the invention provides a device for producing biomass fuel by using kitchen waste, wherein a second motor 42 is turned on, the second motor 42 drives a fixed shaft 45, a blade 43 and a blanking plate 47 to rotate, the kitchen waste is poured into the crushing barrel 41 through a feeding mechanism 6, the kitchen waste is contacted with the rotating blade 43, the blade 43 cuts the kitchen waste into pieces, the kitchen waste is contacted with the top surface of a second filter screen 44, the crushed kitchen waste penetrates through the second filter screen 44 and falls into the blanking pipe 46, the blade 43 drives part of a lug 48 to rotate on the top surface of the second filter screen 44, the lug 48 is equidistantly arranged on the top surface of the second filter screen 44, the lug 48 on the top surface of the second filter screen 44 is staggered with the lug 48 on the bottom end of the blade 43, the lug 48 rotates to mill the kitchen waste left on the top surface of the second filter screen 44, the kitchen waste is further driven to move in the second filter screen 44, the lug 48 penetrates through the second filter screen 44 and enters the blanking pipe 46, and the kitchen waste is pushed into the blanking pipe 1 through a quick-speed fermentation blanking pipe 1; when too much kitchen waste is in the barrel 1, the compression mechanism 5 is opened, the compression mechanism 5 moves downwards to extrude the fermented kitchen waste, the moisture in the kitchen waste is pressed out, and the moisture is discharged through the filtering mechanism 3, so that the kitchen waste is in a solid state and is left in the barrel 1; the squeezing mechanism 2 is opened, the squeezing mechanism 2 rotates in the barrel body 1, kitchen garbage in the barrel body 1 is squeezed out from the squeezing mechanism 2 to form a thin strip shape, and then the thin strip kitchen garbage is dried in the sun and can be used as fuel, so that the environment pollution is avoided.

a cylinder (1);
the filtering mechanism (3), the said filtering mechanism (3) is mounted to the bottom of the said cylinder (1);
the crushing mechanism (4) comprises a crushing barrel (41), a second motor (42), a blade (43), a second filter screen (44), a fixed shaft (45), a discharging pipe (46), a discharging plate (47) and a bump (48), the crushing barrel (41) is installed at the top end of the barrel body (1), and the second motor (42) and the discharging pipe (46) are installed at two ends of the crushing barrel (41) respectively; the second filter screen (44) is installed inside the crushing barrel (41), the inside of the second filter screen (44) is rotatably connected with the fixed shaft (45), the top end of the fixed shaft (45) is connected with the second motor (42), the bottom end of the fixed shaft (45) is provided with the spiral blanking plate (47), and the blanking plate (47) is rotatably connected with the inside of the blanking pipe (46); the blades (43) are equidistantly arranged on the side wall of the fixed shaft (45), the lugs (48) are respectively arranged at the bottom end of the blades (43) and the top surface of the second filter screen (44), and the lugs (48) at the top surface of the second filter screen (44) and the lugs (48) at the bottom end of the blades (43) are arranged in a staggered manner;
the extruding mechanism (2), the extruding mechanism (2) is fixed at the bottom end of the cylinder body (1);
the compression mechanism (5), the compression mechanism (5) is connected with the inside of the cylinder body (1) in a sliding way;
the feeding mechanism (6) is installed on the top surface of the crushing barrel (41).

The apparatus for producing biomass fuel using kitchen garbage according to claim 1, wherein the pressing mechanism (2) comprises a first motor (21), a pressing pipe (22), a valve (23), a pressing rod (24), a pressing plate (25) and a feeding plate (26), the first motor (21) and the pressing pipe (22) are installed at the bottom end of the cylinder (1), and the valve (23) is installed at one end of the pressing pipe (22); one end of the first motor (21) is provided with the extrusion rod (24), and the side wall of the extrusion rod (24) is provided with the extrusion plate (25) and the feeding plate (26).

The apparatus for producing biomass fuel using kitchen garbage according to claim 2, characterized in that the extrusion rod (24) is rotatably connected to the inside of the cylinder (1) and the extrusion tube (22), the inside of the cylinder (1) is rotatably connected to the feeding plate (26) of the spiral, and the inside of the extrusion tube (22) is rotatably connected to the extrusion plate (25).

The apparatus for producing biomass fuel using kitchen garbage according to claim 1, characterized in that the feeding mechanism (6) comprises a piston (61) and a feeding funnel (62), the feeding funnel (62) is installed at the top edge of the pulverizing cylinder (41), and the piston (61) is engaged with the inside of the feeding funnel (62).

The apparatus for producing biomass fuel using kitchen garbage according to claim 1, wherein the inner bottom of the pulverizing cylinder (41) is funnel-shaped, the inner top of the pulverizing cylinder (41) is inclined, and the ultraviolet lamps (7) are installed on the inner top of the pulverizing cylinder (41) in an equally-spaced and inclined manner.

The apparatus for producing biomass fuel using kitchen garbage according to claim 1, wherein the filtering means (3) comprises a fixed plug (31), a drain pipe (32), a connecting pipe (33), a support rod (34), a storage pipe (35), a first sieve (36) and an activated carbon layer (37), the connecting pipe (33) is installed at the bottom end of the cylinder (1), and the drain pipe (32) is installed at the bottom end of the connecting pipe (33); the inside of the connecting pipe (33) is in threaded connection with the fixed plug (31), and the fixed plug (31) is in sliding connection with the drain pipe (32); the inside sliding connection of connecting pipe (33) stand pipe (35) with first filter screen (36), install respectively at the both ends of stand pipe (35) first filter screen (36), the internally mounted of first filter screen (36) activated carbon layer (37), just stand pipe (35) with the symmetry is installed between fixed stopper (31) bracing piece (34).
