The material tray 4 directly below the installation tracks of the first positioning ring 407 and the second positioning ring 406 is respectively and fixedly provided with two emission parts 404 of the correlation type photoelectric switch, and the position relations of the four emission parts 404 are as follows: the two lower emitting portions 404 of the first positioning ring 407 correspond to the two ends of the head of the transformer, and the two lower emitting portions 404 of the second positioning ring 406 correspond to the two ends of the tail of the transformer.
The support 402 is arranged on the material tray 4 on the side portion of the positioning module 401, the four receiving portions 405 of the opposite type photoelectric switch are arranged on the support 402 in corresponding positions, the four receiving portions 405 are respectively located right above the four emitting portions 404, and light rays emitted by the four emitting portions 404 vertically and upwards penetrate through the first positioning ring 407 or the second positioning ring 406 to enter the receiving portions 405. The emitting portion 404 and the receiving portion 405 of the correlation photoelectric switch can be switched, the emitting portion 404 can also be disposed on the bracket 402, and correspondingly, the receiving portion 405 can be disposed below the first positioning ring 407 or the second positioning ring 406.
The correlation photoelectric switch is matched with a second motor, the second motor drives the positioning module 401 to rotate, in the process that the transformer rotates in the positioning module 401, two ends of the head of the transformer rotate on the first positioning ring 407, and two ends of the tail of the transformer rotate on the second positioning ring 406. When the two ends of the head of the transformer are respectively overlapped with the two emitting parts 404 at the lower part of the first positioning ring 407, the two ends of the tail of the transformer are also respectively overlapped with the two emitting parts 404 at the lower part of the second positioning ring 406, the two ends of the head and the two ends of the tail of the transformer are simultaneously blocked between the four emitting parts 404 and the receiving part 405, the light emitted by the four emitting parts 404 cannot enter the receiving part 405, at the moment, the second motor stops running, the positioning module 401 stops rotating, and the positioning of the transformer in the positioning groove is completed.
The material arrangement mechanism comprises a base 7 arranged on the side portion of the material tray 4, a plurality of arrangement blocks 701 are arranged on the base 7, and the arrangement blocks 701 are arranged on the same straight line in a sliding mode. Two strip-shaped clamping grooves 702 are formed in the arrangement block 701, and the position relation between the two clamping grooves 702 corresponds to two rows of pins of the head of the transformer. When the transformer is placed on the arranging block 701, two rows of pins at the head of the transformer are respectively inserted into the two slots 702, so that the transformer is fixed.
A scissor driving assembly for driving the arrangement block 701 to slide is arranged in the base 7, and the scissor driving assembly comprises a scissor rack 703 extending along the sliding direction of the arrangement block 701. The fork shearing frame 703 is provided with a plurality of fork shearing rods which are crossed in the middle and are rotatably connected at the end parts, the middle crossing part of the two fork shearing rods is hinged, and the hinged part is provided with a connecting rod which is rotatably connected with the hinged part. The plurality of arrangement blocks 701 are respectively arranged at the upper parts of the middle intersections of the plurality of scissor levers, and the connecting rods are connected with the arrangement blocks 701 corresponding to the upper parts of the connecting rods. The fork rack 703 is extended and retracted to drive the plurality of alignment blocks 701 to slide at equal intervals, the spacing distance between the plurality of alignment blocks 701 increases as the fork rack 703 is extended, and the spacing distance between the plurality of alignment blocks 701 decreases as the fork rack 703 is retracted.
One side of the fork shearing frame 703 is provided with a bidirectional screw 704 which is perpendicular to the telescopic direction of the fork shearing frame 703, one end of the bidirectional screw 704 is rotatably connected with the base 7, and the other end of the bidirectional screw 704 is provided with a third motor which is in transmission connection with the third motor. The threads on the two sides of the bidirectional screw 704 are arranged in the opposite directions, the threads on the two sides of the bidirectional screw 704 are respectively provided with a nut matched with the bidirectional screw 704, the nuts are connected with the base 7 in a sliding mode, the bidirectional screw 704 rotates to drive the two nuts to synchronously and reversely slide, and the sliding direction of the nuts is perpendicular to the telescopic direction of the fork shearing frame 703. The two nuts are respectively connected with the end parts of the two scissor rods at the side part of the scissor rack 703 in a rotating manner, and when the two nuts slide reversely and synchronously, the end parts of the two scissor rods at the side part of the scissor rack 703 are driven to be close to or far away from each other, so that the telescoping of the scissor rack 703 is realized.
A pneumatic finger 5 capable of moving in three directions is arranged between the material positioning mechanism and the material arrangement mechanism, clamping blocks 502 are rotatably arranged on the mutually close side walls of two clamping jaws 501 of the pneumatic finger 5, and rubber layers are arranged on the mutually close side walls of the two clamping blocks 502. A micro motor is arranged on the outer side wall of one clamping jaw 501, the micro motor is in transmission connection with a clamping block 502 on the inner side wall of the clamping jaw 501, and the micro motor drives the clamping block 502 to rotate.
