The working principle is as follows: when the flour needs to be ground by using the grinding device, the cover plate 5 is opened, the flour is poured into a grinding box 12 in the grinding device, the motor is started, the rotating shaft 10 is driven by the motor to rotate, the sliding pipe 11 is driven by the rotating shaft 10 to rotate, the sliding pipe 11 drives the sliding column 14 to rotate, the grinding roller 15 and the scraper 16 are driven by the sliding column 14 to rotate, the grinding roller 15 rotates by the contact with the grinding box 12 while the grinding roller 15 is rotated by the slide column 14, therefore, the flour is ground, when the grinding roller 15 encounters the flour dough, the flour dough can enable the grinding roller 15 to move upwards through the sliding column 14, the sliding column 14 can extrude the spring 13, the grinding roller 15 can grind the flour dough, the situation that the grinding roller 15 cannot grind the flour dough is avoided, the sliding column 14 can drive the grinding roller 15 to reset through the acting force of the spring 13, while the grinding roller 15 grinds the flour, the scraper 16 scrapes the flour at the bottom of the grinding box 12, meanwhile, the scraping plate 16 drives the knocking frame 17 and the connecting rod 18 to move, the connecting rod 18 drives the first grinding wheel 20 and the second grinding wheel 22 to move, the first grinding wheel 20 and the second grinding wheel 22 can rotate through the contact with the grinding box 12, so as to grind the flour again, meanwhile, the first grinding wheel 20 can drive the tamper 21 to rotate, the tamper 21 can contact with the knocking frame 17 and push the knocking frame 17 to rotate while rotating, the knocking frame 17 can deform the torsion spring 19, when the tamper 21 is separated from the knocking frame 17, the knocking frame 17 can be reset by the acting force of the torsion spring 19, therefore, the grinding box 12 is knocked, the grinding box 12 vibrates, the grinding box 12 can be prevented from being blocked due to the accumulation of flour in the grinding box 12, and the flour falling effect of the grinding device is improved.
Example 2
Referring to fig. 1-5, a high dietary fiber enriched nutritional flour has a formula comprising: the wheat flour is prepared from 100 parts of wheat, 10 parts of soybean, 6 parts of corn, 5 parts of radix puerariae, 5 parts of poria cocos and 6 parts of auxiliary materials, the quality characteristics of wheat flour processed by wheat flour are guaranteed by adding the materials such as soybean, corn, radix puerariae and poria cocos, the mechanical stirring resistance of dough is high, the surface of a processed flour product is smooth and elastic, and trace nutrient components such as protein, dietary fiber, mineral substances, vitamins and the like are greatly improved.
In the invention, the auxiliary materials comprise dragon fruits, yellow peaches and cherries, and the auxiliary materials also comprise 2 parts of edible salt, 2 parts of edible essence and 2 parts of starch pectin powder.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the nutritional flour with high dietary fiber, which comprises the following steps:
