Abstract

本发明涉及电子装置；用户界面部(31)向规定的显示装置(11a)显示具有密码输入框(61b)的用户身份验证画面，用户身份验证部(32)根据通过用户操作对输入框(61b)输入的输入字符串进行用户身份验证；然后，用户界面部(31)进行如下处理：(a)根据由拍摄装置(12)拍摄到的用户的面部图像确定用户的视线方向，(b)判断该视线方向是否朝向包含输入框(61b)的规定范围内，(c)当该视线方向朝向该规定范围内时，向输入框(61b)显示输入字符串，而当该视线方向并未朝向该规定范围内时，向输入框(61b)显示隐藏字符串。

本发明涉及电子装置。
背景技术
在一种电子装置中，检测作为用户身份验证用的用户识别信息的用户名和密码的输入，根据显示模式的设定值，判断是否显示密码的输入字符串。
在上述电子装置中，通过适当地编辑显示模式的设定值，用户能够选择是否在电子装置中显示密码的输入字符串。但是，当常时在电子装置中显示密码的输入字符串时，第三人有可能偷看密码。另一方面，当常时在电子装置中不显示密码的输入字符串时，用户无法在确认输入字符串的同时输入剩余的字符串，由此，容易发生密码的误输入。
发明内容
本发明是鉴于上述问题而完成的，其目的在于得到一种：能够抑制密码的误输入，并且能够抑制密码视觉泄漏于第三人的电子装置。
本发明的电子装置，具备：用户界面部，其向规定的显示装置显示具有密码输入框的用户身份验证画面，并确定用户通过对规定的输入装置进行操作而向所述输入框输入的输入字符串；用户身份验证部，其根据所述输入字符串和预先登记的密码进行用户身份验证；以及拍摄装置。
所述用户界面部向所述输入框显示所述输入字符串或者规定的隐藏字符串。
并且，所述用户界面部进行如下处理：(a)根据由所述拍摄装置拍摄到的用户的面部图像确定所述用户的视线方向，(b)判断所述视线方向是否朝向包含所述输入框的规定范围内，(c)当所述视线方向朝向所述规定范围内时，向所述输入框显示所述输入字符串，而当所述视线方向并未朝向所述规定范围内时，向所述输入框显示所述隐藏字符串。
(发明效果)
根据本发明，能够得到一种：能够抑制密码的误输入，并且能够抑制密码视觉泄漏于第三人的电子装置。

