After detecting that the target user triggers the operation (namely the operation of touching the confirmation control) for confirming the completion of the input of the contact information, the ATM can receive the target contact information input by the target user through the contact information input control, and send the target contact information to the identity verification server through the network.
Step 202: and receiving authentication information sent by the authentication server, wherein the authentication information comprises a target authentication identifier and a target identity identifier associated with the target contact way.
And after receiving the target contact information sent by the ATM, the authentication server carries out authentication based on the stored mapping relation and the target contact information. Specifically, the authentication server may search whether the stored mapping relationship includes the target contact information, and if the target contact information can be found, it indicates that the target user has passed the real-name authentication.
Furthermore, the identity verification server can generate a target verification identifier such as a verification code, and send the target verification identifier to the terminal equipment associated with the target contact way based on the target contact way; for example, the authentication server may send the authentication code to a cell phone associated with the cell phone number reserved by the user. Meanwhile, the identity authentication server can also acquire an identity label mapped with the target contact way as a target identity label based on the mapping relation stored in the identity authentication server, generate identity authentication information according to the target authentication label and the target identity label, and send the identity authentication information to the ATM.
It should be noted that, if the identity verification server does not find the target contact information sent by the ATM in the stored mapping relationship, it indicates that the target user does not pass the real-name identity verification, and at this time, the identity verification server may send an identity verification failure message to the ATM to prompt that the target user of the ATM does not pass the real-name authentication of the bank to which the target user belongs, and cannot support the train ticket printing operation.
Step 203: and receiving the verification identification input by the target user.
After receiving the identity verification information returned by the identity verification server, the ATM can confirm that the target user passes the real-name authentication of the bank to which the target user belongs, further can display a verification identifier input control and prompt the target user to input the target verification identifier currently received by the terminal equipment associated with the target contact way. For example, the ATM may display a passcode entry box while prompting the target user to enter the passcode currently received by the target contact.
After the target user finds that the terminal equipment receives the target verification identification sent by the identity verification server, the target verification identification can be input through a verification identification input control displayed on the ATM, and the control is confirmed by touch after the input of the verification identification is finished. After the ATM detects that the target user triggers the verification identifier input to complete the operation, the ATM can acquire the verification identifier input by the target user through the verification identifier input control and verify the verification identifier.
Step 204: performing identity authentication on the target user according to the authentication identifier and the target authentication identifier; and after the identity authentication is passed, generating a ticket taking request based on the target identity, and sending the ticket taking request to a train ticket server.
During specific implementation, the ATM can judge whether the verification identifier input by the target user is consistent with the target verification identifier carried in the authentication information, and if so, can confirm that the target user passes the authentication, otherwise, if not, can determine that the target user does not pass the authentication. In the case that the target user is confirmed to pass the authentication, the ATM may generate a ticket fetching request based on the target identity carried in the authentication information, and send the ticket fetching request to the train ticket server to request the train ticket server to provide the ticket information related to the target identity.
Step 205: and receiving the ticket information sent by the train ticket server in response to the ticket fetching request.
After receiving the ticket fetching request sent by the ATM, the train ticket server can search the ticket information related to the target identity carried in the ticket fetching request in a database for storing the ticket information of the tickets purchased by the user, and then send the searched ticket information to the ATM.
Step 206: and displaying the ticket information, responding to the confirmed printing operation triggered by the target user, and printing the train ticket selected by the target user.
And after receiving the ticket information returned by the train ticket server, the ATM correspondingly displays the ticket information. Illustratively, the displayed ticket information may include a train number, a train departure station, a train destination station, train travel time, identity information of the purchasing user, and the like.
It should be understood that if the user corresponding to the target identity only purchases one train ticket, the ATM may only display the related information of the train ticket, and if the user corresponding to the target identity currently purchases a plurality of train tickets, the ATM may display the respective related information of the plurality of train tickets.
Furthermore, the target user can trigger the ticket selection operation based on the ticket information displayed on the ATM, namely, the ticket information to be printed is selected from the displayed ticket information; after the ATM detects the ticket selection operation triggered by the target user based on the displayed ticket information, the target user can select the printed ticket as the target ticket.
After detecting the printing confirmation operation triggered by the target user aiming at the target ticket, the related information of the target ticket can be transmitted to a ticket printing device integrated in the ATM, and the target ticket is printed through the ticket printing device. Thus, the target user can finish the train ticket taking operation through the ATM.
According to the ticket taking method, the ticket taking service of the train ticket is expanded to the ATM, and the purchased train ticket can be printed by the ATM which is widely distributed by a user, so that the convenience of ticket taking operation is improved. In addition, in order to ensure the security of ticket picking operation, the ticket picking method provided by the embodiment of the application can also perform primary identity verification on the user triggering the train ticket printing operation according to the contact information input by the user on the ATM through the identity verification server based on the mapping relation between the identity of the user passing real-name authentication and the contact information reserved by the user, and perform secondary identity verification on the user triggering the train ticket printing operation according to the verification identifier input by the user and the target identity issued by the identity verification server through the ATM, so that the security of ticket picking operation is ensured.
