本发明涉及无纺布技术领域,尤其涉及一种高透气高韧性涤纶印金无纺面料及生产工艺。
背景技术
无纺布又称不织布,是由定向的或随机的纤维而构成,是新一代环保材料,具有防潮、透气、柔韧、质轻、不助燃、容易分解、无毒无刺激性、色彩丰富、价格低廉、可循环再用等特点。
经检索,中国专利申请号为201110066109.1的专利,公开了一种涤纶印花无纺地毯及其制造方法,所述的涤纶印花无纺地毯由白色无纺起绒毯面、毯面印花以及毯背胶层构成;所述的制造方法包括涤纶无纺地毯工艺、涤纶无纺地毯印花工艺、涤纶无纺地毯定型涂胶工艺。上述专利存在以下不足:胶层只有一层,且位于无纺布的底面,对于后续印金层的保护不到位,且起绒毯面层位于中部,一旦发生折损断裂,胶层的寿命也会受限,同时胶层和印花层位于起绒毯层的底部和顶部,使得该种无纺布的透气性较差,进而使得其适用范围受限。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种高透气高韧性涤纶印金无纺面料及生产工艺。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种高透气高韧性涤纶印金无纺面料及其生产工艺,包括无纺布组件,所述无纺布组件包括软布层和透气孔,软布层的数量为四层,且软布层由天然橡胶和坯布构成,天然橡胶包裹坯布,透气孔设置于软布层内壁,且为均匀排列形式,透气孔为针插制成,两个所述软布层之间构建填充区域内部分别固定连接有正交网层和斜交网层,其中正交网层的数量为两个,无纺布组件的填充区域从底部往上依次为正交网层、斜交网层、正交网层,正交网层的纤维轴线与水平轴线为垂直或者平行方向,斜交网层的纤维轴线与水平轴线为45度方向,所述正交网层和斜交网层的纤维截面直径长度为软布层厚度尺寸的一半。
一种高透气高韧性涤纶印金无纺面料的生产工艺,包括如下步骤;
S1:成料制备;将苯二甲酸二甲酯和乙二醇投入制料设备,生成聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯,即PET;
S2:纺丝;将物料通过熔体纺丝机,并配合异性纺丝板,生成正交纤维棉和斜交纤维棉,接着进行开棉工序,避免纤维交错粘结,并在纺丝时,将设备外壳接地,同时于纤维中喷散抗静电剂进行混棉操作;
S3:梳理;将生成纤维层按照正交网层和斜交网层分开梳理,避免混料,然后将两种物料进行储棉操作,准备进行铺网工序;
S4:叠层;将软布层、正交网层和斜交网层,按照无纺布组件构成顺序进行叠放,同时保证斜交网层位于无纺布的中部;
S5:压制;压制的同时进行压制限位,避免纤维层压制形变,同时避免软布层中天然橡胶和坯布分离;
S6:加固;将压制成型的无纺布组件通过一对辊筒,进行最终加固,同时该一对辊筒的轴心相对距离处于卡死状态,接着对加固成品进行检验;
S7:整条输送;将成型无纺布流水线直接入印金流水线,取消绕卷工序;
S8:印金原料制备;金墨原料混合投入,同时保证投入时的密封效果,隔绝空气同时排出物料中的硫化物;
S9:醇化药液加注;加入醇化液制成润版液,醇化药液不含有硝酸盐,不具有强氧化性,能够避免金墨发黑,同时净化水需要采用滴加方式,其一,避免水体流量超限,发生乳化,其二,避免水体流速过快,加速乳化,影响金墨光泽;
S10:酸碱值调和;保持润版液的酸碱值为5-6,弱酸性,酸性过强,容易导致金墨变暗;
S11:调速印刷;金墨转移至无纺布需要一定时间,调节辊筒的转动速度,以确保印刷效果,且印刷墨辊的移动速度过快,会使整体印金效果便暗;
S12:烘箱;将印制完成的成品通过烘箱烘干,烘干温度控制在150摄氏度以下;
S13:干燥覆膜;将烘干完毕的成品无纺布料进行覆膜处理,用以保护印金花纹,避免在使用过程中脱落,同时覆膜的材质为透气膜;
S14;卷绕包装;将成品布料通过卷绕机进行卷绕处理,包装运输。
进一步地:步骤S1中向制料设备中添加二氧化钛,二氧化钛当做消光剂,用以生成无光涤纶。
在前述方案的基础上:步骤S2中纺丝温度控制在260摄氏度。

本发明的有益效果为:

2.该一种高透气高韧性涤纶印金无纺面料及其生产工艺,纺丝制料过程中,使用异性纺丝板,能够直接利用熔体纺丝生成两种走线的纤维,提高生产效率,同时PET的熔点为255-265摄氏度,将纺丝温度控制在260摄氏度,又能够规避PET的溶解温度300摄氏度的上限值,保证斜交网层和正交网层均匀分布,同时确保成型后的纤维层不会交错粘结,进一步的,抗静电剂与导电措施能够规避静电影响。

4.该一种高透气高韧性涤纶印金无纺面料及其生产工艺,在进行印金工序之前,无纺布取消绕卷工序,且成型无纺布流水线直接并入印金流水线,能够大大提高效率,同时避免印金过程中,需要再度将无纺布卷层展开的必要,减少了绕卷设备的数量,降低流水线的布置成本;进一步的,金墨原料投注时确保密封,能够避免硫化物和空气对于金墨的影响,保证其亮度。

