Abstract

一种冰箱用的能充分冷却新装填物的装置,它包括:安装在冷藏室后墙上部的基板,在基板中部有通气口;用枢轴安装在基板上为冷气导向的许多叶片;用来左右移动叶片的滑动杆;水平移动滑动杆的电机;安装在滑动杆一端附近用来控制电机运行的限位开关;上面有许多供冷气流过的切口的盖子;以及一对分别位于冷藏室两侧的温度传感器,用来检测冷藏室温度变化,该装置能迅速集中冷却新装入的食物,防止冷藏室温度升高,此外,它还降低电耗。

Description

冰箱用的充分冷却新装填物的装置
本发明涉及一种冷却装置,更具体的说,是冰箱用的充分冷却新装填物的装置,该装置能迅速、充分地冷却刚放进冰箱的食物,并且能防止冷藏室中的温度升高,同时,还能减少耗电量。
如图1和图2所示,现有技术中的冰箱包括外壳体1和内壳体2,在外壳体1和内壳体2之间填满绝热材料3。在上部冷冻室4和下部冷藏室5之间设有隔离层6,该隔离层6充当内部绝热层。从冷冻室4的后方向前,顺序设有屏蔽板7和栅板8,屏蔽板7和栅板8上分别有许多孔7a和8a,供冷却气体通过。如图2所示,致冷室9在屏蔽板7的左后方形成。
在致冷室9中设有用马达11驱动的风扇10和蒸发器12。在隔离层6内部设有第一导管6a和第二导管6b,分别将在冷冻室4和冷藏室5中循环之后的冷空气送回致冷室9内。在隔离层6内还设有第3导管6c,用来将致冷室9中产生的冷却气体送入冷藏室5。
气流调节器13设置在冷藏室5的后面,用来将致冷腔9中的蒸发器12所产生的冷却气体供应给冷藏室5,在该气流调节器3上分布着许多互相隔开一定间距的孔13a。
许多搁板14设置在冷藏室5内,可以拆卸,用来放置冷藏的食物。在冷藏室5的下部有一个蔬菜盒15。
具有上述结构的现有的冰箱按下述方式运行:
由马达11驱动风扇10产生的一部分冷空气,通过蒸发器12,穿过屏蔽板7上的各个孔7a和栅板8上的各个孔8a,流入冷冻室4内。然后,经过在冷冻室4内循环的冷空气再流过位于隔离层6内的第一导管6a,流回致冷室9中的蒸发器12。
蒸发器12中的其余冷空气依次流过隔离层6内的第三导管6c,和气流调节器13上的许多孔13a,进入冷藏室5,冷却放在搁板14上和蔬菜盒15内的食物,然后,再通过第二导管6b流回致冷室9内。
然而,上述现有冰箱的缺点在于,在搁板上和/或蔬菜盒内新放入食物时会导致冷藏室内的温度升高,从而使原来贮藏在冷藏室中的食物变质,而且,由于新放入的食物延长了所需要的致冷时间,会导致耗电量增加。
因此,本发明的目的在于提供一种冰箱用的充分冷却新装填物的装置,该装置能迅速、充分地冷却新装填物,并且能防止冷藏室的温度升高,同时又降低耗电量。
为达到上述目的,本发明提供一种冰箱用的充分冷却新装填物的装置,这种冰箱有一个带侧壁和后墙的通冷气的冷藏室,用于上述冰箱的充分冷却新装填物的装置包括:一块安装在冷藏室后墙上部的基板,该基板中部有一个通气口;许多用枢轴安装在基板上的叶片,用它来引导从通气口流出的冷气;一根与这许多叶片连接的滑动杆,用来使叶片向左右转动;一台用来使滑动杆沿水平方向移动的电机;一个装在滑动杆一端附近的限位开关,用来控制电机的运行;一个上面有许多切口的盖子,这些切口供冷气通过,盖子固定在基板上;以及一对分别安装在冷藏室两侧的温度传感器,用来检测冷藏室的温度变化。
下面,参照附图详细描述本发明的实施例。附图中。

