1. A picking device for an impact type plum blossom bud is characterized by comprising a picking device, wherein the picking device is connected with a mechanical arm assembly;
the picking device comprises a connecting frame, a rotating roller is arranged at the end part of the connecting frame, a plurality of picking structures are arranged on the rotating roller, and each picking structure comprises a plurality of picking mechanisms;
each picking mechanism comprises a picking rod arranged on a rotary roller;
the rotating roller is connected with a driving mechanism; the driving mechanism comprises a driving motor arranged on the connecting frame, and the driving motor is connected with the rotary drum through a transmission belt.

The harvesting apparatus for impact quincuncial buds as claimed in claim 1, wherein the rotating drum is provided with a plurality of harvesting structures distributed about the circumference of the rotating drum; the adjacent picking structures are distributed at intervals; each picking structure comprises a plurality of picking mechanisms, and adjacent picking mechanisms are distributed in parallel at intervals.

10. A picking method of plum blossom buds using the picking apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterised in that the picking method comprises the steps of:
step 1: laying a collecting bag below a plum blossom tree of which the plum blossom buds are to be harvested;
step 2: after the step 1 is finished, enabling the picking device to be close to the plum blossom branches to be picked through the operation of the mechanical vehicle body and the movement of the mechanical arm assembly;
after the picking device reaches the set position, starting the driving mechanism to enable the rotating roller to drive each picking mechanism to rotate, and enabling the picking mechanisms to impact and scrape buds on the plum blossom branches so as to separate the buds from the branches;
and step 3: and (3) after the step 2 is finished, completing collection of the plum blossom buds of one branch, and repeating the step 1-2 if the plum blossom buds on other branches need to be collected.
