公告号为:CN206884366U一种高透气型脱氧剂包装材料,属于包装材料技术领域。它解决了现有脱氧剂包装材料的透气性不佳的问题。本高透气型脱氧剂包装材料,包括印刷膜、食品包装纸和透气膜,印刷膜具有若干个贯穿型的透气孔,且印刷膜的底面通过粘合胶复合在食品包装纸的顶面上,食品包装纸的底面通过粘合胶复合在透气膜的顶面上,且食品包装纸的底面和粘合胶之间还有防水防油层。它通过在食品包装纸的顶面设置具有透气孔的印刷膜,在食品包装纸的底面设置透气膜,能够使得整个包装材料具有较好的透气性,而设置在透气膜和食品包装纸之间的防水防油层能够起到良好的防水和防油效果。
上述技术方案在实际使用时,由于在材料上开设了气孔,所以整体强度较低,容易发生撕裂的问题,所以我们提出一种高透气型脱氧剂包装材料及加工方法,用于解决上述提出的问题。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在现有的技术方案在实际使用时,由于在材料上开设了气孔,所以整体强度较低,容易发生撕裂的技术问题,本发明提出了一种高透气型脱氧剂包装材料及加工方法。
本发明提出的一种高透气型脱氧剂包装材料,包括无纺布,所述无纺布的顶部和底部均固定连接有连接膜,位于下方的连接膜的底部固定连接有内孔膜,且位于上方的连接膜的顶部固定连接有外孔膜,所述外孔膜的顶部涂刷有防划涂料,且内孔膜的底部涂刷有防粘涂料。
优选的,所述无纺布为双层结构,且无纺布内嵌装有支撑网。
优选的,所述连接膜上呈矩阵式开设有多个气孔,且气孔内固定嵌装有透气棉。
优选的,所述连接膜的结构为编织结构,且连接层的材质为尼龙。
一种高透气型脱氧剂包装材料的加工方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将支撑网放入加热釜内,加热时间为50-70min,并且将加热釜内添加工业淀粉,利用蒸煮的方式对支撑网进行上浆,在蒸煮完成后,将支撑网进行风干;
S2、在将支撑网降温后,此时可将支撑网浸入胶池,对支撑网进行上胶,使得上浆后的支撑网强度提升;
S3、在对支撑网上胶完成后,可将支撑网放置在具有双层结构的无纺布内,然后进行整平,接着将二者结合物放置在压膜机内进行压实;
S4、将连接层放置在胶池内,在连接层上胶后取出,分别贴附在无纺布的上方和下方,再次利用压膜机进行压实;
S5、将外孔膜和内孔膜均与放置在热风箱内进行加热,使得外孔膜和内孔膜均软化,在加热结束后,可将外孔膜和内孔膜分别放置在两个连接层上方和下方,然后再进行将其放置在内压膜机内进行压制;
S6、在压制结束后,可收卷成卷放置在放卷机上,进行放卷,之后可在外孔膜的顶部和内孔膜的底部分别涂刷防划涂料和防粘涂料,之后再进行烘干。
优选的,所述S1中,加热釜内的水与支撑网的重量比为8:1,且每蒸煮20M的支撑网更换一次水,在水中添加稳定剂,且稳定剂与水的比例为2.5:100。

1、本发明中,将经过上浆后的支撑网设置在具有双层结构的无纺布内,可在压制粘接后,能够提升无纺布的整体强度,并且设置的两个连接层在与无纺布进行粘接时,能够实现提升整体包装材料的抗形变能力,在后期使用时,具有较强的稳定性;
2、本发明中,设置的防粘层,可提升面料的整体光滑性,在包装脱氧剂时,可避免脱氧剂粘接在材料上,使得脱氧剂能够保持松散状态,提升脱氧剂的使用效率,设置的防划层,可避免外部连接层在受到异物剐蹭时发生破损,以此可避免脱氧剂流出,有效的保证脱氧剂使用效率不会降低。
本发明结构合理,在对脱氧剂进行包装后,自身可提升抗形变能力,可在包装脱氧剂时,避免脱氧剂流出,并且具有良好的抗撕裂能力,因此能够保证脱氧剂能够稳定的使用。

