本发明提供了一种TPU复合面料的涂层机用烘干装置,属于面料设备领域。包括底座,底座顶部固定有烘干箱、收卷架,烘干箱内侧壁固定有调节架,调节架上转动连接有调节辊,烘干箱一侧固定有加热箱,加热箱的一侧连接有热风输送管,述热风输送管前端贯穿烘干箱侧壁,加热箱与烘干箱之间连接有回流管,回流管上安装有抽气泵,收卷架上设置有收卷辊、间歇式组件、降温组件,收卷辊转动连接在收卷架上,间歇式组件包括传动盘、传动杆、电机,降温组件包括风扇叶片,通过电机驱动传动杆,传动杆通过传动盘带动收卷辊转动,实现间歇式收卷面料,通过电机带动风扇叶片对面料进行吹风降温。提高烘干效率及质量,热能利用率高,产品生产质量好。

技术领域
本发明属于面料设备领域,涉及一种TPU复合面料的涂层机用烘干装置。
背景技术
涂层面料是一种经特殊工艺处理的面料。它能使在面料表面形成一层均匀的覆盖胶料,从而达到防水,防风等功能。然而现有的涂料设备大多结构简单,无法保证对面料表面涂层均匀,且无法对涂层加工后的面料进行及时的烘干,容易导致面料表面涂层发生变质,且不经过烘干收卷时容易损坏面料表面涂层,现有的涂层机具有的烘干机构结构简单,只是简单的设置加热器或电热丝与吹风机相配合对面料涂层表面进行烘干,但面料在输送的过程中停留时间过短,导致烘干效果较差,且吹风机和电热丝相配合直接对面料吹送风,容易造成面料局部过热,从而对面料造成损伤并浪费热风能,热能利用率低,且往往烘干后的面料直接收卷,面料具有很大的热量,待收卷的面料冷却后,容易造成面料发生形变以及褶皱。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的技术存在上述问题,提出了一种TPU复合面料的涂层机用烘干装置,以解决上述背景技术提出的目前的涂层机的烘干时间过短,烘干效率较低,烘干质量差,热能利用率低,无法对烘干后的面料进行降温导致面料收卷冷却后容易发生形变的问题。
本发明的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:一种TPU复合面料的涂层机用烘干装置,包括底座,其特征在于,所述底座顶部依次固定有烘干箱、收卷架,所述烘干箱两侧分别开设有进料口和出料口,所述烘干箱内侧壁交错固定有若干个调节架,所述调节架上转动连接有调节辊,所述烘干箱一侧固定有加热箱,所述加热箱的一侧连接有热风输送管,所述热风输送管前端贯穿烘干箱侧壁并位于烘干箱内,所述热风输送管上连接有若干个扩散风嘴,所述加热箱顶部固定有净化箱,所述净化箱连通有穿过烘干箱顶部的抽风管,所述净化箱一端连接有回流管,所述回流管一端与加热箱相连通,所述回流管上安装有抽气泵;
所述收卷架上设置有收卷辊、间歇式组件、降温组件,所述收卷辊转动连接在收卷架上,所述间歇式组件包括传动盘、传动杆、电机,所述传动盘套设在收卷辊左侧的转轴上,传动盘能带动收卷辊同步转动,所述电机固定在收卷架上,所述电机的输出轴穿过收卷架连接有调节杆,所述传动杆具有限位孔,所述传动杆通过限位孔套设在收卷辊左侧的转轴上并位于传动盘左侧,所述传动杆上固定有轴承座一,所述调节杆一端与轴承座一相连接,所述传动盘周向间隔固定有若干根连杆,所述连杆一端具有圆柱,所述传动杆前端开有供圆柱卡嵌的滑孔,所述降温组件包括风扇叶片,所述风扇叶片一端连接有从动轴,所述从动轴一端穿过收卷架并连接有从动齿轮,所述电机的输出轴连接有主齿轮,所述主齿轮和从动齿轮之间套设有齿链。
