Claims (10)

1. A magnetic suction clamp for a middle layer of an electric cooker is fixed on a robot and is characterized by comprising a clamp bracket fixedly connected with the robot and at least two groups of magnetic suction components fixed on the clamp bracket;
the clamp bracket comprises a horizontal supporting plate and a V-shaped supporting plate, wherein one end of the horizontal supporting plate is fixedly connected with the robot, and the V-shaped supporting plate is fixed at the end part of the other end of the horizontal supporting plate;
the magnetic attraction component comprises a driving cylinder fixed on the clamp support, a magnet fixed on a driving rod of the driving cylinder, and a separation block fixed at the bottom of the driving cylinder and positioned on the side surface of the driving rod.

The magnetic clamp for the middle layer of the electric cooker as claimed in claim 1, wherein the V-shaped support plate comprises a left support plate and a right support plate which are integrally bent, and the joint of the left support plate and the right support plate is fixedly connected with the horizontal support plate.

The magnetic clamp used in the middle layer of the electric cooker as claimed in claim 2, wherein the horizontal support plate is a horizontally arranged rectangular sheet metal member, a first mounting portion fixed with the robot is provided at one end of the horizontal support plate, and a second mounting portion fixed with the V-shaped support plate is provided at the other end of the horizontal support plate.
4. The magnetic clamp for the middle layer of the electric cooker as claimed in claim 3, wherein the second mounting portion comprises at least one first strip-shaped waist hole formed on the rectangular plate.
5. The magnetic clamp for the middle layer of the electric cooker as claimed in claim 2, wherein the included angle formed by the left support plate and the right support plate at one end of the horizontal support plate is 40-180 °.

The magnetic suction clamp for the middle layer of the electric cooker as claimed in claim 3, wherein said left support plate and said right support plate are each provided with at least one second elongated waist hole for said magnetic suction assembly to be fixed, and the driving cylinder of said magnetic suction assembly is fixed at said second elongated waist hole by a second locking member.
7. The magnetic clamp for the middle layer of the electric cooker as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a proximity switch and a control assembly fixed on the side of the horizontal support plate.

The magnetic clamp for the middle layer of the electric cooker as claimed in claim 2, wherein the magnetic clamp comprises two sets of magnetic components, and the two sets of magnetic components are fixed to the bottom of the left support plate and the bottom of the right support plate respectively.

The magnetic attraction fixture for the middle layer of the electric cooker as claimed in claim 2, wherein the magnetic attraction fixture comprises three sets of magnetic attraction components, one set of magnetic attraction components is fixed on the bottom of the horizontal support plate, one set of magnetic attraction components is fixed on the bottom of the left support plate, and one set of magnetic attraction components is fixed on the bottom plate of the right support plate.
