Abstract

Further, referring to fig. 2 and 4, a bottom sealing plate is fixed to the side surface of the bottom platform 7, and the bottom sealing plate seals the joint of the toggle plate 10 and the bottom platform 7. The inner side surfaces of the bottom sealing plates are fixedly connected with the toggle plates 10, and the two ends of the bottom sealing plates are fixedly connected with the two end sealing plates 5.

A horizontal direction member comprising: the horizontal T-shaped section, the top platform 6 and the bottom platform 7 are in cross connection with a vertical member (a vertical T-shaped section 8) to form a main bearing structure of the door body, so that the overall strength and rigidity of the door body are ensured.
The outer wall plate 1, the inner wall plate 4, the horizontal longitudinal frame 3 and the end sealing plate 5 jointly form a door body sandwich structure, and the heating and ventilation functions of the door body are realized. Meanwhile, the inner wall plate 4 as a secondary structure can enhance the overall strength and rigidity of the door body to a certain extent.
The gate body structure is not connected with other parts of the main ship body structure, and the platforms 7 at the top and the bottom of the door body, which are used as main mounting surfaces of gate equipment, need to have enough strength and rigidity. Therefore, the horizontal longitudinal frame 3 is arranged on the platform structure along the length direction of the door body, and the horizontal longitudinal frame 3 is firmly connected with the related structure.
