Abstract
本发明提供了一种耐磨抗皱面料,包括由内向外依次层叠设置的内衬层、基布层、抗皱层、无纺布层、TPU薄膜层以及尼龙网格层。内衬层为棉盖涤机织面料;基布层为由碳纤维纱线编织而成的双层平纹织物;抗皱层为亚麻纱线编织而成的单层平纹织物;尼龙网格层为由尼龙丝编织而成的网格结构。采用棉盖涤机织面料作为内衬层,舒适性好,吸湿排汗和透气性优良;基布层为由碳纤维纱线编织而成的双层平纹织物,结构强度好,抗撕裂性能好,同时具有一定的抗皱性能,配合抗皱层,通过平纹结构内部应力,实现良好的抗皱性能;TPU薄膜层赋予面料一定的弹性、强韧、耐寒以及防水性能;尼龙网格层能够有效提高TPU薄膜表面的耐磨性能,延长了使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织面料技术领域,具体涉及一种复合式耐磨抗皱面料。
背景技术
防水面料实际应用很多,低端防水面料,如雨披面料,一般由单一材质制成,面料光滑柔软但透气性能不好,同时耐磨性和保温性能差,经过多次使用或雨水冲刷后容易变型、褶皱和撕破,大大降低了雨披等衣物的舒适度。此外,由于该种面料的丝线结构比较简单,也容易导致面料的老化报废。
随着技术的发展,新型防水面料应运而生,由的高分子防水透气材料(如PTFE膜)加上布料复合面料而成,具有防水、透湿、透气、防风等功效。将其制作雨衣,户外帐篷,运动服装和装饰性布料后,能够有效增加人体的穿着或使用舒适性和透气性。但此类面料制成的布拉力强度低,耐磨性、抗皱性差,附着力不够,一般使用年限在一年左右,安全性差。因此,需求一种抗皱耐磨性能好功能全面的新型面料。
发明内容
本发明是为解决上述技术问题而进行的,通过提供一种耐磨抗皱面料,解决现有技术中防水面料拉力强度低,耐磨性差,抗皱性差,附着力不够,使用寿命短的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
本发明提供的耐磨抗皱面料具有如下技术特征:包括由内向外依次层叠设置的内衬层、基布层、抗皱层、无纺布层、TPU薄膜层以及尼龙网格层。内衬层为棉盖涤机织面料;基布层为由碳纤维纱线编织而成的双层平纹织物;抗皱层为亚麻纱线编织而成的单层平纹织物;尼龙网格层为由尼龙丝编织而成的网格结构。
优选的,在本发明提供的耐磨抗皱面料中,还包括保温层,设置在基布层和抗皱层之间,该保温层由粘胶纤维纺织而成。
优选的,在本发明提供的耐磨抗皱面料中,尼龙网格层上涂覆有防紫外线涂层或聚四氟乙烯涂层,以提高面料的防紫外线功能或提高面料的隔水性能。
优选的,在本发明提供的耐磨抗皱面料中,棉盖涤机织面料采用纬二重组织结构,表纬与经纱交织构成表面组织,里纬与经纱交织构成反面组织,反面组织的里面为里组织。表纬为棉纤维,经纱和里纬均为莱卡涤纶丝,优选为三角截面莱卡氨纶丝;里组织为平纹。
优选的,在本发明提供的耐磨抗皱面料中,抗皱层中,亚麻纱线为加捻的亚麻纱线,公支为18-36公支。
优选的,在本发明提供的耐磨抗皱面料中,无纺布层为水刺无纺布。
优选的,在本发明提供的耐磨抗皱面料中,TPU薄膜层的厚度为0.05-0.1mm,每平方厘米TPU薄膜层上至少有1000个透气小孔。
优选的,在本发明提供的耐磨抗皱面料中,尼龙网格层热压复合于TPU薄膜层的表面。内衬层、基布层、抗皱层、无纺布层、TPU薄膜层之间以粘接方式连接。
优选的,在本发明提供的耐磨抗皱面料中,耐磨抗皱面料的总厚度为1-2mm,内衬层的厚度为0.2-0.3mm,保温层的厚度为0.2-0.5mm,基布层的厚度为0.5-1mm,抗皱层的厚度为0.2-0.5mm,无纺布层的厚度为0.05-0.1mm,尼龙网格层的厚度为0.01-0.03mm,聚四氟乙烯涂层的厚度为0.01mm。

本发明提供的耐磨抗皱面料结构合理,采用棉盖涤机织面料作为内衬层,舒适性好,吸湿排汗和透气性优良;基布层为由碳纤维纱线编织而成的双层平纹织物,结构强度好,抗撕裂性能好,同时具有一定的抗皱性能,配合抗皱层,通过平纹结构内部应力,实现良好的抗皱性能;TPU薄膜层赋予面料一定的弹性、强韧、耐寒以及防水性能;尼龙网格层能够有效提高TPU薄膜表面的耐磨性能,延长了使用寿命。

具体实施方式
现结合实施例对本发明作详细描述,但本发明的实施不仅限于此。
如图1所示,本发明提供的耐磨抗皱面料包括由内向外依次层叠设置的内衬层1、基布层2、保温层3、抗皱层4、无纺布层5、TPU薄膜层6以及尼龙网格层7。根据面料的实际应用情况,为了提高面料的防紫外线功能,尼龙网格层7上可以涂覆有防紫外线涂层;为了提高面料的隔水性能,可以在尼龙网格涂层7上涂覆具有隔水功能的聚四氟乙烯涂层。
内衬层1至TPU薄膜层6之间以粘接方式连接,尼龙网格层热压复合于TPU薄膜层的表面。
本实施例中,耐磨抗皱面料的总厚度为1-2mm,内衬层的厚度为0.2-0.3mm,保温层的厚度为0.2-0.5mm,基布层的厚度为0.5-1mm,抗皱层的厚度为0.2-0.5mm,无纺布层的厚度为0.05-0.1mm,TPU薄膜层的厚度为0.05-0.1mm,尼龙网格层的厚度为0.01-0.03mm,聚四氟乙烯涂层的厚度为0.01mm。
内衬层1位于最内层,为棉盖涤机织面料。该棉盖涤机织面料采用纬二重组织结构,表纬与经纱交织构成表面组织,里纬与经纱交织构成反面组织,反面组织的里面为里组织。表纬为棉纤维,经纱和里纬均为莱卡涤纶丝,优选为三角截面莱卡涤纶丝;里组织为平纹。
基布层2为由碳纤维纱线编织而成的双层平纹织物;保温层3由粘胶纤维纺织而成;抗皱层4为亚麻纱线编织而成的单层平纹织物,亚麻纱线优选为加捻的亚麻纱线,公支为18~36公支;无纺布层5为水刺无纺布;尼龙网格层为由尼龙丝编织而成的网格结构;每平方厘米TPU薄膜层上至少有1000个透气小孔。
按照GB/T 4802.2—2008《织物起毛起球性能的测定第2部分改型马丁代尔法》,进行抗起毛起球实验测试,结果显示,本发明面料抗起毛起球性能为第五级,明显高于市场常规防水面料,其抗起毛起球等级为2-4级不等。
按照GB/T3819-1997《纺织品织物折痕回复性的测定,回复角法》对面料进行测试,平均三分钟经纬向缓弹褶皱回复角可以达到170°,而市面相似样品三分钟缓弹回复角均小于100°。

所述内衬层为棉盖涤机织面料;所述基布层为由碳纤维纱线编织而成的双层平纹织物;所述抗皱层为亚麻纱线编织而成的单层平纹织物;所述尼龙网格层为由尼龙丝编织而成的网格结构。