进一步的,所述的底座顶部依次设置有位于烘干箱前端的放卷机构、涂层机构,所述放卷机构包括放卷辊、电动伸缩杆、复位弹簧,所述底座前端开有供放卷辊放置的缺口,所述底座开有连通缺口并能供放卷辊两侧的转轴卡嵌的横孔和竖孔,横孔与竖孔一端相连通并相互垂直,所述复位弹簧底部固定在竖孔内底壁上,所述复位弹簧上端固定有升降块,所述电动伸缩杆固定在底座一侧,所述电动伸缩杆连接有挡块,且挡块位于升降块正上方,所述升降块和挡块均具有供放卷辊两侧转轴卡嵌的弧形槽;
所述涂层机构包括支架、涂料箱,所述支架固定在底座顶部,所述涂料箱固定在支架顶部,所述涂料箱底部连接有穿过支架顶部的导液管,导液管上安装有电磁阀,电磁阀的输出端连接有出液管,所述支架内转动连接有涂抹辊、牵引辊,所述涂抹辊位于出液管下方,牵引辊位于涂抹辊下方,所述涂料箱内固定有电加热丝。
进一步的,所述的支架一侧设置有平整组件,所述平整组件包括导布辊、气缸,所述导布辊转动连接在支架一侧,所述支架一侧固定有固定块,所述气缸固定在固定块上,所述气缸的伸缩杆穿过固定块连接有安装板,所述刮安装板底部连接有刮刀,且刮刀位于导布辊正上方。

与现有技术相比,本发明的优点有:
1、本发明通过在烘干箱内壁安装有活性炭吸附组件,可以避免烘干时产生的异味扩散到工作环境中,同时利用抽气泵和回流管,可以将烘干箱内的热气流抽取经过加热箱后循环使用,节约热能,便于使用。
2、本发明通过在烘干箱内交叉设置若干个调节架、调节辊,使得面料呈S型通过烘干箱,延长烘干时间,增加面料烘干面积,提高烘干效率,同时调节辊和调节弹簧相配合,提高面料张进度,避免面料松松垮垮经过烘干箱,进一步提高烘干效率。
3、本发明通过设置间歇式组件,减缓面料收卷速度,提高面料在烘干箱内的停留时间,使得面料获得足够的烘干时间,同时利用电机驱动主齿轮,并通过齿链和从动齿轮带动转轴转动,转轴带动风扇转动对烘干后的面料进行降温处理,由于面料收卷速度减缓以及连杆和传动盘上开有的通风孔,大大提高了风扇对面料的降温处理效率。
4、本发明设置的主齿轮的周长为从动齿轮的周长的12倍,可有效保证风扇能一直转动,并对收卷后的面料进行不间断的持续吹风降温,有效对面料进行降温处理,避免面料发生形变。
5、本发明通过设置横孔和竖孔、缺口,有效对放卷辊进行限位,同时利用复位弹簧和升降块相配合,电动伸缩杆和挡块相互配合,可有效保障放卷辊在放卷时不会产生偏移,同时当放卷辊放出面料重量逐渐变轻时,复位弹簧通过升降块带动放卷辊沿着竖孔上升,电动伸缩杆带动挡块上升并使挡块始终贴靠在放卷辊的转轴上直至放卷辊放完面料才会驱动挡块脱离放卷辊,可将放卷辊沿着横孔拿出,便于放卷辊的装卸,且放卷辊放出面料的高度始终可以保持在适当高度,便于后续的输送,避免发生卡滞。
6、本发明通过设置收集槽,便于对涂料的回收,有效节约成本,符合环保理念。
7、本发明通过设置扩散风嘴,可将热风输送管内的热风给分散开吹出,避免热空气对面料直吹送风,而造成面料局部过热,从而对面料造成损伤。
8、本发明通过设置加热丝加热涂料箱内的涂料,使得涂料温度上升,从而使涂料软化,便于涂覆,且使得涂覆效果更好,同时还通过驱动气缸调节刮刀的高度,便于对面料表面涂层进行平整。

如图1-4所示,本TPU复合面料的涂层机用烘干装置,包括底座1,所述底座1顶部依次固定有烘干箱2、收卷架3,所述烘干箱2两侧分别开设有进料口4和出料口5,所述烘干箱2内侧壁交错固定有若干个调节架6,所述调节架6上转动连接有调节辊7,所述烘干箱2一侧固定有加热箱8,所述加热箱8的一侧连接有热风输送管9,所述热风输送管9前端贯穿烘干箱2侧壁并位于烘干箱2内,所述热风输送管9上连接有若干个扩散风嘴10,所述加热箱8顶部固定有净化箱11,所述净化箱11连通有穿过烘干箱2顶部的抽风管12,所述净化箱11一端连接有回流管13,所述回流管13一端与加热箱8相连通,所述