技术领域
本申请涉及防水涂料技术领域,特别是一种基于玄武岩纤维的无胎类改性沥青防水卷材。
背景技术
无胎类防水卷材主要采用增粘树脂提高卷材粘结强度,使卷材与基层粘结牢固。初粘时,粘结性强,5℃以上不需借助于加热设备即可粘结牢固,具有安全性、环保性和便捷性。对于外界应力产生的细微裂纹具有优异的自愈合性。持久的粘结性,与基层粘结不脱落、不窜水,搭接缝处自身粘结与卷材同寿命。延伸率大(延伸率≥30%),对基层收缩变形和开裂的适应能力强。高温不流淌,低温无裂纹,(高温70℃,低温-20℃) 使用温度范围广。
目前无胎类自粘防水卷材制备过程温度较高(一般在180℃左右),改性剂添加工艺复杂,流程较多,且配料过程时间较久,相比较与有胎类产品自身强度差很多,施工前加热温度较高造成能耗高、无胎产品自身强度差等问题。
现有技术CN202110981560.X公开了一种改善无胎类防水卷材撕膜性能的稳定剂应用,该文献虽然通过添加所述改性沥青自粘胶料由以下质量百分比的原料组成:沥青35~60%、环烷基橡胶油5~20%、SBS 2~15%、再生丁基橡胶2~15%、萜烯树脂1~7%;水泥2~15%、填充料15~35%、助剂 0.2~1.5%;所述增强膜为聚乙烯与聚丙烯的复合膜,所述隔离膜为PET镀铝硅油膜。但该文献的表2中显示通过在无胎类防水卷材中添加该稳定剂后,无处理卷材与卷材剥离强度最高值为2.3N/mm且并未提供在45℃下的开卷情况。
现有无胎防水卷材为了满足卷材剥离强度的需要,常需在卷材表面粘附较多粘结剂,这导致现有卷材无法在45℃下正常开卷,由于现有粘结剂仅考虑粘度强度,并未考虑开卷后卷材的平铺性能。而平铺性能关系到卷材的施工难度,卷材铺开后存在卷曲、皱褶时,难以在施工时使其平铺开,导致施工后,施工表面存在间隙降低防水性能,增加施工难度。而通过降低卷材上粘结剂设置厚度,又会影响该防水卷材与施工基层表面的粘结强度,随着使用时间的延长,导致卷材与施工基层表面产生明显缝隙,影响防水效果。
发明内容
本申请提供了一种基于玄武岩纤维的无胎类改性沥青防水卷材,用于解决现有技术中存在的现有无胎类改性沥青防水卷材仅考虑卷材剥离强度,无法实现在45℃下较好平铺后施工的需要,导致施工后,卷材与施工面存在间隙、粘结强度下降或平铺后卷材皱褶弯曲,难以消除预应力导致卷材防水效果下降的技术问题。
本申请提供了一种基于玄武岩纤维的无胎类改性沥青防水卷材,包括涂设于卷材表面的组合物,组合物按重量100份计:为沥青40~45份,软化油15~20份,高温增粘剂4.5~5.5份,玄武岩纤维3.5~4份,填充料27~33 份组成:
所述高温增粘剂为SBS(热塑性丁苯橡胶颗粒)、SBR(聚苯乙烯丁二烯共聚物)按质量比为1:0.2~0.5复配得到;
所述玄武岩纤维短切纤维为连续玄武岩纤维原丝短切至1~2μm,并在短切丝表面涂设硅烷浸润剂;
制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)、称取沥青、软化油,加热熔化后混合并搅拌,搅拌的同时加热至 180℃~190℃之间;
2)、保持温度在180℃~190℃之间,缓慢加入高温增粘剂,搅拌以避免熔胀导致溢出,继续搅拌待物料完全熔解后进行下一步;
3)、加入玄武岩纤维短切丝后保持温度在170℃-180℃之间,继续搅拌;
4)、加入填充料后,在160℃~165℃之间搅拌后出料得到组合物;组合物成膜粘附于卷材表面,成膜厚度为1.2-2.0mm;
