Description

交通工具控制板和生产方法
技术领域
本公开内容涉及一种交通工具控制面板和生产这种控制面板的方法。本公开内容尤其涉及生产一种控制面板,其包括触摸敏感按钮并且具有复杂的形状,同时保持较高的美学水平。该控制面板旨在装备各种类型的交通工具,如机动车、火车、船、飞机或任何其他特别是能在陆地、水上、水中或空中行驶的交通工具。
背景技术
已知有一种方法,包括以下操作:
a)生产触摸敏感膜,该触摸敏感膜包括薄膜、导电层和装饰层,该薄膜具有外表面和内表面,导电层被布置在薄膜的内表面,装饰层被布置在薄膜的外表面,
b)对所述触摸敏感膜进行变形,所述薄膜以不可展开的三维方式进行变形,以及
c)在装饰层上成型一层塑料材料,该塑料材料允许光线通过。
这种方法是令人满意的。然而,对于需要显著的三维变形的控制面板来说,在变形和成型操作中很难避免对控制面板的导电层和/或装饰层的损坏。
发明内容
为了弥补上述问题,根据本公开内容,该方法包括以下操作:
a)生产触摸敏感膜,该触摸敏感膜包括薄膜、导电层、主装饰层和辅助装饰层,该薄膜具有外表面和内表面,导电层布置在薄膜的内表面,主装饰层布置在薄膜的外表面,辅助装饰层包括至少一个临界变形部分,至少一个临界变形部分布置在薄膜的内表面、与至少一个临界变形部分对应的至少一个临界变形区中,
b)对所述触摸敏感膜进行变形,该触摸敏感膜在每个临界变形区以不可展开的三维方式进行变形,以及
c)在主装饰层上成型的塑料材料层,塑料材料允许光线通过。
因此,辅助装饰层使得有可能减轻主装饰层受损的风险和/或保护导电层。
根据本公开的可选的特征,操作a)包括以下操作:在薄膜的外表面沉积主装饰材料,以形成主装饰层的不透明部分,同时在每个临界变形区留下空白部分,其中没有主装饰材料,所述主装饰层的不透明部分不透光,并且在每个临界变形区的薄膜的内表面沉积辅助装饰材料,以便完全覆盖面对每个空白部分的薄膜部分,并形成辅助装饰层的至少一个临界变形部分,该至少一个临界变形部分不透光。
这进一步降低了控制板表现出外观缺陷的风险。事实上,虽然薄膜在变形之后看起来没有缺陷,但人们发现,在塑料材料层成型过程中,临界变形区中的主装饰层的颗粒被剥离。被塑料材料掀起的颗粒可能会产生美学缺陷,装饰材料缺席于临界变形区内的薄膜外表面。在变形过程中削弱主装饰层和在塑料材料层成型过程中抬起不透明材料的颗粒的风险被降低。
根据附加的可选特征,主装饰层在空白部分没有任何材料。
根据按照本公开的其他附加特征,辅助装饰层的每个临界变形部分优选地具有覆盖部分,覆盖部分沿着临界变形部分的整个周边延伸,并与主装饰层重叠。
因此,在主装饰层和辅助装饰层之间,透过触摸敏感膜看到的风险被降低。
根据另一附加的可选特征,每个覆盖部分的宽度优选地小于5毫米。
根据另一附加的可选特征,每个覆盖部分的宽度优选地小于1毫米。
由于辅助装饰层与导电层接触或非常接近,辅助装饰层不具有无限的电阻率,因此为了减弱辅助装饰层可能降低触摸检测的影响,优选地是尽可能减少辅助装饰层的表面积。
根据另一附加的可选特征,操作a)包括在薄膜的外表面上沉积主装饰层的半透明部分,半透明部分允许至少部分光线通过,被布置在与每个空白部分的相距一定距离上,并被不透明部分包围。
于是产生了象形图,它可以是背光的,让用户知道触摸敏感按钮对应的是什么。照亮象形图的光源的存在可以使塑料材料中的主装饰层的颗粒可见,这增加了避免这种存在的重要性。
根据附加的特征,半透明部分优选地允许5%至30%的光线通过。
根据附加的特征,半透明部分优选地允许1020%的光线通过。
因此,当它没有背光时,象形图是不可见的。
根据另一附加的特征,光源优选地根据半透明部分进行布置。
根据又另一附加的特征,装饰层的空白部分允许至少50%的光线通过。
根据按照本公开的另一特征,每个临界变形部分优选地具有小于1平方厘米、优选地小于10平方毫米的面积。
因此,辅助装饰层的存在对检测触摸传感器上的指令的不利影响被减弱。
