preparing raw materials, namely preparing a proper amount of pepper straws, molasses, water, a ruminant microbial inoculum and feed, wherein the used feed is one or a mixture of more than one of corn, bean pulp, cottonseed meal, sodium chloride and other materials which can be eaten by a alpaca;
step two, smashing the pepper straws, namely recycling the aired pepper straws, and smashing the pepper straws by utilizing a smashing machine after the pepper straws are qualified in quality, wherein heat needs to be supplied to an inner cavity of the smashing machine simultaneously in the smashing process of putting the pepper straws into the smashing machine, and the heat supply temperature in the smashing process is kept at a constant temperature of 40-50 ℃;
step three, mixing, namely taking out the crushed pepper straws, putting the crushed pepper straws into a mixer, and adding a proper amount of molasses, water and a ruminant microbial inoculum into the mixer for mixing treatment, wherein the ratio of the pepper straw powder in the mixer to the added molasses, water and the ruminant microbial inoculum is 10 parts by weight of pepper straw powder, 5 parts by weight of molasses, 50 parts by weight of water and 10 parts by weight of the ruminant microbial inoculum;
step four, fermentation, namely taking out the mixed materials, placing the materials into a constant temperature room or a constant temperature box with the temperature of 35-38 ℃ for constant temperature fermentation for 48 hours, wherein the water content of the mixed materials needs to be kept at 35-40%, then fermenting the mixed materials by a bacteria and enzyme synergistic fermentation technology, preparing a pH value detector, placing a detection probe part of the pH value detector into a fermentation tank for placing the materials, detecting the pH value in the fermentation tank in real time, and reducing the pH value of the materials after the bacteria and enzyme synergistic fermentation to 4.5-5.0;
step five, mixing the fermented feed with feed, taking out the material after fermentation, mixing the material with the feed according to a certain proportion, mixing the fermented material with the prepared feed according to the weight ratio of 1;
step six, granulating, namely taking out the mixed materials, and granulating by using a granulator under a high-temperature condition, wherein the high-temperature granulating temperature of the mixed materials is controlled to be 60-70 ℃, and the particle size of the prepared particles is formed according to the granulating specification of the granulator which is actually used;
and seventhly, packaging, namely packaging the granulated materials, screening the granulated materials before packaging the granulated materials, screening out the materials with particles which are not full and formed, re-granulating the screened out part with the unqualified part, and packaging the qualified part of the materials after weighing.
Selecting 12 milk camels with equivalent daily feed intake, production performance, body immunity and intestinal flora to be divided into 4 groups, feeding the mixed feed prepared in the four embodiments by using 3 milk camels in each group, feeding the 3 milk camels with equivalent daily feed intake, production performance, body immunity and intestinal flora by using normal feed mixed with normal chili straw fermented feed to be fed as comparison, wherein the experimental period is 5 months, and the measured experimental data are shown in the following table:
as can be seen from the above table, the short fermentation time has a certain influence on the mixed feed prepared in the later period, the milk protein, milk fat and milk secretion increasing amounts detected by the fed milk camel in example 4 are the highest, and the milk protein, milk fat and milk secretion amount of the mixed feed prepared by feeding the invention are all improved compared with the structure of the milk camel detected by feeding the normal feed mixed with the fermented feed without adding pepper straw in the four examples.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents, improvements and the like that are within the spirit and principle of the present invention are intended to be included in the scope of the present invention.