回流管13上安装有抽气泵14,所述收卷架3上设置有收卷辊15、间歇式组件、降温组件,所述收卷辊15转动连接在收卷架3上,所述间歇式组件包括传动盘16、传动杆17、电机18,所述传动盘16套设在收卷辊15左侧的转轴上,传动盘16能带动收卷辊15同步转动,所述电机18固定在收卷架3上,所述电机18的输出轴穿过收卷架3连接有调节杆19,所述传动杆17具有限位孔20,所述传动杆17通过限位孔20套设在收卷辊15左侧的转轴上并位于传动盘16左侧,所述传动杆17上固定有轴承座一21,所述调节杆19一端与轴承座一21相连接,所述传动盘16周向间隔固定有若干根连杆22,所述连杆22一端具有圆柱23,所述传动杆17前端开有供圆柱23卡嵌的滑孔24,所述降温组件包括风扇叶片25,所述风扇叶片25一端连接有从动轴26,所述从动轴26一端穿过收卷架3并连接有从动齿轮27,所述电机18的输出轴连接有主齿轮28,所述主齿轮28和从动齿轮27之间套设有齿链29。
如图1、5所示,所述底座1顶部依次设置有位于烘干箱2前端的放卷机构、涂层机构,所述放卷机构包括放卷辊30、电动伸缩杆31、复位弹簧32,所述底座1前端开有供放卷辊30放置的缺口33,所述底座1开有连通缺口33并能供放卷辊30两侧的转轴卡嵌的横孔34和竖孔35,横孔34与竖孔35一端相连通并相互垂直,所述复位弹簧32底部固定在竖孔35内底壁上,所述复位弹簧32上端固定有升降块36,所述电动伸缩杆31固定在底座1一侧,所述电动伸缩杆31连接有挡块37,且挡块37位于升降块36正上方,所述升降块36和挡块37均具有供放卷辊30两侧转轴卡嵌的弧形槽,所述涂层机构包括支架38、涂料箱39,所述支架38固定在底座1顶部,所述涂料箱39固定在支架38顶部,所述涂料箱39底部连接有穿过支架38顶部的导液管40,导液管40上安装有电磁阀41,电磁阀41的输出端连接有出液管42,所述支架38内转动连接有涂抹辊43、牵引辊44,所述涂抹辊43位于出液管42下方,牵引辊44位于涂抹辊43下方,所述涂料箱39内固定有电加热丝45。
如图1、7所示,所述支架38一侧设置有平整组件,所述平整组件包括导布辊46、气缸47,所述导布辊46转动连接在支架38一侧,所述支架38一侧固定有固定块48,所述气缸47固定在固定块48上,所述气缸47的伸缩杆穿过固定块48连接有安装板49,所述刮安装板49底部连接有刮刀50,且刮刀50位于导布辊46正上方。
如图6所示,所述调节辊7两端的转轴连接有轴承座二51,所述调节架6上开有供轴承座卡嵌的调节槽52,所述轴承座二51和调节槽52内壁连接有调节弹簧53。
如图1-4所示,所述传动盘16和连杆22均开有通风孔54,所述主齿轮28的周长是从动齿轮27的周长的12倍,所述传动杆17前端具有弧形部55,所述传动盘16周向间隔固定有6根连杆22,所述净化箱11内从上至下依次固定有过滤板56和干燥板57,所述烘干箱2内侧壁固定有活性炭吸附组件58,所述底座1具有收集槽59,所述收集槽59位于牵引辊44支架38整下方,所述收集槽59的开口正对导布辊46和牵引辊44,所述底座1一侧具有连通收集槽59的排液管60,所述排液管60上安装有阀门61。
具体操作方式
面料涂层处理:将放卷辊30两端的转轴沿着横孔34放入,由于没有放卷之前的放卷辊30具有一定的重量,放卷辊30带动升降块36沿着竖孔35下降,驱动电动伸缩杆31带动挡块37下移,并使挡块37始终贴靠在放卷辊30两端的转轴的表面,放卷辊30放出面料,牵引辊44牵引面料到涂抹辊43下方,启动电磁阀41将涂料箱39内的涂料从出液管42喷向涂抹辊43,涂抹辊43对面料表面进行涂层处理,导布辊46将涂层后的面料牵引出支架38,驱动气缸47,带动刮刀50移动下移直至刮刀50与导布辊46的间距达到要求为止,刮刀50对面料表面涂层进行平整处理;
