The utility model provides an automatic device of getting it filled of outpatient service, includes the casing 1 of drum type, and top-down is provided with the carousel 2 that the multilayer is used for bearing the medicine box in the casing 1, and the medicine box side stands on carousel 2, and the box-packed medicine that places on each layer carousel 2 can be completely different. The corresponding position of every layer of carousel 2 of casing 1 has seted up out medicine mouth 11 correspondingly, and the bottom of this medicine mouth 11 is not higher than the top surface of carousel 2, and the top of this medicine mouth 11 is not lower than the height of corresponding medicine box to avoid the medicine box card in medicine mouth 11 department.
The shell 1 is also internally provided with a hollow rotary drum 3 and a driving part 4 for driving the rotary drum 3 to rotate, and the rotary drum 3 is coaxial with the rotary disc 2 and drives the rotary disc 2 to rotate relative to the shell 1. The drum 3 is internally provided with a push rod 5 which does not rotate along with the drum 3 and a pushing component 6 for pushing the push rod 5, the number and the position of the push rod 5 and the pushing component 6 correspond to the number and the position of each turntable 2 one by one, and the push rods and the pushing component are arranged in the drum 3 in a superposition way. The push rod 5 and the medicine outlet 11 are in a straight line, a plurality of first through holes 31 are arranged on the wall of the rotary drum 3 at the height position corresponding to the push rod 5 along the circumference of the wall, one end of the push rod 5 is driven by the push component 6 to pass through the corresponding first through hole 31 on the rotary drum 3, and the medicine box on the rotary disc 2 is pushed out of the medicine outlet 11.
It should be noted that the angle of each rotation of the drum 3 is the same, and the angle of each rotation of the drum 3 is an integral multiple of the angle between the axes of two adjacent first through holes 31 on the same cross section of the drum 3. This ensures that, when the drum 3 stops rotating, the first through-hole 31 is always located on the movement path of the push rod 5 for the push rod 5 to pass through.
In the concrete implementation, classify the medicine box and incline respectively and put immediately on carousel 2 of difference, when getting it filled, drive unit 4 drives the rotary drum 3 and rotates, and rotary drum 3 drives carousel 2 and rotates, and the rotation of carousel 2 makes the medicine box on the carousel 2 move to a medicine mouth 11, and later corresponding pushing means 6 starts, drives corresponding push rod 5 and pushes out a medicine mouth 11 with the medicine box that corresponds, accomplishes the process of taking out of medicine promptly. Meanwhile, as in the prior art, a conveying belt can be arranged below the medicine outlet 11, and medicines pushed out of the medicine outlet 11 are conveyed to the medicine taking window by the conveying belt. When the medicine boxes need to be replenished on the rotary disc 2, the medicine boxes can be replenished on the rotary disc 2 reversely from the medicine outlet 11; the shell 1 can be removed, and the medicine box is replenished on the rotating disc 2; the medicine box can also be supplemented to the rotating disc 2 by opening an opening on the shell 1.
According to the invention, the cylindrical shell 1 is arranged, so that the volume of the shell 1 is the largest under the condition that the occupied space of the equipment is the same, meanwhile, the turntables 2 are arranged in the shell 1, so that medicine boxes are arranged on the turntables 2 in a side-standing manner, more medicine boxes can be stored and placed by the turntables 2, and the frequency of medicine supplement can be reduced.

the position of the corresponding telescopic hole 34 of the turntable 2 is provided with a limiting hole 21, the telescopic rod 37 can be arranged in the limiting hole 21 in a penetrating manner, the limiting holes 21 are multiple and are circularly distributed on the turntable 2, and the angle of each rotation of the rotary drum 3 is the integral multiple of the angle between the axes of two adjacent limiting holes 21. Therefore, when the rotary drum stops rotating, a limit hole is aligned with the telescopic hole all the time, and the telescopic rod is penetrated through.
In specific implementation, when the medicine boxes on a certain turntable 2 are only required to be pertinently taken down, the electromagnets 35 corresponding to the corresponding turntable 2 are started, so that repulsive force is generated between the corresponding electromagnets 35 and the permanent magnets 36, and the telescopic rods 37 extend out of the limiting holes 21 under the action of the repulsive force to restrain the turntable 2; and suction force is generated between the rest electromagnets 35 and the permanent magnets 36, and the telescopic rods 37 retract to the limiting holes 21 under the action of the suction force to contact and restrict the turntable 2. The drum 3 is then rotated to bring about the rotation of the corresponding carousel 2 only. Therefore, the power required by the rotation of the rotary drum 3 is reduced while the actual requirement is met, and the energy is saved.
In an embodiment, the pushing member 6 can be a hydraulic pushing member 6, a pneumatic pushing member 6 or an electric pushing member 6 in the prior art, but the above-mentioned pushing members 6 are slow and difficult to achieve a high speed state, so the following technical means are adopted:
the pushing component 6 comprises a first motor 61, a rotating wheel 62 is arranged at the end part of the first motor 61, a rocker 63 is hinged at the eccentric position of the rotating wheel 62, and the rocker 63 is rotatably connected with the push rod 5;
the inside of the rotary drum 3 is further provided with a sliding sleeve 64, the sliding sleeve 64 is slidably sleeved outside the push rod 5, and the position of the sliding sleeve 64 relative to the first motor 61 is fixed.