S1、将支撑网6放入加热釜内,加热时间为55min,并且将加热釜内添加工业淀粉,利用蒸煮的方式对支撑网6进行上浆,在蒸煮完成后,将支撑网6进行风干;
S2、在将支撑网6降温后,此时可将支撑网6浸入胶池,对支撑网6进行上胶,使得上浆后的支撑网6强度提升;
S3、在对支撑网6上胶完成后,可将支撑网6放置在具有双层结构的无纺布内,然后进行整平,接着将二者结合物放置在压膜机内进行压实;
S4、将连接层2放置在胶池内,在连接层2上胶后取出,分别贴附在无纺布1的上方和下方,再次利用压膜机进行压实;
S5、将外孔膜3和内孔膜4均与放置在热风箱内进行加热,使得外孔膜3和内孔膜4均软化,在加热结束后,可将外孔膜3和内孔膜4分别放置在两个连接层2上方和下方,然后再进行将其放置在内压膜机内进行压制;
S6、在压制结束后,可收卷成卷放置在放卷机上,进行放卷,之后可在外孔膜3的顶部和内孔膜4的底部分别涂刷防划涂料和防粘涂料,之后再进行烘。
实施例三
一种高透气型脱氧剂包装材料的加工方法,包括以下步骤:

对比现有的包装材料本实施例一至五所制得的包装材料实现数据如下:
通过对比试验数据对比得知,支撑网6的蒸煮时长在60min时长时,制得的包装材料的抗拉伸能力和抗形变能力为最佳,因此实施例三为最佳实施例。

1.一种高透气型脱氧剂包装材料的加工方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、将支撑网(6)放入加热釜内,加热时间为50-70min,并且将加热釜内添加工业淀粉,利用蒸煮的方式对支撑网(6)进行上浆,在蒸煮完成后,将支撑网(6)进行风干;
S2、在将支撑网(6)降温后,此时可将支撑网(6)浸入胶池,对支撑网(6)进行上胶,使得上浆后的支撑网(6)强度提升;
S3、在对支撑网(6)上胶完成后,可将支撑网(6)放置在具有双层结构的无纺布内,然后进行整平,接着将二者结合物放置在压膜机内进行压实;
S4、将连接膜(2)放置在胶池内,在连接膜(2)上胶后取出,分别贴附在无纺布(1)的上方和下方,再次利用压膜机进行压实;
S5、将外孔膜(3)和内孔膜(4)均与放置在热风箱内进行加热,使得外孔膜(3)和内孔膜(4)均软化,在加热结束后,可将外孔膜(3)和内孔膜(4)分别放置在两个连接膜(2)上方和下方,然后再进行将其放置在内压膜机内进行压制;
S6、在压制结束后,可收卷成卷放置在放卷机上,进行放卷,之后可在外孔膜(3)的顶部和内孔膜(4)的底部分别涂刷防划涂料和防粘涂料,之后再进行烘干。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高透气型脱氧剂包装材料的加工方法,其特征在于,所述S1中,加热釜内的水与支撑网(6)的重量比为8:1,且每蒸煮20M的支撑网(6)更换一次水,在水中添加稳定剂,且稳定剂与水的比例为2.5:100。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高透气型脱氧剂包装材料的加工方法,其特征在于,所述S1中,工业淀粉为玉米工业淀粉,在加入加热釜内时,可配以胶粉,提升工业淀粉的粘性,降低工业淀粉附着在支撑网(6)上的流动性。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高透气型脱氧剂包装材料的加工方法,其特征在于,所述S2中,连接膜(2)在上胶完成取出后,可采用热风的方式,将连接膜(2)上附着的胶液吹匀。
