Description

Simple and easy cultivation method for rice seed buds with zero pollution discharge
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of agricultural environment clean production, and particularly relates to a rice seed bud zero-pollution simple cultivation method.
Background
In the prior rice seedling cultivation, disinfectant or bactericide is added with water to soak seeds for 2 to 10 days to ensure that the seeds absorb water fully, then the seeds are washed by clean water for 3 times to clean the seed soaking agent, the seeds absorbing water are subjected to germination acceleration to expose white seed buds after 48 to 72 hours under the conditions of constant temperature of 30 to 33 ℃ and moisture preservation, and then the seeds are sowed on a seedling tray. Orderly stacking the planted seedling trays in the south, placing the seedling trays in a bud promoting room or a bud promoting workshop, maintaining a certain temperature and humidity, culturing for a certain time, waiting for the growth of the seedlings to grow cones, and spreading the seedlings to a plastic greenhouse or an open-air seedling raising field; the sown seedling tray is spread in plastic shed directly in northern area, covered with 2-3 layers of plastic film for heat preservation and moisture preservation, and taken off after the seedling grows to the vertical cone.
The disadvantages of the current method for seed bud cultivation are as follows: firstly, seed soaking waste liquid containing a large amount of pesticide residues is generated, harmless treatment cannot be realized in production, and the environment is polluted; soaking seeds and using medicaments increase the production cost; thirdly, seed soaking is carried out from the beginning to the seed bud with the length of 1 cm, and the time and the labor are consumed (4 days to 15 days) (the labor is used for soaking the seed with the disinfectant and cleaning the seed); fourthly, equipment investment is needed (seed soaking tools and a large-scale seed soaking workshop needs to be built); the risk is large (because the process has more links and the risk degree of the accidental occurrence is increased for a long time), the seed soaking is complete, the disinfection is incomplete, the seed buds grow insufficiently, and the like; sixthly, because the liquid is disinfected, the concentration of the liquid medicine must be ensured to ensure the effectiveness of the disinfectant, namely, the dosage of the seed soaking medicament is relatively large, the cost is increased, and the pollution is increased.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problems and provides a simple and easy cultivation method for rice sprouts without pollution discharge.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a rice seed bud zero-pollution simple cultivation method comprises the following steps: adopting an upright spiral seed dressing machine and a biological antibacterial agent for dressing dry rice seeds; sowing the mixed rice seeds into a moist nutrient soil or a substrate seedling tray; and placing the sowed seedling tray in a constant-temperature chamber to promote germination.
The biological antibacterial agent is one or a mixture of more than two of polyoxin, bacillus subtilis, trichoderma harzianum, kasugamycin, ethylicin, benzylaminopurine, oligosaccharide, matrine, cnidium lactone, amino-oligosaccharide and lentinan.
The biological antibacterial agent takes natural organic matters as a carrier, preferably microbial strains, can generate a plurality of plant hormones through an industrial fermentation process, and contains plant growth hormone, antibiotics, gibberellin, a plurality of nutrient substances and the like. The research proves that: the natural complex substances can play a role in mutual synergism and attenuation. It can stimulate rice cell division and promote synthesis of chlorophyll and protein. Improving the disease resistance and cold resistance of the rice, preventing the premature senility of the rice and the shedding of the flowers and fruits, and is a necessary substance in the growth and development process of the rice. It can supplement the deficiency of the rice body to the substances, and regulate the vegetative growth and reproductive growth mechanism of the rice so as to achieve the purposes of increasing yield and high efficiency.
Polyoxin is a metabolite generated by streptomyces aureofaciens, and belongs to broad-spectrum antibiotic bactericides. Has better internal absorption and conduction effects. The action mechanism is to interfere the biosynthesis of chitin on the cell wall of the pathogenic bacteria, so that the cell wall of the bacteria cannot carry out biosynthesis and the pathogenic bacteria die. After the germ tube and hyphae contact the medicament, the local part expands, breaks and overflows the cell contents, and the cell cannot normally develop, so that the cell dies. Therefore, the composition also has the effects of inhibiting pathogenic bacteria from sporulating and disease spot from expanding.
Active substances such as subtilin, polymyxin, nystatin, gramicidin and the like generated in the growth process of bacillus subtilis have obvious inhibiting effect on pathogenic bacteria or conditional pathogenic bacteria of endogenous infection. The bacillus subtilis is rapidly propagated and planted in the plant body and in the soil where the plant grows in a large quantity, so that the propagation of pathogenic microorganisms is effectively prevented, the plant infection by the pathogenic microorganisms of the plant is interfered, the colonization of the pathogenic microorganisms on the plant is damaged, and the bacteriostasis and disease control effects are achieved.
Trichoderma harzianum is used as a biocontrol bacterium for preventing plant diseases caused by pathogenic bacteria such as pythium, Rhizoctonia solani, fusarium, Rhizopus nigricans, Neurospora, Sclerotinia sclerotiorum and the like.