The embodiment of the application also provides a ticket taking device, and the ticket taking device can be arranged in the ATM in the embodiment. Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a ticket collecting device according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 3, the device includes:
a receiving module 301, configured to receive a target contact address input by a target user, and send the target contact address to an authentication server;
the receiving module 301 is further configured to receive authentication information sent by the authentication server, where the authentication information includes a target authentication identifier and a target identity identifier associated with the target contact information; the identity authentication server is used for carrying out identity authentication on the target user according to the target contact way and the mapping relation stored in the target contact way, sending a target authentication identifier to the terminal equipment based on the target contact way after the identity authentication is passed, and sending the identity authentication information to the ATM; the mapping relation is the corresponding relation between the identity of the user passing the real-name authentication and the reserved contact way;
the receiving module 301 is further configured to receive a verification identifier input by the target user;
the verification module 302 is configured to perform identity verification on the target user according to the verification identifier and the target verification identifier; after the identity authentication is passed, generating a ticket taking request based on the target identity, and sending the ticket taking request to a train ticket server;
the receiving module 301 is further configured to receive ticket information sent by the train ticket server in response to the ticket fetching request;
and the printing module 303 is configured to display the ticket information, and print the train ticket selected by the target user in response to a print confirmation operation triggered by the target user.
Optionally, the printing module 303 is specifically configured to:
detecting ticket selection operation triggered by the target user based on the ticket information, and taking the ticket selected by the target user as a target ticket;
and when the printing confirmation operation triggered by the target user for the target ticket is detected, transmitting the information of the target ticket to the ticket printing equipment, and printing the target ticket through the ticket printing equipment.
The ticket taking device provided by the embodiment of the application expands the ticket taking service of the train ticket to the ATM, and a user can print the purchased train ticket through the ATM which is more widely distributed, so that the convenience of ticket taking operation is improved. In addition, in order to ensure the security of ticket picking operation, the ticket picking device provided by the embodiment of the application can also perform primary identity verification on the user triggering the train ticket printing operation according to the contact information input by the user on the ATM machine through the identity verification server based on the mapping relation between the identity of the user passing the real-name authentication and the contact information reserved by the user, and perform secondary identity verification on the user triggering the train ticket printing operation according to the verification identifier input by the user and the target identity issued by the identity verification server through the ATM machine, so that the security of the ticket picking operation is ensured.
The embodiment of the present application further provides a computer-readable storage medium for storing a program code, where the program code is used to execute any one implementation of a ticket fetching method described in the foregoing embodiments.
The present application further provides a computer program product including instructions, which when run on a computer, causes the computer to execute any one of the embodiments of the ticket collecting method described in the foregoing embodiments.
It is clear to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, the specific working processes of the above-described systems, apparatuses and units may refer to the corresponding processes in the foregoing method embodiments, and are not described herein again.
In the several embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed system, apparatus and method may be implemented in other manners. For example, the above-described apparatus embodiments are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the units is only one logical division, and other divisions may be realized in practice, for example, a plurality of units or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not executed. In addition, the shown or discussed mutual coupling or direct coupling or communication connection may be an indirect coupling or communication connection through some interfaces, devices or units, and may be in an electrical, mechanical or other form.
The units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the units can be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the embodiment.
In addition, functional units in the embodiments of the present application may be integrated into one processing unit, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated into one unit. The integrated unit can be realized in a form of hardware, and can also be realized in a form of a software functional unit.
The integrated unit, if implemented in the form of a software functional unit and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present application may be substantially implemented or contributed to by the prior art, or all or part of the technical solution may be embodied in a software product, which is stored in a storage medium and includes instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present application. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a U disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, and other various media capable of storing computer programs.
It should be understood that in the present application, "at least one" means one or more, "a plurality" means two or more. "and/or" for describing an association relationship of associated objects, indicating that there may be three relationships, e.g., "a and/or B" may indicate: only A, only B and both A and B are present, wherein A and B may be singular or plural. The character "/" generally indicates that the former and latter associated objects are in an "or" relationship. "at least one of the following" or similar expressions refer to any combination of these items, including any combination of single item(s) or plural items. Claims (10)

1. A ticket-fetching system, said system comprising: the system comprises terminal equipment, an ATM (automatic Teller machine), an identity verification server and a train ticket server; the identity authentication server stores the mapping relation between the identity of the user who passes real-name authentication and the contact way reserved by the user;
the ATM is used for receiving a target contact information input by a target user and sending the target contact information to the identity authentication server;
the identity authentication server is used for performing identity authentication according to the target contact way and the mapping relation, and sending a target authentication identifier to the terminal equipment based on the target contact way after the identity authentication is passed; and sending authentication information to the ATM, wherein the authentication information comprises the target authentication identification and a target identification mapped with the target contact way;
the ATM is also used for receiving a verification identifier input by the target user and carrying out identity verification according to the verification identifier and the target verification identifier; after the identity authentication is passed, generating a ticket taking request based on the target identity, and sending the ticket taking request to the train ticket server;
the train ticket server is used for searching ticket information based on the ticket fetching request and sending the ticket information to the ATM;
and the ATM is also used for displaying the ticket information and responding to the confirmed printing operation triggered by the target user to print the train ticket selected by the target user.
