Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, and in particular relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating thyroid diseases and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In recent years, clinical examination data show that the detection rate of thyroid nodules of adults in China is high, and the thyroid nodules become an environmental health problem which needs to be paid high attention by health administration departments in China. Thyroid disease is most common as thyroid nodules, and any thyroid disease can exist as nodules, so thyroid nodules involve almost all thyroid diseases. Epidemiological studies have shown that in areas of iodine abundance, 5% of women and 1% of men have palpable thyroid nodules; upon high resolution ultrasound examination, 19% -67% of randomly selected populations had thyroid nodules. At present, the average prevalence rate of thyroid nodules of residents in China is 32.4%, and the thyroid nodules tend to increase year by year.
At present, the morbidity of thyroid diseases in China is high, the current situations of low awareness rate, low diagnosis rate and low treatment rate generally exist, and the overall treatment rate of the thyroid diseases is less than 5%. Thyroid nodule patients have no obvious clinical symptoms in the early stage, and most patients are found during physical examination. The modern western medicine has no special treatment means for benign thyroid nodules. If severe compression, malignant change tendency, tumor located in a special position and other conditions occur, surgical treatment is performed, and other conservative treatment methods are available, but the application of the traditional treatment method is not suggested in domestic and foreign guidelines, which is also a main reason for low treatment rate of thyroid nodule diseases. Treatment of the disease is neglected because there is no good treatment and early symptoms are not apparent to the patient. Therefore, it is desirable to find a method that can solve the above problems.
The traditional Chinese medicine has a long history in the aspect of preventing and treating thyroid nodules, can avoid adverse reactions such as hypothyroidism, local tissue damage, severe pain and the like caused by traumatic treatment such as operation and the like, and is beneficial to relieving the psychological pressure of patients. The existing medicines for treating thyroid nodule comprise non-common traditional Chinese medicinal materials, such as herba seu radix calanthes, herba strigae Asiaticae, radix seu caulis Celastri Fortunei, radix Stephaniae Tetrandrae, and Bellamya amansiana shell, or toxic medicinal materials, such as Mylabris and Catharsii Molossi. The used non-common medicinal materials may have insufficient resources or incomplete research, and the like, are difficult to produce in large scale and have certain dangerousness; the use of toxic components increases the risk of adverse reactions, and causes the conditions of allergy or poisoning and the like.

the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome curative effect judgment standard is as follows: reference is made to the 2002 "clinical research guidelines for New Chinese medicine
The clinical cure is as follows: the clinical symptoms and physical signs of the traditional Chinese medicine disappear or basically disappear, and the syndrome integral is reduced by more than or equal to 95 percent.
The effect is shown: the clinical symptoms and physical signs of the traditional Chinese medicine are obviously improved, and the syndrome integral is reduced by more than or equal to 70 percent and is less than 95 percent;
the method has the following advantages: the clinical symptoms and physical signs of the traditional Chinese medicine are improved, and the syndrome integral is reduced by more than or equal to 30 percent and is less than 70 percent;
and (4) invalidation: the clinical symptoms and physical signs of the traditional Chinese medicine are not obviously improved or even aggravated, and the syndrome integral is reduced by less than 30 percent.
Note: calculation formula (nimodipine method): [ (integration before treatment-integration after treatment)/integration before treatment ]
Total effective rate (clinical cure + significant effect + effective)/total count 100%.
(5) Therapeutic results
The results show that each group of treatment achieves better clinical curative effect, wherein the traditional Chinese medicine composition in the embodiment 3 has more obvious curative effect on improving symptoms and preventing the development of thyroid nodules. See table 1:
