Since the number of channels that can be played by a television is very large, a user may spend a lot of time in the process of searching for a desired channel, which may result in a poor user experience.
In order to solve the above technical problem, an embodiment of the present application provides a channel list display method, which is applied to the display device 200, and in the method, first filtering information is stored in advance, that is, filtering information utilized when a channel is filtered last time is retained, and since a preference of a user for watching the channel does not generally change, when the channel list needs to be displayed again, the first channel list determined by the first filtering information stored in advance is directly displayed on a display, so that time spent by the user when searching for the channel is shortened, and a use experience of the user is improved.
Fig. 5 illustrates a flow chart of a channel list display method provided in accordance with some embodiments. In fig. 5, the method includes:
s1, when receiving the instruction for displaying the channel list, detecting whether there is the first filtering information corresponding to the channel list stored in advance.
In the embodiment of the present application, the instruction for displaying the channel list may be input in various ways.
In one implementation, the instruction for displaying the channel list may be that the user may press a specific key input on the control apparatus 100. Illustratively, the control device 100 is provided with a menu key that a user presses to input an instruction for displaying a channel list. In another implementation, the user may further input an instruction to display the channel list by operating on the user interface through the control device.
In some embodiments, when the user operates the channel source control on the user interface through the control device, the instruction for displaying the channel list is input, so that the channels in the finally displayed channel list are all from the same channel source. Of course, in other embodiments, the channel source control may not be used, so that the channels in the finally displayed channel list are not limited to being from the same channel source.
It should be noted that the channel sources of the channels played by the display device 200 may be various. Illustratively, the channel source includes a satellite signal, a terrestrial signal (cable), a cable signal (antenna), and the like. It is to be understood that the channel sources in the embodiments of the present application are not limited to the above-mentioned channel sources, and may be other channel sources.
In some embodiments, in order to reduce the difficulty of searching channels in the channel list by the user, the channel source control may be set so that the channels in the obtained channel list are only from the source corresponding to the channel source control, and the number of channels in the channel list is reduced, thereby facilitating the user to search channels.
In one example, the instructions for displaying the channel list are entered via the channel source control, which may be entered as per the following example.
Fig. 6 illustrates a user interface diagram provided by some embodiments. In fig. 6, a display entry 600 for a channel source list is displayed, and a user moves a focus to the display entry 600 through the control apparatus 100 and inputs an instruction for displaying the channel source list by pressing a confirmation key on the control apparatus 100.
Fig. 7 illustrates a user interface diagram provided by some embodiments. In response to the instruction for displaying the channel source list, the display is controlled to display the channel source list, where the channel source list 700 includes channel source controls 701 and 703, and the channel source controls correspond to channel sources.
The user may enter an instruction to display a channel list by moving the focus to the channel source control through the control device 100 and pressing a confirmation key on the control device. Referring again to fig. 7, the channel source list includes a first channel source control 701, a second channel source control 702, and a third channel source control 703. The channel source corresponding to the first channel source control 701 may be a satellite signal. The channel source corresponding to the second channel source control 702 may be a terrestrial signal. The channel source corresponding to the third channel source control 703 may be a cable signal. When a user moves a focus to the first channel source control through the control device and presses a confirmation key on the control device, an instruction for displaying a channel list is input, and channels corresponding to the channel controls in the displayed channel list are acquired through satellite signals in response to the instruction for displaying the channel list.
In the embodiment of the application, through the set channel source control, a user can conveniently search channels corresponding to different channel sources. In some embodiments, the channel source control is preset content. When the channel source control is selected, the channel restriction of the channel list is from the same channel source.
In the embodiment of the present application, a display manner of the display entry of the channel source list is not limited. The display portal may be displayed separately on the user interface. Or may be displayed on the user interface along with the channel list. Fig. 8 illustrates a user interface diagram provided by some embodiments, in which an entry 800 is displayed on the user interface together with a channel list 801 corresponding to a currently selected channel source control in fig. 8, so that a user can view channels in the channel list corresponding to the channel source control, and thus, the user can select channels. In some embodiments, when the channel source control is not selected, the channels in the channel list displayed simultaneously with the channel source control may be a channel list corresponding to a preset channel source control.
The user may move the focus to the display portal using the control device and press a confirmation key on the control device. Fig. 9 is a schematic diagram illustrating a user interface provided in some embodiments, where fig. 9 shows a first channel source control 901, a second channel source control 902, and a third channel source control 903. The user can select the first channel source control, the second channel source control and the third channel source control through the control device, and input the instruction of the channel list.
In the embodiment of the application, whether first screening information which is stored in advance and corresponds to the channel list exists is detected. If the first filtering information exists, the filtering information which is set by the user in the past is explained so that the display device displays the channel list which the user wants to watch. At this time, in order to display the channel list again, the original channel list is acquired, which facilitates the subsequent screening of the channel list conforming to the first screening information from the original channel list. The determination of the first screening information is described in detail below. For example, as shown in fig. 9, a user selects a first channel source control 901 through a control device, a channel source corresponding to the first channel source control 901 is a satellite signal, and at this time, it is detected whether first filtering information of a channel list corresponding to the first channel source control 901, which is stored in advance, exists. It is understood that the user may use the first channel source control 901 to view the channel list and then filter out the channel controls of the channels desired to be viewed through the filter list (the process of determining the channel controls through the filter list is described in detail below, and will not be described in detail here).
S2, if the first screening information exists, an original channel list is obtained, and the original channel list comprises at least one piece of first channel information.
In some embodiments, the first channel information includes at least one of first original channel information, second original channel information, and third original channel information.
The step of determining the first original channel information includes: and searching channels through frequency points to determine first original channel information. In the embodiment of the application, the display device may determine first original channel information by searching for a channel at a frequency point, where the first original channel information includes channel information of a digital television program. In the embodiment of the application, before the instruction of the first channel list is displayed, the display device searches channels by using the frequency point to obtain the channel information of the channels which can be played by the display device.
The step of acquiring the second original channel information comprises: and acquiring second original channel information which is stored in a memory in the display equipment in advance. Illustratively, the second original channel information may be a parent lock. It should be explained that the parental lock is manually set on the display device for the user and that certain channels may be locked, for example, which are not suitable for children to watch, and which may be locked by setting on the display device.
The step of acquiring the third original channel information comprises: detecting whether the display equipment plays a program; if the display device is playing the program, acquiring third original channel information from a code stream of the playing program, wherein the third original channel information comprises program information of the playing program and program information of programs played by other channels in the same time interval as the playing program. The programs that can be played by the display device include digital television programs and network live television programs. The third original channel information may include a program type, which may include, for example, sports, education, and the like.
In some embodiments, the first original channel information includes first resolution information, and the step of determining the first original channel information by searching for channels with frequency points includes:
acquiring an SDT (Service description section) acquired by the display device through frequency point channel searching;
acquiring a Service descriptor (Service descriptor) and a component descriptor (component descriptor) in the SDT table;
detecting whether the service descriptor has second resolution information or not, and detecting whether third resolution information exists in the component descriptor or not to obtain a detection result; and determining first resolution information in the first original channel information according to the detection result. In the embodiment of the application, the result of determining the first resolution information by using the service descriptor and the component descriptor is more accurate. In some embodiments, detecting whether the second resolution information exists in the service descriptor may be looked up in a service _ type field in the service descriptor, and detecting whether the third resolution information exists in the component descriptor may be looked up in stream _ content _ ext, stream _ content, and component _ type fields in the component descriptor.

and if the service descriptor has second resolution information and the component descriptor has third resolution information, comparing the second resolution information with the third resolution information, and determining that the second split-screen rate information or the third resolution information with high resolution is the first resolution information in the first original channel information.
If second resolution information exists in the service descriptor and third resolution information does not exist in the component descriptor, determining that the second resolution information is first resolution information in the first original channel information;
and if third resolution information exists in the component descriptor and second resolution information does not exist in the service descriptor, determining that the third resolution information is the first resolution information in the first original channel information.
In the embodiment of the application, the first resolution information can be more accurately determined through the component descriptor and the service descriptor.
In this embodiment of the application, the first filtering information may be pre-stored filtering information, and how to determine the first filtering information is described in the following exemplary description.
In the embodiment of the application, a user can set the first screening information through a user interface of the display device, so that the display device determines and displays the first channel list conforming to the first screening information, and stores the first screening information. In this way, when the channel list needs to be displayed again, the first channel list can be directly determined through the first screening information, the user is prevented from repeatedly determining the first screening information, and the time for generating the channel list is prolonged. The user can select a channel desired to be viewed in the first channel list, thereby reducing the time spent by the user in searching for the channel.
In the embodiment of the application, a filtering control is displayed on the user interface. Referring again to FIG. 8, a filter control 802 is included on the user interface in FIG. 8. Fig. 10 illustrates a user interface diagram provided by some embodiments to control a display to display a filter list 1001 when an instruction to select a filter control is received. The instruction for selecting the filter control may be input by a user moving the focus to the filter control via the control device and pressing a confirmation key on the control device.
The filter list includes a filter control. Referring again to FIG. 10, four types of filter controls are included on the user interface. The four types of filtering controls are a channel content class control 1002, a resolution class control 1003, a parental lock class control 1004, and an encryption class control 1005. Each type of control includes at least one filter control. It should be noted that the display device can play data containing pictures and data not containing pictures. The channel content class controls include controls corresponding to data containing frames and controls corresponding to data not containing frames.
In some embodiments, the filter list may further include a sort class control 1006, where a control in the sort class control does not belong to the filter control, and a user may sort the channel controls in the channel list through the sort class control. Illustratively, the order may be by the numbers 0-9, or by the letters A-Z.
In the embodiment of the present application, the determination of the filtering control may be determined in two forms. The first mode is to preset a filtering control, preset at least one filtering control, and directly display the preset filtering control on a display when receiving an instruction for selecting the filtering control.
The second way is to determine second filtering information according to an original channel list, where the filtering list includes a filtering control corresponding to the second filtering information.
In some embodiments, if the channels of the channel list are not restricted to being from the same channel source, the step of determining the filtering control according to the original channel list comprises: searching screening information in the original channel list; and determining the screening information as second screening information. And determining a screening control according to the second screening information.
Illustratively, the filtering information in the original channel list may include resolution information, content information, and encryption information. For example, when the original channel list includes the resolution information, the resolution information is determined to be the second filtering information, and at this time, a resolution control corresponding to the resolution information is generated, and the resolution control is a filtering control. And when the resolution information does not exist in the original channel list, the resolution type control does not exist in the screening list.
In the embodiment of the present application, the channel source of the channel in the displayed channel list is not limited, so that the content that can be used as the filtering information is directly filtered from the original channel list, and the filtering information is determined to be the second filtering information.