2. The system according to claim 1, wherein a target application capable of performing real-name identity authentication on a user is run in the terminal device;
the terminal device is used for sending a contact way change request to the identity authentication server when detecting that the current login user triggers the contact way change operation through the target application; the contact information change request comprises the identity of the current login user and the changed contact information;
the identity authentication server is further used for changing the contact way mapped with the identity of the current login user based on the contact way change request; and after the change operation is completed, returning response information of successful change to the terminal equipment.
3. The system of claim 2, wherein the terminal device is further configured to:
and searching the position of the ATM set in the target range through the target application.
4. The system of claim 2, wherein the terminal device is further configured to:
receiving login authentication information input by the target user through the target application, and transmitting the login authentication information to the identity verification server;
the authentication server is further configured to:
and performing identity verification on the target user based on the login authentication information, and allowing the target user to log in the target application after the identity verification is passed.
5. The system of claim 2, wherein the target application is a cell banking APP.
6. The system of claim 1, wherein the ATM machine has integrated therein a ticket printing device; the ATM machine is for:
detecting ticket selection operation triggered by the target user based on the ticket information, and taking the ticket selected by the target user as a target ticket;
and when the printing confirmation operation triggered by the target user for the target ticket is detected, transmitting the information of the target ticket to the ticket printing equipment, and printing the target ticket through the ticket printing equipment.
7. A ticket collecting method for use with an ATM machine, the method comprising:
receiving a target contact way input by a target user, and sending the target contact way to an identity authentication server;
receiving authentication information sent by the authentication server, wherein the authentication information comprises a target authentication identifier and a target identity identifier associated with the target contact way; the identity authentication server is used for carrying out identity authentication on the target user according to the target contact way and the mapping relation stored in the target contact way, sending the target authentication identification to the terminal equipment based on the target contact way after the identity authentication is passed, and sending the identity authentication information to the ATM; the mapping relation is the corresponding relation between the identity of the user passing the real-name authentication and the reserved contact way;
receiving a verification identification input by the target user;
performing identity authentication on the target user according to the authentication identifier and the target authentication identifier; after the identity authentication is passed, generating a ticket taking request based on the target identity, and sending the ticket taking request to a train ticket server;
receiving ticket information sent by the train ticket server in response to the ticket fetching request;
and displaying the ticket information, responding to the confirmed printing operation triggered by the target user, and printing the train ticket selected by the target user.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein said printing the train ticket selected by the target user in response to the confirmation print operation triggered by the target user comprises:
detecting ticket selection operation triggered by the target user based on the ticket information, and taking the ticket selected by the target user as a target ticket;
detecting a printing confirmation operation triggered by the target user aiming at the target ticket, transmitting the information of the target ticket to the ticket printing equipment, and printing the target ticket through the ticket printing equipment; the ticket printing apparatus is integrated in the ATM machine.
9. A ticket-fetching apparatus, said apparatus comprising:
the receiving module is used for receiving a target contact way input by a target user and sending the target contact way to the identity authentication server;
the receiving module is further configured to receive authentication information sent by the authentication server, where the authentication information includes a target authentication identifier and a target identity identifier associated with the target contact address; the identity authentication server is used for carrying out identity authentication on the target user according to the target contact way and the mapping relation stored in the target contact way, sending a target authentication identifier to the terminal equipment based on the target contact way after the identity authentication is passed, and sending the identity authentication information to the ATM; the mapping relation is the corresponding relation between the identity of the user passing the real-name authentication and the reserved contact way;
the receiving module is further used for receiving the verification identification input by the target user;
the verification module is used for verifying the identity of the target user according to the verification identifier and the target verification identifier; after the identity authentication is passed, generating a ticket taking request based on the target identity, and sending the ticket taking request to a train ticket server;
the receiving module is further used for receiving the ticket information sent by the train ticket server in response to the ticket fetching request;
and the printing module is used for displaying the ticket information, responding to the confirmed printing operation triggered by the target user and printing the train ticket selected by the target user.
10. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the print module is specifically configured to:
detecting ticket selection operation triggered by the target user based on the ticket information, and taking the ticket selected by the target user as a target ticket;
and when the printing confirmation operation triggered by the target user for the target ticket is detected, transmitting the information of the target ticket to the ticket printing equipment, and printing the target ticket through the ticket printing equipment.
