本发明实施例公开一种通信方法及设备,对第一信息进行处理,处理过程包括π/2二进制相移键控BPSK调制、层映射、离散傅里叶变换DFT预编码、预编码和正交频分复用OFDM波形生成;向网络设备发送处理后的第一信息。本发明实施例,可以降低PAPR。