根据按照本公开的另一特征,在操作a)期间,导电层的生产优选地包括在每个临界变形区中的薄膜的内表面上沉积高度可变形材料,以及在远离每个临界变形区的薄膜的内表面上沉积高度导电材料,高度可变形材料比高度导电材料更透光,且高度导电材料具有比高度可变形材料更低的电阻率。
这防止了导电层在临界变形区中是可见的,同时有助于导电层在临界变形区外的电传导。
根据按照本公开的另一附加的可选特征,高度可变形材料对至少50%的光线、优选地是至少90%的光线是可透过的。高度导电性材料对少于50%的光线、优选地是少于10%的光线是可透过的。
根据按照本公开的另一特征,操作b)包括在成形模具上对触摸敏感膜进行变形,成形模具面向薄膜的外表面,以及辅助装饰层在每个临界变形部分被变形为凹形。
因此,在操作b)期间,辅助装饰层和导电层都不会与成形模具接触,这就减少了损坏的风险。
在根据本公开内容的各实施例中,可以选择使用以下一项或多项规定:
在操作a)期间,辅助装饰层被制造为颜色与主装饰层相同;
辅助装饰材料与主装饰材料相同;
操作a)包括将辅助装饰层沉积在导电层上,导电层插在薄膜和辅助装饰层之间。
本公开进一步涉及一种用于交通工具的控制面板,包括:
-触摸敏感膜,触摸敏感膜包括薄膜、导电层、主装饰层,薄膜具有外表面和内表面,导电层布置在薄膜的内表面上,主装饰层布置在薄膜的外表面上,触摸敏感膜在至少一个临界变形区中具有不可展开的三维形状,以及
-在主装饰层上成型的塑料材料层,塑料材料允许光线通过,
其中,触摸敏感膜进一步包括辅助装饰层,辅助装饰层包括至少一个临界变形部分,至少一个临界变形部分布置在薄膜的内表面上的每个临界变形区(3、4)中。
因此,可以得到控制面板,其具有需要高度拉伸的薄膜的形状,同时又坚固、可靠且美观。
根据按照本公开的可选特征,主装饰层包括不透明部分和至少一个空白部分,主装饰层的不透明部分由不透光的主装饰材料制成,至少一个空白部分存在于每个临界变形区中,主装饰材料在每个空白部分中不存在,并且辅助装饰层的至少一个临界变形部分与每个空白部分完全相对地延伸并且由不透光的主装饰材料制成。

具体实施方式
图1示出了触摸敏感膜10,基本上包括薄膜12、导电层20、主装饰层28和辅助装饰层40。导电层20、主装饰层28和辅助装饰层40由薄膜12承载。薄膜12具有外表面12a和内表面12b。在图示的实施例中,主装饰层28被布置在薄膜12的外表面12a上,导电层20和辅助装饰层40被布置在薄膜12的内表面12b上。薄膜12一方面在主装饰层28与导电层20之间延伸,另一方面在导电层20和辅助装饰层40之间延伸。
薄膜12是透明的,优选地是柔性的。薄膜12由热塑性材料制成,优选地是聚碳酸酯。
在图示的实施例中,导电层20限定了五个活跃部分22,每个活跃部分包括触摸传感器24和导电轨道26,如图7所示。每个导电轨道26在相应的触摸传感器24和连接区23之间延伸。
在图示的实施例中,触摸敏感膜10包括单一的薄膜12。备选地,触摸敏感膜10可以包括几个薄膜12,优选地是两个或三个薄膜12,这些薄膜12是叠加的,然后活跃部分22将分布在不同的薄膜12上。
导电轨道26依次具有高度可变形材料25的部分和高度导电材料27的部分。高度可变形材料的部分和高度导电材料的部分的位置是根据后续的操作确定的,这一点将在下面解释。
优选地,高度可变形材料25包括碳纳米管和富勒烯,而高度导电材料27优选地由银、铜、锌或这些金属的合金制成。高度可变形材料25对光线基本透明(透光率为至少95%),而高度导电材料27是不透明的(透光率低于1%)。
导电层20尤其可以通过在薄膜12上沉积高度可变形材料25和高度导电材料27来形成。然后,各个活跃部分22通过激光或类似手段在众活跃部分22的周围去除材料而产生。优选的是,薄膜12被布置成平面,以便在薄膜12上沉积高度可变形材料25和高度导电材料27。
导电层20中不属于任何活跃部分22的部分优选地构成(电气)接地部。形成接地部的导电层20的部分与连接区23相连。
