本发明属于机械加工技术领域,具体涉及一种干式高细磨机的出料装置。
背景技术
磨机通常用于对破碎后的矿石或非金属物料进行更细致的粉磨,磨机的出料装置是磨机构成中非常重要的组成部分,起筛选粉料的作用,在目前的工业生产中,传统磨机出料部分是单层的铸造篦板,但铸造篦板篦缝铸造不了太小的缝隙,随着生产标准的提高,现有的出料装置无法满足生产中对粉料细度的要求;因此,提供一种可以满足出料细度要求、结构合理操作便捷的干式高细磨机的出料装置是十分必要的。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足,而提供一种干式高细磨机的出料装置,它包括卸料锥,所述卸料锥的中部固定有出料中心板,所述出料锥的外圈环绕固定有支撑座,所述支撑座相对于出料锥的外侧连接有支撑板,所述支撑板的上侧同时固定有内圈筛板架和外圈筛板架,所述外圈筛板架连接在所述内圈筛板架的外圈,所述内圈筛板架上固定有出料内圈筛板,所述外圈筛板架上固定有出料外圈筛板。
具体的,所述出料内圈筛板焊接在所述内圈筛板架的内侧,所述出料外圈筛板焊在所述外圈筛板架的内侧。
具体的,所述内圈筛板架与所述外圈筛板架均为铸钢件。
具体的,所述出料内圈筛板与所述出料外圈筛板均为冲孔网板,所述出料内圈筛板与所述出料外圈筛板均为不锈钢。
具体的,所述出料中心板为冲孔网板,所述内圈筛板架通过螺栓与所述出料中心板固定连接。
具体的,所述外圈筛板架与所述支撑板通过螺栓固定,所述内圈筛板架与所述支撑板通过螺栓固定连接。
本发明的有益效果:本发明通过各个结构件组合,便于更换与安装,适应不同出料粒度要求;本发明可以满足磨机出料端对于的筛板缝隙需要足够细的要求,同时可以保证磨机足够的通风量;本发明具有便于更换、出料细度高的优点。

如图1-8所示,一种干式高细磨机的出料装置,它包括卸料锥1,用于帮助排料,所述卸料锥1的中部固定有出料中心板2,所述出料锥的外圈环绕固定有支撑座10,支撑座10用于连接支撑板3,所述支撑座10相对于出料锥的外侧连接有支撑板3,支撑板3呈环状排列连接,所述支撑板3的上侧同时固定有内圈筛板架4和外圈筛板架5,起到骨架的作用,内圈筛板架4与支撑板3通过螺栓连接,外圈筛板架5与支撑板3通过螺栓连接,便于筛板架的拆卸与更换,所述外圈筛板架5连接在所述内圈筛板架4的外圈,内圈筛板架4呈环状固定在支撑板3上,外圈筛板架5呈环状固定在支撑板3上,所述内圈筛板架4上固定有出料内圈筛板6,所述外圈筛板架5上固定有出料外圈筛板7。
为了更好的效果,所述出料内圈筛板6焊接在所述内圈筛板架4的内侧,所述出料外圈筛板7焊接在所述外圈筛板架5的内侧,所述内圈筛板架4与所述外圈筛板架5均为铸钢件,便于与筛板焊接连接,同时保护筛板不会轻易被磨机的研磨介质钢球或钢段磨损,筛板架与筛板采用焊接的连接方式相比传统通过螺栓连接的方式,可以有效防止研磨介质从边缝进出导致筛板坏掉。
为了更好的效果,所述出料内圈筛板6与所述出料外圈筛板7均为冲孔网板,筛孔可以按出料粒度要求定制,合格的物料通过筛孔排出,阻止研磨介质溢出,同时,筛网板可以提前与准备好的筛板架焊为一体,方便更换,换下来的筛板架再重新焊筛网板备用,所述出料内圈筛板6与所述出料外圈筛板7均为不锈钢,更加耐磨,延长使用时间。
为了更好的效果,所述出料中心板2为冲孔网板,所述内圈筛板架4通过螺栓与所述出料中心板2固定连接,加强磨内通风量,有助于磨内降温及排料。
本发明通过各个结构件组合,便于更换与安装,适应不同出料粒度要求;本发明可以满足磨机出料端对于的筛板缝隙需要足够细的要求,同时可以保证磨机足够的通风量;本发明具有便于更换、出料细度高的优点。

1.一种干式高细磨机的出料装置,它包括卸料锥,其特征在于:所述卸料锥的中部固定有出料中心板,所述出料锥的外圈环绕固定有支撑座,所述支撑座相对于出料锥的外侧连接有支撑板,所述支撑板的上侧同时固定有内圈筛板架和外圈筛板架,所述外圈筛板架连接在所述内圈筛板架的外圈,所述内圈筛板架上固定有出料内圈筛板,所述外圈筛板架上固定有出料外圈筛板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种干式高细磨机的出料装置,其特征在于:所述出料内圈筛板焊接在所述内圈筛板架的内侧,所述出料外圈筛板焊在所述外圈筛板架的内侧。