面料烘干收卷处理:面料从进料口4进入烘干箱2内,面料呈S型依次经过若干个调节辊7,面料挤压调节辊7,调节辊7通过轴承座二51压缩调节弹簧53,调节弹簧53受压缩并对轴承座二51施加一个相反的力,轴承座二51通过调节辊7对面料进行张紧,启动加热箱8,加热箱8通过热风输送管9、扩散风嘴10对面料进行烘干处理,同时驱动抽气泵14,抽气泵14通过抽风管12将烘干箱2内的热风抽入净化箱11内,再将热风从净化箱11内抽入加热箱8内,净化后的热风可循环使用,减少热能的消耗,启动电机18带动调节杆19转动,调节杆19带动传动杆17绕着收卷辊15左侧的转轴呈弧形轨迹运动,传动杆17通过圆柱23、连杆22带动传动盘16转动,传动杆17转动6次指定弧形轨迹可使传动盘16转动一圈,传动盘16带动收卷辊15转动并对面料进行收卷,同时电机18带动主齿轮28转动,主齿轮28通过齿链29、从动齿轮27带动从动轴26转动,从动轴26带动风扇叶片25转动,风扇叶片25对收卷的面料进行吹风降温,主齿轮28转动一圈能通过齿链29带动从动齿轮27转动12圈。

Claims (9)
1.一种TPU复合面料的涂层机用烘干装置,包括底座(1),其特征在于,所述底座(1)顶部依次固定有烘干箱(2)、收卷架(3),所述烘干箱(2)两侧分别开设有进料口(4)和出料口(5),所述烘干箱(2)内侧壁交错固定有若干个调节架(6),所述调节架(6)上转动连接有调节辊(7),所述烘干箱(2)一侧固定有加热箱(8),所述加热箱(8)的一侧连接有热风输送管(9),所述热风输送管(9)前端贯穿烘干箱(2)侧壁并位于烘干箱(2)内,所述热风输送管(9)上连接有若干个扩散风嘴(10),所述加热箱(8)顶部固定有净化箱(11),所述净化箱(11)连通有穿过烘干箱(2)顶部的抽风管(12),所述净化箱(11)一端连接有回流管(13),所述回流管(13)一端与加热箱(8)相连通,所述回流管(13)上安装有抽气泵(14);
所述收卷架(3)上设置有收卷辊(15)、间歇式组件、降温组件,所述收卷辊(15)转动连接在收卷架(3)上,所述间歇式组件包括传动盘(16)、传动杆(17)、电机(18),所述传动盘(16)套设在收卷辊(15)左侧的转轴上,传动盘(16)能带动收卷辊(15)同步转动,所述电机(18)固定在收卷架(3)上,所述电机(18)的输出轴穿过收卷架(3)连接有调节杆(19),所述传动杆(17)具有限位孔(20),所述传动杆(17)通过限位孔(20)套设在收卷辊(15)左侧的转轴上并位于传动盘(16)左侧,所述传动杆(17)上固定有轴承座一(21),所述调节杆(19)一端与轴承座一(21)相连接,所述传动盘(16)周向间隔固定有若干根连杆(22),所述连杆(22)一端具有圆柱(23),所述传动杆(17)前端开有供圆柱(23)卡嵌的滑孔(24),所述降温组件包括风扇叶片(25),所述风扇叶片(25)一端连接有从动轴(26),所述从动轴(26)一端穿过收卷架(3)并连接有从动齿轮(27),所述电机(18)的输出轴连接有主齿轮(28),所述主齿轮(28)和从动齿轮(27)之间套设有齿链(29)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种TPU复合面料的涂层机用烘干装置,其特征在于,所述底座(1)顶部依次设置有位于烘干箱(2)前端的放卷机构、涂层机构,所述放卷机构包括放卷辊(30)、电