Abstract

The invention discloses a cleaning agent and a preparation method and application thereof, wherein the cleaning agent comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5-16 parts of myristyl glucoside, 0-5 parts of soybean oil methyl ester and 0.1-1.5 parts of polydimethylsiloxane. The cleaning agent provided by the invention has the characteristics of high cleaning efficiency and good effect on dirt and the like on a vehicle, and has a 6H rust-proof effect on a deoiled chain.

Background
The chain is an important component of the vehicle, the cleanliness of the chain has a great influence on the power of the vehicle, and various tests on the chain and the cleanliness of the chain in a bicycle show that at the output power of 250 watts, the unclean chain can cause the average loss of the power of the bicycle to be 1-2%, meanwhile, the dirty chain is more dirty, the loss of the power output is larger, and in some cases, the chain which is stained with soil can take 3-5% of the total power output. More importantly, the bicycle chain also meanders through a series of components of the overall drive train, including the chain sprocket, chain guard, cassette sprocket and chain puller pulley, unclean chain not only wears out the power readings, but also damages the drive train.
Aiming at the situation, in the prior art, the chain is cleaned at the temperature of 80-90 ℃ and is assisted by ultrasonic waves. 3. The polydimethylsiloxane is a hydrophobic organosilicon material, so that a layer of hydrophobic film layer is generated after the chain is cleaned, the film layer has obvious brightening and lubricating effects, and meanwhile, the polydimethylsiloxane has waterproof and wear-resistant effects, and the short-term rust return of the chain can be effectively prevented.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the cleaning agent comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 2 to 4 parts of soybean oil methyl ester and 0.5 to 1.5 parts of polydimethylsiloxane.
In some preferred embodiments of the present invention, the cleaning agent comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 8 to 12 parts of myristyl glucoside and 0.5 to 1.5 parts of polydimethylsiloxane.
Under the emulsification, permeation and solubilization effects of myristyl glucoside surface activity and the strong permeation and solubilization effects of a soybean oil methyl ester solvent, the cleaning agent system thoroughly cleans dirt such as petroleum dirt, clay, soil, road dirt, white stripes and the like at a very fast speed, and does not damage high-end surfaces, plastics or rubber. The polydimethylsiloxane forms a film layer with brightening and lubricating effects, water resistance and wear resistance on the surfaces of metals such as chains during cleaning, and the short-term rust returning of the chains can be effectively prevented.
In some embodiments of the present invention, a cleaning agent is provided, and the cleaning agent comprises the following preparation raw materials in parts by weight: 5-16 parts of myristyl glucoside and 1-1.5 parts of polydimethylsiloxane.