Kasugamycin has excellent control and treatment effects on rice blast on rice.
Ethylicin not only can inhibit various fungi and bacteria, but also has the function of stimulating growth. The ethylicin acts with the substance containing sulfur radicals in the thallus, thereby inhibiting the normal metabolism of the thallus.
Benzylaminopurine is a plant growth regulator, and has effects of inhibiting decomposition of chlorophyll, nucleic acid, and protein in plant leaf, keeping green, and preventing aging; the amino acid, auxin, inorganic salt and the like are transported to the treatment part.
The oligosaccharide derived from plant and its pathogen cell wall can be used as elicitor to induce plant cell to generate resistance reaction. After the oligosaccharide signal is identified by plant cells, the instant reactions such as plasma membrane depolarization, ion channel opening, extracellular culture medium alkalization and the like can be rapidly caused; and the jasmonic acid signal molecule can be synthesized through a stearic acid metabolic pathway to induce the expression of the resistance related gene.
Matrine is an alkaloid prepared by extracting dried root, plant and fruit of Sophora flavescens ait of Leguminosae with organic solvent such as ethanol. Matrine is mainly used for preventing and controlling various pests such as pine moth, tea moth, cabbage caterpillar, etc. Has multiple functions of insecticidal activity, bactericidal activity, plant growth regulating function and the like.
Osthole has inhibitory effect on Epidermophyton floccosum, Gypsum Fibrosum-like microspore bacteria, and wool-like microspore bacteria.
The amino-oligosaccharins can change the microflora of soil, promote the growth of beneficial microorganisms and inhibit some phytopathogens. The amino-oligosaccharin can stimulate the growth of plants and increase the yield of crops, fruits and vegetables. The amino-oligosaccharin can induce the disease resistance of plants, has the functions of immunizing and killing various fungi, bacteria and viruses, and has good prevention and treatment effect on rice blast. Meanwhile, the amino-oligosaccharin has a direct inhibition effect to a certain extent on various plant pathogenic bacteria.
Lentinan is an effective active ingredient extracted from fruiting bodies of high-quality lentinus edodes, and is a main effective ingredient of lentinus edodes. Lentinan can destroy the protein shell of the virus and damage the DNA structure of the virus; but also can block the intercellular transmission channel of the virus, namely the plasmodesmata, thereby preventing the virus disease from being transmitted among cells and playing a role in preventing diseases. Lentinan can inactivate virus, reduce the harm of virus to plants, prevent fungal and bacterial diseases of crops, remarkably improve the immunity of crops, increase the yield of crops and improve the quality of crops.
The biological antibacterial agent preferably comprises 80% ethylicin missible oil and 1% lentinan aqua, wherein the weight ratio of each component is that 80% ethylicin missible oil is 50% and 1% lentinan aqua is 50%.
The rice seeds are dry rice seeds, and the weight ratio of the dry rice seeds to the biological antibacterial agent is as follows: 10:1 to 10000:1, preferably 500:1 to 5000:1, most preferably 100:1 to 2000: 1.
The dry rice seeds and the biological antibacterial agent adopt an upright spiral seed dresser, and the rotation speed of the seed dresser is 10-1000 revolutions/minute, preferably 50-500 revolutions/minute, and most preferably 60-200 revolutions/minute; the seed dressing time is from 10 minutes to 30 minutes, preferably from 10 minutes to 20 minutes, most preferably from 10 minutes to 15 minutes.
The temperature of the constant temperature and humidity germination accelerating chamber is 25-40 ℃, preferably 28-38 ℃, and most preferably 30-35 ℃; indoor relative humidity of 50% -100%, preferably 70% -100%, most preferably 85% -100%; the germination-promoting time is 12 hours to 72 hours, preferably 18 hours to 72 hours, most preferably 48 hours to 72 hours.
After the technical scheme is adopted, the invention has the following advantages:
the invention utilizes the high temperature to promote the water absorption and germination of dry seeds under the high humidity environment, simultaneously adopts the biological antibacterial agent to mix seeds to replace a chemical bactericide, forms a circle of occupied biological protective layer around the seeds, utilizes the growth promotion, stress resistance and sterilization functions of the biological bactericide to prevent the seeds from being damaged by pathogenic bacteria and promote the germination, and realizes the purpose of replacing the chemical bactericide for sterilization.
The invention reduces the steps of sterilization and seed soaking by adopting high-concentration pesticide in the existing seed bud cultivation method, simplifies the existing seed bud cultivation method, thereby reducing the discharge of seed soaking waste liquid containing a large amount of pesticide and not polluting the environment; the equipment investment, labor and time for seed soaking are reduced; the biological antibacterial agent adopts a biological source seed dressing agent, zero pollution discharge in the rice seed bud cultivation process can be realized, and the environment is harmless; the rice cultivated by the method has regular and strong seed buds and good seedling quality.
