技术领域
本发明涉及可转印纸技术领域,尤其涉及一种快干型涂料墨水转印纸的制造方法。
背景技术
目前随着个性化需求的提升,柯式烫画的抖粉打印输出工艺风靡全球。此工艺的路线为在转印膜或者转印纸上打印彩色图案,在打印白墨或者透明墨水时,在白墨或者透明墨水未完全干燥时散上一层热熔粉,然后烘干,经过转印机热压,将图案转移到承印物上。
目前大多采用转印膜作为耗材,此种耗材一般采用PET薄膜,上面由涂布离型层,吸墨层和保护层构成。专利号为CN110341337B的《一种用于织物喷墨镂空印花的层结构及喷墨镂空印花方法》公开了一种转印纸,其技术方案要点是在离型纸或者离型膜上涂布一层可以吸收墨水的介质,使得水性的涂料墨水可以附着,喷墨印刷图文的墨水层在热转印时可以从离型层表面分离达到转移到织物上的目的。本发明可以适应在各种纤维织物上改善热转印效果,使没有图文的地方没有热熔胶,从而改善了无图文区域的透气性、手感;另外提高涂料墨水在织物上的颜色靓丽程度,提高涂料墨水的表现力,对于浅色图文也可以很好地实现镂空转印。
但此类打印膜耗材存在使用后回收困难问题,且由于薄膜不具备吸水性能,吸墨层普遍吸水有限问题,打印后需要外置红外强制干燥,有时墨量过大还存在墨水堆积过高,往图案边缘扩散问题。国内部分厂家也在研究以纸代膜产品,但实际测试也存在墨水打印后墨水干燥慢问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对背景技术中存在的问题,提出一种快干型涂料墨水转印纸的制造方法。
本发明的技术方案:一种快干型涂料墨水转印纸的制造方法,包括纸基材层和涂层,所述涂层由离型剂及吸墨材料混合而成,离型剂具备微米到纳米的直径颗粒,所述涂层干燥后其膜中间有离型剂的颗粒,从而形成了有利于墨水吸收多个微孔。
优选的,所述涂层的离型剂为苯乙烯-聚醋酸乙烯乳液、苯乙烯-丙烯酸乳液、硬脂酸乳液中一种或者几种混合物。
优选的,所述涂层的吸墨材料为淀粉类、纤维素类、糖浆类,聚乙烯醇中一种或者几种混合物。
优选的,所述涂层的离型剂及吸墨材料的混合比例为30:70-70:30,涂布量为6-20g/㎡,所述纸基材层为转印纸。
优选的,所述纸基材层的原纸基材的克重范围为40-200g/㎡。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种织物喷墨镂空印花方法:
步骤S1:制作离型剂,将苯乙烯-聚醋酸乙烯乳液、苯乙烯-丙烯酸乳液、硬脂酸乳液中一种或者几种进行混合形成混合物,从而制作成所述涂层所需的离型剂;
步骤S2:制作吸墨材料,将淀粉类、纤维素类、糖浆类,聚乙烯醇中一种或者几种进行混合形成混合物,从而制作成所述涂层所需的吸墨材料;
步骤S3:利用步骤S1和步骤S2制作成的离型剂和吸墨材料,通过将离型剂和吸墨材料进行混合,混合比例为30:70-70:30,从而制成所述涂层需要的涂料;
步骤S4:选取克重范围为40-200g/㎡的所述纸基材层,根据步骤S3制作成的所述涂层需要的涂料,将涂料按照涂布量为6-20g/㎡的方式,通过涂布机涂布在所述纸基材层上,使得所述涂层形成,从而制成快干型涂料墨水转印纸。
与现有的技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明纸基材层为载体,形成了一种具备微孔结构的涂层,将传统的离型层和墨水吸收层合二为一,涂层既有离型效果,又能快速吸收墨水中水分子,从而实现快速干燥,从而解决重墨量打印,墨水堆积往边缘扩散的问题。
2、本发明以颗粒型离型剂与吸墨材料混合形成了涂料墨水转印纸,使得在不增加传统厚度的同时,具有离型和快干双重作用。

实施例一
参照附图1,一种快干型涂料墨水转印纸,包括纸基材层1和涂层2,涂层2由离型剂及吸墨材料混合而成,离型剂具备微米到纳米的直径颗粒,涂层2的离型剂及吸墨材料的混合比例为30:70-70:30,涂布量为6-20g/㎡,纸基材层1的原纸基材的克重范围为40-200g/㎡,纸基材层1为转印纸,涂层2干燥后其膜中间有离型剂的颗粒,从而形成了有利于墨水吸收多个微孔3,颗粒呈镶嵌状在涂层2内而形成微孔3,且不同微孔3的直径不同,这些微孔3有利于墨水吸收,从而实现墨水的快速干燥,涂层2的离型剂为苯乙烯-聚醋酸乙烯乳液、苯乙烯-丙烯酸乳液、硬脂酸乳液中一种或者几种混合物,涂层2的吸墨材料为淀粉类、纤维素类、糖浆类,聚乙烯醇中一种或者几种混合物;
从而形成了一种具备微孔结构的涂层2,将传统的离型层和墨水吸收层合二为一,涂层2既有离型效果,又能快速吸收墨水中水分子,从而实现快速干燥,从而解决重墨量打印,墨水堆积往边缘扩散的问题。
实施例二
包括以下步骤:
步骤S1:制作离型剂,将苯乙烯-聚醋酸乙烯乳液、苯乙烯-丙烯酸乳液、硬脂酸乳液中一种或者几种进行混合形成混合物,从而制作成涂层2所需的离型剂;
步骤S2:制作吸墨材料,将淀粉类、纤维素类、糖浆类,聚乙烯醇中一种或者几种进行混合形成混合物,从而制作成涂层2所需的吸墨材料;
步骤S3:利用步骤S1和步骤S2制作成的离型剂和吸墨材料,通过将离型剂和吸墨材料进行混合,混合比例为30:70-70:30,从而制成涂层2需要的涂料;
步骤S4:选取克重范围为40-200g/㎡的纸基材层1,根据步骤S3制作成的涂层2需要的涂料,将涂料按照涂布量为6-20g/㎡的方式,通过涂布机涂布在纸基材层1上,使得涂层2形成,从而制成快干型涂料墨水转印纸。

步骤S1:制作离型剂,将苯乙烯-聚醋酸乙烯乳液、苯乙烯-丙烯酸乳液、硬脂酸乳液中一种或者几种进行混合形成混合物,从而制作成所述涂层(2)所需的离型剂;
步骤S2:制作吸墨材料,将淀粉类、纤维素类、糖浆类,聚乙烯醇中一种或者几种进行混合形成混合物,从而制作成所述涂层(2)所需的吸墨材料;
步骤S3:利用步骤S1和步骤S2制作成的离型剂和吸墨材料,通过将离型剂和吸墨材料进行混合,混合比例为30:70-70:30,从而制成所述涂层(2)需要的涂料;
步骤S4:选取克重范围为40-200g/㎡的所述纸基材层(1),根据步骤S3制作成的所述涂层(2)需要的涂料,将涂料按照涂布量为6-20g/㎡的方式,通过涂布机涂布在所述纸基材层(1)上,使得所述涂层(2)形成,从而制成快干型涂料墨水转印纸。
