As shown in fig. 1 and 6, the airflow assisting device comprises an air net 5 and an air shell 13, the air net 5 is arranged above the rasp bar device 3, the air shell 13 is arranged above the air net 5, and the air net 5 and the air shell 13 are tightly matched and connected to the roller frame 1 through bolts; the air net 5 is provided with two groups of air vents 501, air inlets of the two groups of air vents are communicated with the hydraulic air pump 8 through a third pipeline 10, a second pipeline 9 and a regulating valve 12, the regulating valve 12 is connected between the second pipeline 9 and the third pipeline 10, and the regulating valve 12 is connected with a regulating handle 11. The number of the exhaust holes in the airflow auxiliary device is adjusted through a three-position four-way reversing valve according to the straw characteristics, the water content, the feeding amount and the like of the threshing materials.
The threshing process of the invention is as follows:
firstly, the nested airflow-assisted threshing cylinder has the threshing step: the method comprises the following steps that the gap of a concave plate sieve, the diameter of a rasp bar device and the number of exhaust holes are adjusted according to the characteristics of materials before harvesting, a specific adjusting valve is provided with an air inlet and two exhaust holes, if the materials are dry, the straws are not easy to knot and wind, the adjusting valve only opens one of two pipelines III 10, the exhaust holes in rows 1, 3 and 5 or rows 2, 4 and 6 of the exhaust holes work, if the straws are easy to wind and the threshing materials are wet, two air outlets of the adjusting valve are opened, namely the exhaust holes in rows 1, 3 and 5 and the exhaust holes in rows 2, 4 and 6 of the exhaust holes participate in the work; the material is harvested by the harvester and fed into the threshing cylinder through the feeding port 502, enters the gap between the threaded rod 303 and the concave sieve 2, the air flow is discharged from the exhaust hole of the air net 5 in the air flow auxiliary device, and the threshing material is tightly attached to the concave sieve 2 under the action of the air flow, so that the threshing material can be better rubbed under the combined action of the concave sieve and the threaded rod, and the threshing is completed.
Secondly, the nested airflow auxiliary threshing cylinder is separated: crop straws and capsule seeds which are threshed are blown into the spike tooth device 4 from the gap between the rasp bar and the rasp bar under the action of air flow due to the action of the air flow auxiliary device when the crop straws and the capsule seeds rotate along with the rasp bar 303 to the top of the rasp bar, the direction of the spike tooth device 4 is opposite to that of the rasp bar device 3, materials entering the spike tooth device 4 are collided reversely by the spike teeth 403, the materials are fully scattered, the capsule seeds fall onto the concave plate sieve 2 from the straws, and the straws are discharged out of the threshing roller under the action of the grass guide plate 307 at the back of the rasp bar.
The threshing machine is ingenious in design, compact in layout due to the adoption of a nested structure, and the size of the whole threshing machine is effectively reduced on the premise of ensuring the threshing quality; the threshing device is matched with the airflow auxiliary device, so that the threshing effect is effectively improved, the threshing rate is improved, the diameter-adjustable threaded rod device and the gap-adjustable concave sieve improve the safety protection performance of equipment, the threshing of the newly fed materials is not influenced by the threshed materials, the threshing blockage caused by threshing is prevented, and the adaptability is wide.