每个触摸传感器24都比宽度较小每个导电轨道26大得多,因此,在触摸传感器24旁边的元素、例如手指的存在可以通过在活跃部分22和接地部之间的连接区23的电阻或电容测量来检测,而在导电轨道26旁边的元素的存在则影响很小。
主装饰层28包括不透明部分28a和可选的半透明部分28b。不透明部分28a是由主装饰材料制成的,优选地呈油墨的形式。不透明部分28a限定了象形图29。在图示的实施例中,半透明部分28b延伸到构成象形图29的部分。优选的是,形成半透明部分28b的半透明材料不是完全透明的,而且与主装饰材料的颜色在色调上略微相同,因此,象形图29只有在触摸敏感膜10下方激活的光源存在时才明显,这一点将在下面解释。不透明部分28a和半透明部分28b优选地是通过在薄膜12上沉积油墨而产生。
主装饰层28进一步包括布置在临界变形区3、4的空白部分28c。在空白部分28c中,主装饰层28没有主装饰材料、半透明材料,以及更普遍的任何材料。图1至图5中可见两个空白部分28c。
辅助装饰层40包括临界变形区3、4中的临界变形部分42、44。临界变形部分42、44是由辅助装饰材料制成的,优选地呈油墨的形式。优选的是,辅助装饰材料与主装饰材料相同。图1至图5中可见两个临界变形部分42、44。临界变形部分42、44被布置在导电层20的下面。换句话说,导电层20延伸到薄膜12和临界变形部分42、44之间。
在图示的实施例中,触摸敏感膜10进一步包括第一粘附层14、第二粘附层18、第三粘附层19和保护层16。第一粘附层14在薄膜12和导电层20之间延伸,并且旨在促进导电层20在薄膜12上的粘附。第二粘附层18在薄膜12和主装饰层28之间延伸,并且旨在促进构成主装饰层28的主装饰材料在薄膜12上的粘附。第三粘附层19在导电层20和辅助装饰层40之间延伸,并且旨在促进构成辅助装饰层40的辅助装饰材料在导电层20上的粘附。保护层16覆盖导电层20和其所保护的辅助装饰层40。保护层16尤其可以由清漆组成,以作为电绝缘和/或防止潮湿和化学制剂(例如清洁产品)。为了提高可读性,图2至图5中省略了第一粘附层14、第二粘附层18和保护层16的图示。
导电层20优选地布置在薄膜12的内表面12b上,更具体地说,布置在第一粘附层14上。高度可变形材料25被沉积在薄膜12的内表面12b上,特别是在每个临界变形区3、4中。高度导电材料27被沉积在薄膜12的内表面12b上,远离每个临界变形区3、4。
然后,在第二粘附层18沉积在薄膜12的外表面12a上之后,主装饰材料和半透明材料分别沉积在薄膜12的外表面12a上,更确切地说,沉积在第二粘附层18上,以形成主装饰层28的不透明部分28a和半透明部分28b,使空白部分28c在每个临界变形区3、4没有任何材料。
此外,在每个临界变形区3、4内,辅助装饰材料沉积在薄膜12的内表面12b上,更确切地说,是沉积在第三粘附层19上,以便完全覆盖每个空白部分28c,并且形成辅助装饰层40的临界变形部分42、44。辅助装饰材料并且因此临界变形部分42、44对光是不透明的。
如图2中特别示出的那样,每个临界变形部分42、44都具有覆盖部分41、43,沿着临界变形部分42、44的整个周边延伸并与主装饰层28重叠。覆盖部分41、43具有宽度d,优选地小于1毫米。
每个临界变形部分42、44的面积小于1平方厘米,优选地小于10平方毫米。
优选的是,半透明材料允许10%至20%的光线通过,而主装饰材料和辅助装饰材料允许少于1%的光线通过。
如图3所示,在第一处理步骤中制造出触摸敏感膜10后,在第二处理步骤中对触摸敏感膜10进行变形。
触摸敏感膜10被加热,然后在成形模具6上变形。触摸敏感膜10通过对成形模具6进行抽吸进行三维变形,使材料拉伸、特别是在变形区2a、2b、2c、2d中。从图3、图6和图7中可以看出,在变形区2a、2b、2c、2d中,触摸敏感膜10在成形操作后不能被其材料的重量压平。第一临界变形区3和第二临界变形区4是变形区2a的子部分。从图3中可以看出,薄膜12受到抽吸作用,并与成形模具6相抵。在第一临界变形区3和第二临界变形区4,换句话说,在空白部分28c,薄膜10受应力最大。
