一种有机电致发光器件,包括:第一电极、第二电极以及设置在第一电极和第二电极之间的第一发光层和第二发光层,第一发光层位于第二发光层靠近第一电极的一侧,第一发光层和第一电极之间设置有电子阻挡层。第一发光层包括第一主体材料和第一客体材料,第二发光层包括第二主体材料和第二客体材料,第一主体材料不同于第二主体材料。电子阻挡层、第一发光层和第二发光层满足:│HOMOEBL│<│HOMOEML1│<│HOMOEML2│,│HOMOEML1‑HOMOEBL│=0.2eV至0.4eV;其中,HOMOEBL为电子阻挡层的HOMO能级,HOMOEML1为第一发光层的HOMO能级,HOMOEML2为第二发光层的HOMO能级。
