Alternatively, the ATM 11 may detect a card-eject request after the user performs any of the above operations.
Step S302: the first server 12 sends the client authentication request to the second server 13.
Alternatively, the ATM machine 11 may directly send the client authentication request to the second server 13.
Alternatively, the ATM 11 may transmit the client authentication request to the second server 13 through the first server 12.
Optionally, the first server 12 sends the client authentication request to the second server 13 through a third server. Optionally, the third server is configured to receive the client authentication request sent by the first server; and converting the client authentication request into an authentication message with a preset format, and sending the authentication message to the second server, wherein the authentication message carries the client authentication request.
Step S303: the second server 13 stores in advance biometric information corresponding to each of the plurality of user identification information. After receiving the client authentication request, a collection request for collecting the biometric information is generated and sent to the client 14 associated with the identity information of the target user.
Optionally, the biometric information corresponding to the plurality of user identity information pre-stored by the second server 13 is obtained in the process of transacting the network certificate by the user.
Optionally, the biometric information corresponding to the plurality of user identity information pre-stored by the second server 13 may also be obtained through other channels, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