导电层20的活跃部分22优选地被布置成这样,以便在触摸敏感膜10的三维变形过程中减少它们的变形。但是,由于触摸敏感膜的理想形状,人们无法避免在触摸敏感膜10的三维变形过程中拉伸导电轨道26。因此,每个导电轨道26具有至少一个强变形的部分25。导电轨道26能够经历100%的伸长,同时在其整个长度上、换句话说从连接区23到相应的触摸传感器24保持导电性。
导电轨道26是在高度变形25的部分用高度可变形材料制造的,其余部分在高度导电材料27的部分中制造。在图7中,高度可变形材料25的部分和高度导电材料27的部分之间的交替是用延伸横跨导电轨道26的点划线(有时也称为假想线)来示意性地示出。
如图4所示,触摸敏感膜10于是被布置在在模具8的第一部分8a和第二部分8b之间延伸的空腔8c中。然后将热塑性材料引入空腔8c,优选地是通过注射的方式,以便对触摸敏感膜10进行过塑。在图4所示的实施例中,热塑性材料更准确地与主装饰层28接触,以形成塑料材料层30。塑料材料层30优选地是熏制的聚碳酸酯。
塑料材料层30保护并保持触摸敏感膜10的理想形状,塑料材料层30是刚性的。
如图5所示,然后在触摸敏感膜10和塑料材料层30上固定刚性支撑32。刚性支撑32被布置在导电层20相对于薄膜12的一侧,也就是与塑料材料层30相对的一侧。在图示的实施例中,刚性支撑32通过插在刚性支撑32和触摸敏感膜10之间的粘合部38来相对于触摸敏感膜10进行保持。粘合部38是由本身众所周知的材料制成的,其形式是液体、凝胶或柔性条状物(双面)。刚性支撑32具有分开的通腔40。由印刷电路板34承载的光源36被布置在腔40的一端,触摸敏感膜10被布置在腔40的相对端。腔40由刚性支撑32相互隔开,刚性支撑是不透明的或在腔40之间制成不透明的。每个半透明部分28b或至少每个象形图29根据光源36来布置,以便让光线穿过象形图29。
图5至图7示出了生产的控制面板1。控制面板1旨在被布置在交通工具中。在图示的实施例中,控制面板1旨在被固定在门板上。然而,作为替代,它可以被布置在仪表板上、中控台上、前排座椅之间、顶棚上、行李箱的侧板上,或交通工具的其他合适位置。

Claims (13)

1.一种生产用于交通工具的控制面板(1)的方法,其包括以下操作:
a)生产触摸敏感膜(10),所述触摸敏感膜(10)包括薄膜(12)、导电层(20)、主装饰层(28)和辅助装饰层(40),所述薄膜(12)具有外表面(12a)和内表面(12b),所述导电层(20)布置在所述薄膜(12)的所述内表面(12b)上,所述主装饰层(28)布置在所述薄膜(12)的所述外表面(12a)上,所述辅助装饰层(40)包括至少一个临界变形部分(42、44),所述至少一个临界变形部分布置在所述薄膜(12)的所述内表面(12b)上的与所述至少一个临界变形部分(42、44)对应的至少一个临界变形区(3、4)中,
b)对所述触摸敏感膜(10)进行变形,所述触摸敏感膜(12)在每个临界变形区(3、4)以不可展开的三维方式进行变形,以及
c)在所述主装饰层(28)上成型的塑料材料层(30),所述塑料材料层允许光线通过。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中操作a)包括以下操作:
在所述薄膜(12)的所述外表面(12a)上沉积主装饰材料,以形成所述主装饰层(28)的不透明部分(28a),同时在每个临界变形区(3、4)留下空白部分(28c),在所述空白部分中没有主装饰材料,所述主装饰层(28)的所述不透明部分(28a)不透光,以及
在每个临界变形区(3、4)中的所述薄膜(12)的所述内表面(12b)上沉积辅助装饰材料,以便完全覆盖所述薄膜(10)面向每个空白部分(28c)的部分,并形成所述辅助装饰层(40)的所述至少一个临界变形部分(42、44),所述至少一个临界变形部分(42、44)不透光。
