In summary, the embodiments of the present invention provide a method and a system for controlling a depositing and dispensing machine, where the method includes: if an operation instruction for operating the cash recycling machine is not received within the preset time, acquiring the reserved information of a client; the method comprises the steps that a label containing reserved information of a customer is pasted to a bank card of the customer, and the bank card of the customer is transmitted to a card slot of a cash recycling machine; acquiring identity card information and a card-taking instruction of a client; acquiring a bank card of a customer in the card slot according to the identity card information and the card-taking instruction; carrying out identity authentication on the client; and if the customer passes the identity authentication, the bank card of the customer is ejected out of the card slot. In the scheme, when it is detected that the user does not operate the depositing and withdrawing machine within the preset time, the reserved information is acquired and the bank card is transmitted to the card slot. When the customer swipes the identity card to take the card, the identity authentication is carried out on the customer, and if the customer passes the identity authentication, the bank card is discharged out of the card slot and returned to the customer. The bank card can be taken back without the client going to a website to handle the business, so that the time of the client is saved and the service experience of the client is improved.

Claims (10)

1. A control method of a depositing and dispensing machine, characterized by comprising:
if an operation instruction for operating the cash recycling machine is not received within the preset time, acquiring the reserved information of a client;
pasting a label containing the reservation information of the customer to a bank card of the customer, and transmitting the bank card of the customer to a card slot of the cash recycling machine;
acquiring the identity card information and card-taking instruction of the client;
acquiring the bank card of the customer in the card slot according to the identity card information and the card fetching instruction;
authenticating the client;
and if the customer passes the identity authentication, the bank card of the customer is spitted out of the card slot.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining the customer's bank card in the card slot based on the identification card information and the card-taking instruction comprises:
according to the card fetching instruction, sequentially determining whether the reserved information in the label of each bank card in the card slot is matched with the identity card information;
if the reserved information in the label of the bank card is not matched with the identity card information, the bank card is transmitted to other card slots;
and if the reserved information in the label of the bank card is matched with the identity card information, acquiring the bank card of the client.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining reservation information of a client comprises:
reading bank card information corresponding to a bank card of a client;
and acquiring the reserved information of the client corresponding to the bank card information from a background server.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the affixing a label containing reservation information of the customer to a bank card of the customer and the transferring the bank card of the customer into a card slot of the depositing and dispensing machine comprises:
storing the reservation information of the client into a Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) tag;
and adhering the RFID label to the bank card of the customer, and transmitting the bank card of the customer to the card slot of the cash recycling machine.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein said authenticating the client comprises:
acquiring a bank card password input by the customer;
determining whether the bank card password input by the customer is correct or not according to the bank card information corresponding to the bank card of the customer;
and if the bank card password input by the customer is correct, determining that the customer passes the identity authentication.
6. A control system of a depositing and dispensing machine, characterized in that the system includes:
the first acquisition unit is used for acquiring the reserved information of the client if an operation instruction for operating the cash recycling system is not received within the preset time;
the transmission unit is used for pasting a label containing the reservation information of the customer to a bank card of the customer and transmitting the bank card of the customer to a card slot of the cash recycling machine;
the second acquisition unit is used for acquiring the identity card information and the card-taking instruction of the client;
the third obtaining unit is used for obtaining the bank card of the customer in the card slot according to the identity card information and the card taking instruction;
the authentication unit is used for carrying out identity authentication on the client;
and the processing unit is used for spitting the bank card of the customer out of the card slot if the customer passes the identity authentication.
7. The system of claim 6, wherein the third obtaining unit comprises:
the determining module is used for sequentially determining whether the reserved information in the label of each bank card in the card slot is matched with the identity card information or not according to the card fetching instruction, executing the transmission module if the reserved information in the label of the bank card is not matched with the identity card information, and executing the obtaining module if the reserved information in the label of the bank card is matched with the identity card information;
the transmission module is used for transmitting the bank card to other card slots;
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the bank card of the customer.
8. The system of claim 6, wherein the first obtaining unit is specifically configured to: reading bank card information corresponding to a bank card of a client, and acquiring reserved information of the client corresponding to the bank card information from a background server.
9. The system of claim 6, wherein the transmission unit comprises:
the storage module is used for storing the reservation information of the client into a Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) label;
and the processing module is used for pasting the RFID tag to the bank card of the customer and transmitting the bank card of the customer to the card slot of the cash recycling machine.
10. The system of claim 6, wherein the verification unit comprises:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the bank card password input by the customer;
and the verification module is used for determining whether the bank card password input by the client is correct or not according to the bank card information corresponding to the bank card of the client, and if the bank card password input by the client is correct, determining that the client passes identity verification.