动伸缩杆(31)、复位弹簧(32),所述底座(1)前端开有供放卷辊(30)放置的缺口(33),所述底座(1)开有连通缺口(33)并能供放卷辊(30)两侧的转轴卡嵌的横孔(34)和竖孔(35),横孔(34)与竖孔(35)一端相连通并相互垂直,所述复位弹簧(32)底部固定在竖孔(35)内底壁上,所述复位弹簧(32)上端固定有升降块(36),所述电动伸缩杆(31)固定在底座(1)一侧,所述电动伸缩杆(31)连接有挡块(37),且挡块(37)位于升降块(36)正上方,所述升降块(36)和挡块(37)均具有供放卷辊(30)两侧转轴卡嵌的弧形槽;
所述涂层机构包括支架(38)、涂料箱(39),所述支架(38)固定在底座(1)顶部,所述涂料箱(39)固定在支架(38)顶部,所述涂料箱(39)底部连接有穿过支架(38)顶部的导液管(40),导液管(40)上安装有电磁阀(41),电磁阀(41)的输出端连接有出液管(42),所述支架(38)内转动连接有涂抹辊(43)、牵引辊(44),所述涂抹辊(43)位于出液管(42)下方,牵引辊(44)位于涂抹辊(43)下方,所述涂料箱(39)内固定有电加热丝(45)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种TPU复合面料的涂层机用烘干装置,其特征在于,所述支架(38)一侧设置有平整组件,所述平整组件包括导布辊(46)、气缸(47),所述导布辊(46)转动连接在支架(38)一侧,所述支架(38)一侧固定有固定块(48),所述气缸(47)固定在固定块(48)上,所述气缸(47)的伸缩杆穿过固定块(48)连接有安装板(49),所述刮安装板(49)底部连接有刮刀(50),且刮刀(50)位于导布辊(46)正上方。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种TPU复合面料的涂层机用烘干装置,其特征在于,所述调节辊(7)两端的转轴连接有轴承座二(51),所述调节架(6)上开有供轴承座卡嵌的调节槽(52),所述轴承座二(51)和调节槽(52)内壁连接有调节弹簧(53)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种TPU复合面料的涂层机用烘干装置,其特征在于,所述传动盘(16)和连杆(22)均开有通风孔(54)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种TPU复合面料的涂层机用烘干装置,其特征在于,所述主齿轮(28)的周长是从动齿轮(27)的周长的12倍。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种TPU复合面料的涂层机用烘干装置,其特征在于,所述传动杆(17)前端具有弧形部(55),所述传动盘(16)周向间隔固定有6根连杆(22)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种TPU复合面料的涂层机用烘干装置,其特征在于,所述净化箱(11)内从上至下依次固定有过滤板(56)和干燥板(57),所述烘干箱(2)内侧壁固定有活性炭吸附组件(58)。
9.根据权利要求2所述的一种TPU复合面料的涂层机用烘干装置,其特征在于,所述底座(1)具有收集槽(59),所述收集槽(59)位于牵引辊(44)支架(38)整下方,所述收集槽(59)的开口正对导布辊(46)和牵引辊(44),所述底座(1)一侧具有连通收集槽(59)的排液管(60),所述排液管(60)上安装有阀门(61)。
