test example 3 testing the effect of the ingredients of the Chinese medicinal materials on the probiotic
The applicant selects a plurality of traditional Chinese medicines with bacteriostatic and insecticidal effects common in the prior art, and tests the influence of the traditional Chinese medicines on the probiotics, wherein the selected traditional Chinese medicine extract comprises Chinese arborvitae twig, common cnidium fruit, sessile stemona root, amur corktree bark, lightyellow sophora root, rhubarb, mulberry leaf and hairyvein agrimony;
wherein, the extracts are all extracted by water, and the water extraction method comprises the following steps: respectively pulverizing the raw materials (folium Potentillae Discoloris, fructus Cnidii, radix Stemonae, cortex Phellodendri, radix Sophorae Flavescentis, radix et rhizoma Rhei, folium Mori or herba et Gemma Agrimoniae) into powder, decocting the obtained powder with water for 3 times according to the material-to-liquid ratio of 1:8, mixing decoctions, evaporating and concentrating at 95-100 deg.C to 1/10 of the original volume, and cooling to room temperature to obtain water extract of each raw material.
Respectively replacing the water extracts with the traditional Chinese medicine composition in the steps (2) to (3) in the preparation method of the organic substrate containing the probiotics for planting, namely adding probiotics (according to the proportion of the traditional Chinese medicine composition and the probiotics in the embodiment 2) into the water extracts (the water extracts of the Chinese medicinal materials of the lateral bur leaves, the common cnidium fruit, the sessile stemona root, the amur corktree bark, the lightyellow sophora root, the rhubarb, the mulberry leaves or the hairyvein agrimonia herb and bud) of the raw material medicines, wherein the probiotics comprise lactobacillus plantarum TH103 fermentation filtrate and lactobacillus rhamnosuszrx01 fermentation filtrate. The volume ratio of the lactobacillus plantarum TH103 fermentation filtrate to the lactobacillus rhamnosus zrx fermentation filtrate is 1:1; the concentration of the lactobacillus plantarum TH103 in the lactobacillus plantarum TH103 fermentation filtrate is 10 8 CFU/ml; the concentration of the lactobacillus rhamnosus zrx in the fermentation filtrate of the lactobacillus rhamnosus zrx is 10 8 CFU/ml. Obtaining fermentation raw materials, and fermenting the fermentation raw materials for 2-3 days at the temperature of 32-37 ℃ to obtain a fermented product; the effective viable count of the probiotic in the initial fermentation raw material and the fermented product obtained by fermentation is tested to judge the promotion or inhibition effect of the water extract of the lateral bur leaves, the common cnidium fruit, the sessile stemona root, the amur corktree bark, the lightyellow sophora root, the rhubarb, the mulberry leaves or the hairyvein agrimony on the growth of the probiotic, and the specific value is shown in table 3.

As can be seen from Table 3, the water extracts of folium Araliae chinensis, fructus Cnidii, radix Stemonae and cortex Phellodendri all can increase the effective viable count of probiotic in the fermented product, while the water extracts of radix Sophorae Flavescentis, radix et rhizoma Rhei, folium Mori and herba et Gemma Agrimoniae are added to increase the effective viable count of probiotic in the fermented product, but decrease.
By combining the tests, the Chinese medicinal composition is fermented by the probiotic, the effective ingredients in the Chinese medicinal composition are effectively decomposed and utilized, the disease resistance of crops planted by using the organic matrix is enhanced, and the purpose of reducing the use of chemical pesticides can be achieved.

Claims (7)

1. The organic planting matrix containing probiotics is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 32 to 40 parts of straw, 20 to 30 parts of sawdust, 20 to 25 parts of mushroom residue, 0.5 to 5 parts of probiotic and 5 to 10 parts of traditional Chinese medicine composition; the traditional Chinese medicine composition comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 3 to 5 parts of lateral bur leaves, 2 to 4 parts of common cnidium fruit, 1 to 3 parts of radix stemonae and 3 to 6 parts of amur corktree bark.
2. The planting organic matrix containing probiotics as claimed in claim 1, which comprises the following raw materials by weight: 36 parts of straw, 25 parts of sawdust, 22 parts of mushroom residue, 2 parts of probiotic and 8 parts of traditional Chinese medicine composition.
3. The organic planting substrate containing probiotics as claimed in claim 1, wherein the probiotics comprise lactobacillus plantarum TH103 fermentation filtrate and lactobacillus rhamnosus zrx fermentation filtrate.

The organic planting substrate containing probiotics as claimed in claim 3, wherein the volume ratio of the Lactobacillus plantarum TH103 fermented filtrate to the Lactobacillus rhamnosus zrx fermented filtrate is 1:1; the concentration of the lactobacillus plantarum TH103 in the lactobacillus plantarum TH103 fermentation filtrate is 10 7 ~10 8 CFU/ml; the concentration of the lactobacillus rhamnosus zrx in the fermentation filtrate of the lactobacillus rhamnosus zrx is 10 7 ~10 8 CFU/ml。
5. The method for preparing organic planting substrate containing probiotics according to claim 3, comprising the following steps:
(1) Preparing materials: compounding the formulation of the organic planting matrix of claim 3;
(2) Treating the traditional Chinese medicine composition: extracting folium Platycladi, fructus Cnidii, radix Stemonae, and cortex Phellodendri with water to obtain Chinese medicinal extract, and collecting Chinese medicinal residue;
(3) Adding probiotic agent into the Chinese medicine extract obtained in the step (2) to obtain fermentation raw material, and fermenting the fermentation raw material at 32-37 ℃ for 2-3 days to obtain fermented product;
(4) Adding straws, mushroom residues and the fermentation product obtained in the step (3) into the traditional Chinese medicine filter residues obtained in the step (2), uniformly mixing, stacking into a stack, adding water, keeping the initial water content at 56-60%, fermenting and decomposing for 20-40 d to obtain a decomposed organic fertilizer;
(5) Mixing the decomposed organic fertilizer and the sawdust in proportion to obtain the organic matrix.
6. A method as claimed in claim 5, wherein in step (4) the material is topped on the pile and the straw is lifted and dumped once every 48 hours.
7. Use of a planting organic matrix containing probiotics according to any one of claims 1-4 for crop planting.