3.据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述辅助装饰层(40)的每个临界变形部分(42、44)都具有覆盖部分(41、43),所述覆盖部分沿着所述临界变形部分(42、44)的整个周边延伸并与所述主装饰层(28)重叠。
4.根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,每个覆盖部分(41、43)具有小于5毫米的宽度(d)。
5.根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,每个覆盖部分(41、43)具有小于1毫米的宽度(d)。
6.根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,操作a)包括在所述薄膜(12)的所述外表面(12a)上沉积所述主装饰层(28)的半透明部分(28b),所述半透明部分(28b)被配置为允许至少部分光线通过,并被布置在与每个空白部分(28c)相距的一定距离上,并被所述不透明部分(28a)包围。
7.根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述半透明部分(28b)允许5%至30%的光线通过。
8.根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述半透明部分(28b)允许10%至20%的光线通过。
9.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,每个临界变形部分(42、44)具有小于1平方厘米、优选地小于10平方毫米的面积。
10.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在操作a)期间,所述导电层(20)的生产包括:
在每个临界变形区(3、4)中,将高度可变形材料(25)沉积在所述薄膜(12)的所述内表面(12a)上,以及
在远离每个临界变形区(3,4)的所述薄膜(12)的所述内表面(12a)上沉积高度导电材料(27),所述高度可变形材料(25)比所述高度导电材料(27)更透光,而所述高度导电材料(27)具有比所述高度可变形材料(25)更低的电阻率。
11.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,操作b)包括在成形模具(6)上对所述触摸敏感膜(10)进行变形,所述成形模具(6)面向所述薄膜(12)的所述外表面(12a),以及所述辅助装饰层(40)在每个临界变形部分(3、4)被变形为凹形。
12.一种用于交通工具的控制面板(1),其包括:
-触摸敏感膜(10),所述触摸敏感膜(10)包括薄膜(12)、导电层(20)和主装饰层(28),所述薄膜(12)具有外表面(12a)和内表面(12b),所述导电层(20)被布置在所述薄膜(12)的所述内表面(12b)上,所述主装饰层(28)被布置在所述薄膜(12)的所述外表面(12a)上,所述触摸敏感膜(10)在至少一个临界变形区(3、4)中具有不可展开的三维形状,以及
-在所述主装饰层(28)上成型的塑料材料层(30),所述塑料材料(30)允许光线通过,
其中,所述触摸敏感膜(10)进一步包括辅助装饰层(40),所述辅助装饰层(40)包括至少一个临界变形部分(42、44),所述至少一个临界变形部分被布置在所述薄膜(12)的所述内表面(12b)上的每个临界变形区(3、4)中。
13.根据权利要求12所述的控制面板,其特征在于,所述主装饰层(28)包括不透明部分(28a)和至少一个空白部分(28c),所述主装饰层(28)的所述不透明部分(28a)由不透光的主装饰材料制成,所述至少一个空白部分存在于每个临界变形区(2a、2b、2c、2d)中,所述主装饰材料在每个空白部分(28c)中不存在,并且所述辅助装饰层(40)的所述至少一个临界变形部分(42、44)与每个空白部分完全相对地延伸并且由不透光的所述主装饰材料制成。