具体实施方式
以下，根据附图对本发明的实施方式进行说明。
图1是表示作为本发明实施方式涉及的电子装置的一例的图像形成装置的构成的框图。图1中所示的图像形成装置是具有打印功能、图像读取功能及传真功能的多功能一体机。该图像形成装置具备：操作面板11、拍摄装置12、通信装置21、打印装置22、图像读取装置23、传真装置24、存储装置25以及控制器26。
操作面板11具备液晶显示器等的显示装置11a和触摸面板等的输入装置11b，其对用户显示操作画面以及检测用户的输入操作。显示装置11a对用户显示操作画面，输入装置11b受理由用户输入的用户操作。
拍摄装置12设置在操作面板11或该图像形成装置的框体上，使得该图像形成装置的用户(操作该图像形成装置的操作面板11的用户)的面部(脸部)进入其视场角，并且，通过图像传感器(image sensor)生成包括用户面部的拍摄图像的图像数据。
图2是表示图1中的操作面板11的主视图。图2中所示的操作面板11，作为输入装置11b具有硬键51～55和触摸面板56。硬键51是电源键，硬键52是启动键，硬键53是停机/清除键，硬键54是数字键，硬键55是退出键。触摸面板56配置在显示装置11a的显示面上。
另外，通信装置21是能够通过网络等与未图示的主机装置连接，且利用规定的通信协议进行数据通信的装置。
另外，打印装置22是利用例如电子照相方式将原稿图像打印在打印用纸上的内部装置。
图像读取装置23是从原稿光学读取原稿图像并生成原稿图像的图像数据的内部装置。
传真装置24是具有接收功能和发送功能的内部装置，其中，接收功能是指接收传真信号并将该传真信号转换为图像数据的功能，发送功能是指将图像数据转换为传真信号并发送该传真信号的功能。
另外，存储装置25是硬盘驱动器、闪存器等的非易失性存储装置，其存储数据、程序等。存储装置25中存储有用户数据41。用户数据41包含各注册用户的正确的用户名(用户ID)和密码的对。
另外，控制器26具备具有未图示的CPU(Central Processing Unit；中央处理器)、ROM(Read Only Memory、只读存储器)、RAM(Random Access Memory；随机存取存储器)等的计算机，该控制器26通过将存储于ROM或存储装置25的程序下载到RAM中并由CPU执行该程序，从而作为各种处理部进行工作。
在本实施方式中，控制器26作为用户界面部31和用户身份验证部32进行工作。
用户界面部31向操作面板11的显示装置11a显示画面，并且，根据由操作面板11的输入装置11b检测到的输入操作，切换显示装置11a中显示的画面。
另外，用户界面部31将如图2中所示的用户身份验证画面61显示在规定的显示装置11a上。用户身份验证画面61中包含用户名的输入框61a、密码的输入框61b、作为软键的回车键61c以及作为软键的取消键61d。
进一步地，用户界面部31确定用户对输入装置11b进行操作而向输入框61a、61b输入的输入字符串。
另外，用户界面部31检测对检测部进行的用户操作，其中，该检测部用于确定被输入于该输入框61a、61b的字符串。在本实施方式中，作为该操作部使用作为软键的回车键61c。由触摸面板56检测出用户对于回车键61c所进行的操作。需要说明的是，该操作部也可以使用规定的硬键。
进一步地，关于密码的输入框61b，用户界面部31向输入框61b显示输入字符串或者规定的隐藏字符串。
具体而言，用户界面部31进行如下处理：(a)根据由拍摄装置12拍摄到的用户的面部图像确定用户的视线方向，(b)判断该视线方向是否朝向包含输入框61b的规定范围内，(c)当该视线方向朝向该规定范围内时，将对于输入框61b的输入字符串显示在输入框61b中，而当该视线方向并未朝向该规定范围内时(包括无法检测到视线方向时)，向输入框61b显示隐藏字符串。
在此，隐藏字符串是与输入字符串相同字符数的字符串，其由固定字符(例如“*”)构成。
另外，上述规定范围仅设定为输入框61b、或者设定为包含输入框61b在内的操作画面(用户身份验证画面61)。
在本实施方式中，用户界面部31直至用户身份验证结束为止重复进行如下处理：(a)上述的用户视线方向的确定，(b)视线方向是否朝向上述规定范围内的判断，(c)基于该判断结果，向输入框61b显示输入字符串或者隐藏字符串。
另外，用户界面部31利用现有的图像识别技术，在基于上述图像数据的拍摄图像内确定面部图像，进一步地，确定面部图像内的眼睛的图像，并确定用户的视线方向。
另外，在本实施方式中，用户界面部31进行如下处理：(a)根据对作为基准点的规定的键进行操作时由拍摄装置12拍摄到的用户的面部图像，将用户的视线方向确定为基准方向，并将基准点和基准方向建立关联而存储于RAM等中，(b)根据该基准点和基准方向(以及密码输入时的视线方向)，判断视线方向是否朝向上述的规定范围内。
关于该规定的键，可以是上述键中的任意一者，或者，也可以是软键或硬键，其是用户使用该图像形成装置时输入密码之前被操作的键。
另外，当用户身份验证部32在上述用户身份验证中判断为被输入于输入框61b的字符串并非正确的密码，从而判断为用户身份验证失败时，用户界面部31例如清除被输入于输入框61b的字符串，且继续显示上述的用户身份验证画面61。
当检测到用户对上述操作部的操作时(此处为由触摸面板56检测到回车键61c的点击时)，用户身份验证部32根据被输入于输入框61a、61b的字符串和预先登记在用户数据41中的密码进行用户身份验证。另外，用户身份验证部32也可以使用管理用户数据41的身份验证服务器进行用户身份验证。
接下来，对上述图像形成装置的动作进行说明。图3是对图1中所示的图像形成装置的动作进行说明的流程图。
例如，当该图像形成装置起动时，用户界面部31向显示装置11a显示用户身份验证画面61(步骤S1)，然后，重复进行如下判断：是否检测到对输入框61a进行的(作为用户名的一部分的)字符输入(步骤S2)，是否检测到对输入框61b进行的(作为密码的一部分的)字符输入(步骤S3)，是否检测到回车键61c的点击(步骤S4)，以及用户的视线方向是否朝向上述的规定范围(步骤S5)。
然后，当检测到对于输入框61a的字符输入时，用户界面部31向输入框61a显示由已经向输入框61a输入的字符构成的输入字符串(步骤S6)。
另外，当检测到对于输入框61b的字符输入时，用户界面部31向输入框61b显示由已经向输入框61b输入的字符构成的输入字符串或隐藏字符串。
此时，用户界面部31判断用户的视线方向是否朝向上述的规定范围(步骤S7)，当用户的视线方向朝向上述的规定范围时，向输入框61b显示由已经向输入框61b输入的字符构成的输入字符串(步骤S8)，而当用户的视线方向并未朝向上述的规定范围时，向输入框61b显示隐藏字符串(步骤S9)。
另外，当检测到回车键61c的点击时，用户身份验证部32根据目前为止被输入于输入框61a的字符串以及目前为止被输入于输入框61b的字符串进行用户身份验证，当该用户身份验证成功了时，结束该处理(步骤S10中“是”)，例如允许用户利用该图像形成装置。
进一步地，在未进行上述密码的字符输入的期间内，用户界面部31也对用户的视线方向进行监控，当用户的视线方向朝向上述的规定范围时，用户界面部31将向输入框61b显示的字符串切换为输入字符串(步骤S11)，而当用户的视线方向并未朝向上述的规定范围时，用户界面部31将向输入框61b显示的字符串切换为隐藏字符串(步骤S12)。
如上所述，在上述实施方式中，用户界面部31向显示装置11a显示具有密码的输入框61b的用户身份验证画面，用户身份验证32根据输入字符串和预先登记的密码进行用户身份验证，其中，该输入字符串是用户通过对输入装置11b进行操作而向输入框61b输入的字符串。然后，用户界面部31进行如下处理：(a)根据由拍摄装置12拍摄到的用户的面部图像确定用户的视线方向，(b)判断该视线方向是否朝向包含输入框61b的规定范围内，(c)当该视线方向朝向该规定范围内时，向输入框61b显示输入字符串，而当该视线方向并未朝向该规定范围内时，向输入框61b显示隐藏字符串。
由此，当用户进行密码输入时，显示密码的已经输入的部分，而当用户中断了密码输入时，隐藏密码的已经输入的部分，因此，能够抑制密码的误输入，并且，能够抑制密码视觉泄漏于第三人。
需要说明的是，关于上述实施方式，也可以在不脱离其主旨和范围且不减弱其所意图的优点的范围内进行各种变更和修改，由于这些变更和修改对于本领域技术人员而言是显而易见的，因此这些变更和修改，也应该包含在本申请权利要求的范围内。
例如，在上述实施方式中，作为电子装置的一例示出了图像形成装置，但是，也可以是进行用户身份验证的其他形态的电子装置。