The top of the pneumatic finger 5 is provided with an L-shaped connecting plate 6, the connecting plate 6 is connected with a three-axis driving assembly, and the three-axis driving assembly drives the pneumatic finger 5 to slide in three directions along the X-axis direction, the Y-axis direction and the Z-axis direction. The triaxial driving assembly is a prior art in the field and will not be described herein.
There is a centre gripping position on the material dish 4, and when the location module 401 rotated to the centre gripping position along with material dish 4, pneumatic finger 5 can move to location module 401 department and carry out the transformer centre gripping.
After the transformer slides into the placement groove 403 of the positioning module 401, in the process that the positioning module 401 rotates to the clamping position from the tail end of the first slideway 2 or the tail end of the second slideway 3, the positioning module 401 rotates at least 360 degrees, so that the transformer and the opposite-type photoelectric switch are matched to complete positioning. Therefore, when the positioning module 401 is located at the clamping position, the placing state of the transformer in the positioning module 401 is unique, after the middle of the transformer is clamped by the pneumatic fingers 5, the transformer is still in a toppling state under the clamping of the pneumatic fingers 5, the micro motor drives the clamping block 502 to rotate, the clamping block 502 drives the transformer to rotate, the transformer can be located in a vertical state with the head facing downwards, and the pneumatic fingers 5 continue to clamp the transformer and place the transformer in the material arrangement mechanism. Pneumatic finger 5 can set up a plurality ofly according to the material loading demand, improves material loading efficiency.
The transformer conveying process comprises the following steps:
on the conveyer belt 1, the transformer pushed down by the push block 102 is in a falling state, and the transformer enters the first slideway 2 along with the conveyer belt 1.
The transformer slides to the guide section 203 of the first slide way 2, the transformer horizontally slides on the guide section 203 to realize speed reduction, the push plate 201 is higher than the transformer with the transverse head, the transformer with the transverse head can directly slide along the first slide way 2 through the push plate 201 continuously, the push plate 201 is lower than the transformer with the vertical head, and the transformer with the vertical head slides on the guide section 203 along the push plate 201 to enter the second slide way 3.
The material trays 4 at the tail ends of the first slide way 2 and the second slide way 3 are rotated to corresponding positions, so that the positioning modules 401 on the two material trays 4 are respectively positioned at the tail ends of the corresponding first slide way 2 and the second slide way 3, the transformers in the first slide way 2 and the second slide way 3 slide into the placing grooves 403 of the corresponding positioning modules 401, and the material trays 4 are rotated, so that the next vacant positioning module 401 moves to the tail end of the corresponding first slide way 2 or the second slide way 3 to wait for the next transformer to slide in.
The material tray 4 rotates, the positioning module 401 loaded with the transformer rotates until the transformer is simultaneously blocked between the transmitting parts 404 and the receiving parts 405 of the four opposite-type photoelectric switches before moving to the clamping position, the positioning module 401 stops rotating, and the positioning module 401 positions the transformer.
After the positioning module 401 rotates to the clamping position along with the material tray 4, the pneumatic finger 5 moves to the position of the positioning module 401 and clamps the transformer under the driving of the three-axis driving assembly, after the pneumatic finger 5 leaves the material tray 4, the micro motor drives the clamping block 502 to rotate, and the clamping block 502 clamps the transformer to rotate to the vertical state that the head of the transformer faces downwards.
The pneumatic finger 5 sequentially puts a plurality of transformers into the plurality of arrangement blocks 701, and pins of the heads of the transformers are inserted into the card slots 702 of the arrangement blocks 701. The pneumatic finger 5 can also directly transfer the transformer to the required operation equipment, and the clamping block 502 is rotated by a certain angle through the operation of the micro motor, so as to adjust the inclination angle of the transformer entering the operation equipment.
When a plurality of transformers get into the operation equipment in batches, after a plurality of transformers are the equidistant arrangement of straight line, through the fixture centre gripping, send into operation equipment with a plurality of transformers. After the plurality of arrangement blocks 701 are loaded with transformers, the scissor drive assembly drives the plurality of arrangement blocks 701 to slide according to the required spacing distance of the transformers in the next process, so that the spacing distance between the transformers is matched with the required spacing distance in the next process, and the clamping mechanism clamps the plurality of transformers and then transfers the plurality of transformers to the next process. The automatic transformer feeding device can automatically convey a transformer, the transformer can be positioned through the matching of the push block 102, the push plate 201 and the positioning module 401 in the conveying process, the transformer is positioned, the pneumatic finger 5 can directly clamp and transfer the transformer according to a set running state, the clamping block 502 drives the transformer to rotate according to a set rotating angle, the transformer is positioned at a set inclined angle, the pneumatic finger 5 can directly place the transformer into equipment to complete automatic feeding, the transformer can also be placed into a material arrangement mechanism, the material arrangement mechanism adjusts the distance between the transformers according to the feeding position of the equipment, the clamping mechanism clamps a plurality of transformers with positions adjusted and then carries out batch feeding, and the operation efficiency is improved.
