adding oleum Sesami 20 jin into the medicinal liquid A, heating to 256 deg.C, heating at a rate of 4 deg.C/min, adding Galamina and Gypsum Fibrosum, decocting for 3min, adding stigma croci Sativi, decocting for 5min, and taking out to obtain unguent B and medicinal liquid B;

Test results
50 patients with moderate skin injuries caused by burns and scalds are selected, the patients show local large blisters and difficult pain, the age is 30-40 years old, the patients are randomly divided into 5 groups, 10 people are selected from each group, 1-5 groups respectively correspond to the medicines used in the examples 1-5, and the using method is as follows: the medicine is applied on wound surface until completely covering the wound surface, 1 time per day, and is continuously used for 15 days. After 15 days, the recovery of the patients was counted, and the results are shown in Table 1.
The evaluation standard of curative effect is as follows: refer to the "standards of the Chinese medicine industry of the people's republic of China" made by the national State administration of traditional Chinese medicine of 1994. And (3) healing: the wound surface is completely healed, the epithelium of the wound surface is completely covered, and the scar is solid; the effect is shown: the wound surface is reduced by more than 75 percent, the granulation tissue of the wound surface is fresh, and the color is bright red; improvement: the wound surface is reduced by 25-75%, and granulation tissue of the wound surface is fresh and red; and (4) invalidation: the wound surface is reduced by less than 25 percent, the granulation tissue of the wound surface is dark in color and grows well, and no obvious reduction trend exists.

According to table 1, the medicine for wound repair prepared by the application has a remarkable treatment effect on patients with moderate burns and scalds, and the cure rate is 100%.
Clinical examples
1. Li Shi, female, 50 years old, burn and scald, local large blister and intolerable pain. The medicine is applied to the affected part for 5 minutes to relieve pain, once a day, and the affected part is healed after 15 days without scars. The results are shown in FIG. 1.
2. Song Dynasty, male, age 40, paraplegia of the lower limbs caused pressure sores. The medicine is applied to the affected part once a day, and the affected part is healed after 3 months. The results are shown in FIG. 2.
3. When a male is in age of 4 years old, the medicine is applied to the affected part once a day and the disease is healed in 20 days. The results are shown in FIG. 3.
4. Wangzhi, 55 years old, was cut by a pulverizer, and the medicine was applied to the affected part once a day for 20 days to heal. The results are shown in FIG. 4.
In summary, in the drug for wound repair in the embodiment of the present application, saffron has the effects of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis, cooling blood, removing toxicity, resisting inflammation and improving circulation; the angelica has the effects of enriching and activating blood, resisting inflammation, easing pain, stopping bleeding and resisting bacteria; radix rehmanniae has effects in clearing away heat, cooling blood, nourishing yin, promoting salivation, inhibiting bacteria, stopping bleeding, and relieving inflammation; galamina has effects of eliminating dampness, healing sore, removing toxic substance, promoting granulation, relieving itching, inhibiting bacteria, diminishing inflammation, and relieving pain; gypsum Fibrosum has effects of clearing heat, lowering fire, removing toxic substance, promoting granulation, eliminating dampness, healing sore, and stopping bleeding; crinis Carbonisatus has astringent, hemostatic, blood stasis removing, antiinflammatory, and antibacterial effects; beeswax has effects of removing toxic substance, healing sore, promoting granulation, relieving pain, and inhibiting bacteria; the sesame oil has the effects of detoxifying, promoting granulation, moistening skin and relieving pain; vaseline and lanolin can promote skin absorption and keep skin moist. The active ingredients are cooperated for use, so that the drug effect is promoted, and the wound healing is realized by the combined action of promoting the generation and the transformation of granulation tissues, improving the circulation, reducing the exudation of secretion, isolating the contact of bacteria and skin and moistening the skin, so that the drug not only can be used for treating burn and scald and common trauma, but also can be used for treating postoperative wounds, pressure sores, gangrene, skin ulceration, diabetic feet, old rotten legs and the like, and the drug has more comprehensive efficacy and higher practicability.
According to the preparation method of the medicine for wound repair, the raw materials are decocted in batches, so that the loss of thermosensitive medicine components can be effectively avoided, the content of the effective components of the medicine is improved, the medicine effect is enhanced, the growth of granulation tissues and epidermal cells is promoted, and the wound repair is accelerated.

The medicine for wound repair is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80-120 parts of sesame oil, 0.1-5 parts of saffron, 1-15 parts of angelica, 3-20 parts of radix rehmanniae, 4-20 parts of calamine, 2-15 parts of gypsum, 2-15 parts of crinis carbonisatus, 15-30 parts of beeswax, 3-16 parts of vaseline and 2-14 parts of lanolin.

A medicament for wound repair according to claim 1, comprising 90-100 parts by weight of sesame oil, 0.1-0.5 part by weight of saffron crocus, 4-7 parts by weight of angelica, 5-10 parts by weight of rehmannia root, 5-10 parts by weight of calamine, 4-8 parts by weight of gypsum, 4-8 parts by weight of crinis carbonisatus, 20-28 parts by weight of beeswax, 5-10 parts by weight of vaseline and 4-8 parts by weight of lanolin.
3. A medicament for wound repair according to claim 2, comprising 95 parts sesame oil, 0.32 parts saffron, 5.2 parts angelica, 8 parts radix rehmanniae, 7.2 parts calamine, 6 parts gypsum, 6 parts crinis carbonisatus, 24 parts beeswax, 8 parts vaseline and 6 parts lanolin, all by weight.
4. A method of preparing a medicament as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3 for wound repair, comprising the steps of:
heating oleum Sesami, adding radix rehmanniae, decocting for 5-10min, adding radix Angelicae sinensis, decocting for 3-8min, and taking out to obtain unguent A and medicinal liquid A; adding oleum Sesami into the medicinal liquid A, heating, adding Galamina and Gypsum Fibrosum, decocting for 2-6min, adding stigma croci Sativi, decocting for 4-10min, and taking out to obtain unguent B and medicinal liquid B; adding oleum Sesami into the medicinal liquid B, heating, adding Cera flava, vaseline and lanolin, and decocting for 5-10min to obtain medicinal material; mixing the paste A, paste B and the medicinal materials, cooling, adding crinis Carbonisatus, stirring, mixing, and cooling.
5. A method for preparing a medicament for wound healing as claimed in claim 4, wherein the raw materials further comprise radix rehmanniae, radix Angelicae sinensis, Calamina, Gypsum Fibrosum, and crinis Carbonisatus powder pulverized to particle size of less than 2mm before use.