Claims (4)

1.一种电子装置，其特征在于，
具备：
用户界面部，其向规定的显示装置显示具有密码的输入框的用户身份验证画面，并确定用户通过对规定的输入装置进行操作而向所述输入框输入的输入字符串，
用户身份验证部，其根据所述输入字符串和预先登记的密码进行用户身份验证，以及
拍摄装置；
所述用户界面部向所述输入框显示所述输入字符串或者规定的隐藏字符串，并且，
所述用户界面部进行如下处理：
(a)根据由所述拍摄装置拍摄到的用户的面部图像确定所述用户的视线方向，(b)判断所述视线方向是否朝向包含所述输入框的规定范围内，(c)当所述视线方向朝向所述规定范围内时，向所述输入框显示所述输入字符串，而当所述视线方向并未朝向所述规定范围内时，向所述输入框显示所述隐藏字符串。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电子装置，其特征在于，
所述用户界面部检测对操作部进行的用户操作，其中，该操作部用于确定输入于所述输入框的字符串，
当检测到对所述操作部进行的所述用户操作时，所述用户身份验证部根据被输入于所述输入框的字符串和预先登记的密码进行用户身份验证，
所述用户界面部直至所述用户身份验证结束为止重复进行如下处理：
(a)根据由所述拍摄装置拍摄到的用户的面部图像确定所述用户的视线方向，(b)判断所述视线方向是否朝向包含所述输入框的规定范围内，(c)当所述视线方向朝向所述规定范围内时，向所述输入框显示所述输入字符串，而当所述视线方向并未朝向所述规定范围内时，向所述输入框显示所述隐藏字符串。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的电子装置，其特征在于，
所述规定范围是所述输入框和包含所述输入框在内的操作画面中的任一者。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的电子装置，其特征在于，
所述用户界面部进行如下处理：
(a)根据对作为基准点的规定的键进行操作时由所述拍摄装置拍摄到的用户的面部图像，将所述用户的视线方向确定为基准方向，并对所述基准点和所述基准方向建立关联，(b)根据所述基准点和所述基准方向，判断所述视线方向是否朝向包含所述输入框的规定范围内。
