Abstract
The closed stealth bulwark comprises an outer side wall plate, a top plate and an inner side wall plate, wherein the outer side wall plate, the top plate, the inner side wall plate and a deck are sequentially connected to form a hollow closed cavity. The invention covers the original equipment exposed on the head deck of the ship, improves the stealth capability of the radar waves when the ship faces the air investigation, and further improves the life and fighting capacity of the whole ship.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a ship structure design, in particular to a closed stealth bulwark.
Background
In order to reduce the vessel deck swell and improve the safety, surface vessels are usually provided with bulwarks at the bow of the vessel. In ship structure design, bulwarks are generally designed in a plate-type, i.e., steel plate + frame form according to the specification requirements, and as shown in fig. 1, the plate-type bulwarks include toggle plates 22 and outer side wall plates 21. The disadvantage of the plate frame bulwarks is that the equipment on the weather deck 23 close to the bulwarks cannot be completely covered, so that the radar wave hiding capacity is poor when the enemy air detection is faced.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a closed stealth bulwark which can reduce the radar wave scattering area of equipment on a forebay at the head of a ship.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a closed stealth bulwark which comprises an outer side wall plate, a top plate and an inner side wall plate, wherein the outer side wall plate, the top plate, the inner side wall plate and a deck are sequentially connected to form a hollow closed cavity.
In the closed stealth bulwark, the outer side wall plate adopts a longitudinal framework type structure; the inner side wall plate is of a transverse framework type structure.
In the closed stealth bulwark, the surface of the outer side wall plate facing the inner side wall plate is longitudinally provided with the reinforcing ribs.
In the closed type stealth bulwark, the reinforcing ribs are of structures with two inclined ends.
The closed stealth bulwark is characterized in that the surface of the inner side wall plate facing the outer side wall plate is vertically provided with a strengthening material.
In the closed stealth bulwark, a first ventilation opening is formed in a deck in the hollow closed cavity, a second ventilation opening is formed in the inner side wall plate, and a grid plate is mounted at the second ventilation opening to form a ventilation enclosure well.

Detailed Description
The closed stealth bulwark of the present invention will be described in further detail below with reference to fig. 2 to 7.
Fig. 2 is a schematic structural view of a closed stealth side wall according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 2, the closed stealth bulwark of the present embodiment includes an outer side wall panel 1, a top panel 8 and an inner side wall panel 3, wherein the outer side wall panel 1, the top panel 8, the inner side wall panel 3 and a deck 10 are connected in sequence to form a hollow closed cavity. The equipment originally arranged on the deck close to the outer side wall plate is covered in the hollow closed cavity.
According to the closed stealth bulwark, the inner side wall plate 3 and the top plate 8 are arranged, the outer side wall plate 1, the top plate 8, the inner side wall plate 3 and the deck 10 are used for enclosing a hollow closed cavity, and equipment exposed on a head deck of a ship is covered, so that the stealth capacity of the ship facing the air during investigation is improved, and the life and fighting capacity of the whole ship are further improved; the closed stealth bulwark adopts double-layer wall plates (the outer side wall plate 1 and the inner side wall plate 3), so that the strength of the bulwark is enhanced.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the upper edge of the outer side wall panel 1 is welded to the top panel 8, and the lower edge of the outer side wall panel 1 is connected to the deck 10; the outer side wall panel 1 is made of L907A material and has a thickness of 10 mm. The upper edge of the inner side wall plate 3 is welded with the top plate 8, and the lower edge of the inner side wall plate 3 is connected with a deck plate 10; the inner side wall panel 3 is made of L907A material and has a thickness of 4 mm.
FIG. 3 is a schematic view of the direction A in FIG. 2 (a schematic view of the outer sidewall plate); fig. 4 is a schematic view of fig. 2 from B (schematic view of the inner sidewall plate).
Referring to fig. 3, the outer side wall plate 1 is a strong structure, and adopts a longitudinal skeleton type structure, and a reinforcing rib 2 is arranged in a longitudinal direction (which can be considered as a direction parallel to a horizontal plane), and the reinforcing rib 2 is welded on the surface of the outer side wall plate 1 facing the inner side wall plate. In this embodiment, the reinforcing rib 2 is made of 907A material, and is made of 10 # flat bulb steel, so as to play a role in reinforcement.
Referring to fig. 4, the inner side wall plate 3 is a cross frame structure, and a stiffener 4 is vertically (also referred to as a transverse direction, and may be considered as a direction perpendicular to a horizontal plane) and the stiffener 4 is welded on a surface of the inner side wall plate 3 facing the outer side wall plate. In this embodiment, the reinforcing material 4 is 907A material, which is No. 6 flat bulb steel.

Referring to fig. 4 and 5, a ventilation surrounding well is arranged in the hollow closed cavity, specifically, a first ventilation opening is formed in a deck 10, a second ventilation opening is formed in the inner side wall plate 3, and a grid plate 5 is installed at the second ventilation opening; the position of the second ventilation opening corresponds to the position of the first ventilation opening.
Referring to fig. 5, vertical reinforcing ribs 6 are arranged on the surface of the outer side wall plate 1 facing the inner side wall plate, and 907A material, namely 8X100 reinforcing flat steel, is adopted as the vertical reinforcing ribs 6.

Referring to fig. 6, to solve the bulwark construction process, the inner side wall plate 3 is provided with a process plate 7 on its surface facing the outer side wall plate.
Referring to fig. 7, the reinforcing ribs 4 are of a light structure with both ends chamfered.
Claims (8)
1. The closed stealthy bulwark comprises an outer side wall plate and is characterized by further comprising a top plate and an inner side wall plate, wherein the outer side wall plate, the top plate, the inner side wall plate and a deck are sequentially connected to form a hollow closed cavity in an enclosing mode.
2. The closed stealth bulwark of claim 1, wherein the outer side wall panels are of a longitudinal skeleton type construction; the inner side wall plate is of a transverse framework type structure.
3. The closed stealth bulwark of claim 2, wherein the outer sidewall panel has a reinforcement rib longitudinally on a surface thereof facing the inner sidewall panel.
4. The closed stealth bulwark of claim 3, wherein the reinforcing ribs are of a structure with both ends chamfered.
5. The closed stealth bulwark of claim 2, wherein the inner side wall panel has stiffeners vertically disposed on a surface thereof facing the outer side wall panel.
6. The enclosed stealth bulwark of claim 1, wherein a first vent is provided in a deck within the hollow enclosed cavity, a second vent is provided in the inner side wall panel, and a grid panel is mounted at the second vent to form a vent enclosure.
7. A closed stealth bulwark as claimed in claim 2, wherein the outer side wall panel has vertical stiffening ribs on its surface facing the inner side wall panel.
8. A closed stealth bulwark as claimed in claim 1, wherein a craft board is provided on a surface of the inner side wall panel facing the outer side wall panel.
