It should be noted that, for a specific implementation of step S201, refer to step S101, and details are not described here.
And S202, displaying a withdrawal interface to a user.
Continuing to the above example, if the user uses the ATM to operate, the display area of the ATM is used to display the withdrawal interface to the user, and if the user uses the mobile banking APP to operate, the mobile banking APP is used to display the withdrawal interface to the user.
The withdrawal interface comprises two input areas, one is used for inputting the card number of the bank card, and the other is used for inputting the identification number.
S203, receiving the card number and the identification card number of the bank card input by the user.
And S204, judging whether the identity card number has the use authority to the bank card.
It should be noted that, in the specific implementation process of the application, one bank card may bind multiple identity card numbers, that is, multiple users, but only one user is a card owner user, and other users are non-card owners users, and both the card owner user and the non-card owner user have a usage right on the bank card, so that, in the specific implementation process of the application, the multiple identity card numbers bound by the bank card may be stored, when the user wants to use the bank card a, it is only necessary to match and confirm a person in the binding relationship between the bank card a and the multiple identity account numbers, whether the identity card number input by the user is in the binding relationship between the bank card a and the multiple identity account numbers, if so, it is confirmed that the identity card number has a usage right on the bank card, and if it is determined that the identity card number has a usage right on the bank card, step S205 is executed.
S205, identifying the user.
The identity recognition comprises face recognition and fingerprint recognition.
Continuing to the above example, if the user uses the ATM to operate, the camera of the ATM is used to collect the face information of the user, the fingerprint recognizer of the ATM is used to collect the fingerprint information of the user, and the fingerprint information is matched with the face information and the fingerprint information stored by the user before to identify the identity, if the face information and the fingerprint information are consistent, the identity is identified; if the user uses the mobile phone bank APP to operate, the camera of the mobile phone is used for collecting face information of the user, the fingerprint recognizer of the mobile phone is used for collecting fingerprint information of the user, the fingerprint information is matched with the face information and the fingerprint information which are stored by the user before to identify the identity, and if the face information and the fingerprint information are consistent, the identity is identified.

The instruction for modifying the preset user use authority comprises a target user needing to be modified and the target use authority of the target user.
S502, modifying the use authority of the target user into the target use authority of the target user.
If the maximum sum of single withdrawal when a user in the use authority of a non-card host user A (target user) uses a bank card is modified to be 1000; the withdrawal interval time of a user in the use authority of a non-card main user B (target user) when the user uses a bank card is modified to be 7 days; the number of withdrawals in the usage right of the non-card owner user a (target user) is modified to 10, etc., which is not limited herein.
It should be noted that the card owner user can only modify the usage right, but cannot add or delete the usage right to the non-card owner user.
It can be understood that in the implementation process of the present application, the whole-process recording should be performed regardless of operations performed by the card owner user or the non-card owner user. The user who does not have the use authority can only carry out the money saving operation.
In another embodiment of the application, all non-card master users can be graded, and users reaching a certain grade can cancel some user authorities of lower grades. Moreover, the administrator identity can also be set, having the authority next to the card owner. When the authority of other users is modified, short message notification is sent to the card owner.