如图3和图4所示,依据本发明的冰箱用的充分冷却新装填物的装置A设置在冷藏室5的后墙上部。
参照图3-图8,充分冷却新装填物的装置包括:安装在冷藏室5的后墙上部的基板21,在基板21的中部有一个通气口21′;用枢轴安装在基板21上的许多叶片22,用来引导穿过通气口21′的冷气;安装在基板21上的可左右移动的滑动杆23,它的下表面和各叶片22的上部连接;安装在基板21内一角上的同步电机24,它有一根偏心轴24a,用来水平移动滑动杆23;靠近同步电机24的行程开关25,用来控制同步电机24的工作;一个盖26,盖26上有许多供冷气通过的切口26a;以及一对分别位于冷藏室5两侧的温度传感器27和28,用来检测冷藏室5内的温度变化。
在基板21凹进的前表面的上、下部分相应地设有一对水平支承板21a和21b,用来支承叶片22,在各支承板21a和21b上,有许多隔开一定间距分布的铰链孔21c和21d。
一对用作铰接轴的铰链销22a和22b分别设置在各叶片22的上、下端部,并分别插入相应的一对铰链孔21c和21d中,使得叶片22可绕铰接轴转动。
滑动杆23的下表面上设有许多彼此隔开一定间距的孔,从各叶片22的中心的上部延伸出的连接轴22c分别插入滑动杆23上相应的孔内,这样,水平移动滑动杆23时,各叶片22就会分别绕各自的铰链销22a和22b转动,从而控制冷气的流向。
如图11所示,在滑动杆23的一端设有一椭圆形构件23a。在电机24的电机主轴24a上有一个偏心凸轮29,凸轮的偏心距为Δd。凸轮29塞入椭圆形构件23a中,从而使得滑动杆23能随着电机轴24a的转动而左右移动。当滑动杆23向左移动时,限位开关25上的杆25a和椭圆形构件23a接触,于是就关闭电动机24,从而停止叶片22的转动。
在盖26的两侧分别设有钩子26,用来钩住基板21上的相应的钩子孔21e,将盖26固定在基板21上。
下面描述依据本发明的充分冷却新装填物的装置的工作过程。
当新的装填物(食物)F存入冷藏室5内时,一对温度传感器27、28开始感觉到冷藏室5内的温度变化。
假如如图3所示,新的装填物F放在搁架14的左边,于是位于冷藏室5左侧的传感器27便感应到新的装填物F原来较高的温度,因此,来自蒸发器12的冷气便集中供应给新的装填物F,从而防止其它先放入的食物受新装填物F高温的影响,并且减少电耗。
更详细的说,传感器27检测到新的装填物F的温度,并且又将电信号输给同步电机24,使得电机轴24a向顺时针方向转动,如图9A所示,从而使滑动杆23向左移动,如图10A所示。结果,与滑动杆23连接的叶片22就使冷气都吹向新装填物F。
此时,从滑动杆23延伸出来的椭圆形构件23a抵住限位开关杆25a,于是限位开关25动作,使同步电机24停止运行。结果,冷却导向叶片22保持其现有的位置,不再转动。
也就是说,当温度传感器27检测到新装填物的高温度时,电动机24开始运行,使滑动杆23移动,从而带动叶片,使冷气流的方向对着新的充填物F,一直持续到滑动杆23的椭圆形构件23a抵住限位开关25的开关杆25a,亦即,直到叶片22停止转动,固定在将冷气导向新装填物F的位置上。此后,滑动杆23的一次行程的时间由预先设定的计时器测定,测量出的值用来关闭同步电机的运行。
因此,当许多叶片22都使冷气朝向新放入的装填物F时,蒸发器12产生的冷气流过隔离层6中的第三导管6c,再接着流过通气口21′,然后被叶片22导向新装填物F,从而能迅速、充分地冷却新充填物F,并且防止冷藏室5的温度升高。
如图9B和10B所示,当新装填物放在搁架14的左边时,可通过顺时针转动电机24,使得滑动杆23移动,带动叶片22转动,使冷气吹向右边。
当冷藏室5中的温度由于冷气吹向新装填物F集中冷却而降低时,同步电机24的运转使得滑动杆23作住复线性运动,从而带动叶片22向左右转动(振荡),将冷气均匀地分布在整个冷藏室5内。
如上所述,依据本发明的冰箱用的充分冷却新装填物的装置能迅速、集中冷却新的装填物,并且防止冷藏室内其它食物的温度升高。
此外,上述充分冷却装置还起到减少电耗的作用。

Claims (5)

1.一种冰箱用的充分冷却新装填物的装置,所述冰箱带有通冷气的,带有侧壁和后墙的冷藏室,上述装置包括:
一块安装在冷藏室后墙上部的基板,该基板的中部有一个通气口;
用枢轴安装在基板上的用于引导从通气口流出的冷气的许多叶片;
一根与上述许多叶片连接,使叶片左右转动的滑动杆;
一台用来使滑动杆沿水平方向移动的电机;
一个安装在滑动杆一端附近的限位开关,用来控制电机的运行;
一个上面有许多供冷气通过的切口的盖子,该盖子安装在基板上,以及
一对分别安装在冷藏室两侧的温度传感器,用来检测冷藏室的温度变化。
2.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,它还包含一对分别设置在基板凹进的前表面的上、下部的水平支承板,用来用枢轴安装各叶片。
3.如权利要求2所述的装置,其特征在于,在水平支承板上有许多隔开一定间距分布的铰链孔。
4.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,从各叶片顶部中心处延伸出来的连接销与滑动杆的下表面连接。
5.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,在滑动杆的端部设有椭圆形构件,由从电机延伸出的电机轴驱动的偏心凸轮位于上述椭圆形构件内,从而能使滑动杆随着电机驱动的偏心轮转动而作线性往复运动。
