Claims (10)

1. A seed rape male parent pulverizer comprises a machine body (1) and a pulverizing device (2) arranged on the machine body (1); the method is characterized in that:
the machine body (1) is also provided with a pretreatment wheel (3) which actively rotates; the pretreatment wheel (3) is positioned above the front part of the crushing device (2), and the rotating shaft of the pretreatment wheel extends along the left-right direction;
the pretreatment wheel (3) comprises a cylindrical round roller (31) and two discs (32) positioned at two ends of the round roller (31), wherein the diameter of each disc (32) is larger than that of the round roller (31);
the outer edge of each disc body (32) is fixedly provided with a plurality of rod parts (33) which are arranged in a circumferential array, and the rod parts (33) extend along the radial direction of the disc body (32);
the bottom end of the disc body (32) is spaced from the ground, and the top end of the disc body is higher than the height of the male parent rape, and when the pretreatment wheel (3) rotates, the rod part (33) on the disc body (32) rotates from bottom to front upwards.
2. Seed rape male parent pulverizer as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the disc (32) is conical and that the small end of the disc (32) is connected to the end of the roller (31).

Seed rape male parent pulverizer according to claim 1, characterized in that the disc (32) comprises a conical shell part (321) and a reinforcing ring (322) fixed at the outer edge of the conical shell part (321); the round roller (31) extends to the inner side of the conical shell part (321), and a plurality of reinforcing ribs (323) which are arranged in a circumferential array are arranged between the round roller (31) and the conical shell part (321); the stem (33) is fixed to the reinforcing ring (322).
4. Seed rape male parent grinder according to claim 1, characterized in that the machine body (1) is provided with a lifting frame (4);
the rear end of the lifting frame (4) is rotationally connected relative to the machine body (1), and the pretreatment wheel (3) is rotationally arranged at the front end of the lifting frame (4);
a lifting oil cylinder (5) is arranged between the machine body (1) and the lifting frame (4), and the lifting oil cylinder (5) is driven to operate by a hydraulic system (8).
5. Seed rape male parent pulverizer as claimed in claim 4, characterized in that the pretreatment wheel (3) is driven in rotation by a first hydraulic motor (6) mounted on the lifting frame (4); the crushing device (2) is driven to run by a second hydraulic motor (7);
the first hydraulic motor (6) and the second hydraulic motor (7) are driven to operate by the hydraulic system (8).
6. Seed rape male parent pulverizer according to claim 5, characterized in that the hydraulic system (8) comprises a tank (81), an oil pump (82), a first valve (83) and a second valve (84);
the first valve (83) is a middle H-shaped two-position four-way reversing valve or a middle H-shaped three-position four-way reversing valve; the second valve (84) is a middle-position M-shaped three-position four-way reversing valve;
the oil return port of the first valve (83) is connected with the oil inlet of the second valve (84); the oil pump (82) is connected with an oil inlet of the first valve (83), and an oil return port of the second valve (84) is connected with the oil tank (81);
the first hydraulic motor (6) and the second hydraulic motor (7) are arranged in series between two working oil ports of a first valve (83);
the rod cavity and the rodless cavity of the lifting oil cylinder (5) are respectively connected with two working oil ports of the second valve (84).
7. Seed rape male parent pulverizer as claimed in claim 6, characterized in that a speed control valve (85) is connected in parallel between the two ends of the first hydraulic motor (6).
8. Seed rape male parent pulverizer according to claim 6, characterized in that the oil pump (82) is driven in operation by a diesel engine (9); the walking wheel (11) is rotatably arranged on the machine body (1), and the diesel engine (9) drives the walking wheel (11) to rotate at the same time.

Seed rape male parent pulverizer as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the pulverizing device (2) comprises a main shaft (21) rotatably mounted with respect to the machine body (1) and a plurality of sub-shafts (22) fixed offset with respect to the main shaft (21), each sub-shaft (22) rotatably mounted with a plurality of pulverizing knives (23) mounted in a dispersed manner in the axial direction thereof.

Seed rape male parent pulverizer as claimed in claim 9, characterized in that the pulverizer (2) further comprises two side plates (24) placed at both ends of the main shaft (21), both side plates (24) being located at the same time on both sides of the pretreatment wheel (3), and that the projections of the side plates (24) and the disc (32) have overlapping areas seen in lateral direction.
