Referring to fig. 4, an embodiment of the present invention discloses a drug management method, which is applied to the drug management system, and the method includes:
step S101, obtaining operation information of a current operation, where the operation information includes patient information, doctor information, medication information, and medicine information stored in the medicine storage device 200.
The surgical information is determined based on the current surgical procedure to be started, the participants of the procedure, including the doctor and the patient, and which drugs are required to be used during the procedure, as well as prior to the procedure. The medicine to be used is also previously put into the medicine storage device 200 according to the amount. At this time, the medicine storage device 200 may check the medicine information according to the information acquired by the weight sensing module and the medicine identification module, and if the information is inconsistent, may send an alarm prompt message to discover the abnormality of the dispensing before the operation is started. The operation information is transmitted to the drug management system before the operation is started, and may be transmitted from a higher-level management system in a hospital, or may be transmitted from another device or terminal connected to the drug management system.
And S102, identifying the currently acquired human body biological characteristic information of the user according to the doctor information.
Before the operation is started, the doctor determines the use authority of the medicine storage device 200, and the main authentication mode is realized by comparing the biological characteristics of the human body. The collection of biometric information of the person including, but not limited to, fingerprints, facial information, irises, etc. is performed at the surgical site for the physician who will use the drug storage device 200. And comparing the acquired doctor information with the acquired doctor information to confirm the identity of the doctor and the use permission of the medicine storage device 200.
Step S103, controlling the switches of the first storage structure 210 and the second storage structure 220 according to the operation information.
From the above recognition result, if there is a match, it is determined that the current doctor has the right of use to use the medicine storage device 200. The usage right corresponds to the storage structure of the medicine storage device 200, and for the medicines in the first storage structure 210, after the identification of the biometric information of the human body is successful, the medicine storage device is opened to the doctor, and the doctor can use the medicines in the first storage structure 210 at any time. The drug use authority in the second storage structure 220 needs to be successfully identified by human body biological characteristic information, and needs to be judged by combining the medication information in the operation information, when the medication information also reaches corresponding conditions, the authority corresponding to the drug is opened for the doctor, the main mode of authority management is to control the switches of the first storage structure 210 and the second storage structure 220, when the corresponding authority is provided, the corresponding switch is turned on, the doctor can take the corresponding drug from the drug storage device 200, and when the authority is not provided, the switch is not turned on, and the doctor cannot take the corresponding drug.
Step S104, controlling the moving mode of the medicine storage unit 230 in the medicine storage device 200 according to the usage of the medicine in the medicine storage unit 230.
After the medicine is used by the doctor, the weight sensing module finds that the weight changes, so that the medicine which has authority for the doctor to use is moved to a position where the medicine is convenient for the doctor to take for the medicine which is not used, and the medicine storage unit 230 which is used is moved to a position where the medicine cannot be taken by the doctor. In this way, the doctor can use the medical instrument more conveniently.
In step S105, the usage of the medicine in the medicine storage unit 230 is recorded.
In the whole operation process, the using condition of the medicine is recorded in the whole process, and subsequent checking is facilitated. After the operation is accepted, the recorded use condition and the operation information can be bound and stored, and meanwhile, the physiological parameter information of the corresponding patient can also be stored in the operation process. After the operation is completed, the doctor can also input and store the feedback of the use of the medicine together. The information can be stored in a specific platform or a database after being bound with each other, so that other doctors or users can check and perform subsequent analysis conveniently.
To sum up, through when using the medicine, combine operation to the operation requirement and the demand of medicine, control user's permission for the doctor can only just take out it from medicine storage device 200 when can use corresponding medicine, and then reached and made the medicine use effect convenient and accurate more. And in the use, carry out real-time detection and record to the in service behavior of medicine, will treat the medicine of using and take out in advance, will make used medicine deposit, improved doctor's work efficiency, the information after also making things convenient for the use simultaneously is looked over, has effectively avoided leading to the circumstances of toxic and numb medicine mismanagement or even medical safety accident to appear because of managers' fatigue or careless.
Referring to fig. 5, another drug management method disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention is applied to the above drug management system, and the method includes:
step S201, operation information of a current operation is obtained, where the operation information includes patient information, doctor information, medication information, and medicine information stored in the medicine storage device 200.
Step S202, identifying the currently acquired human body biological characteristic information of the user according to the doctor information;
step S203, when the doctor information matches with the human biometric information, turning on a switch of the first storage structure 210.
In step S204, when the operation time reaches the medication time of a certain drug indicated in the medication information, the switch of the drug storage unit 230 corresponding to the certain drug in the second storage structure 220 is turned on.
In step S205, when the acquired physiological parameter information of the patient reaches the medication standard of a certain item of medicine indicated in the medication information, the switch of the medicine storage unit 230 corresponding to the item of medicine in the second storage structure 220 is turned on.
In step S206, the medicine storage unit 230 with the switch turned on is moved to the medicine dispensing port of the medicine storage apparatus 200.
In this embodiment, the medication information includes three information of the type of the drug, the dosage of the drug, and the medication conditions, where the medication conditions include time conditions and parameter conditions, and the time conditions refer to that the drug can be used only when a certain time period in the operation is reached; the parameter condition is that the medicine can be used only when a certain characteristic parameter or parameters of a certain number of patients reach a specific threshold value. In the second storage structure 220, each of the drug storage units 230 corresponds to a different medication condition, and when the current condition is identified and the medication standard of a certain drug is determined to be met, the switch corresponding to the drug storage unit 230 is controlled to be turned on. Meanwhile, the medicine storage unit 230 is moved to the medicine taking port of the medicine storage device 200, so that a doctor can take the medicine conveniently.
In step S207, when it is detected that the weight change of the medicine in a certain medicine storage unit 230 exceeds a preset threshold, the medicine storage unit 230 is controlled to move to a position away from the medicine taking port.
Whether the doctor uses the medicine is judged by calculating the medicine weight variation, if the medicine weight variation exceeds a preset threshold value, the medicine is considered to be used by the doctor, and the corresponding medicine storage unit 230 is moved to a position far away from the medicine taking port, so that the doctor cannot take the medicine in the medicine storage unit 230 any more, and the wrong use of the medicine is effectively avoided.
In step S208, the information of the medicine with the changed weight, the time information of the change of the weight of the medicine in each medicine storage unit 230, and the change of the weight of the medicine, i.e. the actual dosage, are recorded.
Throughout the procedure, records of medication use, including the type of drug used, the time of use, and the amount of drug used, may be specially marked when the amount of drug used does not match the information in the medication information.
It should be noted that, in an actual usage scenario, the progress of the surgery may differ from the information obtained in advance in the surgery information, that is, the doctor needs to use the medicine in the second storage structure 220 without obtaining the corresponding authority, and at this time, the medicine storage unit 230 of the second storage structure 220 may be controlled to open and close the card by sending a forced open instruction to the medicine management device 100. For this particular case, it is also necessary to record the relevant information throughout the course for subsequent management or analysis.
In summary, the application discloses a drug management system and method, which control the use authority of a user by combining the use requirements and requirements of an operation on drugs when the drugs are used, so that a doctor can take out the drugs from a drug storage device only when the corresponding drugs can be used, and the effect of enabling the drugs to be used more conveniently and accurately is achieved.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present application and is not intended to limit the present application, and various modifications and changes may be made to the present application by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement and the like made within the spirit and principle of the present application shall be included in the protection scope of the present application.