一种高透气高韧性涤纶印金无纺面料的生产工艺,包括如下步骤;
S1:成料制备;将苯二甲酸二甲酯和乙二醇投入制料设备,生成聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯,即PET,接着向制料设备中添加二氧化钛,二氧化钛用过消光剂,用以生成无光涤纶;

S9:醇化药液加注;加入醇化液制成润版液,醇化药液不含有硝酸盐,不具有强氧化性,能够避免金墨发黑,同时净化水需要采用滴加方式,其一,避免水体流量超限,发生乳化,其二,避免水体流速过快,加速乳化,影响金墨光泽;
S10:酸碱值调和;保持润版液的酸碱值为5-6,弱酸性,酸性过强,容易导致金墨变暗;
S11:调速印刷;金墨转移至无纺布需要一定时间,调节辊筒的转动速度,以确保印刷效果,且印刷墨辊的移动速度过快,会使整体印金效果变暗,运行速度为150米/分钟;
S12:烘箱;将印制完成的成品通过烘箱烘干,烘干温度控制在150摄氏度以下;
S13:干燥覆膜;将烘干完毕的成品无纺布料进行覆膜处理,用以保护印金花纹,避免在使用过程中脱落,同时覆膜的材质为透气膜;
S14;卷绕包装;将成品布料通过卷绕机进行卷绕处理,包装运输。

Claims (5)

1.一种高透气高韧性涤纶印金无纺面料及其生产工艺,包括无纺布组件,其特征在于,所述无纺布组件包括软布层(1)和透气孔(2),软布层(1)的数量为四层,且软布层(1)由天然橡胶和坯布构成,天然橡胶包裹坯布,透气孔(2)设置于软布层(1)内壁,且为均匀排列形式,透气孔(2)为针插制成,两个所述软布层(1)之间构建填充区域内部分别固定连接有正交网层(3)和斜交网层(4),其中正交网层(3)的数量为两个,无纺布组件的填充区域从底部往上依次为正交网层(3)、斜交网层(4)、正交网层(3),正交网层(3)的纤维轴线与水平轴线为垂直或者平行方向,斜交网层(4)的纤维轴线与水平轴线为45度方向,所述正交网层(3)和斜交网层(4)的纤维截面直径长度为软布层(1)厚度尺寸的一半;
一种高透气高韧性涤纶印金无纺面料的生产工艺,包括如下步骤;
S1:成料制备;将苯二甲酸二甲酯和乙二醇投入制料设备,生成聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯,即PET;
S2:纺丝;将物料通过熔体纺丝机,并配合异形纺丝板,生成正交纤维棉和斜交纤维棉,接着进行开棉工序,避免纤维交错粘结,并在纺丝时,将设备外壳接地,同时于纤维中喷散抗静电剂进行混棉操作;
S3:梳理;将生成纤维层按照正交网层(3)和斜交网层(4)分开梳理,避免混料,然后将两种物料进行储棉操作,准备进行铺网工序;
S4:叠层;将软布层(1)、正交网层(3)、斜交网层(4),按照无纺布组件构成顺序进行叠放,同时保证斜交网层(4)位于无纺布的中部;
S5:压制;压制的同时进行压制限位,避免纤维层压制形变,同时避免软布层(1)中天然橡胶和坯布分离;
S6:加固;将压制成型的无纺布组件通过一对辊筒,进行最终加固,同时该一对辊筒的轴心相对距离处于卡死状态,接着对加固成品进行检验;
S7:整条输送;将成型无纺布流水线直接并入印金流水线,取消绕卷工序;
S8:印金原料制备;金墨原料混合投入,同时保证投入时的密封效果,隔绝空气同时排出物料中的硫化物;
S9:醇化药液加注;加入醇化液制成润版液,醇化药液不含有硝酸盐,不具有强氧化性,能够避免金墨发黑,同时净化水需要采用滴加方式,其一,避免水体流量超限,发生乳化,其二,避免水体流速过快,加速乳化,影响金墨光泽;
S10:酸碱值调和;保持润版液的酸碱值为5-6,弱酸性,酸性过强,容易导致金墨变暗;
S11:调速印刷;金墨转移至无纺布需要一定时间,调节辊筒的转动速度,以确保印刷效果,且印刷墨辊的移动速度过快,会使整体印金效果变暗;
S12:烘箱;将印制完成的成品通过烘箱烘干,烘干温度控制在150摄氏度以下;
S13:干燥覆膜;将烘干完毕的成品无纺布料进行覆膜处理,用以保护印金花纹,避免在使用过程中脱落,同时覆膜的材质为透气膜;
S14;卷绕包装;将成品布料通过卷绕机进行卷绕处理,包装运输。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高透气高韧性涤纶印金无纺面料及其生产工艺,其特征在于,步骤S1中向制料设备中添加二氧化钛,二氧化钛当做消光剂,用以生成无光涤纶。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高透气高韧性涤纶印金无纺面料及其生产工艺,其特征在于,步骤S2中纺丝温度控制在260摄氏度。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高透气高韧性涤纶印金无纺面料及其生产工艺,其特征在于,步骤S5中压制温度控制在260度。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高透气高韧性涤纶印金无纺面料及其生产工艺,其特征在于,步骤S11中运行速度为150米/分钟。