所得卷材在45℃下开卷易于开卷,且开卷后卷材平展,无明显弯折。
本申请中采用SBS、SBR按上述比例混合后得到高温剂,能够综合提高非固化沥青防水涂料的耐热、耐老化,耐水性、气密性。尤其能提高所得组合物在卷材表面的成膜均匀性,获得具有45℃下平铺平整性的卷材。
该卷材,通过在其中添加表面浸润硅烷浸润剂的玄武岩纤维短切丝后,能利用其强度较高的特性,增强卷材在45℃下平铺时平整性,无弯折或皱褶产生,从而提高施工合格率,减少施工后卷材与基材之间的裂缝或皱褶数量,降低施工难度。
本申请提供的高温增粘剂,简化制备过程,优化工艺条件。现有无胎产品生产因加入不同改性剂需要根据添加物料特性调节不同的温度,导致工艺复杂,采用该高温增粘剂,无需分批次添加改性剂,仅需在同一条件下加入上述高温剂,有效简化生产工艺,本法制备能够更好的控制温度,既简化了工艺,同时也能降低能耗。
采用上述添加玄武岩纤维配方后,所用玄武岩纤维是增强热塑性树脂的主要材料,玄武岩是一种高性能的火山岩组份,采用硅烷浸润剂包覆后,玄武岩纤维短切丝与沥青、水泥具有较好的相融性得到改善,这种特殊的硅酸盐,使玄武岩纤维具有优良的耐化学性,特别具有耐碱性的优点。可以提高沥青、混凝土的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性和抗疲劳性等。高温增粘剂兼具了传统使用的热塑性丁苯橡胶(SBS)、SBR、C5树脂等的作用,采用特殊工艺及配比调整后,极大程度的提升了改性效果。所用玄武岩纤维具有优异的化学稳定性,耐酸、耐碱、耐盐,高、低温性能良好,具有良好的抗紫外线辐射性。
按上述工艺条件制备该无胎卷材,能有效提高各成分的相容性,提升无胎产品强度等。
优选地,步骤1)中所用搅拌速度为200-300r/min。
优选地,步骤2)中搅拌速度为400-600r/min。
优选地,步骤3)中搅拌步骤为采用400-600r/min搅拌45~60分钟,
优选地,步骤4)中在中速搅拌30~45分钟。
优选的,填充料为目数120-150目的重钙。
本申请能产生的有益效果包括:
1)本申请所提供的基于玄武岩纤维的无胎类改性沥青防水卷材,通过添加高温增粘剂解决现有技术中存在的制备过程温度较高、配料过程繁琐、时间久等工艺问题;同时通过添加玄武岩纤维短切纤维,极大的增强了无胎产品自身强度,同时兼具无胎和有胎产品的优点的同时实现所得卷材在45℃下开卷易于开卷,且开卷后卷材平展,无明显弯折。

本申请中未详述的且并不用于解决本申请技术问题的技术手段,均按本领域公知常识进行设置,且多种公知常识设置方式均可实现。
实施例
以下实施例中所用物料和仪器如无特殊说明,均为通过商业渠道获得。
实施例1~3
实施例1~3中所添加各物质按下表1所示添加;

实施例1~3中制备方法按以下步骤进行:
1)、按生产配方称取所需沥青、软化油,加热熔化后开启搅拌,搅拌同时继续加热;
2)、缓慢加入所述高温增粘剂,搅拌并避免因熔胀造成溢出现象,保持温度继续搅拌待熔解完成后进行下一步;
3)、加入玄武岩纤维后保持温度,继续搅拌;
4)、按配方要求加入填充料后,保温搅拌后出料。
实施例1~3中制备方法中工艺参数列于下表中:
对比例1
与实施例1的区别在于:未采用高温增粘剂和玄武岩纤维短切纤维。
对比例2
与实施例1的区别在于:按CN202110981560中公开的稳定剂配制稳定剂后加入所得组合物中。制备无胎类防水卷材。
对实施例1中所得卷材样本进行检测,所得结果如下表3所示。实施例 2~3所得结果与实施例1相似,在此不累述。检测方法按GB 23441-2009
