Abstract
The invention discloses a preparation method of a TPE material containing herbaceous plants and a pillow applying the TPE material, wherein a certain part of herbaceous plant powder with natural mite-proof and antibacterial effects, in particular wormwood and lavender powder, is added into a thermoplastic TPE material prepared from a traditional styrene-butadiene block copolymer, so that the compounded material has a very strong mite-proof and antibacterial effect, no any mite-proof antibacterial chemical agent is added, and the composite material is harmless to a human body, and can keep the mite-proof and antibacterial effects for a long time; meanwhile, the pillow is prepared from the Chinese herbal medicine, and the same effect is achieved.

step two, preparing 0.1-10 parts of natural herbaceous plants, dehydrating and drying the natural herbaceous plants, grinding the dehydrated natural herbaceous plants into powder of 100-700 meshes, adding the powder into the mixture prepared in the step one, and continuously stirring for 10 minutes;
step three, putting the mixture prepared in the step two into a residual hopper of a double-screw extruder, starting a machine for granulation, and setting the machining temperature of the machine to be 180-190 ℃;
and step four, cooling and drying the material particles prepared in the step three to obtain the finished product material.
In the embodiment, the parts of the components by weight are variable, and can be combined in any proportion, so that the manufacturing requirement of the TPE material containing the herbaceous plants can be met.

The pillow comprises a pillow core which is formed by thermoplastic molding of the herbal TPE material, and the main material is the herbal TPE material, so that the pillow has a corresponding mite-proof and antibacterial effect, is free of any mite-proof and antibacterial chemical agent, is harmless to human bodies, has unique plant fragrance, and has the effects of mite-proof and antibacterial, mosquito repelling, insect repelling, sleep aiding and nerve soothing.