《自粘聚合物改性沥青防水卷材》中公开方法进行。

由表3可见,采用本申请提供方法制备所得高性能玄武岩纤维无胎类改性沥青防水卷材,性能检测达标的同时,在拉伸性能(拉力及延伸率)、钉杆撕裂强度、耐热性、热稳定性等方面均明显超过国标要求,与目前无胎产品相比较,有了较大的性能提升,拉近了无胎与有胎产品在强度方面的差距,使无胎产品在抗变形、撕裂等方面有了改善提高。
同时使用本法生产无胎产品,配料过程相比较而言更加简捷,工艺更为优化,可以缩短配料时间,降低能耗。
施工测试:
采用实施例1和对比例1~2所得样本,按国标要求进行施工使用,所得结果如下表所示。

由表4可见,采用本申请提供配方制得高性能玄武岩纤维无胎类改性沥青防水卷材,能够提升无胎卷材的直立性,提升卷材外观质量,添加玄武岩纤维后,玄武岩纤维与沥青相融,组合物的强度得到增强,提升了无胎沥青卷材普遍存在的开卷后卷芯位置处褶皱面积较大的问题。
采用本申请提供沥青防水卷材后,按现有方法进行施工后,卷芯处皱褶难以铺平,施工后,该区域存在明显皱纹,平铺施工后,卷材与基材之间留有间隙,影响防水效效果。
另外由于玄武岩纤维具有优良的耐化学性,特别具有耐碱性的优点。可以提高沥青、混凝土的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性和抗疲劳性等。
尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (6)
1.一种基于玄武岩纤维的无胎类改性沥青防水卷材,其特征在于,包括涂设于卷材表面的组合物,组合物按重量100份计:为沥青40~45份,软化油15~20份,高温增粘剂4.5~5.5份,玄武岩纤维3.5~4份,填充料27~33份组成:
所述高温增粘剂为SBS、SBR按质量比为1:0.2~0.5复配得到;
所述玄武岩纤维短切纤维为连续玄武岩纤维原丝短切至1~2μm,并在短切丝表面涂设硅烷浸润剂;
所述无胎类改性沥青防水卷材制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)、称取沥青、软化油,加热熔化后混合并搅拌,搅拌的同时加热至180℃~190℃之间;
2)、保持温度在180℃~190℃之间,缓慢加入高温增粘剂,搅拌以避免熔胀导致溢出,继续搅拌待物料完全熔解后进行下一步;
3)、加入玄武岩纤维短切丝后保持温度在170℃-180℃之间,继续搅拌;
4)、加入填充料后,在160℃~165℃之间搅拌后出料得到组合物;组合物成膜粘附于卷材表面,成膜厚度为1.2-2.0mm;
所得卷材在45℃下开卷易于开卷,且开卷后卷材平展,无明显弯折。
2.根据权利要求1所述的基于玄武岩纤维的无胎类改性沥青防水卷材,其特征在于,步骤1)中所用搅拌速度为200-300r/min。
3.根据权利要求1所述的基于玄武岩纤维的无胎类改性沥青防水卷材,其特征在于,步骤2)中搅拌速度为400-600r/min。
4.根据权利要求1所述的基于玄武岩纤维的无胎类改性沥青防水卷材,其特征在于,步骤3)中搅拌步骤为采用400-600r/min搅拌45~60分钟。
5.根据权利要求1所述的基于玄武岩纤维的无胎类改性沥青防水卷材,其特征在于,步骤4)中在200-300r/min下搅拌30~45分钟。
6.根据权利要求1所述的基于玄武岩纤维的无胎类改性沥青防水卷材,其特征在于,填充料为目数120-150目的重钙。
